One of my favorite places for shopping, the location is very nice and includes a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cinema, pharmacy...etc.

Its an average mall with regular brands. The dome restaurant is super nice.

Great public space that the city uses for events year round. Nice place to hand out with some good restaurants around as well.

It is nice, you have all kinds of shops, a cinema and Hema my favorite shop where you can buy all kinds of things at a good price and if you feel like eating something sweet (they also have non sweet stuff) the waffle factory is a nice place
Alex — Google review
As I go there regularly for my businessess I test many shops in there, and I could some are very kind and gentle but some may be a little bit cold but overall no big problems happen to me. Outside seems a bit empty when no events happens (only two statues and a restaurant in a middle of it). (Pictures was taken during an event called "Clermont en Rose" for funding and raise awareness about breast cancer)

Great shopping with lots of fun shops.

A large variety of shops and the mall is always clean. It is much better than other malls in and around clermont Ferrand.
Anna O — Google review
This only gets a 3-star rating for me mostly because I'm foreign. Even when I try to speak French many of the people there didn't attempt to speak back. If I struggled with certain words or phrases, they were not helpful and helping me figure it out like they were in Paris. I typically felt kind of judged simply because I was foreign. The only time I felt like someone wanted to help out was when I met an Irish woman who spoke French fluently and help me out.

Restaurant
Restaurant Le Dôme is a cozy and family-friendly restaurant located in a shopping center. The staff is known for being very friendly and helpful, making it a great place for families with kids. The cuisine from Auvergne is highly recommended, especially the truffade and the salad dauvergne. Customers have praised the delicious food and the attentive service. Some have mentioned that the portion sizes can be quite generous, while others have enjoyed the great view from the restaurant.
Unbelievably good restaurant in a shopping centre! Our family of four stopped in Clermont Ferrand en route from UK to Spain. The staff here are amazing, very welcoming and great with the kids, the Truffade is cheese heaven! An absolute must if you’re in the area!
Rob W — Google review
Truffade was really good, highly recommend, but ridiculous size (12"). Others seemed to have smaller sizes which would have been ideal. Times are a bit confusing for service and making reservations. Service good but slow.
Rhenee F — Google review
I ordered fish and chips, food wasn't great, the fish was hard, the chips was passable, the sauce was okay, the juice isn't natural I mean I thought it's gonna be real pressed natural juice not from a bottle or something, despite that the stuff was nice and service was fast
Karima S — Google review
The quality of the food & service is not very consistent. I ordered Truffada with Onglet (medium) for lunch. This is what I got eventually in the second round after some communication. I usually don’t eat big meals for lunch, but this is a public holiday and I want to explore the food. But it turned out to be very disappointing
Fang B — Google review
We love this place the staff are so friendly the food is always very good, this is our place that we go to on our days off

Fast food restaurant
The Waffle Factory Jaude 2 offers a delightful selection of waffles, both savory and sweet. Customers can enjoy mouthwatering options like the Norwegian waffle with salmon, cream, and cheese, or the XL waffle with bacon, tomato sauce, and chicken. Prices are affordable, starting at just 2/3 euros for a single waffle.
Food was great, staff was courteous. I'd recommend this eatery.
Jean-Luc S — Google review
The waffles were amazing, I totally recommend it! Everything was perfect. They lose w star for me because they gave us only one fork, despite ordering 3 waffles so we have to ask for the other 2 and no knives were given. Besides that, the experience would've been perfect.
Adel D — Google review
The waffles were really tasty . I've tried two of them, norvegian with salmon, cream and cheese and xl with bacon, tomato sauce and chicken (however I didn't felt/find the chicken inside) but the taste was good. The prices starts from just 2/3€ but the menus are around 8/10 euro which is a good price because one waffle is enough for a quick and affordable small lunch. Recommend to try them. However I didn't tried yet the sweet ones.
Dumitru G — Google review
Much better than what I was told by the locals about the Waffle Factory at Jaude. I have had waffles made from batter, but here waffles are made from dough which makes them ultra soft and much tastier. Even the staff here, especially Reda is amazing and everyone always greets you with a smile
Prithvee S — Google review
I tried a salty and a sweet option from the menu, and it is really tasty, but I would say that it is not an everyday thing, mostly for going out with friends or eating something on the go as it has the fast food restaurant model. The employees are friendly, and is often open for more ours than the rest of restaurants near it.

Beautiful old medieval church. Free entry. Beautiful stained windows and decorative ceilings. Worth a visit

Visiting from Rue Robertus gives you a better view of the basilica and it's unique geometric shaped architecture. It was empty during the weekend giving a peaceful atmosphere to the visit. You have an access to the crypt too! Overall, it's a lovely romanesque styled basilica worth visiting for some peace :)

I was rubbed a little but the building was beautiful so I was stroking with a view
Crimson C — Google review
Truly amazing church of roman style. No further alterations in later centuries, but original as it was in 1140 when it was built. Ther is also a crypt below the apsis. The ceiling is very beautiful , in the area of the choir it is obvious that the architect had difficulties to combine the different elements into a cross shape. A must see when in clermont ferrand.
Hartmut P — Google review
Make sure to check out the geometric designs at the east end on the outside!
Ben C — Google review
A beautiful romanesque basilica with typical chevets and mosaics, among the five greatest churches in Auvergne (Issoire, Orcival, Saint-Nectaire, and Saint-Saturnin). Founded in the 6th century, burned down and rebuilt around the 12th, the building has been restored (questionably) in the 19th century, finally a major restoration programme took place in the church interior at the beginning of the 21st century (to clean the stonework and remove the 19th century cement adds) after the basilica was added to the UNESCO World Heritage (1998).

The Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption, also known as Clermont-Ferrand Cathedral, is a Gothic masterpiece located in the city center of Clermont-Ferrand in Auvergne. This 13th-century Roman Catholic place of worship is constructed entirely from black lava stone, giving it a unique and striking appearance. The cathedral features two impressive spires that soar 108 meters into the sky, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
I have a beautiful experience to visit over here. Such a lovely and amazing place. Very impressive and Attractive. This church is so cool i highly recommend to visit this. Oh boy! This cathedral is the identity of Clermont-Ferrand and rightly so. Built with lava stone, it gives a dark colour to the cathedral making it unique to the other cathedrals in France which is usually built with limestone. It's a gothic masterpiece and one of the tallest in France. Not to mention, the stained glass windows inside the cathedral was so colourful. I'm impressed!
Akshay R — Google review
Stunning church with daily Mass and adoration. Unlike most other cathedrals Mass is held on the main altar which is beautiful. Unfortunately like most cathedrals they’ve picked chairs instead of pews, making it difficult to kneel. The church is stunning and built from lava stone, there is beautiful artwork and architecture to admire inside. The high ceilings reach all the way up to heaven, bringing us up there for Mass.

This magnificent basilica leaves an indelible impression on all who are fortunate enough to experience its splendor. Standing tall against the skyline of Clermont-Ferrand, the Basilique Notre-Dame de l'Assomption is a testament to the city's rich history and enduring spiritual significance. It is one of the most iconic landmarks in the region. Constructed from the distinctive black volcanic stone native to the Auvergne region, the basilica's Gothic facade commands attention with its intricate detailing and imposing presence. Stepping through its grand entrance, visitors are enveloped in a sense of solemnity and tranquility, as light filters through stained glass windows. If you find yourself in Clermont-Ferrand, a visit to the Basilique Notre-Dame de l'Assomption is an absolute must.

Restaurant Bath's offers a great dining experience with excellent value for money. The 36 menu is particularly recommended, featuring high-quality dishes such as foie gras terrine, rump steak, and rum baba. Let's break things down: Crêpe with Nutella was amazing Crêpe sucré didn't taste anything, it felt like an empty crêpe so bad The ice cream wasn't great The staff wasn't particularly friendly The location is great and the place looks very nice, even the prices are good A very conflicting experience but I'd come back for another crêpe with Nutella

EXPENSIVE! 2x Choco buns 4x biscuits 2x muffins 2x chocolate brownies 2x café lait 5x schweppes = 50 - 55euros. Very small area inside at the back of the cafè. Too small for big people to fit inside. No room to eat comfortably. I was disappointed to pay this amount of money. Not happy!

Italian restaurant
Located at 9 Rue du Terrail, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France, Il Visconti is a charming Italian restaurant that provides the perfect setting for a romantic dinner. With comfortable armchairs and meticulous decor, this place is ideal for unwinding and enjoying the dolce vita. Visitors praise the delicious Italian cuisine offered here, with some mentioning it as the best they've had in a while. The restaurant also boasts a lovely garden seating area for summer dining and reasonable prices.
This restaurant is one of my favourite places in town. The food is absolutely amazing, always good, always surprising. The portions are exactly right for me and for the people I've been with. In the winter they have a lovely indoor space that's quiet and beautifully decorated, the kitchen is in the center so you can see the cooks working. And when it's getting warmer outside they have a lovely patio, an outdoor place cut out from the noise of the city. The staff is always really lovely. Everyone should try this place once.

Our waiter was very friendly, suggested a delicious bottle of wine and the overall experience was lovely.
Margaret B — Google review
Excellent food, beautiful scenery in the backyard of the restaurant. The selection of dishes was quite small, but everybody from our family of five found something, which suited. I would really recommend the Il Visconti!
Eva H — Google review
We had one of the worst restaurant experiences here. Taste : The lunch menu was overpriced at €23 per person, and the food was bland, with small portions and no real flavor. Definitely not worth the price. Service : The service was rude and unwelcoming. I’m not sure what was wrong with our server, but she showed zero care for our table. When we placed our order, she didn’t explain that there are options either entrée + dessert or main + dessert—we only found out when another server explained it to a different table nearby. After waiting 30 minutes for our main dish, we asked when it would arrive. Her only response: “It’s coming,” with no further explanation. She didn’t bring us bread either. We finally had to ask another server—who wasn’t even in charge of our table—because ours never came back. Everything was painfully slow: 15 minutes just to get the menu, another 15 minutes to place the order, and we watched other tables (who arrived after us) get served first. It took 1.5 hours just to get to dessert. We’ve eaten at many restaurants in Clermont-Ferrand, and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had. It’s unacceptable to receive such poor service and food for €23 per person for lunch. You don’t want to spend that much money only to ruin your day with bad food and a frustrating experience. I honestly don’t know how this place has such high ratings, but I wouldn’t recommend it at all. There are plenty of other places nearby with much better food and service.

L'Aventure Michelin is an exhibition in Clermont-Ferrand that showcases the history and innovations of the Michelin company in the field of transport. The museum features films, vehicles, and reconstructions that track over a century of the company's developments, with a particular focus on the development, manufacture, and applications of rubber tires. Visitors can learn about the origins of Michelin from its beginnings as a rubber factory to its international reputation today.
A great experience! It was really interesting to see the history behind Michelin and how they developed their products over time. I especially enjoyed the technical details. The visit took me around two hours, but I feel I could have spent even more time there!

Very detailed history of the Michelin tire company with many life size artifacts. I learned a lot more than I thought I would. I highly recommend this visite. ADA accessible. I would not bring children under 8-10 yo. They won't get the point and it's actually a lot of walking.

Super interesting museum! If you’re in this area a must visit! We spend there quite long. A couple of hours. There are different levels with all the history and side stories. It’s really fun to walk through it and also interactive. Totally worth the time!
Maya S — Google review
-1 star for the lack of normal bicycle parking. Absurdly that Lidl has better parking spots in comparison with the biggest tyre manufacturer. Otherwise – a great museum with a square of 2000 m2. There are no barriers – I mean you can touch almost anything! Experience was beyond my expectations. Highly recommend.
Mikita K — Google review
We spent a couple of hours here, two adults and two kids (aged 6 and 9). It was interesting, but more so because of having family connections to Michelin (grandfather working for them in Nigeria and Clermont-Ferrand in the 1960s; both grandparents and my mum working for Michelin in the UK at times). There is quite a bit of corporate agrandising - one would believe Michelin is the best in the world at everything it does by reading the exhibits. But it is interesting, there are some interactive elements for the kids (though ours were a bit young to fully enjoy it). I am glad we visited, but I would not feel thr need for a return visit.
Tom L — Google review
Extremely family friendly with interactive exhibitions and few no-touch artifacts as well as detailed descriptions for those interested. Free parking with four electric vehicle charging stations (11 kW). Very friendly staff - arriving at noon, the front desk attendant recommended having lunch before visiting and gave several options in the area, as the museum does not have a cafeteria.
Frederik T — Google review
We visited with our 5 and 7 years old kids to "escape" a rainy day and because it was recommended to us. Not bad at all, pretty interactive and kids had an activity book to fill in which was useful. They could touch quite a lot of stuff, open drawers and watch short movies, look at a globe etc, their only disappointment was not to be able to sit on the 2 chairs from the Expo Universelle! :( I think the museum would benefit from extra experiences and "test it yourself" activities! :)

ASM Experience at Marcel-Michelin Stadium in Clermont-Ferrand is a unique and interactive museum dedicated to the renowned rugby club, ASM Clermont Auvergne. It offers an immersive journey through the history of the club and the sport of rugby, featuring simulators, memorabilia, and informative exhibits. Visitors can enjoy a guided tour of the iconic stadium while learning about the team's achievements and players.
Great museum. All interpretation of displays in both French and English. Allow a couple of hours. Museum shop is also excellent although most items in French. Internet said closed on Mondays but it was open. We nearly missed going because of this.
John M — Google review
To be honest, ASM Experience is a solid program with some really useful insights. It’s not perfect—there were parts that felt a bit basic if you already have some background—but overall, it’s practical and easy to follow. The content is clear and the pacing keeps you engaged without feeling overwhelmed. What I appreciated most was how applicable the lessons are to real-life situations. You’re not just getting theory; you get actionable tips that you can start using right away. It’s definitely worth it if you’re looking for something straightforward and no-nonsense. If you’re new or looking for a refresher, ASM Experience will give you good value. Just don’t expect it to be groundbreaking if you’re already very experienced. But it’s a trustworthy, helpful resource that’s easy to get through and genuinely helpful. Tour guides will either make it good or break it for you down to zero

Museums
The Musee d'Art Roger Quilliot in Clermont-Ferrand offers a diverse collection of almost 2,000 artworks spanning from the Middle Ages to the 20th century. Housed in a former convent dating back to the 12th century, this 6,000 m2 gallery seamlessly blends modern architecture with historic elements.
The Musée d'Art Roger-Quilliot in Clermont-Ferrand is a must-visit for art enthusiasts. Situated in a beautifully restored 18th-century convent, the museum itself is an architectural gem, seamlessly blending historical and modern elements. Its collection spans several centuries, showcasing works from the Middle Ages to contemporary art, with a particular focus on regional artists and the Auvergne's rich artistic heritage. The museum is well-organized, making it easy to navigate through its various sections, and the staff is welcoming. The rotating exhibitions add an element of surprise, ensuring that even repeat visits offer something new. Additionally, the museum's location in the heart of Clermont-Ferrand makes it easily accessible, and it is undoubtedly one of the cultural highlights of the city. For families, don’t forget to stop by the area on the ground floor where kids can draw their flag on paper, with the word "play" written in their own language. It’s a fun, interactive way for children to engage with the museum and express their creativity. Whether you're a local or a visitor, the Musée d'Art Roger-Quilliot offers a deep dive into the artistic soul of the region, making it one of the best museums in Clermont-Ferrand .

One of the remarkable art institutions in Clermont -Ferrand. It looks like a modern building but contents really historic artefacts back to medieval times etc. I was really impressed by the museum, it’s worth visiting it with family and friends.
Loli S — Google review
Five euro for a two hour museum. Not a bad price. Many pieces displaying people relevant to the region. Such as Desaix and Vercingetorix.
David G — Google review
A beautifully laid-out museum with two excellent temporary exhibits. No explanations in English, though, if that's a problem. I have to say that the painting of the fair at Impruneta is an absolute must.
Neil T — Google review
A small museum, but it has many valuable art pieces. The painting styles are various from classical to modern art. You will forget everything when staying in front of these paintings.
Duc H — Google review
I have never met such grumpy staff at the reception desk of a museum. It's better to give a welcome smile than a grudging scowl. You'd think staff would be pleased to have some paying visitors... Very annoying also that the cloakroom and bag lockers are closed so we have to carry them around the museum. Poor experience.
Tony B — Google review
A lovely fine art museum to visit. It has an interesting modern layout, an atrium the height of the building like the courtyard between three buildings around a square. The collection runs from medieval to C20th. My favourite was the C20th collection in the basement, a very generous bequest. Rather too much Vercengétorex in the C19th for my taste, but he's the local hero!
Paul B — Google review
Nice museum. It has a lot of romantic-ish art with some roman vestiges of different objects of Clermont-Ferrand that date back to hundreds and hundreds of years. It's quite interesting. There was also a very interesting temporary expo of the dutch filmmaker "Rosto" that I specially liked. I'll be in the look out for future expositions in the museum.

The dining area offers a stunning view of the stadium and the Puys mountains from its terrace. It is described as a contemporary brasserie with refined and tasty dishes. (Translated by Google) A totally exotic evening, I found myself in Italy for an evening. Very welcoming owners and fast service. The pizza was delicious, as well as the chocolate fondant. Not much choice on the menu since everything is homemade and this quality is evident on the plate. I will return with great pleasure this summer to eat on the terrace in this picturesque little neighborhood that is Montferrand!

Establishment run by a couple of Italians who will perhaps serve you the best Pizza in Clermont Everything is homemade, the pizzas are delicious and very affordable. Go there with your eyes closed, the setting is also very nice in old Montferrand (Original) Un vrai coin d'Italie dans Clermont Ferrand. (Translated by Google) Very good food, the fresh pasta was excellent and the wine delicious. The service was pleasant and fast. The only downside was that we ate on the terrace around 7 p.m. there was a lot of passing cars and scooters in the street.

French restaurant
DUCHER Restaurant offers a magnificent room adorned with natural plants, light, and exotic woods. The sweet and savory mignardises and verrines are delightful, accompanied by excellent service. Guests can enjoy a cozy atmosphere with excellent value for money and a wine list to suit all tastes. The refined cuisine is masterfully prepared by the chef. While the prices may be slightly higher than average, the elegant setting and quality of dishes make it worthwhile.
Very nice experience to eat there, And for the staff I don’t have words to say something they are really kind and friendly, I would like to come back again

(Translated by Google) We've been to Le Ducher several times before, and we've been disappointed by the quality of the dishes: no flavor, very bland, fatty meat, no sauce... We only liked the starter. The service is always very slow, 1.5 hours for two courses... Despite the pleasant and beautifully decorated setting, we won't be back.

(Translated by Google) We came on a Friday for lunch. The restaurant is quite busy during the week at lunchtime due to the many businesses nearby. However, the service was fast and the waitresses were friendly and smiling :). The Landes salad was very good, and it's nice when there's more garnish than salad. A great time :) (Original) Nous sommes venu un vendredi midi.

(Translated by Google) We used this caterer for our wedding. The quality of the food was truly outstanding: everything was very good, both at the reception and during the meal, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The presentation was beautiful on both the platters and the dishes, and the cocktails were very good. However, we were disappointed with the organization. I spent a year planning this wedding with the caterer, repeatedly specifying (in person and by phone) that one guest had a severe sesame allergy and that there should be absolutely no sesame on the day. Despite this, products containing sesame were served at the reception. This could have had very serious consequences, especially since the nearest hospital was not nearby. I had also requested a gluten-free platter for my mother (the bride's mother, who for once had her own platter at an event), who has celiac disease, but no server was able to tell her where it was, so she gave up trying. As a result, two guests weren't able to eat properly that day, and I received no goodwill or compensation from the manager. The overall organization also needed improvement: many young people on summer jobs seemed poorly managed, and no organizational meeting had been held in advance (that's our impression). When it started to rain, no one knew what to do. Even the beer tap wasn't ready for the reception; guests had to take care of it... Fortunately, the meal went well and was excellent, and the tables were very well set, but unfortunately, this wasn't enough to compensate for the problems encountered on such an important day during the reception. To conclude, very good food but an adjustment needs to be made in terms of the organization of the service and everything could be perfect for your next weddings/events.

(Translated by Google) Two visits, two fiascos. The first time, we were royally ignored at the counter after asking for a platter. The manager yelled at everyone—servers, kitchen—while we waited. We ended up paying and then leaving without eating anything. The four of us tried again tonight: 20 minutes for four drinks, 15 more for a platter, then an eternity for tiny starters. The main courses? Never arrived. Reason: "cash register problem" and "priority for a wedding reception in the kitchen." Two people didn't eat anything. When it came time to pay, the waitress (the only one in the entire restaurant even though the room was half empty, but still very pleasant) charged us for dishes we never ordered. Unacceptable. Avoid. Inacceptable. À fuir.
