Basilique Notre-Dame du Port de Clermont-Ferrand is a restored 12th-century Roman Catholic basilica adorned with sculptures and inlaid stone mosaics. This UNESCO World Heritage site offers a captivating journey into the world of Romanesque art. The basilica, built of beige arkose, underwent full restoration until December 2008.
Beautiful old medieval church. Free entry. Beautiful stained windows and decorative ceilings. Worth a visit
Louise N — Google review
Visiting from Rue Robertus gives you a better view of the basilica and it's unique geometric shaped architecture. It was empty during the weekend giving a peaceful atmosphere to the visit. You have an access to the crypt too! Overall, it's a lovely romanesque styled basilica worth visiting for some peace :)
Akshay R — Google review
I was rubbed a little but the building was beautiful so I was stroking with a view
Crimson C — Google review
Truly amazing church of roman style. No further alterations in later centuries, but original as it was in 1140 when it was built. Ther is also a crypt below the apsis. The ceiling is very beautiful , in the area of the choir it is obvious that the architect had difficulties to combine the different elements into a cross shape. A must see when in clermont ferrand.
Hartmut P — Google review
Make sure to check out the geometric designs at the east end on the outside!
Ben C — Google review
A beautiful romanesque basilica with typical chevets and mosaics, among the five greatest churches in Auvergne (Issoire, Orcival, Saint-Nectaire, and Saint-Saturnin). Founded in the 6th century, burned down and rebuilt around the 12th, the building has been restored (questionably) in the 19th century, finally a major restoration programme took place in the church interior at the beginning of the 21st century (to clean the stonework and remove the 19th century cement adds) after the basilica was added to the UNESCO World Heritage (1998).

Lovely small basilica with stained glass, shrines, and sculptures.

Impressive church, my wife prefered it to the cathedral. Lovely crypt and a very helpful chap chatted to us for ages about the place. Well worth a visit.

At the recommendation of our server, I had a salmon salad (with fries) and a pint of a refreshing blonde Guinness. Perfect combination on a warm summer evening. All for 25 euros.

The only thing I like about this place is vin chaud . Good price and tasty But I ordered chicken winds , which were too oily . I could not even finish them. They did not gave me plate for bones and servetts. For the price I am paying , I expect better service

I tried there the Truffade which is a famous dish in Auvergne. It was not that good, I don't know if the dish is not good or the place doesn't do it well

One of the best cheese burgers I ever tasted. Also the fish and chips are simply excellent. Service, ambient and music could not be better. Totally recomended.

Hotel staff behaviour is very good.Desert: I took the Chocolat Fondant. It was actually not bad. Definitely pre-prepared, but I didjt mind. It was a fondant nonetheless Résumé : Overall, it was a nice place. Maybe not as good as it seems but behind the food there’s people working to feed you, so I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt.
Summy K — Google review
Amazing food and drink. Service is excellent, lovely place to sit and enjoy a nice day in Clermont. Highly recommended.
Mick B — Google review
First impressions: Nice waitress. Old style and we were seated quite fast. Not many tables on the ground floor. Supposedly there’s an upstairs Ordering: So we ordered quickly, but the menu was confusing. There were 3 menus. One on a printed piece of paper, one on the wooden board, and then a QR code that half works because you can’t select anything on the website. Toilets: Yes I tried them. Stinks and low ceiling. The toilet flush button is broken. Doesn’t make much sense since you can’t really go there with more than 1 person. Speed and food: ordered and the food came in after 20min. The cheeseburger looked like it went under a bus. No salad or tomato as it seems. Plate very simple. It was okay. I mean it was food, and it fed me 😂. The fries were good. Desert: I took the Chocolat Fondant. It was actually not bad. Definitely pre-prepared, but I didjt mind. It was a fondant nonetheless Résumé : Overall, it was a nice place. Maybe not as good as it seems but behind the food there’s people working to feed you, so I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt. This was only on what I ate. 8/10

The Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption, also known as Clermont-Ferrand Cathedral, is a Gothic masterpiece located in the city center of Clermont-Ferrand in Auvergne. This 13th-century Roman Catholic place of worship is constructed entirely from black lava stone, giving it a unique and striking appearance. The cathedral features two impressive spires that soar 108 meters into the sky, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
I have a beautiful experience to visit over here. Such a lovely and amazing place. Very impressive and Attractive. This church is so cool i highly recommend to visit this. You can go inside as well to look. I personally prefer summer time to visit cause winter time is so could over there. Cathedral Of our lady of the assumption is really good and it's my pleasure to visit here. Thanks
The H — Google review
Oh boy! This cathedral is the identity of Clermont-Ferrand and rightly so. Built with lava stone, it gives a dark colour to the cathedral making it unique to the other cathedrals in France which is usually built with limestone. It's a gothic masterpiece and one of the tallest in France. Not to mention, the stained glass windows inside the cathedral was so colourful. I'm impressed!
Akshay R — Google review
Stunning church with daily Mass and adoration. Unlike most other cathedrals Mass is held on the main altar which is beautiful. Unfortunately like most cathedrals they’ve picked chairs instead of pews, making it difficult to kneel. The church is stunning and built from lava stone, there is beautiful artwork and architecture to admire inside. The high ceilings reach all the way up to heaven, bringing us up there for Mass.
Thomas E — Google review
Beautiful cathedral with fabulous stained glass window and alter area. Lots of bars and eateries surround.
Spencer R — Google review
Really good gothic cathedral to visit with heaps of detail in the stained glass windows
Michael M — Google review
This magnificent basilica leaves an indelible impression on all who are fortunate enough to experience its splendor. Standing tall against the skyline of Clermont-Ferrand, the Basilique Notre-Dame de l'Assomption is a testament to the city's rich history and enduring spiritual significance. It is one of the most iconic landmarks in the region. Constructed from the distinctive black volcanic stone native to the Auvergne region, the basilica's Gothic facade commands attention with its intricate detailing and imposing presence. Stepping through its grand entrance, visitors are enveloped in a sense of solemnity and tranquility, as light filters through stained glass windows. If you find yourself in Clermont-Ferrand, a visit to the Basilique Notre-Dame de l'Assomption is an absolute must.

(Translated by Google) We spent one night at this hotel as part of a Wonderbox offer, and it was simply exceptional. The owners are super friendly and attentive to all their guests. They take the time to chat, which is truly enjoyable. We had dinner there, which was divine from the appetizer to the dessert. The dishes featured local produce, enhanced by the expertise of the chef and his team. Everything is homemade, even the bread. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The breakfast served at the table by the chef and his wife was exquisite, also homemade, and plentiful. I highly recommend this hotel/restaurant. The rooms are perfect, with very comfortable bedding, quiet surroundings, and views of the park and river... We will gladly return to this establishment, which is a wonderful discovery.

(Translated by Google) Hotel well located high above the river. Public parking, therefore unguarded below. It's best to unload your suitcases at the hotel entrance (a bit complicated to park) and not leave anything in the car. Friendly welcome. Excellent tasting dinner in the restaurant overlooking the river. All the dishes were very fine 😊 A little less impressed by the room, which is otherwise bright and cool in the middle of summer. - 2 Venetian blinds out of 4 are out of order, which doesn't allow for a full view of the river... - No hook in the bathroom for clothes, nor anywhere to put hand towels apart from the radiator. - Unreliable and weak Wi-Fi. - No drink rates for the minibar, so we don't know, for example, if bottled water is free...

Nice pub but when we asked them to put the sound on for the Irish match they told us that they only put the sound in for French matches (it was at 3pm on a Saturday with 4 other people in the bar) The bar staff were rude and the door was kept open making it very cold. Wouldn't recommend if you were looking for decent atmosphere for a rugby match (unless you're French I guess)

Super bar with a lot of drinks. The place isn't located on a lovely street bus it's next to Clermont's most popular parc. The waiters and all the staff are very friendly. It is a very nice place to see your friends. There are car parks and a disabled car park. The bar isn't very popular because 50 meters away there is one of the best Cafe in Clermont which is Cafe Thomas (the one that a have a rather good review). I recommend it.

(Translated by Google) Very well located, because in a part of the city that I prefer near the small, cool, cobbled streets of old Clermont. The "sillages" exhibition presents both very small and very large canvases. All are well displayed in the different rooms of the Frac. The little "extra": informative labels are placed at child height and summarize the main ideas of each work (and the creative process). It is often more enlightening and relevant than the usual pompous artistic litany that is above!

Great bar in the heart of Clermont-Ferrand. Casual atmosphere, waiters are very friendly. I visit it every time when I am in the city.
Darko S — Google review
Great beer and great music plus an innovative system for drinking. The first time you go in, you have to ask for a rechargeable card. This card is personal and you will use it to drink beer here. Once you have your card with some credit inside, you can seat on one of the tables in the bar (each table has a particular beer). After that, you use your card by placing it on the NFC symbol on the table and in the tablet just above the table you will see your credit along with other options. Then, you will pour your drink by pulling down a lever and the system will take the credit from your card as you pour in your beer. Just awesome! The only downside: just a little bit small for the number of people who usually go in (having to interrupt some tables if you want to taste other beers as a consequence). I recommend not to go on Thursdays (as it is very crowded) and also my favorite beer here: Kasteel Rouge ;) Enjoy!

A two night stop on our way south, mainly to revisit the Puy de Dôme. Didn't realise it was a R&C hotel or that the chef holds 2 Michelin stars as I used Expedia for once. Both of those qualities speak for themselves so there's nothing I need to add, except the flavour combinations of the 8 course menu were the best I have encountered and the small team of staff were the most friendly and helpful, which says a lot given R&C's standards. The location functional rather than touristic but with the Puy de Dôme on your doorstep you don't need landscaped gardens.

The restaurant is fantastic and one of the most inventive and delicious ** restaurants we have eaten. We ordered the 7 course tasting and the emphasis on floral and delicious forest flavors (spruce ice cream!) Was wonderful. The breakfast was also incredible. The service was wonderful. The dining room is very beautiful. The rooms do not do the restaurant justice. They look nice. They aren't very expensive, but there are some issues. Our room had a window facing the road which made it rather noisy. It was also very hot. The floor was hot for some reason. Perhaps it was over the kitchen? The air conditioning was set to "efficiency" mode and turned itself to 23c at random times. We could not open the window because of the smoke from the kitchen. The rooms could very easily be made to match the quality of the restaurant by improving the ventilation, higher quality towels and bedding, and some kind of extra sound door to reduce road noise.

We had an extraordinary dining experience at Le Pré's two Michelin-star restaurant near Clermont-Ferrand. Choosing the tasting menu, we appreciated that the kitchen seamlessly accommodated the vegetarian member of our group with equally thoughtful and exceptional dishes. Every course was impeccably executed, showcasing perfect, subtle flavors enhanced notably by the fresh herbs picked directly from the chef's garden. This garden-to-table approach significantly elevated each dish, highlighting the chef's exceptional skill and creativity. The sommelier's recommendations for wine pairings were impeccable, thoughtfully complementing each dish and enhancing our culinary journey. Service throughout the meal was notably attentive and highly professional, yet it maintained a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere, perfectly balancing formality and warmth. Overall, our dining experience at Le Pré was flawless and memorable. We enthusiastically recommend it to anyone seeking an exceptional culinary adventure.

This Michelin two star restaurant turned out to be one of the most memorable dinner I've had. We tried the 145€ seven-course menu and it was really truly worth it. Excellent creative dishes with enchanting flavors beyond description. The fact that the table service comes with a unique blend of professionalism, kindness and humor did add to our enjoyment. Don't miss it

After my challenges of trying every Michelin Stars in Paris and 3 Stars in France, I’m not tackling the « best », meaning the most famous or well known, 2 Stars in France (Follow me for the reviews and updates). The happiness is in Your « pré » (le Bonheur est dans Votre pré). So what’s extraordinary here? The fact that it’s not more well known and the focus on true nobility. After visiting him, I went to many other stars before writing this. So sometimes, my last experiences were brought up, and I would mention this restaurant as a great surprise, and example, to other chefs. To my surprise, I realized that he was not as well known as I would thought. Which is a bit shocking because the guy is literally in Michelin town. I would assume that he would be a little bit more under scrutiny than others. But seems the contrary. Thinking that may be it was the Champagne I took there that biased my memory or something else, I’ve strongly recommended it to a friend, a foodie, who went with her husband. The feedback came back the same. Awesome. So the Michelin is right again, and what is it that they see and some may not? What they see I guess, is what they saw later in the majority of the 2022 and 2023 new two stars. Xavier Beaudiment was a the forefront but I guess he didn’t even realize it. Because he’s too busy doing his own thing. He’s own thing being showing the beautiful sophistication of the simple things. Here, it’s not about the nobility of the ingredients. It’s about the beauty of some fresh herbs, mushrooms or even just fresh eggs. No need for caviar and truffles when you can have a great meat or a beautiful pear. Their tastes are sophisticated enough, and you “just” have to play with textures, sauces and emulsions to illuminate them. The nobility is in the taste, in the connection with your roots. The happiness is in Your own garden (le bonheur est dans votre propre pré), seems to say the chef to you. The service is very two stars at Relais et Châteaux. The design is modern, a tad minimalist, but with a lot of natural elements. Interestingly the service is mirroring this. You’ll have the very formal multiple stars Michelin but some very warm notes underneath. Especially the sommelier (who was inspired by the best) that was great in storytelling the dishes. We stayed the night to fully enjoy the experience. I would recommend it. My only regret is that we had a one star lunch in another restaurant right before, and I couldn’t try to try the big menu. I guess i have to come back then… It’s a top tiers two stars. A two stars that you should try.

It's very difficult to put into words how incredible an experience it is to dine at this restaurant. We went for the full tasting menu, which was €99 and roughly 16 courses. The attention to detail in this cuisine is world-class, and they more than deserve their 2 Michelin Stars. It's impossible to do the food justice in a short review, but some highlights include the signature dish of slow cooked egg yolk with smoked potato foam and truffle, as well as a dessert of chocolate done 11 different ways! Every one of my tastebuds was treated like a king. The waiting staff are wonderful, attentive and pleasant. We felt truly pampered for the several hours we were there. The decor and setting are superb, with tasteful modern art adorning the walls and tables, beautiful sculptures placed throughout the restaurant. Wine menu is second to none, with all regions of France amply represented. Wines are also available by the glass from as low as €8. If you are thinking of dining here, do not hesitate to book a table. Of course it is an expensive evening when all is said and done, but in my view the price is beyond the point. The team at Le Pré deliver a once in a lifetime gastronomic experience, and I have no doubt that it is one of the finest restaurants in the world.
Aengus H — Google review
A must do if you want to experience the richness and variety of French cuisine. We had the full menu, took us around 4 h to finish! Everything was delicious. Excellent service. Great options of wine, the waiter helps you choose what goes best with each meal. The price is high, but the quality of the food is worth it (you have truffes, foie gras...). They also ask if you have allergies and adjust your meals accordingly. The decoration is modern and minimalistic, they have private lunch rooms. Staff is friendly. You need to reserve; we went at noon because for the evening, there was a two month waiting.

L'Aventure Michelin is an exhibition in Clermont-Ferrand that showcases the history and innovations of the Michelin company in the field of transport. The museum features films, vehicles, and reconstructions that track over a century of the company's developments, with a particular focus on the development, manufacture, and applications of rubber tires. Visitors can learn about the origins of Michelin from its beginnings as a rubber factory to its international reputation today.
A great experience! It was really interesting to see the history behind Michelin and how they developed their products over time. I especially enjoyed the technical details. The visit took me around two hours, but I feel I could have spent even more time there!

Very detailed history of the Michelin tire company with many life size artifacts. I learned a lot more than I thought I would. I highly recommend this visite. ADA accessible. I would not bring children under 8-10 yo. They won't get the point and it's actually a lot of walking.

Very good and would recommend you visit .Family of 4, 38 Euros .Also all the information was in English.

Super interesting museum! If you’re in this area a must visit! We spend there quite long. A couple of hours. There are different levels with all the history and side stories. It’s really fun to walk through it and also interactive. Totally worth the time!

-1 star for the lack of normal bicycle parking. Absurdly that Lidl has better parking spots in comparison with the biggest tyre manufacturer. Otherwise – a great museum with a square of 2000 m2. There are no barriers – I mean you can touch almost anything! Experience was beyond my expectations. Highly recommend.
Mikita K — Google review
We spent a couple of hours here, two adults and two kids (aged 6 and 9). It was interesting, but more so because of having family connections to Michelin (grandfather working for them in Nigeria and Clermont-Ferrand in the 1960s; both grandparents and my mum working for Michelin in the UK at times). There is quite a bit of corporate agrandising - one would believe Michelin is the best in the world at everything it does by reading the exhibits. But it is interesting, there are some interactive elements for the kids (though ours were a bit young to fully enjoy it). I am glad we visited, but I would not feel thr need for a return visit.
Tom L — Google review
Extremely family friendly with interactive exhibitions and few no-touch artifacts as well as detailed descriptions for those interested. Free parking with four electric vehicle charging stations (11 kW). Very friendly staff - arriving at noon, the front desk attendant recommended having lunch before visiting and gave several options in the area, as the museum does not have a cafeteria.
Frederik T — Google review
We visited with our 5 and 7 years old kids to "escape" a rainy day and because it was recommended to us. Not bad at all, pretty interactive and kids had an activity book to fill in which was useful. They could touch quite a lot of stuff, open drawers and watch short movies, look at a globe etc, their only disappointment was not to be able to sit on the 2 chairs from the Expo Universelle! :( I think the museum would benefit from extra experiences and "test it yourself" activities! :)

Nestled in the heart of Clermont-Ferrand, Restaurant L'Oustagou offers a delightful culinary experience that showcases the rich flavors of Auvergne cuisine. With its cozy wood-paneled interiors and inviting terrace, it’s the perfect spot to indulge in traditional dishes like cheese boards and hot pot. My 2 Texan brothers came into town for a couple of days and I took them to this gem. The food was amazing. My older brother has tried foes gras many times and fell in love with l'Oustagou's. The truffled and tartiflette were rich and hearty as well. I love the availability of local craft beers as well. Our waiter, Damien, was so helpful, knowledgable & friendly. Really a great experience and I am so glad l'Oustagou introduced the phenomenal Auvergnat cuisine to my family.

The Musée d'Art Roger-Quilliot in Clermont-Ferrand is a must-visit for art enthusiasts. Situated in a beautifully restored 18th-century convent, the museum itself is an architectural gem, seamlessly blending historical and modern elements. I have never met such grumpy staff at the reception desk of a museum. It's better to give a welcome smile than a grudging scowl. You'd think staff would be pleased to have some paying visitors... Very annoying also that the cloakroom and bag lockers are closed so we have to carry them around the museum. Poor experience.

A lovely fine art museum to visit. It has an interesting modern layout, an atrium the height of the building like the courtyard between three buildings around a square. The collection runs from medieval to C20th. My favourite was the C20th collection in the basement, a very generous bequest. Rather too much Vercengétorex in the C19th for my taste, but he's the local hero!

Nice museum. It has a lot of romantic-ish art with some roman vestiges of different objects of Clermont-Ferrand that date back to hundreds and hundreds of years. It's quite interesting. Pub
The Salvation Jane Pub is a cozy Anglo-Saxon pub in Clermont-Ferrand, known for its wide selection of draft beers and popular dishes like the acclaimed Fish and Chips. The warm ambiance features soft wood and rock decor, with a particularly inviting space downstairs. Reservations are recommended due to its popularity. The pub offers a variety of beers and tasty snacks, making it a favorite spot for locals and visitors alike.
Visited here with my wife for beer and food, and we're so glad we did! We were warmly greeted by the bartender who instantly started speaking excellent English for us. We chose to sit at the bar and he engaged conversation with us the whole time. He was very knowledgeable about the beer selection, which included a few of their own brews. There is a wide variety of seating choices on the main level (where you enter from the street) and there's a very spacious basement area as well which feels like an ancient cave. The food quality is excellent. I had the Fish & Chips and my wife had the Chicken Bacon BAPS and we both commented on how flavorful they were. The place was filled with locals and regulars, but as Americans we never once felt out of place. We highly recommend making a stop here, and will definitely visit again!

The place itself is great, all is decorated with soft touch wood and rock, the ambiance is well, especially the space downstairs, but definitely need to make reservation earlier. I had a beer without alcohol, it was quite good, full of hop scent with bitter taste at the end. The food was awesome, we ordered several times the assiette mixte with garlic bread and others also the chorizo bread, we all love those different dipping sauces served along with assiette mixe. Will be willing to try their fish and chips next time with no doubt.

One of the best pubs in the city ! The staff is always really lovely and welcoming to everyone, special thanks to Aristide who's the nicest person ever. The food is always good with different options depending on your diet. They also organise cool events every now and then. I'd definitely recommend going to the Salvation 🍺

Excellent craft beer bar in Clermont Ferrand. Great atmosphere. The only thing preventing five stars is that there is no wine available. Bit disappointing as one member of our group does not drink beer. Surely this is possible. However. Still well worth a visit.

A cozy place, cool ambience, cool music. They offer a dozen cocktails, many beers and wines. I ordered Tequila Sunrise and it was fine. They offer a set of appetizers on a platter: local bacon, cheese and vegetables. There are tables outside, in a nice street in the Old Town.

Lovely location for dinner in the old town. Alas the waiter was a bit rude. He made derogatory jokes about customers to other customers, he made jokes that were a just a bit too much over the line from polite and professional to what you'd make with friends and he touched customers. (Translated by Google) Totally disrespectful. I'm not one to give an opinion, but I do have my limits. My partner, my sister, and I were looking for a bar after eating to have a drink. Once we arrived, a gentleman (who will recognize himself) stared at me, and I asked him the simple question: Is it possible for four people? To which he replied: Well, given the way I walk, I don't think so. Context: I have a disability, which makes me limp, much to my regret. And this DEAR gentleman, instead of checking by talking to me to see if I hadn't had too much to drink, simply took the liberty of rebuffing me by reminding me how much my walk bothered him. I'm really not the type to get upset over this kind of detail; I'm used to it, but when someone who is supposed to be providing you with a service looks down on you like this and makes judgments without checking, I might as well tell you that it bothers me a little. Especially when this person offers you lame excuses, justifying the alcoholism of certain customers. It's not my problem; I'm not affected by the situation. The least he could have done would have been to acknowledge his mistake without seeking a lame excuse. In any case, he'll never have another opportunity to complain about my actions. Run away. (Original) Totalement irrespectueux.

At the same time she is all alone and the boss smokes quietly without helping her. At one point a customer blames the waitress for forgetting half the order. She answers him badly. The boss intervenes and takes up the cause of his employee without the customer being able to explain. The boss told the customer that she had to get out. So we all left because he was so disingenuous and aggressive. There were 15 of us...He could have simply explained to us that there were few of them given the crowds. There is vegetation there where all local residents go to do their business. Beer cans lie here and there between the trees. An abandoned children's play area because no parent in their right mind would dare let their offspring hang out in these places. After closing time the place becomes downright disreputable. The town hall does nothing. Neither do the police. The local authorities gave up. Daily rounds of mediators would be welcome to clean up the atmosphere and give neighborhood residents the opportunity to enjoy a green spot or relax.

Nestled in the heart of Clermont-Ferrand, Café-Lecture les Augustes is a delightful haven for book lovers and social advocates alike. This non-profit establishment thrives on promoting important social causes such as combating inequality and illiteracy while serving up delicious organic fare sourced from local producers.
I went there because they asked me to launch my last book. The venue is like a cultural centre where very distinct kinds of people meet and present their ideas/work. If you spend some time in Clermont, if you are educated, if you want to see how people in a small town sitting literally in the geographical centre of France think, well, you will have a wonderful time. If you are uptight don't even bother, as, for you, the place will look like a swarm of lefties and dangerous people trying to change the world.

Ive been going regularly for the past year and a half,i can safely say that its my comfort cafe in Clermont Ferrand. The staff and volunteers are always welcoming. The prices are very affordable, the activities, mini concerts, workshops, clubs, are always fun and interesting. Everyone is always welcome, its a safe place for all. I would 100% recommend. Other than that, you could also find board games, books, magazines, instruments etc. You could come with friends or even alone, you’re guaranteed to have a good time, and on top of that, its very comfortable with couches, tables, a bar. They offer salads, sandwiches, snacks and desserts. Cold and hot beverages. Vegan and vegetarian options. So when i say its a place for everyone it is really a place for everyone. I cant stress enough how much i love this cafe. Thank you Les Augustes!!!

(Translated by Google) I would say that this place doesn't really have a soul since the atmosphere is rather sullen However, I am not writing this comment to devalue this bar because of its atmosphere but rather because taking customers for pigeons must be their specialty. Paying 17 euros for two ponch, with a deposit of one euro for each glass, this costs €7.50. The waitress didn't want to show me the terminal or tell me the price, I took it as an overflow since there were people there, only the owner didn't know how to explain to us, he was confused by the lies.

(Translated by Google) I rarely take the time to write a negative review, but the experience of Saturday, September 20th, deserves to be highlighted, given the blatant lack of manners on the part of the security staff. I was dressed appropriately but wore sandals. Knowing the nightlife etiquette, I knew this could be problematic, and I had no intention of persisting if I was refused entry. Nothing unusual so far. What is unusual, however, is the manner in which it was handled: first, there was no reply to my "good evening," and instead of a simple "no sir, sandals are not acceptable," I was met with an unnecessarily aggressive "you with your sandals means no, we're not in the Bahamas here." First impression: zero, but hating a scene, I said nothing and calmly walked away. Thinking that was the end of it, I discreetly stepped aside with my friends so as not to disturb the line and discuss what to do next. But barely thirty seconds later, two security guards came over, this time in pairs, yelling at us, commenting a second time and unnecessarily on my outfit, and ordering us to "get out of the way" with completely disproportionate hostility. I should point out that at no point did we insist on entering. Weary, we walked away without saying anything and stood on the road for a few moments to finish our discussion. Once again, one of them found a way to yell at us, telling us to "get out of the way"... I didn't know the road belonged to Del Sol? What I deplore: instead of a routine, polite, and professional refusal of entry, we were treated to a needlessly humiliating and aggressive scene. When running a nightclub, knowing how to say "no" calmly and respectfully should be the foundation. Here, it seems, people prefer to get angry and yell at people for no reason. Gentlemen, it's a matter of learning to control your temper.

(Translated by Google) I never leave positive or negative reviews, but this time, I really want to point out two important points. First, the men's restroom is extremely poorly designed. There are no enclosed stalls, only a communal urinal with no privacy, in an unhygienic condition, and with a strong odor. For an establishment of this size, which welcomes so many people, this is clearly unacceptable. My boyfriend, unable to go in these conditions, preferred not to, and we left immediately. A minimum of adjustments, such as a simple enclosed stall, would be essential out of respect and hygiene. Second, as a waitress myself, I was very disappointed because the drinks are far too diluted for the price. The value for money clearly needs to be reviewed.

(Translated by Google) Concert said to be free on the website, 1.50 euros billed with drinks in reality (that's not really the definition of free). It's not so much the price, but a minimum of honesty is the minimum. Edit: As you will have understood at the end of my message, the price is not the problem: honesty is. Is warning in advance problematic? Especially since we left before the concert started. Bad faith when you hold us isn't it.
