It is a wonderful taverna, the food quality is excellent! You can’t compare it to the food you find in the taverns from the touristic areas. The staff is very kind and friendly. The location is also very nice, a refurbished old house, you can find a lot of old furniture and objects. We will definitely come back!

What an incredible experience, truly unforgettable. As someone who is half Greek and half Australian, I’ve experienced both cultures, but the hospitality my family and I received here was next level. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with open arms, warm, kind, genuinely hospitable, and incredibly accommodating. And that’s before I even mention the food. The dishes were absolutely phenomenal. The meat was tender and juicy, the vegetables fresh and vibrant, and the dips and sauces packed with flavour, rich, authentic, and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere, beautiful. Live singers created an amazing vibe, and the restaurant layout was thoughtfully designed for both comfort and experience. I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It wasn’t just a meal, it was a full cultural experience. Easily a 10,000 out of 10.

We had such a great dinner at To Kazani! The pork souvlaki was some of the best we’ve had in Cyprus - tender, smoky and perfectly seasoned. It’s a cosy, family-run spot with the warmest service and real local charm. You can feel the love they put into everything they do.

Let's just say that the designer is better then their 👩‍🍳 chef. Once again google good reviews trap. It is not in a touristic area, so if I am eating there it should only be for the food. Unfortunately it is not the case. It's a pity for the region to serve such tasteless dishes.

Nicely decorated restaurant. Ground floor has the bar and you need to go to first floor for the restaurant. Every staffs were kind from the moment I entered till I have my seat. I am no expert in Cyprus food but flavour profile (to me) might be a bit monochrome but looked super authentic so still worth a visit for sure. Overall I had a good time !

A fantastic family owned restaurant with an amazing craft beer and well stocked wine bar underneath. Beautiful arrangement of artwork in the restaurant upstairs. Five star service which is reflected throughout your dining experience. We are trying to learn Greek and everyone is so helpful and patient in our attempts to speak the language. Traditional home cooked food with a daily special as well. Excellent value for money and excellent quality local ingredients used. A must do when visiting Larnaca - you won’t be disappointed.

We only had dinner here but it was absolutely amazing... the food was so delicious we almost licked all the plates... home cooking style food... nothing fancy, nothing pretentious... just simple yummy food... the staff or maybe owner was so friendly it felt just like dinner at home... very comfortable...

This cafe is a cozy and welcoming place that feels like home. The food isn’t fancy but tastes homemade and full of care. They have a huge selection of craft beer and whisky, and the barman gives amazing cocktail recommendations. The staff are super friendly and make you feel special. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing meal or a great drink. Definitely worth visiting!

Officially one of the most beautiful restaurants and bars I have ever been to. The bar downstairs is inspiring with the unique vibes and hundreds of beers and whiskeys. The second flood is just an amazing restaurant. The food super delicious, we tried the cooked lamb with spinach, rice and potatoes. wine is great and the atmosphere is difficult to explain with words it could only be felt. Every detail is just fantastic, I am so happy the place was open and we could enjoy the art there.

Food was good, large portion. Not the best i’ve eaten but good. They serve house wine by the litre for a good price too. The decor is nice. I didn’t like being moved around to other tables even though the restaurant was almost empty. Overall good.

Tonight I asked about the live music and they told me, if I come alone, they will not allow me to see it. Because it is "problematic" because they just serve mezze. PLEASE WHAT? Last year, it was no problem, they even served me from the menue. And now? Mezze is the easiest meal to prepare in different portions! As solo traveller not recommended and the very rude way they told me that can also be adopted to non solo visitors. Very sad, used to be a fav place.

It’s a small local restaurant. The food is homemade and super delicious. I ordered the mixed grill for 2 persons, it is a mix of grilled pork, beef, chicken and vegetables along with a side season salad; I couldn’t finish my share because they are very generous. The staff are really friendly and their ouzo is delicious.

One of my favourite restaurants in cyprus. Love both Larnaca and Nicosia locations but Larnaca is bigger. The carrot and apple salad is amazing, very refreshing. The mushrooms from the grill are absolutely amazing. Everything we've tried is great. I think the only thing we didn't quite like is the smoked aubergine. Service is always fast. I tried one of the local wines recently, small bottle, and it was very good from a Cypriot winery.

Found this place from TikTok, it was recommended many times. I attended work my mother and it was a very pleasant evening. The food was superb, the service was a little slow considering it was quite quiet, however we could see they were doing a lot of takeaway deliveries. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and the staff were smiley and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. There are a few cats that hang around the square, which we loved but of course everyone’s opinions are different! It was a lovely area with little quirky bars hidden inside the square, but was too quiet so we went straight home after dinner. Really lovely place you must visit!

One of the places that I will come back to again, and again... The food was absolutely delicious!! I recommend the potato salad and the traditional salad for opening. We had the meat platter for 2, and it was more that enough! We really couldn't finish it all and it's a shame because everything on it was delicious (the chicken/pork burgers on the platter need a little improvement), the souvlaki was full of flavours and the meat was soft, the grilled hallumi.. Wow! The sausage.. Amazing! I also recommend to try the Mustik lemon and Mustik mint if you drink alcohol... The atmosphere is beautiful, feels more local than touristy.. The service is fast and great! They're all so sweet, making laughs, and remembered every table's orders even if they asked them just by passing by...

Extremely delicious homemade food! Always quick and hot! All positions are worth to try, but I personally recommend chicken souvlaki both with fresh chips and in pita.

We wanted to try the local cuisine and were delighted! The lamb meat melted in our mouths. Combined with grilled vegetables and potatoes, it was perfect. The hospitality of the staff deserves the highest praise! (We were treated to a wonderful dessert by he way😋) All of this together made a great impression on me.❤️

Traditional Cypriot food with some nice twists. You can pick your own meze dishes and share as a group (recommended) or you can have an individual meal. The food is always cooked to perfection and the staff are polite and helpful. Eaten here many times and it’s always on the list when I visit Cyprus! Definitely make a booking as it is always very busy.

What can we say about this place, we have been to Cyprus all our lives as we used to live here and also have Greek parents but we have never been to this restaurant until tonight. We have seen on Google that it was one of the top rated restaurants and we wanted to try somewhere new. We turned up about 8 pm without a reservation and they managed to squeeze it on the very last table they had. Now don’t be fooled by the fact that the restaurant itself is small with a few tables and they basically own the alleyway in between two precincts of shops that they have put their tables and chairs in between because this place was full and for good reason. We ordered the pork souvlakia x 3 with chips, rice, portion of chips, bulgur wheat, meatballs, tzatsiki, halloumi, three Coke zeros and a bottle of water and it was honestly the best restaurant we have ever eaten in Cyprus and it only came to €71 for all of that which is an absolute bargain and then they gave us this free traditional Cypriot custard type desert at the end, which was absolutely amazing. You have to come and visit this place because the food was top drawer and the wait time to be served the food was not long at all and the service were very polite.

We were looking for a local restaurant and found Stou Rousha. Amazing food and friendly waiters. We decided to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, they surprised us with a cake desert that is not even on the menu. We will gladly come back!

It's an amazing Lebanese restaurant, and it's great for trying out traditional cuisine. The portion sizes were very generous, and we barely managed to finish a meze for 3 people with 4. The hummus and yogurt sauce perfectly complemented the pastries that we got as a starter. The skewers were also perfectly cooked. A nice touch was the cocktail Al-Sultan, which I highly recommend getting. The service was prompt and attentive, and I think this made the experience perfect. I would definitely return to this place.

Even though almost every restaurant in Larnaca is a nice place to visit, this restaurant is place number 1! Whether you love Lebanese food or you want to try it for the first time, I highly recommend visiting Maqam Al-Sultan. The food is absolute perfection, and the atmosphere is fabulous thanks to most pleasant people working there🙂 If you visit Larnaca, be sure to visit this restaurant as well.

Was good Lebanese food with a nice view of the promenade. The meat was tender but a bit dry. It did have good flavor. I ordered the mixed grill plate which had good variety. I also ordered a lemon tart for dessert, but it was not fresh as the topping was falling apart. For €8 it was not worth it at all. They were also out of many of their other dessert options. Was also odd as many of their tables were reserved but no one sitting at them. I was there for roughly an hour and those tables stayed mostly empty. So potentially make a reservation if you want to come.

We had 2 types of hot meze (rolls with cheese and fried meat wraps) one and 1 main of mixed meats, 2 lebanese coffees with cardamom and some soft drinks. The food tasted delicious, the serving was polite and friendly, and the atmosphere was nice! I recommend this place. My husband was impressed by the lebanese food in Cyprus. It was his 2nd time eating lebanese when we were here and we totally recommend it! Kudos to the chef and the staff!

We had a great time — the atmosphere was pleasant and the service was good. The food was overall good: the meat was well-cooked and the salad fresh and tasty. However, I’m taking one star off because the meat was only warm, and once it cooled down, it became too oily and lost its appeal. I hope the owner or manager sees this and shares the feedback with the kitchen team — properly heating the food would make a big difference.

Food is ok. Fork in wine was very hard and dry. Beef stew was ok but the taste is very basic. Dishes are very big. No side dishes at all besides simple bread. Grilled halumi was good. We had better meals in Larnaca.

I really enjoyed the oven-baked lamb – it was incredibly tender and full of flavor. The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere made for a lovely dining experience. I wasn’t a fan of the wine I tried by the glass, and the selection was a bit limited, but overall, it was a great meal and with very nice open atmosphere and space next to the sea. Very nice place, good location, good seating and atmosphere. Some of the waiting staff were new and had some small hiccups but they were fixed easily. Beef and lamb meat was beautifully cooked and seasoned, full of flavour. Good cocktails too😇

Militzis offers a great location with a beautiful sea view, perfect for enjoying a meal by the water. The place was quite busy when we arrived, which shows how popular it is. The food was delicious with generous portions — the kleftiko and lamb are absolute must-tries!

The slow cooked beef and lamb kleftiko was amazing. The tavas is the sum of the two but in a souce that makes it perfect. The mousaka was delicious, same for the calamars. The house wine is good, complimented well the food. Around 22h the place was really busy but you can still find a few tables. Friendly staff even when super busy going from table to table. To sum up in one word, a BIG MIAM!

A great Cypriot restaurant that’s family owned and operated. A great selection of different food for everyone to eat. I started with a piece of grilled halloumi cheese that was quite good. I ordered the beef kleftiko for lunch, which is a slow cooker piece of beef that’s served with potatoes. It was very tender and delicious. It was large enough to serve two people really! I would definitely recommend coming and trying it and I’ll be back next time I’m in Larnaca! The lunch rush started almost exactly at 13:00 and I saw many parties of 10+ people!

This is a very nice restaurant located at the city’s pier, very close to the airport. It’s a busy spot with fast service and very fresh food. The venue is wheelchair accessible. The food was excellent, especially the larger fish dishes from the charcoal grill — incredibly flavorful. The mezza selection is average, not exceptional, but still enjoyable, particularly with fish and octopus options. The grilled fish on its own is remarkably tasty. Note that they don’t use much spice or salt, so the flavors are clean and simple. The atmosphere can be quite loud during peak hours. If you’re looking for fast, high-quality food — especially fresh fish — I can definitely recommend this place.

Meze is such a great way to taste a large variety of fish. It requires 2 people minimum to order but the food is enough to feed 3. The cooking is simple without excessive seasoning to bring out the freshness of the ingredient. The squid can be cleaned a bit more to remove the excess ink and interior but all other dishes are wonderful. Our waiter was also very attentive and friendly.

My favorite restaurant in Larnaca! You have to get the fish meze. At 24 euros per person it is excellent value for money. From the salad / pitta breads and dips to start, to the 8 fish courses that come out one after the other, it’s delicious. Most of the fish comes plain, so don’t expect lots of seasoning, however you add fresh lemon & salt and it’s amazing. We come here 2 or 3 times every time we visit Cyprus. Service was excellent also. The octopus and baby squid are our favorite. We also loved the sea bream at the end with olive oil. So fresh!

The place is super busy, loud and chaotic - depending on what are you looking for that could be both a downside and a part of the authentic experience. It is advertised as a local fish restaurant - decor is very basic but the quality of the food and fast service make it up for that.

I visited yesterday, and I have to say, the location is absolutely stunning, with so much potential. The setting is perfect, and the food quality is top-notch, with delicious cocktails that really hit the mark. However, the service left a lot to be desired. It was painfully slow and disorganised. The staff seemed to be running around, but there was no clear system in place. It almost felt like they were “headless chickens” trying to serve everyone but no one at the same time. We placed our drink order, only to watch the waiter stand on the other side doing nothing while the staff bar had no orders to fulfill. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, my husband had to walk up to the bar himself to reorder the drinks. When the food finally arrived, the wait was long, and while the steak presentation was impressive with a nice “theatrical” touch at the table, the whole process was slow and the steak itself ended up lukewarm by the time it made it to our plates. We also ordered French fries, which were forgotten and only arrived after we asked three times, right when we were nearly finished with our meal. All in all, it’s a real shame because the food and cocktails are fantastic, and the beachside atmosphere is one of a kind. But the poor service definitely dragged down the experience. I really hope they work on this, as it could be a truly amazing spot with a bit of improvement in the service department.

A great spot to get some loungers/bean bags/cabana type beds. We got the bean bags and they priced us at a minimum spend of €20 per person. So once you've had a couple of drinks and food the seating pays for itself. Very hard working staff. Tasso is great. Amazing food and drinks.

Nice modern place , can be considered as a high end lounge. Perfect wine list and choice of cocktails. Sweets were very impressive. Food though needed a bit more sparkles and little touches. Risotto with truffles needed more taste. Indoor tables had poor lights, was very difficult to read the menu. We were 4 people, ordered 2 starters( prosciutto and buratta/ avocado 🥑 salad) , 3 main courses( ravioli with crab, truffle rizotto and grilled calamari) and 2 desserts. One bottle of very basic rose wine of 26€. Total bill came over 160€. Service was very good !

We did the day and evening here…. The day time was great, chilled vibes and a great atmosphere. Sun loungers were 40 euro minimum spend which was fine with us. During the day we had a Greek salad which was good value for money and the size was perfect to share between 2. The waiters were slightly confused regularly coming up and asking if we had ordered the food and drinks they had in their hands We then returned in the evening for dinner and drinks, once we were seated the service was pretty quick and the food came fairly promptly. The atmosphere is great we were there between 8:30pm and 10pm and it was just getting busy for the evening! Although we did notice there is 0 organisational setup for the waiters, such as everyone of them were serving the same tables and getting orders mixed up at the wrong tables. If they were to learn the restaurant in zones such as a,b,c,d etc they would have a much better process. Better management is needed to develop this place to be one of the top places in larnaca. It has all the foundations to be an amazing place but things definitely need to be improved

. 😊🎶 Last night at Lush Beach Bar Resto on Mackenzie Beach was absolutely unforgettable! The place buzzed with live music and dancing, with lots of people singing along 🕺🏼💃🏻. We indulged in a fantastic dinner—tender salmon, creamy risotto, juicy chicken souvlaki, luscious cream pasta, and more—and every single bite was delicious 😋🍴. The beachfront setting, upbeat tunes, and full-of-life crowd made it such an immersive, feel-good experience ✨🎉.

Amazing food, poor service, expensive cost. The steak was some of the best we have ever had. The Greek salad was delicious and fresh. It took FOREVER to get our drinks; one bottle of water and a coke, despite being sat next to the bar. The service was slow, and it all seemed quite hectic in there. Felt like they didn’t care about customers. Be warned: the prices for steak and fish are by the 100g, so the bill is an unwelcome surprise when it is all calculated.

I was told by several locals that this is the place for sushi in Larnaca, but after our experience, I can only conclude they didn't try much. Unfortunately, it ended up being the most dissappointing sushi experience we had in Larnaca so far. The quality of the ingredients is average, but the serving, portions, flavours, all leave a lot to be desired. Unique tastes, original ideas, unusual combinations that makes you wonder why was not tried before. Almost all dishes we tried (and we had a lot) were excellent. The service was generally quick, friendly, discreet in their presence.

The food was really nice but the service let us down. We had been before a few years ago, and it was really nice, but this time, it was a letdown. First the food, the main parts were nice the sushi I had was good my favourite was the rhyu(dragon) and the seabass was great as well always presented well. But the thing that was disappointing was the fried rice it was very undercooked to bad to eat so we sent it back and they didn't really acknowledge their mistake or apologise and didn't give us a new one either, this was a small problem but for the price you pay you would expect it to be perfect. The staff also were a bit rude and didn't make the effort to smile or anything, and again, the price isn't matching up to the service. The price has gone up since we had last been, the sushi was €42 and the seabass was €38, but the service and food had gone down, so I think they need to charge less and make the service better. Also, the music inside didn't match the theme of the restaurant at all, and it was too loud. Overall, the food is really good mostly, but the service and prices let it down.

A really wonderful experience. Everything we had was delicious. Have in mind most maki rolls are spicy. I recommend the Yawarakai tempura! The menu has plenty of options including vegetarian. Prices are from around 15 - 250 euro. You may have trouble finding parking as the restaurant has no parking for customers. There is however empty land plot in the house next to the restaurant you may park! Staff are friendly and great you warmly. They are quick to respond to anything you may need.

One of the best brunch spots in the city! The food is excellent and the portions are generous. A great choice for a quality brunch with delicious flavors. The only downside is that you can’t make a reservation – you have to show up and most of the time there’s a waiting list for a table.

The food is really good and nicely presented, with plenty of options to choose from. The restaurant itself is also very nice inside with cool decoration and atmosphere. The queue “system” is chaos with no organisation at all which makes it a frustrating experience. In the past you could put your name and number on the list and it worked well. This time it was just chaos and no one knew what was going on or whose turn it was. Not sure it’s worth all that.

I had the famous Eggs Benedict at Edem's Yard in Larnaca and everything was simply delicious! There were free tables available, the staff was very friendly, and the prices were quite reasonable. The place has a beautiful décor that makes the experience even nicer. Our order arrived in just 5 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend this spot!

Was recommend here and wasn't disappointed lovely location and easy to find, we had the Meze for two, it was really quirky and different food was freshly prepared and served with a verbal description, staff were fantastic and eager to help,the owner was polite and couldn't do enough but go empty the food is never ending couldn't finish the last third.

Amazing place, such wonderful food, amazing well made meat and unique take on traditional Cypriot food, and they accommodate for vegetarians as well. Everything was so well made, the flavours were delicious and everything fresh and home made. Amazing atmosphere, serene and lovely and the staff were amazing as well. We found this place online and took a chance on it, and we were so glad we did :)

Went here a few years ago and it was so good, we sat in the beautiful courtyard with lots of fans. Eating outside made it more lovely. This year we thought we'd go again, even though the food and the service was great with live music 🎵 we were sat inside with the AC. It got really hot after it filled up with other people and when the food was served. I think it would be so much nicer if they added more fans and made the most of the courtyard 😀

I've lived in Livadia almost my whole life and never visited this tavern before. I'm beyond impressed. It is one of the few food spots I've tried that i genuinely can't think of any negatives. We went on a Thursday night so it was pretty quiet which I love, atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, place outside where we sat was beautiful. The young boy that served us was super nice, attentive, making jokes. The other staff member we met was super friendly too. Food variation was incredible-so many more options then other taverns offer-you get to try a bit of everything and all the food tasted fresh. Meze is 24€ . Staff was kind enough to take a group photo of us multiple times and even arranged the tables to get a better shot for us before we left. My new favourite spot 10/10 , will be returning forever.

I’ve lived in Larnaka all my life and visited many taverns here, but for some reason, I never knew about Alonia in Livadia. We went there for the first time yesterday and were pleasantly surprised. The food was lovely, the atmosphere cozy and truly traditional, and the owners and staff were very friendly. We ordered the food meze — the quantity was generous, with some dishes left over. Almost every dish was excellent, and many had a unique twist you don’t usually find in most taverns in Larnaka. It was also so lovely how they treated Celine, our Toy Poodle — they brought her water and even a seat just for her. The dessert selection had so many options, and that chocolate cake was from another world. Strongly recommend visiting this place!

We stumbled across this hidden gem of a restaurant as a happy accident! We were originally booked into a nearby taverna which had a power cut and the staff recommended we try here instead. As second generation Greek Cypriots living in England we really appreciate authentic cypriot cuisine and this restaurant didn't disappoint!! The restaurant is set in a beautiful courtyard that has a lovely breeze, even in the August heat! We had the meze and the whole meze was just fabulous! The homemade koubebia (stuffed vine leaves) were a particular highlight, the chicken thighs were quite possibly the best I have even eaten, so soft and juicy and the baicon was absolute perfection! We were served by Stefano and nothing was too much for him, we had a wonderful time and will be back!

Try another breakfast address this Sunday. Our choice fell on Alchemies in Larnaca. We really liked it, the scrambled eggs with avocado and baby spinach and the Kayana eggs with mozzarella look good on the plate and taste very delicious. It is a thick, well-filled whole wheat toast. Together with freshly squeezed orange juice and a strong cup of decaf coffee, this is an excellent start to a sunny Sunday. For day trippers, tourists, cruise ship passengers or other wandering Larnaca interested parties, this is a perfect breakfast address if the croissants, the English breakfast or the sandwiches are enough for you.

It was a nice experience we had beer one evening, then we decided to have lunch the next day. The food was delicious and we didn't feel hot although the weather was blazing. The portion was great relative to the price. I would recommend 👌 this restaurant 😋 😍.

Ocean basket is like going to Lidl on a Friday evening, you have to get all you need before the weekend stars, otherwise, take-away is awaiting for you! Crazy busy service on a Saturday, nonetheless - they managed their best! We went for the plater to share for 2 and some extra mussels and 2 drinks. The cocktails are below average or as I call it: a bit of this with a bit of that! Mojitos have seen better days, for sure! There are tables inside and outside aka Al Fresco. Out of all the items we’ve ordered, I personally loved only the mussels! My cousin had never tried the oysters, so guess what? Exactly, I orders some oysters. They came a bit ‘tired’. Not the best oysters I’ve tried, I must admit! Deserts: the pistachio cheesecake is to be avoided, I do not recommended that one at all. Dry and crunchy, quite the opposite of a cheesecake.

We have been in Larnaca for 7 days and we went 2 times to Ocean Basket because the first time we were left so impressed about the taste of the sea food and by the atmosphere. I would suggest everyone this restaurant for delicious sea food and a very wide variety of choices. The stuff was really nice, our server Michael Angel was so sweet with us and fast service. At the atmosphere in the evening at the tables outside is very nice and would definitely go back here anytime we visit.

Presentation was amazing. Food quality was ok, but fresh made baguette and olive oil would be better option, as a compliment. Need to change dressing in salad with pomegranate. Or, at least, offer several options of dressing. Tuna steak was bland, but edible. I flavoured with lemon juice and soya sauce, so it was ok. Clean, affordable and welcoming place.

When I walked by I was cautious as the place was full of people - in my experience when you have so much traffic most kitchens start to loose the standards but not here. I was nicely surprised. Food came out fast. Calmari and fish was fresh and tasty. Also provided some complimentary bread and dip. Nice cocktails too!! Recommend.

I called in for lunch on Friday. The staff are friendly enough and took my order pretty quickly. Pros: - As mentioned, friendly team. - Cypriot wine was really great and perfectly chilled. Cons: - The calamari came out within 2 mins of ordering (very suspiciously quick), and the serving size felt a bit small (just a small handful of them rolling around in the dish) - The sea bass was so much smaller than I would’ve anticipated. Not a lot of meat on it. Felt more like a small dish to be ordered alongside other things, rather than a main. I did see some much more interesting and better quality things arriving at other tables, and felt regret I hadn’t ordered something else. I think I’d rather their prices were a bit more and the portions less underwhelming than what I was served.

Could have been better. Food lacked sauce/seasoning. Baby crabs were too dry. They do have a good selection of smaller plates on the menu, so I liked that there was a big variety to chose from and mix and match. They didn’t bring any tools to serve food and it was hard to get attention of staff to bring some extra cutlery and napkins.

Brilliant food and service. Ordered the chateaubriand for 2 and was not disappointed. Amazing sauces. Also excellent chips! Would recommend the fried halloumi too.

Amazing steak house. We had between us Steak, Chicken and Lamb meals and all amazing. Catered to our Gluten free needs amazing. Loved the cocktail and Anna the waitress is great.

A very nice restaurant located at Larnaca main boardwalk, very good starters and mains, we had dinner - the grilled Sea Bas and the local chilled white wine were delicious.

Really nice place close to the beach. The seafood is tasty, especially the Garlic Shrimps. The octopus not as tasty as expected, but it was a nice atmosphere and the the staff was friendly.

Very poor service!!! We ordered one small meze for one person because we were full already, coming a small plate with two dolma, one halumi cheese ,three pieces of mushroom, one spring roll and I paid 40€ and two beers. Unbelievable! 40€ for nothing it's blatant theft!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

I love this place, i ordered here Pasta Carbonara which was really good, like in Italy. My friend was so pleased about the food she ordered. I tried here a Limoncello Spritz which was good. Nice location, you have to call before or to be lucky to find a free table. Prices higher than usual.

Delicious food, great Italian recipes. We tried the pizzas, the truffle pasta and the sea food pasta. Everything was delicious. Well situated by the beach with a good view. Prices are reasonable, portions are huge. We had a very good family lunch. Service was great and the staff friendly. Would absolutely recommend eating here :)

Great experience from start to finished. We went there during dinner time service and it was very busy. Quick to get us seated, service was fast and food was delicious. Dimitris looked after us and had very good attention to detail, making sure the experience was best as possible. On the way to the toilet I walked passed the open kitchen which was very clean and organised. A tightly kept ship! After we finished they were very patient and relaxed which made us feel even more appreciated. Would highly recommend if you like tasty Italian food and exceptional service.

We had a great experience at Aldente Restaurant, Finikoudes. We ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara and the Penne Truffle, both dishes were delicious, but the Penne Truffle really stood out and made a strong impression. The atmosphere is relaxed and it’s a lovely spot for a weekday lunch. Definitely recommended!

We have enjoyed our time at The Brewery and we had the most amazing waiter. The ambience of the place was amazing, as the lighting and the decor was nice and the music in the back'ground was low enough which it was perfect to have a conversation. We had couple of beers and have tried the golden latte and a carrot cake. The golden latte was tasty and the flavour were the cinnamon and turmeric was refreshing and the carrot cake was freshly made. We had the most amazing service by a very friendly and attentive waiter called Aziz. Thank you for the great experience.

I had a great experience at The Brewery Larnaca! I was with my wife, and we initially ordered a shisha, and when it wasn't to our liking, the staff kindly offered to change it for us at no extra charge. They kept checking in to ensure we were satisfied and comfortable, which made us feel really appreciated. We also ordered cappuccino and hot chocolate, and both drinks were excellent. The cake was also amazing—delicious and beautifully presented. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced our visit. Highly recommend for a relaxed and friendly atmosphere!

Food was okay - good flavours and fresh. I had the savoury waffle "eat like a greek". Perfect for an easy breakfast. Sadly the draft beer equipment wasn't working, which was sad, as the place is called "the brewery"😅but this happens, all good. I was shocked though when I was offered bottled Budweiseer beer though for €6.50.. a bit too much when the house draft is only an euro more... Also the wooden seats could do an upgrade, not the most comfortable, doesnt make you want to sit there for longer😁

We’ve come back here again and again – and every time it’s a delight! The menu is diverse and every dish we’ve tried was absolutely delicious. It is a very nice place, and what made me and my wife love it even more and come back to it a second time was our waiter Aziz, The food is special and healthy, a wide variety for non meat persons also, and most importantly brunch is served all day, for those who wake up late.

Simply great! We had the traditional lamb kebab meal (10.90), wrapped halloumi (5.00) and two Keo beers (2.80). The lamb meal was really good - the meat was soft and tender, It comes with a fresh salad and crunchy french fries. This is the right place for a delicious lunch in reasonable prices, good services and a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended!

This is the best grill u can her around Larnaka bay, really. Every single day dishes on the top level as service. If u want cheap and delicious u need to go there. Nothing around can compare.

Got a table for 3 plus 1 wheelchair at once. Restaurant filled up quickly, but our orders came fast and each was quite tasty. Very good performance by the staff, who really had to hustle to provade for everybody. Only two minudes; toilet pn secondhand floor. With a steep startar it was a struggle to get our disabled person up and down. No AC up there Esther, so it was very hot. Overall impression though very good.

Great café in Larnaca! 🍴 The portions are absolutely huge and very tasty, with beautiful presentation too. We were three - me and two kids, and honestly, one sandwich would have been enough for all of us. But we ordered two sandwiches and a salad and ended up completely full :) Lovely atmosphere, quick and attentive service. Definitely coming back!

Really nice location. We were here twice: once for lunch and once for dinner. The food was really good. We figured it’s typical Cyprus thing and not a bad thing ofc, but worth to mention that the portions were HUUUGE (1 portion could feed 2 persons). I called in for lunch on Saturday when in Larnaca visiting friends. The garden vibe is really relaxed and welcoming, with a friendly waiting team. The menu offers some great Cypriot staples. I opted for a stuffed pepper and the grilled octopus. Really good flavours, and tremendous value considering all factors. Would visit again and recommend.

On the best open terrace in Larnaca. Very nice ambient, and this is their strongest point. Excellent for a romantic date, or meeting with a large grouyof friends. Food is typical Cypriot: BBQ, fresh salads (dakos is excellent!), good meze. Reservations are recommended because the place is usually packed, especially during yhe weekends. Service is very pleasant and cool, brings to overal enjoyment 🙂

Hidden from the main street in a small courtyard. Excellent selection of fish, vegetarian and meat meals, with quick service and friendly staff. 30 Eur for appetizer, main course, dessert and large water - very fair prize and great quality.

Another great culinary experience in Larnaca. The place is really busy, a booking a table is recommended. Everything was really tasty and well cooked. I especially loveds tyrokafteri, made with several types of peppers, chopped in larger bits.

We recently visited Spaghetteria Italia, a cozy hidden gem tucked away in the center of Larnaka, right next to a bigger-name restaurant. Although it’s a small place with just a few tables, it felt very warm and romantic by the end of the evening. The charming ceiling décor featuring angels and a small angel sculpture added a lovely touch to the ambiance. Service was quick, and the staff was attentive—we were asked twice if everything was okay, which made us feel well cared for. One small detail that kept me from giving a full 5 stars: I had to pour our water and refill our wine myself. For a top rating, I’d expect the server to take care of that. We skipped the pizza and tried two types of pasta, both absolutely delicious. For starters, we had fried mozzarella, which brought back childhood memories of eating fried cheese in Slovakia—comforting and nostalgic. We couldn’t resist dessert and ended up ordering two, both of which were excellent. Bonus points for the clever move of placing the dessert menu on the table without saying a word—it tempted us just enough to go for it! Though small and a bit hidden, the restaurant was quite busy with takeaway orders as well. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the toilet sanitizer actually being filled (unlike many places where it's just an empty stand). Price-wise, it’s quite reasonable by Larnaka standards. For two mains, one starter, two desserts, a bottle of wine, and water, we paid about €75. Highly recommended if you're looking for an authentic, intimate Italian experience without the fuss.

The food at Italia Spaghetteria was excellent. I absolutely loved the food. The staff were very kind and exceptional. The two things that brought the restaurant down for me were: the toilets - they could do with a good refurb; And the smoking area outside, for me is far too close to the non-smoking area. Closing the door did help, but, obviously when you're passing that area, etcetera, with your children, they're breathing in the secondhand smoke, which for me in 2024 is not really acceptable. They should just make it fully non-smoking. And if you want to smoke, you shouldn't be in the enclosed areas. You should be fully outside. But I guess that's what they think is appropriate. Overall, I would eat there again, but I would choose a time when there's not likely to be smokers, if such a time exists.

We were the first to arrive and were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. They turned on the air conditioning right away – which was much appreciated after walking in from the Larnaca heat. The menu is impressive and full of tempting dishes. To be honest, I had already eaten pizza elsewhere, but I didn’t want to skip this place – and I’m glad I didn’t! We had the creamy strozzapreti pasta with chicken and mushrooms, and a classic aglio e olio peperoncino – both were excellent. Lovely atmosphere, wonderful staff, and spot-on Italian food.

We came after a very good recommendation of our friends. It's one of the best Italian restaurants out side Italy! And I don't write that easley. (We travel a lot) It's a family place.

Its definitly an expirience, very lovely and kind staff. My go-to is the Spaghetti Bolognese as the main and the mozzarella in carrozza as the starter. Personally one of my favourite restaurant.

One star is for the scam and trick they tried to play on us. We have traveled 90 countries and there are so many different scams we had experienced- this time for this restaurant- they put a more expensive pasta on the bill instead what we have ordered. 3 euros more, not a big deal, but a fraud is a fraud, zero tolerance to scams!

It is delicious food and the portions are large.The highlight are daily offers for 14 euros, which are worth trying as they consists of range of great salads, range of superb pastas and some soft drink. All recommendations!

The food was ok, fish was much better then the steak, wouldn’t recommend to order other dishes than fish or seafood. The steak also came without sauce as promised on the menu. We then asked for pepper and were given a pepper shaker with finely ground pepper. A restaurant that serves steak should at least have a pepper mill ready if the pepper sauce is not available. Although the fries are homemade, they were rather soggy. Plus points: great and attentive stuff and located directly at the sea.

Went here for dinner, there were some mixed reviews but we decided to give it a chance. Had the fried garlic prawns and the halloumi as starters. The prawns where not fried, no garlic detected in the sauce. It was more of a cream and paprika sauce.. the prawns was not cleaned/deveined and the taste was very bland. The halloumi was bland, meant to be grilled but you couldn’t see nor taste that. On every table you’ll find olive oil and vinegar. The olive oil was very light and didn’t taste like anything. Thought that was a bit strange. We had the pork kebab fad the main dish. The pork was extremely tough to chew and the fries were damp and dull. We couldn’t finish any of our dishes. Very disappointing. You did get pita bread on the side which were good!

a few years ago we were in this restaurant every Sunday, then everything changed, what upsets me most is the service, the waiters are rude, when we asked how long we need to wait for the table to be cleared, he answered 20 minutes, the table was washed with a dirty rag (I attach a photo), a tablecloth old with holes and very sticky. The quality of the food has changed a lot, it has become much worse, the potatoes were raw and cold, the octopus was cold, the salad had rotten tomatoes. When we were there the last time we were served rotten, stinking octopus, in response to our remark they answered that they would convey our wishes to the cook. We decided to give them another chance, but it was a big mistake! There is nothing left in this restaurant except a beautiful view!

By far the best fish tavern in the Larnaka district. Breathtaking view, fresh fish right next to the water. 😍 I had fresh grilled red mullet, and it was so so tasty. My company had mezze, and i’ve never seen so much fresh fish delivered in the mezze in Cyprus. Highly recommended!

Nice restaurant, we tried the fish meze. Very Nice and intersting, Way too much food, we could easily have fed 4 people with the amount of food we got. I recommend you order a table at the seafront if it’s not too windy. It looks a bit dated from the street but behind the building you get a fantastic view.

We went to Pelagos for the restaurant, but they also have a hotel. The restaurant is simple, rather typical for a Cyprus restaurant, terase at the seafront, with exotic trees just near the sitting area, beautiful sea view. One can even go for a swim 20 metres away. The menu was offering local dishes. We took a large platter of mixed fish, fried. It came with fries and also a starter with pita and olives, on the house. Two people, we couldnt finish all that food. The fish was tasty, but a little dry. Maybe some sauce would have helped. The service was fast and friendly. The prices fair, rather low for so much sea fish on the plate. Surprisingly, i didnt notice the horde of cats that seem to rub on my legs and look beggingly for food in all Cyprus terrases. We liked tge place, might go there again.

I purchased the seafood meze...fantastic. Okay it's 50 euros...but what a special way to eat. I should have saved more space for the feast so be warned. Lovely fresh food...go easy on the chips and dips.

We were here on Easter Sunday, so it might have been more crowded than usual. The food took around 30 minutes to arrive, tstatsiki was mediocre and looked like prefabricated, fries were soggy and souvlaki chewy though tastewise okish. The waitresses were nice though seemed stressed out due to the amount of guests. Location was nice in front of the ocean but also very noisy due to the adjacent street. I would rather not recommend.

Bourekia, should be world famous; they are massive ! Don’t miss out . They do lots of other lovely things but it’s all about the Bourekia for me . The apple pie is so good too

Alasia in Larnaca has a beautiful seaside view with a lovely atmosphere. I always go there especially for their kibbeh, potatoes, and the dessert pourekia. Five stars just for these – the taste is amazing! The only issue is that the service is slow

The best place to get falafel in Larnaca. The owner is super helpful, makes everything himself so he knows exactly what's in everything. We are vegan and gluten free and one of us doesn't have onions or garlic. He helped us choose what to have and said he could adjust certain things for us to avoid the onion and garlic. Everything is gluten free apart from the wrap but there are loads of choices without a wrap. 100% recommend.

It was a delight to stumble across this vegetarian/vegan place! The Indian falafel wrap had spicy chilli in it as requested, and fresh coriander. Not only delicious but great value.

Googled best places for vegetarians in Larnaca. Found this place so stopped by to grab a couple of wraps. Their falafel wraps are amazing! Definitely visit again. So reasonable and lots of veg in too.

The food was very delicious, served fast, as we mentioned that we’re really hungry. The owner was super nice and had a great sense of humor! We tried falafel, hummus with pine nuts, garlic and chili bread, aruba and lemonades. For sure going back before leaving Cyprus!

Good food. I tried the bbq korean wings, it was good. The sushi was average they can make it better specially he's an sushi restaurant and should be expert in sushi. And it took to long about an hour seeing that the restaurant was not busy, every time they tell us it's coming and it take longer time. They also left the finished dishes on the table till the end. Bad service but they gave us the last sushi dish on the house after waiting for more than a hour.

Great place for kids and adults. I absolutely love their kids meal, ice cream, a drink and a meal only for like 7$ or something! There is food for spicy options, vegetarian options and many others. We were there at the 26. September 25 for a Dinner. We Order a Coconut Curry with Chicken and a Teriaki with Chicken. It was discussing the chicken was brown, black and taste spoiled and the curry was to spicy, you can’t eat it. After the meal we both had stomach ache later we both had to vomit. The Service was the only thing that was good. We would never go there anymore.

We've been in Greece & Cyprus for 7 weeks and this is one of the best meals we've had the whole time. The food is innovative and top-quality. The chef draws from multiple cuisines -- French, Italian, Middle Eastern, and creates dishes with exciting, unexpected bursts of flavor: an amuse-bouche of pomegranate humus accompanies artisan breads; a roasted aubergine share plate flavored with capers and feta on a bed of essence-of-eggplant sauce that made us want to lick our plates; a prawns linguini with a hint of fennel in an umami-rich bisque; mastixha ice cream and one of the best tiramisus we have ever tasted. A true gem.

Unfortunately, this was a miss. One waiter was really friendly but that's about it. The kitchen service was a mess. First, we got the starter and then the appetiser. And while we were still eating the starter, they served us the main course. Completely off timing. Food was also a miss. The pork fillet was overcooked and chewy, and fries undercooked. The starter was decent, and the wine list was good, too. However, I would not visit again.

Good quality food at reasonable prices. Offers something different to other restaurants in the area, especially their salads. Portions are generous. Had a seafood salad, pizza, the house burger and pasta dish and all really tasty. Decent wine selection, and they have a long cocktails list.

Every time I come to Cyprus I have to eat here. This time we came to Maya Napa. You can feel the atmosphere right at the entrance. A warm and cordial welcome. This time we challenged them with the girls who are sensitive to gluten. We received explanations about the menu. They immediately got down to business and prepared a gluten-free version of the original dish especially for us. They are true champions. Excellent service. Personal attention from the entire staff. Every dish is exceptional and we ordered 4 different dishes from the previous time. Not only do we recommend it, it is a must-try.

Many options for breakfast,sweet and salty, including vegan dishes (that are marked in the menu) , and they also willing to adjust the dishes for vegetarians . They have small garden and also indoor sitting are. The bagel bun was really good, with a generous amount of salmon. Though the lettuce on the side was not fresh.. The road leading to the restaurant is currently (May 2025) under construction, so it is a bit difficult to arrive.

Everything was perfect, the staff is so friendly and nice. Doing above and beyond for the customer! Around 10am it's pretty full, I had to wait for an inside table. Food taste is amazing, however it's on the pricier side, I got Mingle pancakes, orange fresh and water.. total was 19 euros but honestly worth it. My mom said that they make exceptional cofee. Definitely recommend, will be coming back!

Nice over looking the sea restaurant. We visited on a public holiday and it was packed with locals, therefore the service was slow and not much attention to the tourists. We waited 15min for someone to come and take the order and another 30min to order to be prepared. Had to ask to place the order and to take the plates and pay. However, the food was delicious and fresh. At the end of the meal, they served us dessert on the house that was a traditional cake slice. Reasonable prices as well. Personally, I enjoyed the fact there were so many locals dancing and singing. The owner was polite, but overall the service needs improvement!

Have been a customer for years. Love the cozy atmosphere. The coffee smell when you walk in is incredible. The pastries taste homemade and the service is impeccable. Particularly the barista with the short hair and the woman with the tattoos.

Paul’s is my favorite place for coffee and matcha in Larnaca, of course they don’t have much food to serve but their baked goods are yummy and homemade. The atmosphere here is very communal, calm and grounding. Something like a secret garden in the city. 10/10 recommend a try. Pricier than other spots but much worth it for quality.

We have been here many times. To be honest, I have not seen the cheaper place to eat such a good food for that amount of money. It is tasty. I love seafood linguine. We tried lots of dishes and never were dissatisfied. Also it’s quite quick service as well. Definitely recommend visit! Also the portions are huge! Absolutely fair price.

This place is absolutely ridiculous! Was waiting 25 minutes in the order queue. They have 3 counters to order, just one was open. Only 7 people was in front of me. When it was my turn, the staff told me the food will need one hour to be ready. The restaurant hadn’t that many guests. Just 1/3 of the tables was occupied. Never ever again, that’s just super embarrassing, never saw such a stupid concept like that. They definitely need to change their concept and more important, their management.

This has to be the worst meal i have ever had in a tourist area in Cyprus, the food was inedible at best, the burger had a strange odour and was soggy, the corn on the cob was horrible the coleslaw warm and the frozen oven chips overcooked and cold, the other of my dining companions were unable to eat what was put in front of them, under normal circumstances I would have asked for the manager and made an official objective critique of the food in order for them to perhaps improve but I felt at the time it would have been pointless and served no purpose, if they really cared then they wouldn’t be serving food of this poor standard. Neither value for money or good quality to justify the cost.

Visit date is - 24-Sep-2023. We were two families with 1 child each. The food that we ordered was exceptional. We ended up with 2 salads and 2 burgers, quite big portions. We had a great time. The only downside that i would point is that we asked for a high chair twice in order to have one, not the end of the world since it was a semi-busy day. There is a playground which we ended up visiting a lot, very lively, for smaller children a guardian is a must since some games can be dangerous. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone with a family. Especially if the child is a bit older and can play on its own. Great work, keep it up

Staff is extremely friendly, attentive, can fulfill any wishes almost instantly. Very spacious inside, atmosphere is great, very chill as sadly there aren't that many customers, this time around at least. Very good price to quantity ratio, huge portions in my opinion, food is yummy. Totally recommend if you're looking for a peaceful restaurant with exceptional service.

Very nice seafood restaurant. Good size portions and friendly service. Fish was good and so is the overall value for the money. A nice extra is the free watermelon for "dessert". Those who complained here about the seafood, it is clearly indicated on the menu what food ingredients might be frozen (always choose fresh fish).

Place was very busy and had a very extensive menu. Many options for everyone, vegetarian and vegan included. Many pasta and pizza options. All looked very tasty. I chose a simple margarita pizza and it was good! I saw many people order a pasta and it looked just as delicious.

Pizza, Bruschetta and Profitteroles were delicious. Carbonara was average. Overall, good impression.

Food was tasty but was bit expensive .. I would have visited again though if I wasn’t so disappointed from the service.. the whole staff seem stressed and busy giving you the feeling you aren’t welcome there. We asked to be seat on a specific table they said yes and then an other waiter asked us to move back to the previous table we were. We asked the bill three times without any success , one time even though I had an eye contact with the waiter he didn’t gave attention and ignored me. The other one he wave ok when we asked for bill but then nothing. When we finally had the bill they didn’t bring the change and when we asked for it they got annoyed probably as it was just one euro and 30 cent and they bring all of them to 10 cents coins.Its our right to have our change back and then we can decide if and how much tips we will give. When I told them that what they done was rude he tried to give me 1 euro coin back (means they had) … shame really..

We came to this restaurant for breakfast on Saturday at 10:30. There wasn't a single waiter in the room. It took 10 minutes for a waiter to show up. The staff was unfriendly and very unwelcoming. The impression of the restaurant's beautiful interior was completely ruined by the staff's behavior and approach. We asked for a manager. The waiters told us the manager wouldn't be there until 2:00 PM. The service in the restaurant is terrible and ruins even the good morning mood.

I’ve got bad stomach pain after having a dinner at the restaurant. I got Spaghetti bolognaise and Salad with chicken. While eating I could tell the food was not fresh but hoped it’s not that bad. The service was great, all the staff very kind, the place as well, but not fresh food.

Wow. I've lived in Cyprus for over 20 years, and I don't think I've experienced a more arrogant and rude customer service employee in my time here at The Point (Makariou, Larnaca - 24/12/2024 11am) The Point are agents for Kronos Express, and the employee couldn't be a worse representative of the company if she tried. Kronos - you'd do well to find another partner for these packages.

The card machine was not working and we only had card so while my friend was getting cash we were sitting in the point continuing our shopping and the person working there (tanner man with white beard ) started shouting at us to shut up and to stand still and was very rude. I usually shop there every night so point has just lost a regular customer this happened at at the early night of August 2 at feneromenis point and would recommend someone deal with this very rude person who shouts at customers

Staff are so rude and boring the market was dirty things werent tidy they were messy the fridge was half empty the prices werent the same as it was on the shelf some products are expired they dont give our money back when we ask for returns when we ask for something specific they dont have it and the most important inside out the store is dusty ! Not recomended at all !! Almost forgot to assign that the staff happens to service costumers talking on the phone !!!

We ordered 2 porcions of french fries. The waitress brought cuttelary and asks if we need ketchup and mayonese. We asked for both. We had recieved oil and vinegar insted. The french fries we had ordered were totally burned. They were also cold. On the top there was a cheese warmed up in the microwave as we have asked for grated cheese on the top. The only warm chips were under that cheese. Again we asked for ketchup and mayo. We had received dips. That "ketchup" was so sour like someone add tomato to the vinegar. We decided to report that issue. Two ladies in the kitchen were extremely busy with avoiding conversation requested for help of one gentleman. We described the issue and we received DAKSI as an answer. The gentleman has left. He did not care at all. Just gone. One of the ladies was smoking at the outside table as a customer when we were living without having our meal not even asked for refund or apologised or offer new french fries. Totally disappointed with poor and unprofessional customer service. Freshness of food and professionalism of chef and waitresses...Well.
