Hotel
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Niagara Falls, ON is a relaxed and affordable hotel located just steps away from Clifton Hill and the falls area. The hotel offers a variety of room options including suites suitable for families or couples. In-room amenities include mini-fridges, microwaves, free Wi-Fi, daily newspapers, and coffee makers.
5 stars alone for the night auditor who checked me in he was fantastic the best worker they have hands down. If they ever lose him I'm sure the place wouldn't be the same. Fresh chocolate chip cookies every night during the evening shift. Free coffee and tea in the lobby all night long. Breakfast is included in your stay and it's basically the same thing everyday. Eggs either scrambled or fried, bacon or sausage, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, and cute little bite size pastries. Close to the falls and everything else around the area so you can walk everywhere don't even need a car which is what I did I walked everywhere except when I visited New York. Great and comfortable beds. Satire sheets which felt amazing when I laid down. Nice shower pressure. The only thing I could ask of is if the room has two beds at least put two shampoos in the bathroom except for one small tiny bottle. But it was a great stay no complaints at all I would recommend this hotel and even come back if I'm ever in the area.
Krystyn N — Google review
The hotel is super convenient for the price, both of the rooms and of the parking. The room is spacious but seems a bit dated, and also the bathroom is quite dark. Breakfast included is disappointing with not many options, like no fruit syrup for the waffles and no biscuits, also sometimes not enough tables to accommodate all guests. It doesn’t make much sense for me that you have to go to the reception to find a microwave, or that you have to leave a ticket for breakfast but no one checks who enters. The staff of the hotel is very welcoming and present, but clearly not prepared enough to accomplish your needs. Sufficient for a short stay in which you mainly care about visiting the area.
Alessio P — Google review
Country Inn & Suites is located near Clifton Hill and offers decent value for what you get. The hotel is decently renovated although it does show a few signs of age in the hotel rooms and elevators. We had an overall comfortable stay and made use of the swimming pool, fitness room and complementary breakfast. Conveniently water can be refilled from the ice machines. The swimming pool is slightly dark but is relatively quiet from limited use. The fitness room has a band machine and a few running machines only. The breakfast room is relatively packed in the morning, be sure to bring your vouchers for access. Scrambled eggs were strangely clumpy but everything else was similar to other good hotels.
Mikey — Google review
King suite was spacious. Service was great and the location is perfect. Walkable to everything but just outside the noisy areas. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Didn’t use the pool but seemed popular. $24 for parking but could stay until 2pm day of checkout so that was nice. It is an older hotel but for the price, we’d stay again. Edit: seems to be some mistake. The check in process was great and the staff were very friendly!
Keith — Google review
Quiet location but within walking distance to the falls and Clifton Hill. We got a good rate for 5 days 4 nights for just over $700 US dollars. We stayed in a room with a King bed, Suite with a whirlpool. The bathroom area wasn't very large but it was sufficient for what we needed it for. The room was comfy. Lots of space to spread out. Would definitely stay there again if the rates are still reasonable.
Jerry H — Google review
We got the room with the 2 person bath tub, it was wonderful. The breakfast had a great self-serve selection. It was a short walk from transit (15min walk) and attractions (3-10min walk depending on what you're doing). Only complaint is that the TV in the room was a cable TV with few channels. We could not connect to it via bluetooth/airplay and we did not bring an HDMI cable.
Lucas P — Google review
Overall the stay was okay. The breakfast definitely needs improvement, more fresh fruits and potatoes on the side can be added. More options in breakfast would be nice. Rooms size wise were good, but they need to be maintained better. The chairs and switches and area around switches was dirty. The door knobs, handles were sticky and dirty. It was okay to stay but when we compare our stay at other country inn locations, it has been very much better than this location. The reception staff was kind and helpful. The reception seating area was nice to hangout. Location is close by to attractions, need to take a bus to main area. Overall good stay except room cleanliness which can be improved.
Neha S — Google review
The location of the hotel and friendliness of the employees was a plus and much appreciated. Our refrigerator was broken at arrival and water had leaked under the base and floor. Maintenance was able to replace the fridge but the replacement had issues as well and both transitions left a mess of wet mud dirt all over the floor that I ended up cleaning. Pic was taken after cleaned with a towel to show how much mud was still left over. The refrigerator wasn’t fully cool/frozen till the next morning so we didn’t even get to use it. I paid extra for a jacuzzi tub for a special occasion and was unable to use due to the drain plug being broken. It was replaced but that one also had the same problem. Lots of dust and the base of the shower was dirty with residue. Breakfast was crowded and the containers of food were left empty. The coffee was also empty and after waiting, I left to my room to eat what I was able to find. I know things happen sometimes, it’s just disappointing for the overpriced room and amenities that were broken, we didn’t have the best experience. Between the construction pounding and the broken appliances, I wish we could have enjoyed our evening better without having to call maintenance multiple times.

The Sterling Inn & Spa in Niagara Falls is a boutique hotel perfect for various occasions, from festive celebrations to solo retreats. The contemporary rooms feature fireplaces and rainfall showers, offering a cozy and luxurious stay. Guests can indulge in the farm-to-table experience at the AG Inspired Cuisine restaurant, led by Executive Chef Cory Linkson. The spa provides pampering treatments and side-by-side couples massages.
We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and it was one of the best decisions we could have made! Absolutely every detail was accounted for, and we felt super safe and comfortable. What we sacrificed in choosing a hotel without a view turned out to be a benefit ten times over in safety, ambiance, peacefulness, quiet, cleanliness, comfort, luxury, affordability, and I could go on. The cherry on top was the complimentary breakfast in bed with French press coffee to brew yourself with an included insulated carafe of hot water when ready. I usually travel with my own coffee kit, but didn’t on this trip. To have THIS amenity? Included? Wow. It was so good and so delightful. THANK YOU to this matchless hotel and the absolutely wonderful staff for making our anniversary special and memorable in all the right ways!

This place is a hidden 💎 The reviews don't lie. On the outside it seems very average but on the inside it's very beautiful and luxurious. The room had a fireplace and jacuzzi. Big! (Yes!!) We loved our stay here. The only thing we didn't love was the breakfast (in bed..That's wonderful) repeats the same exact thing every day. So essentially you're eating the same thing everyday.. maybe that's something they can improve on. Other than that, what a splendid stay 🙌
Sejal S — Google review
Stayed for one night on our drive home to the US. The facility has excellent customer service. There is coffee, tea, and water available for self-serve in the entrance at all times. They also have a spa and restaurant, which we didn't get a chance to try - but hopefully will one day when we return. Our room was very spacious, it felt bigger than our own apartment. We truly enjoyed the jetted-tub and the bed was comfortable to us. The location can be considered slightly sketchy but it is extremely close to Clifton Hill and all the attractions. The facility itself is quiet. The only thing to note is if your room is on the first floor, you are likely to hear the people above you. For majority of our night there, we heard loud stomping footsteps from the room above us. Suggestions: - providing a microwave in the rooms - adding another cable outlet or outlet docking station so that BOTH nightstands are equipped. - for a future update - the sink faucets were too short where the spout was barely above center of the bowl, making it difficult for us to wash our hands Overall, we would definitely return to Sterling Inn & Spa, and will be recommending it to several friends and family. Thank you for a nice stay.

My room was upgraded to a newly renovated room with a jacuzzi. I absolutely loved it. Staff was also very friendly and called to make sure I was enjoying my stay. It's also in a great location and walking distance to everywhere (you might be sore the next day, though 😅), including Niagara Falls. Also, be sure to check out the spa. Tim gave an amazing therapeutic massage! I would definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent hotel. They never missed a thing from Breakfast in bed to steam shower. Elegant decor and it was upscale, polite staff,Price was very low for what you recieved. You would have thought it would be double or even triple. Stayed in many hotels in past 75 years this has been the best my husband and I have ever stayed. Thanks
Sharon Q — Google review
I absolutely loved my stay at the Sterling Inn & Spa! The room was spotless, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable — I had one of the best nights of sleep ever. Breakfast in bed was such a nice touch and made the morning feel extra special. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. I can’t wait to come back!
Yante — Google review
I went with my husband for a 4 night stay, the hotel is clean and pleasant, bed was a little hard for our taste, but room was clean, bathroom need to be clean more because you can see the mold around, breakfast in bed is a nice touch the only thing is they serve the same everyday and at the third day you want something different so changing the menu for at least 3 different ones will be a great idea, location is not wonderful but is walking distance to all attractions. In general it was okay.
Selenia O — Google review
Another fantastic stay at our favourite hotel. We stayed in a king bed room with tub which was beautiful and so relaxing. We were checked in quickly by warm and friendly front desk staff. Breakfast to our room which is included is a big plus for us! Our stay included a meal at the AG restaurant which was absolutely delicious as always. We've only had great experiences with all the staff, from Deborah the manager to the wait staff in the restaurant to anyone in housekeeping, everyone has been friendly and helpful. We love staying here also for it's location. The hotel is steps away from Clifton Hill which makes it perfect for walks down to the falls. Looking forward our best stay!

Aarya Hotel By Niagara Fashion Outlets is a casual hotel located just 7 km from Fantasy Island Amusement Park and a short distance from American Falls. The hotel offers simple, clean rooms with amenities such as free breakfast, parking, and Wi-Fi. Guests have praised the easy check-in process and friendly staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms.
I stayed here not knowing what to expect. After reading some of the reviews I was nervous about how good it would be. Check in was easy and the staff is very nice. My room looked almost brand new and was very clean. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and the room was ice cold! They serve a small breakfast that was great for us and kids. Cereal, muffins, toast, coffee, fresh fruit, and juices were all on hand. The ice machine worked great and they also have vending machines. All stores and place to eat are just minutes away. Niagara Falls is 8 minutes away. For what I paid, this place was great! The owner was on site, nice, constantly asked if we needed anything to make our stay better. I would definitely recommend this place. Parking is easy and there is a pool too. No elevators, just stairs. If I come back, I would stay here again.
Tiger S — Google review
Rooms were nice and clean and updated. Outside could use some cleanup. A few old ac units were in the parking area making it look a bit trashy on the outside.
Jenna F — Google review
Decent places, rooms are alright. Good location right by the fashion outlets. Met some decent people there. The price of the rooms aren't too bad, and they got cable tv. They also have Wifi. Some rooms have Roku TV's as well. Only downside for me personally is not many rooms have bathtubs you can relax in, they have standing showers. They also have decent A/C
Brian N — Google review
Very Poor and bad services. Room are very dirty and smelly. Room services are very poor. Room floor was sticky even with shoes on… when I walked barefoot in room my sole became dark black with dirt.. very uncomfortable and unhygienic.. l When I asked room service people to give us some bath towel because we did not have… they gave us only two. I asked for 4 as we booked for 4 people. When I asked room services people to give us bath towel they gave us two instead 4. When I asked for 2 more they said laundry has not been done yet. From then no one has answered… On Saturday I was trying to contact front desk people and/or room service people to arrange bath towel… no one was there to help and even at front desk had a poster was saying drop your keys here and don’t bell the ring… I even don’t like to give 1 start… because there is no zero start rating I am giving 1 start… but I would not recommend this motel for anybody at all…. Not satisfied at all… 😡😡😡😡
Pratik P — Google review
Horrible. Absolutely Horrible. The rudest people I have ever met. My bedsheet had brown stuff on it 😑. The room was dirty and whole hotel infested with insects. Trash just lying around. No cleanliness. Absolutely 0. They show wonderful, nice photos on sites. But in reality, their hotel is a scrapyard. No breakfast. Just dirty smelly rooms. No pool. Just trash. No cleanliness bathrooms. Just smelly toilets. No elevators. Just infested stairs with insects.Wifi doesn't work either. The AC is like a big engine next to you. DONT GO. Stay at Wyndham instead. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, BUT A DIRTY, SMELLY, DISGUSTING MOTEL WITH RUDE STAFF. So expensive for nothing. Never ever, treading a step in this MOTEL again.
Krishna P — Google review
This is NOT a hotel! It’s a low end motel. Very dusty, smelly, disorganized, it’s family run. We checked it around 9p, first room has very very strong smell, we were transferred to a less smelly room. We were tired so we didn’t bother to cancel it and look elsewhere. The only good thing is we didn’t see bugs during our stay. But we are not comfortable at all, we wore long sleeve and pants.
Kristine B — Google review
We booked a triple room, but the room has an unpleasant odor and is dirty. The bathroom drains very slowly and seems clogged. The amenities in the room only include two bars of soap. This place is not up to hotel standards.
Janpen — Google review
Extremely poor quality hotel. In an unsafe neighbourhood, lots of noise from every corner. You won’t be able to get a second of rest with all the noise. Unsanitary. Not the mention the electricity went off for a few hours as well. The “breakfast” was a joke. Half a gallon of milk and stale Costco muffins.. not to mention the broken coffee machine. Everything about it sucks. Horrible experience. Please don’t be fooled into booking this place.

The Swiss Cottage Inn is a no-frills budget hotel located just 10 minutes from the nearest casino and Niagara Falls. It offers simple rooms with complimentary Wi-Fi and a seasonal shuttle service to the major attractions in town. The motel features basic, clean, and affordable rooms with a large outdoor swimming pool, garden, and sundeck. Guests appreciate the friendly hosts who are willing to help plan itineraries for day trips to Niagara Falls.
I was looking for a budget friendly room in Niagara Falls that was close to the Falls but not too close. I found it here. Located right off I 190 and on a very busy and lively strip of stores and restaurants. Very convenient! So, the place could use a remodel. It seems stuck in the 90s which I felt was nice and cozy but it definitely could use a remodel overall. The room was on the smaller side, but again, was cozy. Bathroom was clean and spacious. And, I feel that the overall cleaniess should be commended. Service was excellent as well and even had the choice of two rooms. Friendly staff as well. Look, for the price you're not going to get the Marriot Plaza. What you'll get is a nice, cozy room with a great staff and the price can't be beat. A few notes - no shuttle was offered (which is listed on the website) and the pool was seemingly closed. No breakfast offered. Also, some folks seemed to be living here which is what it is, but I feel it should be mentioned.
Dean D — Google review
I recently stayed at this motel and had a terrible experience. The room was dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes. We could hardly sleep for even 2 hours. Although we had booked for 2 nights, we checked out after the first night because it was unbearable. When I requested a refund for the second night, the front desk staff was extremely rude and arrogant, and I never received a refund. This is the worst motel I’ve stayed. I would rate it 0/5 and do not recommend it to anyone.
Chantan T — Google review
This place is terrible. Bed looked like it was used and just remade with no washing. Microwave was disgusting but functional. Rooms didn't look how it did online. Carpets are gross and hardly cleaned. Loud neighbors at night but tolerable during the day. And when you go to shower there is MINIMAL HOT WATER
Jevani R — Google review
If I could give a 0 I would!!!! Worst place I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms smell awful! The carpets disgusting, the sheets are stained, the bathroom is disgusting. The tub doesn’t stop running, the toilet doesn’t flush. The A/C does nothing for cooling off the room. It’s also super sketchy here. The pool is also not open and won’t be open. Which is ridiculous as it’s the only reason this room got booked for us to meet my dad half way. The tv also doesn’t work. The wifi doesn’t work, not to mention the NONE STOP traffic in and out of vehicle “stopping in” I’m sure you can use your head to figure out what’s going on. All around a horrible place to be and don’t recommend it. And definitely NOT WITH KIDS.
SA — Google review
The room was disgusting . The sheets looked like someone had been sleeping on them with dirt . The bathroom was gross . The carpet was so badly stained you can barely tell the color it’s supposed to look like . There was cigarette burns all around the fabrics of the room. I checked in and upon seeing the room I was mortified. We immediately went to the front desk and told Them . The front desk man was rude and didn’t want to give us his name . We still have yet to see our refund in the bank and even then they only gave us a “ partial refund “ I would not recommend staying here . It is disgusting and the service is so bad . I booked with Expedia but couldn’t figure out how to leave a review from the Expedia site
GEE M — Google review
Terrible experience. It was unsafe as I was traveling by myself. It seems as if people were living there full time , as I saw men smoking outside and kids running around , (you will know). Then when I entered the room its run down , nothing like the pictures. The carpet stench affected my nose as well as my skin started to itch. This was a minute after I stepped in. So I went to the reception immediately and told him and he said there is nothing he can do and will not give me a refund.
Tabia W — Google review
Don't let the photo on their profile fool you. The room looks nothing like that. It smells like cigarettes, even though I paid for a non-smoking room. There were cigarette burns on the blankets. Bathroom had broken windows. The room lock was missing a screw. The lamp next to the bed was rusted and didn't have a light bulb. The AC was broken. Worst part: rat excrement behind the door. Oh, I said that was the worst part? No, the guy next door washing his crack pipe in the parking lot was the worst part. I didn't have the courage to spend the night there. I dropped off the key and ran away. Please, don't do the same mistake I did.
Daniela B — Google review
Id give them negative stars if I could. Rude staff. There is no water in pool despite booking website showing reviews. They refused to let us cancel even though it says you can within 24 hours. I would NOT recommend this establishment.

Falls Motel is a fantastic option for families and travelers looking for a straightforward yet cozy place to stay while exploring the wonders of Niagara Falls. This charming motel features spacious, air-conditioned rooms equipped with essential amenities like microwaves, mini-fridges, and coffee makers, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable visit. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and start their day with a delightful continental breakfast before heading out on adventures.
I had a great experience at the Falls Motel. The room was clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious for the price. The check-in was quick and easy. I also appreciated how quiet the area was - perfect for getting a good night's sleep. It's in a convenient location, just a short drive from the falls and other attractions. Plus, there was plenty of parking and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay. Definitely a solid choice if you're looking for something affordable, and comfortable. I'd stay here again!
M_AAZAN — Google review
I do not recommend. These are the issues we encountered. 1. having to pay the 8.00 visa fee instead if the motel for the incidental hold and taking off hold upon leaving. 2. the blinds only close halfway to the outside, so light in the room all night. 3. Room tiny and the bed was so uncomfortable hard to describe and sheets could not stay on due to the lopsided and sinking in. We left before 5:00am since not sleeping anyhow. 4. fridge was so loud had to get ice for my cooler and unplug fridge 5. air condition unit sounded like a freight train 6. bathroom so small had to sit sideways or ram knees into tub 7. towel rack fell off wall onto floor. 8. security chain barely held on wall, easy break in. 9. floor very dusty on feet 10.floor makeshift vinyl with little or no padding underneath so sunk in at some spaces. 11. water pressure-no. temp: luke warm only 12. Price was high but stuck since very little in lewiston area we knew about. Here is what was good, the water went down the drain in the sink and the toilet flushed. Did not use but easy access to manager by phone if needed. location was 15 minutes from lewiston.
Lisa F — Google review
This is the worst place I have ever stayed at in USA. My stay here from 27th June to 29th June 2925 has left me completely shattered and my trust in this nation’s ethics and standards is also shaken. The room allotted to me with my family was dirty and unclean. Blinds were broken, bathroom was stinky with lot of flea. Beds had bed bugs and there were rats in the room. The woman running the place refused to clean the room, change the room and also refused to refund my money against cancellation for dirty unhygienic place. This woman had us deposit cash with her under the name of security deposit. Throughout our stay she provided no cleaning service, didn’t attend any complaints and made us stay in shabby conditions that made my special needs child sick. More seriously, she refused to refund our 100 dollars at checkout and abused us when we insisted on refund. She provided no reasons for retaining that money and threatened us if we asked for it. “Get lost before I make you regret “ she said with malice. Later reading reviews, I realized she has been doing this regularly to customers and is running this business with an intention to cheat and bully gullible tourists coming to see Niagara Falls. This place needs to be shut down by authorities or Niagara will lose its charm if such businesses are left unchecked and unpunished.
Dr. R — Google review
Me and my husband stood here Friday to Sunday our only complaint were the beds being hard we did not see any bed bugs. the woman was nice to us she even recommended we watch the fireworks at the falls she gave us our deposit back with no problem checkout is 10:30 but in the room it says 11am we just double checked anyways. Everything is pretty close to the motel.
Milanie R — Google review
This place is a dump! The pictures look much better than what you actually see when you get there. The older lady at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending. She lacked hospitality and seemed to be in a very bad mood. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money for a better place with better customer service. Please take heed to all of the 1-star reviews. There are way too many people complaining about this place, for them all to be wrong.
LaDetra B — Google review
I wish I could give negative ratings at here, the room was bad, too small, used cups were kept, bath tub was clogged and the service was worst. The lady was so rude with too much of unnecessary attitude. In my worst dreams, I would never ever want to make a booking with this motel again. I would suggest give a little extra and make a better experience with not making a booking here.
Vedant K — Google review
Terrible experience — avoid this place I had a confirmed reservation through Expedia, but when I arrived, I was told there were no rooms available. The receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of helping me or offering any solution, she told me to "take it up with the booking system" and asked me to leave. After driving for 6 hours, I was left out in the middle of the night with nowhere to stay. When Expedia support tried to call the motel to resolve the issue, she refused to answer the phone. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding this place.

Top of the Falls offers breathtaking panoramic views of Horseshoe Falls through floor-to-ceiling windows and decks. The spot provides a bird's-eye perspective of the majestic waterfall, allowing visitors to marvel at its natural beauty. Additionally, it is located just feet from the brink of Niagara Falls, providing an awe-inspiring experience for guests.
Wonderful place to end a wonderful 2 day jaunt to Niagra Falls on the US side with our 8 year old granddaughter! Stefan was an excellent server with a great attitude and a sense of humor. The food was excellent and the view was incredible. Only negative was having to pay to park. It is in a park system so we were ok with paying. The night before it was a perfect spot to see the nightly fireworks! Again, you had to pay to park....

Food wasn't good. Service wasn't good. I ordered a burger with a gluten free roll. Worse roll I've ever had. It was crumbly and dry. The chips weren't fries. It was served with crisps that tasted like oil. Service was slow and our waiter didnt smile and wasnt exactly friendly. When we told them this when we left, noone really seemed to care. I would not recommend eating here. To add to it, when you sit at the table with the stunning view of the falls, there was a great big gay pride flag which just adds to the bad restaurant experience. 100% have the american flag at a beautiful american attraction.
Lauren T — Google review
Food was good, staff was good, view was pretty cool when sitting outside. The outdoor seating area should have clear coverings over the rails so you can really see the falls. The solid covering only lets you see the top ( if you’re tall enough )
Jennifer B — Google review
A good place to take rest and enjoy the food just beside the fall. Food is fine. Service is not so good as you need to wait. View is excellent.

Nice place to grab a bite and take a break from a day exploring the park. Nice views from inside and outdoor seating. It's no 5 star restaurant, but our server was great and the prices weren't outrageous. Only issue we had was they need to update their menu, bartender sent our wine without telling the server they didn't have what we ordered and the replacement was not equal in quality. Definitely recommend waiting for a table with a view and try the charcuterie/wine as they go perfectly with the view. 3.8/5

The manager Craig and team is amazing. We had our wedding brunch this morning. Food was amazing and the staff is so nice. Definitely recommend this place.

Service was quick, food was good! Appreciate the staff, everyone we interacted with was lovely. Prices were a little high but would go here again.

The views of horseshoe falls were amazing but the service and food did not match the ambience, I would say hit or miss here. But I will say the bloody mary was not bad at all.

The Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls is a modern 10-storey hotel with indoor and outdoor pools, as well as two restaurants and complimentary WiFi. Situated just steps away from the vibrant Clifton Hill entertainment district, guests can easily access popular attractions such as the towering Niagara SkyWheel and the intriguing Ripley's Believe It or Not museum. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service for convenient transportation.
We had an excellent stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located just a few minutes’ walk from Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls. The property appears to have been recently renovated, and it shows in the overall quality and comfort. Service at check-in was outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and the front desk agent kindly offered us a choice between two upgraded options, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each — something we really appreciated. We were also given a helpful overview of the city’s main points of interest, and both check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. Our room was very comfortable, with high-quality bedding and a lovely panoramic view over part of the city. Even the coffee provided in the room was of excellent quality — a small detail, but one that made a difference. The only downside was the absence of bottled water in the room upon arrival. We arrived late at night with a young child and would have truly appreciated it. We only discovered the hotel’s mini market and other nearby shops the next morning. Aside from that, we highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and exceptional service.

Our recent stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls was absolutely superb and exceeded our expectations. This is a truly excellent hotel that matched all of our requirements perfectly. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and helpful, which made check-in a breeze. Our room was impressively spacious, very clean, and provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel's location is unbeatable for accessing the falls and major attractions. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Niagara Falls and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

Our 2 nights stay here with 2 toddlers and 1 infant was nothing but exceptional. Rooms are spacious and clean, service is superb. Shout out to Danny the Manager, he went above and beyond just to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Very accommodating and professional. Easy access, good location and parking. Highly recommended!!!

This place was great! Perfect location to walk to so many fun things. We walked to the Falls to take the tour boat but Ubered back since we got so wet. The whole area is full of restaurants and shopping and family fun. We ended up eating in The Keg both nights e were there. Not sorry. The food was great! Hotel feels new and was very clean.

Minor cleanliness and maintenance issues aside (a few hairs left over in the room's Jacuzzi tub, some grout that needs scrubbing, and an out of order elevator), this is a reasonable hotel option for folks visiting Niagara Falls. It's also technically walking distance to the Falls, though it's not a short hike. It was substantially cheaper than other Marriott options, though it doesn't come with a view of the Falls like some of the others, and the overall room quality is a bit lower. Although I've certainly seen worse-maintained hotels, the hotel has seen better days. The rooms all had numbers taped to the doors instead of actual room number signs, which is a bit sketchy. That said, some of the rooms seem to have been recently renovated, and it made the stay much more comfortable. The bed in particular was great, as was the Jacuzzi tub (not available in every room, sadly). Front desk staff was professional and helpful. There were some weirdos outside the hotel hollering at around midnight, but I figure that is just part of staying in the touristy areas of the town, particularly given the large number of bars (ex. Hooters) in the immediate vicinity. Just lock your car, don't leave any valuables in it, and keep your head on a swivel and you'll probably be fine. Overall, not bad for $120 USD (off season, obviously). Wish it came with free breakfast or something, but it's fine for the price point, especially since I can just as easily manage with some coffee and an apple fritter from Tim Hortons.
Ben M — Google review
Everything here was awesome!!! Very kind staff, cleanest rooms you'd ever seen, and beautiful views of the town and possibly Niagara Falls. (I don't know about the view for Niagara falls because I wasn't on that side of the hotel) The pools are smaller in person than what they seem to be in photos, but they're pleasantly warm. They aren't heated, but there is a hot tub which is great and relaxing. Huge too. They have a gym and restaurant as well! I loved my stay. The beds were so comfy, everything was so quiet and I believe soundproof because I didn't hear anything through the walls! You should definitely come here!

Super clean, friendly staff. Got a great deal on a family suite for the weekend. 10 min or less walk to Clifton Hill. My only caveat is that this place only has 2 elevators servicing 10 floors. One was not working when I was there, but the hotel did allow us to use the service elevator, which was helpful. Also… there’s a Keg in the lobby!! Would definitely stay here again.
Kait L — Google review
Great location very clean room. Big newly remodeled shower. They had issues with the elevators one was being remodeled so the 2nd one was over worked. One day we used there service elevator all day. My son used the stairs. But that was fine. Our room didn't have a microwave so we had to burn our popcorn in the lobby. Lol. We had a good time.

Vittoria Hotel & Suites in Niagara Falls offers a relaxed stay with suites featuring whirlpool tubs and complimentary Wi-Fi. The hotel is conveniently located just 900 meters from the Niagara Falls Observation Tower, providing guests with easy access to nearby attractions. Many reviewers praise the fantastic views of the falls and surrounding areas. The riverside rooms offer majestic views of the falls, making it a popular choice for travelers seeking accommodation with a pool.
The room we stayed in honestly felt like your average hotel stay room. I wouldn’t say it is a high-end, luxury room but it also wasn’t low budget. It was nice and I have zero complaints. The overhead shower head though, that was delightful and refreshing! The hospitality was wonderful, the people at the front desk were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had to be paid for separately so I don’t have anything to say about that. We decided to eat elsewhere. Our view was of the back side of the hotel so we couldn’t see all of the attractions of the city but it was still not a bad view from the 9th floor. But I tend to see beauty where others may not. This location really is great though. You are in walking distance to just about everything. Next time I am in the city I will return here and will request a room with a better view. It is definitely worth the return trip.

Stayed 2 nights, staff at front desk was super helpful. Good reasonable options for parking. The hotel has been recently updated, the room was beautiful, rain shower (no bath in our room which we liked but with little ones something to consider, other rooms may have a tub). It was quiet off the main road but very convenient, we walked everywhere. We were able to watch fireworks right from the room. Great value

Hotel was right in the thick of things at Niagara Falls and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The hotel was clean and updated. The room was very large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Our room on the 9th floor had a great Falls view in the distance. It was perfect for seeing the nightly fireworks over the Falls. The hotel-owned parking was $15/night and located a few blocks away, but you had in and out access. There were cheaper parking options available, but without in and out access. The breakfast was excellent and affordable. The only minor suggestion I would make would be for the hotel to replace their worn towels. They were perfectly clean, but thin and showing their age.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely the Best Experience of My Life in Niagara Falls! I cannot say enough about how incredible my stay was here in Niagara Falls. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like a valued guest—the check-in process was seamless, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and every detail of the hotel was immaculate. The room itself was stunning—modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The highlight was the breathtaking view of the falls right from my window. Waking up each morning to that view felt surreal, like a dream come true. The bed was so comfortable that I slept better than I have in years, and the amenities provided everything I could possibly need. What really made this stay unforgettable was the service. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making my experience special. They offered great recommendations for local dining and attractions, and they made me feel completely at home. The location is perfect—just steps away from the falls, attractions, and restaurants. I never once felt like I was missing out on anything. Between the views, the comfort, and the outstanding hospitality, this was hands down the best experience of my entire life. If you’re coming to Niagara Falls, do yourself a favor and stay here. It’s not just a hotel—it’s a memory you’ll cherish forever. I will absolutely be coming back, and I can’t recommend it enough.

Hotel is above average. I've been to many hotels in the Niagara Falls area, this one is probably one of the better ones. Room rates are a lot cheaper and better than other hotels in the area. The rooms are spacious and not tightly cramped. The hotel is located really close to Clifton Hill which is another plus. Cleaning could be better as we found tiny imperfections in the general room and washroom, but its like that for most hotels. The walls aren't the best as you can here people talking and running outside of the room. As well parking could be better as we were forced to park outside of the hotel. Overall this hotel isn't bad as it provides luxury, comfort and good location at an affordable price.

Literally, just left today. This was a great location, right in the heart of things. It was about a 15 minute walk from the falls, down Clifton Hill but it was scenic and fun. We arrived on Thursday and went straight to the Falls. The next morning, we had breakfast at the buffet. The service was nice and the food was very good. Our room was on the 2nd floor. It was very clean and comfy. Our window was directly across from the SkyWheel, so we could see quite far from our room. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to the main area. You can park there for $25/day but it's 1st come, 1st served. You can come and go as much as you want. We really liked this hotel.

This was our first time there and it was an amazing Stay. I would definitely recommend and go back for all mine Niagara Falls stays. BUT…… there are a couple of things that they do need to upgrade on: 1. there are a couple of things that they do need to upgrade in the laundry room was very dirty and had a smell. The washing machine smelled very moldy, and I had to rewash my clothes when I came home. As soon as I open the washing machine, you could smell the mouldy dirty smell, and they should have more than one washing machine and dryer at least two washing machines and two dryers. It would make it so much easier for the guests this laundry room definitely needs a big upgrade 2. There is very little vegetarian option for the breakfast. There was no oat milk or almond milk for the cereal only regular cow milk, and very little fruit selection as there were no bananas or fresh cantaloup watermelon honeydew 3. The price for the breakfast is way too expensive, especially that they did not have any complementary Breakfast at all 4. And the pool definitely needs an upgrade, the inner lining as you can see the bottom of the pool looked like it was chipped and a bit dirty. Also, the water was a but mucky and very, very cold.

This was my first time here and absolutely getting the best service plus everything is so close to all the attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel as everyone is so very friendly and very attentive if need be. Rooms are awesome especially junior river view suits are so worth money. Im Definitely coming back to this hotel as its my absolutely my favorite place to be. Pool and hot tub are clean and hotel is awesome.. I'd give 10 stars if I can. This hotel is located just off Highway 420 and features an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.
The facilities and the location were fantastic. Easy walking to all of the popular attractions, including the Falls. There was no end of restaurants to accommodate every taste or time of the day. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. If you want great value for your money, look no further than this one .👌 Only things that did not meet our expectations was that there was no fridge, microwave or closet (for hanging clothes and coats). We used a small cooler and Ziplock bags of ice in order to keep my medication cool (they did offer the use of their staff fridge for our use, but I was not comfortable with that).
Randal B — Google review
Pros - great location, everything is within walking distance which is around few blocks away. Breakfast is included from 7-10 am, indoor pool available, wonderful services and staff, check in time is 3:00pm however we arrived a bit earlier than that, the front desk allowed us for early check ins. Great values comparing to other hotels down the street. Cons - parking is extra, about $19.00 and I think the price varies by season reading from other comments, so better call ahead and check. There are other parking options available too down the street by the corner which is 3 mins walking distance and they only charge $10 a day (might fluctuate as well), so shopping around! Can be quite noisy as we can hear people talking on the hallways, TV sounds, using washrooms from other guests… Breakfast is free but the wait time is crazy, it’s available from 7-10 we got there at 8 o’clock and waited until 8:25, there’s a huge line up and everyone was waiting for the toaster and waffle maker, and there’s nothing else to eat. Unless you want a light meal and only have a yogurt plus cereal, then you can skip the line. Hot meal is the toast and waffles. No egg no sausage; Couple of tables and seats but again, line up. Personal opinion: not enough lighting, The room itself is really dark..only two lamps, and one ceiling light at front door, that’s all. I have bad sight and was finding it hard to read my book and see things, it’s a little bit uncomfortable. Only a soap bar available by the sink plus shampoo, conditioner and body wash, I guess nothing is mandatory nowadays but not even a little bit of lotion not even the cheap ones. 离哪都近,免费早餐但要等半个钟左右,室内泳池,过夜停车要缴费(具体看淡季旺季),附近有更便宜的10蚊一天。服务还可以,房间很暗隔音不好,自带卫生用品。

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was good — nice selection, though it would’ve been even better with some eggs or bacon. There’s a vending machine on-site, but prices are a bit steep (almost $3 for a small bag of chips or chocolate bar). The location is excellent — within walking distance to almost everything, which was super convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that the walls are quite thin — we could hear the door next to us opening and closing until around 1am, and even some noise from outside. Oh and theres no refrigerator in the room. Other than that, it was a really nice experience overall!
Lisa C — Google review
The Hotel accommodation is within affordable price with decent breakfast. The rooms are clean and especially the sheets and towels. The reception and the people looking after the breakfast has always have smile on their faces and always keeping up with the demands of the business of the area. Excellent and definitely will come back.
Daisirie T — Google review
Rooms are very out dated. Beds are awfully hard and the pillows are terrible to sleep on. The bathrooms are extremely small and have to reach across the bathroom for toilet paper. The location itself is awesome for walking distance to Clifton Hill and the Falls. The lamp in my room was broken. The hall light by the closet kept turning off and on by itself. The breakfast in the morning was ok but some type of protein should be offered. The staff are friendly. And the air conditioner was extremely loud and raddled a lot. This hotel needs some fixing up and updated.
Teryn W — Google review
Excellent location close to lots and very friendly service here. Check-in and out were very easy and our room was nice and clean. Just need some updating (toilets take a while to flush, doors slam accidentally, noises in hallway) but overall it was a wonderful experience.

The location of place is great. Walking distance. But avoid this place at all costs. Their rooms are not what you see in the pictures. I rented out a Kings Bedroom with private bathroom and a Jacuzzi. As pictured for 2 days. Drove 8 hours just to be in a room with Jacuzzi with a shower head. Private Bathroom is a toilet. Nothing like the pictures in Booking.com. Had made all reservations for other activities that day in Niagara. So was trapped in a way. For how do I leave so far away from home? When confronting this issue next day see the description and pictures shown on app. For I believed I made a mistake but then looked back at my reservation again. I went to Front office. All booked. Couldn't do anything. We tried to stay another day. But this was not relaxing at all.Basically drove back home 8 hours the next day. I don't know how they can rent out a room with a shower is behind me. At least post it in your add so people know what they are getting into. I feel completely scammed.

We had a good stay overall — the hotel is clean and well-located, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. However, there were a few things that could be improved. The rooms do not have a microwave or a fridge, which can be inconvenient, especially for families or longer stays. The breakfast is simple and offers limited variety, and the breakfast area is quite small for the number of guests, making it crowded during busy times. Also, be aware that they charge for parking, which adds to the overall cost. Despite these points, the location and overall comfort were definitely positives.

Fairfield Niagara Falls, Canada is a laid-back hotel with amenities like breakfast and parking, as well as a heated indoor pool and 24/7 fitness room. The rooms are modern and clean, equipped with a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Some guests found the air conditioner to be loud but appreciated the city view of the light tower. The hotel is conveniently located near Clifton Hill, within walking distance to various attractions. Guests enjoyed the buffet breakfast and praised the attentive staff.
We spent one night. Rooms were clean, large, nice large TV to watch the Jays in the World Series. We were invited down to a lounge area to watch, but we chose to watch in the comfort of our room. Nice to have a chaise lounge/couch to stretch out on. The room and hotel were too warm even though it was end of Oct. Staff were friendly Full breakfast was good, quiche, eggs, dried potatoes, pancakes, sausage and peameal, yogurts with toppings, muffins, juices, milks, cereal etc well worth the bit of difference in pricing. The one thing that was missing in the rooms was a clock
Marjorie D — Google review
My recent stay at the Fairfield Inn, ideally situated within walking distance to Clifton Hill and numerous restaurants, left me with genuinely mixed feelings. While the location is undeniably a prime asset, several significant issues within the hotel detracted from an otherwise convenient trip. The hotel's location is a huge plus. Being able to walk to all the attractions and dining options around Clifton Hill made exploring incredibly easy and convenient. This was certainly the best aspect of our stay. The complimentary breakfast was also a good start to our day; we opted to have it twice and found it satisfactory. However, our experience in the room was problematic. From the moment we entered, there was a persistent musty odor. I unfortunately coughed the entire time I was in the room, leading me to believe there are definite mold issues that need to be addressed. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. On our second day, our room was not cleaned at all, though the front desk promptly provided clean towels when requested. We also found hair in our tub upon arrival; while someone was sent up quickly to clean it, a bottle of cleaner was inexplicably left behind in our room. On the third day, our room was only cleaned in the evening, which was inconvenient. Adding to this discomfort, despite the front desk telling us we could stay in the room, the cleaner specifically requested we leave, which left us feeling quite "off." Another issue was our room's fridge, which was not working correctly. Instead of chilling, it froze several drinks we had purchased. We were disappointed not to be reimbursed for these spoiled items and had to purchase more drinks. Despite these frustrations, I must extend a very special thank you to Samantha at the front desk. She was exceptionally friendly, very attentive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed in our room. She even allowed us to store our luggage after check-out, providing us with extra time to go for lunch before catching our bus, which was incredibly helpful and deeply appreciated. Samantha's outstanding service was a definite highlight. In summary, while the Fairfield Inn boasts an unbeatable location and exceptional staff members like Samantha, the significant issues with room condition (musty smell/mold), inconsistent cleaning, and the faulty fridge considerably impacted our overall experience. Were it not for these room-specific problems, our stay would have been much more enjoyable.

Location is fantastic. You can walk directly to the falls, the casino and many restaurants. Breakfast is also provided, which is nice. But you do have to pay for parking. It's in a whole other lot across a small street in the back. But there are plenty of spaces. The room itself was quite small. We felt very crammed in the king bed room. But it was quiet, clean and we slept well.

My husband and I stayed (Canadian) Thanksgiving weekend for several nights. The hotel staff are all nice and efficient. The location is great as it is near the edge of the main strip (Ferry Street) so convenient walking to everywhere but not right in the middle of the crowds of tourists. Parking was charged, but had in-and-out privileges. The room was spacious and well laid out, however, it would be nice if it had a bit more light. Free breakfast was tasty and well looked after, however, I implore you to not eat the "turkey bacon" if it is served (only once during our stay) as it turns to cardboard in your mouth. Luckily, there were other options. Also, our shower had a very slow drip but it was slow enough not to notice. It was a good trip for us and we will definitely return!

Great location for a newly renovated Marriott Hotel right across from the Courtyard. $30/ day parking (lot behind hotel) One EV charging station parking and one (currently out of order) Tesla charging station parking a available. Check in staff were friendly and nice Check in process was quick and easy Simple breakfast complimentary from 6:30-11am. It includes your basic scrambled eggs, egg muffins, sausage links, turkey bacon, potatoes, waffles, toast, yogurt, coffee and tea. Swimming pool is inclusive at this hotel. No hot tub. But the pool is viewable from the first floor right by the lobby (not much privacy). There is also a fitness gym available. Rooms were clean and beautiful. I did however find a used soap bar left in the shower that the cleaners might have forgotten from the last guest. TV (with Prime Videos, YouTube and Netflix features), microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffee machine, body and hair wash. USB and North American charging ports in the rooms. Great location, only minutes walk from the main Clifton Hill street.

The hotel itself and location is amazing FRONT DESK works i wish I could rate less than zero. Especially, the girl was working on October 13 at 8.30pm. Had no skills in customer services and not even smiling.. was extremely Rude.. Brian was the best and was informative and was willing to help. Management needs to take a note of this.. during check in, no information was given.. so I had to ask if there's a parking, what internet password, breakfast timing... the guy just collected the payment and handed the keys.

Overall a very good experience. The rooms were fresh and modern, appear to be recently updated. Each side of the king bed had two plugs and a USB port, but on both sides only one of the plugs actually worked. There was a large smart TV on which we could log into our own Netflix and watch shows/movies at night. The shower was a medium sized walk in. It was clean with good water flow/strength. A small and clean mini fridge that kept things sufficiently cold. The bed was reasonable comfortable although we did end up asking for foam pillows after the first night as the feather pillows were very uncomfortable. The staff were friendly, although we did have to ask for more towels/toilet paper/pillows three times before we actually got them (no big deal though, and they apologized). Good location close to several ice cream places (DQ, Baskin Robbins, rolled ice cream across the street) and a Starbucks. A small concessions area in the lobby to get little snacks like a chocolates bar, chips, or an ice cream cone.

This Hotel is a better version of others I have stayed at across Canada and the US. Rooms are updated and nice, some need a few touch ups / finishing, since it was converted from a Travel Lodge 4+ years ago. Staff are friendly, breakfast buffet is better than other locations I have been to. $30 parking fee per day for me is crazy, I never pay for parking at Fairfield hotels!! I have been a Marriott member since 2000 and have stayed at many properties. This Hotel was nice, and the elevators were fast!!

Seriously awesome! Quiet, very clean, bed very comfy, close of everything, best restaurant right across the street ( road house), LCBO across the street. You can go pretty much every where walking distance. Staff very friendly and best of it , very good price. I definitely come back here !!

Spent 3 nights here, recommended by my daughter who is local to the area. Cannot beat the location, friendly staff, cleanliness and cost. Owners live on site, which was fortunate as we didn't arrive until nearly midnight, so a quick call and someone was out to check us in. My husband is an OCD clean freak and absolutely loved this motel!

We were in Niagara for one night for a show at the casino. Check- in was super easy, great friendly service. We were less than 15 minute walk to the casino and about a 13 minute walk to Clifton Hill. It was super convenient. The room was super clean, which was such a relief since I’m a germaphobe. We are planning another siblings night, will definitely book with this motel again. At night, it was a little noisy due to the club and bar across the street however that is not something that bothered us.

Nice motel within walking distance of the falls/carnival area. Front desk staff was nice and room was clean. Budget-friendly option for staying in Niagara Falls! Love the automotive/updated theme. Would recommend!

The location is about a 10–15 minute walk from Niagara Falls, and free parking is available. The staff were very nice. However, there’s a nightclub across the street, so you can hear noisy people outside at night. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was broken and kept shutting off after about five minutes.

This motel is awesome very clean . No continental breakfast or snacks sadly as advertised . Beds were comfy no bugs .Only complaint was the noise from the guy that lives there with the door open and huge speaker very loud and the club across the street . Otherwise awesome location . Walking distance to all attractions and restaurants . the lady at the front desk was so kind and Really goes above and beyond

Cadillac Motel is my go to place to stay in Niagara Falls, Ontario… It is a great little motel that is budget-friendly, free parking, clean, great Wi-Fi, plenty of hot water, surrounded by great places to eat, and it’s a short walk to the Falls…. Love the people here…

The Moonlite Motel Niagara Falls is a budget-friendly property offering modest rooms and suites with amenities such as refrigerators, free continental breakfast, and an outdoor pool. Travelers have praised the accommodating staff who went out of their way to ensure a late check-in and provided helpful tips for exploring the area. Guests celebrating special occasions found the owner to be friendly and welcoming, while others appreciated the clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms.
I was afraid to book due to previous reviews, but it turned out to be a really nice experience. The person in charge was very kind, check-in was super easy, and parking wasn’t a problem (we went out for dinner and returned around midnight). The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had everything I needed (cozy blankets, plenty of towels, a microwave, a mini fridge, and hot water), The bathroom was also spotless. The location is great too, it’s only about a 10-minute drive to Niagara Falls, which made everything super convenient. I really liked this place and would definitely recommend it!

Stayed here last night 🌙 We had room 1 for the night, which was beautifully decorated in blue decor. 💙 The bed was very large & so comfortable. The water took a little long to get hot. The AC really works. If you want to make it feel like a deli freezer, you definitely can. It was quiet & peaceful. They have a pool, which was open to use. The owner was a sweet lady, she was nice. We didn't need her for anything but for check-in. *** photos were taken as we were leaving.

Cozy and clean with helpful and accommodating staff. Only complaint we had was there were only three small pillows on the king-sizes bed and we had enough hot water for showers the evening when we arrived, but there wasn't any left in the morning. All-in-all would stay again.
Jessica W — Google review
Great option for stay when visiting Niagara Falls and looking for a reasonable place with great connectivity to the falls. The owners are super nice and helpful. The motel is directly on a shuttle route that connects the state park and the airport. Ask the owners when checking in and they will guide you. The shuttle service is complementary. The room was great. We were 3 people in a double queen bed room. The room had a table with two chairs, tv, microwave, refrigerators, iron, hair dryer and towels, soap, shampoo + conditioner pouches were provided. We loved staying here. Only downside was the wifi was abysmal. There was barely any signal and even if we got one, the speed was negligible. That got frustrating very very soon. Otherwise value for money! The motel is walkable to many useful outlets which is a huge plus.

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable motel then you've come to the right place. Had a nice stay here in August. Outdoor pool was warm and well maintained. Owners are very friendly and do a great job of maintaining the property. Room was very clean, bed comfortable. Would stay again in future.

Great little motel room. Clean and spacious for a family of 6. Super easy check in and check out. Friendly front desk service. Only 15 min away from niagra falls park. I only gave a 4 star because website says free breakfast but there actually wasn't any. Other than that, it was a great stay.
Abigail H — Google review
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Moonlite. Mary was incredibly kind and helpful and such a hard worker. One night we returned late and I observed her cleaning the outdoor pool at like 11pm. That being said the pool was very clean, well kept, and overall lovely. The rooms are outdated but provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. AC worked great, beds were comfortable, Shower was clean and hot, and the Room provided parking right outside our door, a mini fridge and microwave. For the price, this place is an absolute gem and would defenitely stay here again. Great Location right on Niagara falls Boulevard about 10 minute drive to the Falls.
Executive J — Google review
I stayed here for the neon sign! The rooms are very clean, but the wifi is unbearably slow. I didnt get a chance to go in the pool, but families were almost always having fun in there, so I assume it was clean. The provided trolly passes were extremely useful! The bus just picks you up across the street, and takes about 30 minutes to get to the falls. There are also a lot of food options within walking distance from the motel. This is a great budget option that rivals other hotels nearby the falls.

Nestled in the heart of Niagara Falls, Ontario, the Olympia Motel offers a charming and budget-friendly stay for travelers. This modest establishment features basic yet cozy rooms, including a delightful Jacuzzi suite for those looking to unwind. Guests can enjoy an outdoor pool and on-site dining at the restaurant. Just a short 11-minute walk from the lively Niagara Casino, it’s perfectly positioned for exploring local attractions. The family-run atmosphere adds a personal touch; owners are known for their warmth and attentiveness.
We booked a room for 4 people, and while the room size was decent, the bathroom was extremely small. The real issue, however, was far worse. After checking in, we noticed bed bugs in the room. When we informed the staff, instead of addressing the concern professionally, they were rude and dismissive. One staff member even just brushed away and squashed the bug on the pillow, which was shocking to see. Soon after, we were told to vacate immediately without any assistance or alternative solution. We had booked this hotel two weeks in advance for about $250 per night, thinking it was a fair deal. But now, since prices everywhere else have gone up, the staff seemed to mock us and laugh when we asked if they could help us find another option. Ultimately, we had no choice but to scramble and book another hotel at a much higher rate. This experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. I would strongly caution others against staying here, especially considering how poorly they handle serious issues like bed bugs. Honestly, this is the first time I would be happy to give a negative rating if that were possible.

Horrible Stay – Do Not Recommend I checked in and within minutes decided to leave. The room was in terrible condition — it smelled bad, looked dirty, and there were cracks on the walls. When I went to the reception to explain the situation and request a refund, the owner started yelling at me. I was with my mum and brother, and we were all shocked by how aggressive and unprofessional the staff were. They refused to refund us and made us feel very unwelcome. I strongly advise avoiding this place.
Youcef F — Google review
Great walking distance for cheaper price. Very basic if you don't plan to hang in your room this is great for just sleeping and changing. The water pressure is fabulous. The air conditioning went out and they fixed it. Very hard bed though and tv barley worked. But again great for location and price.
Tiffany D — Google review
Worst experience as I checked in around 6pm and returned only by 1am. At that moment I found bed bugs and when reported she said to check out and she can return the money. I wandered in nearby hotels and couldn't find any, as it was a long weekend. As I was checking for the availability of other hotels, I was repeatedly called and asked to check out. With no choice I had to check out a room, and 6 people adjusted in a single room and this motel ruined the vacation completely. Even after reading this comment if you dare to book the motel, your guts is much appreciated.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place! I checked in and within just 5 minutes realized I couldn’t stay. The room was disgusting, smelled awful, and there were small cracks and possibly pests on the walls. When I went to the reception to explain and ask for a refund, the owner started shouting aggressively. Despite being there with my brother and mum, they refused to refund us and were extremely rude, even trying to kick us out. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and horrible conditions – I would not recommend this place to anyone.

we will definitely never go to this place again! room with bed bugs! refrigerator dirty with food scraps! It is impossible to take a shower in the bathroom, the walls are filthy, everything is very dirty! the chandeliers in the room, although the original color was white, were black with dirt! Sad

Olympia Motel is located on 5099 Centre street in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The motel is located very close to the the sites and sounds of the city and is situated in a very good and convenient part of the city. The motel is operated by an older couple who take good care of the property. After reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant, but I am glad I made the decision to stay here. The rooms are clean, somewhat updated and cozy. The room features a dresser, table, bar fridge, flatscreen television, as well as air conditioning and heater. The flooring is newer vinyl plank, the walls are concrete block and freshly painted - overall the room was perfectly fine. Many of the reviews are criticizing the motel, but I don’t really see anything wrong with it. I would say it’s probably on par with a 2 star Econolodge style motel. Check-in was very easy, There is no breakfast, there is a small outdoor pool. However, there is free parking as a bonus. There are numerous other hotels and motels in the immediate area as this is the centre of activity. This is a very budget friendly place to stay. I paid $96 CAD with tax while other hotels are double or triple this price. Many people expect champagne for the price of beer. Be realistic. The hotel is decent overall. It’s budget friendly and it does the job. I’m satisfied overall. Good place to stay.
Bobby S — Google review
Absolutely horrible! Was going to cancel because of location and they were going to still charge us the full night instead of the $18 they confirmed with me over the phone before coming. Once getting there, and deciding to stay, the sheets, pillow cases and bedding was all dirty, stained, there was hair from whomever was in it before us. I went and brought it to their attention, just wanting new sheets, and he didn’t even talk to me the way back to the office!! Didn’t say a word when I asked what was going on, and he proceeded to pull out the debit and give a refund. Thank god for that, but service was absolutely horrible and cleanliness was an absolute 0/10. Do not recommend for anyone looking for a cheap place to stay!!!

They are infested with rats, do I need to say more, I woke up at 5am to find two large rats 🐀 in my room, called the desk he said he would change my room in the morning, so I guess I needed to stay in the room with the rats, when I did change rooms you could hear the rats in the ceiling and in the walls, the place has a serious rat infestation. The place is a welfare motel, most people there were placed by social services, stay away from this place, I paid for two weeks up front cash, guy wouldn't give me a receipt, lol think he wants to get away without paying taxes. Really just a very gross motel. Buy the way the pics on here are not even close to how bad the rooms are.

I normally don’t leave reviews but the rooms here are DISGUSTING. There’s stains , holes and flies everywhere. There were also used syringes in the “freshly cleaned” bathroom and this is unacceptable especially because I was staying with my toddler… I told someone about the condition of my room and the manager just took the syringe out and stated the flies and everything else was normal.. room is non smoking but smells like a carton of cigarettes has all been lit at once . I took my baby and left immediately.

CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. Swimming pool is a lie. It's not open. Dirty bed sheets, dirty blankets. Barely working air conditioner. No refrigerator. We had 2 nights reserved and took our loss. "No refunds". Also, no other customers there. We now know why.

Front desk is terrible waited 20min to check in. Room decent enough to lay your head for the night. Beds appeared new looking, whole room appeared completely remodel definitely didn't hire professionals to do the work gaps in laminate floors nothing I could look past as it was a cheaper motel in the area .I didn't see bugs thankfully. This motel is a 1-star level motel, and considering that, it’s pretty reasonable. Room was clean, though there was minor water damage to bathroom outlets due to low quality ventilation. Staff was nice enough. Price was lowest around, which was great for visiting for the eclipse on a budget. For 1-2 nights, staying here is fine. Be out and about most of the day, come crash for the night, and then be on your way again. Close to shopping area and within 15 minutes from attractions around the Falls and Rainbow Bridge crossing to Canada.

Travelodge by Wyndham Niagara Falls - New York is a convenient lodging option offering free Wi-Fi, continental breakfast, and a shuttle service to the casinos and Niagara Falls. The hotel features 45 comfortable rooms just a short drive from Hyde Park and within proximity to attractions like Grass Island in Niagara Falls. It's an ideal choice for a romantic getaway, being located near Niagara Falls International Airport and Fashion Outlets Niagara Falls, USA.
This was such an awesome experience. It was extremely clean. It wasnt a big room but it was all my boyfriend and I needed for our 3 day vacation. It had a comfortable bed, a table, a mini fridge, a TV, and a super clean bathroom. There wasn't breakfast provided, or if there was we didn’t see it, but it wasn’t a problem for us, I’m only including that info in case others are wondering. The check in and check out process was so easy. At one point we lost our key and they quickly gave us a new one with no conflict. The parking spots for the rooms are right outside of the room so unpacking the car was so easy. The location is also awesome. About 10 minutes to Niagara falls, 30 to the zoo, and there are stores all around within miles (target, dollar general, so many restaurants and more). We got dinner at Bella Vista which was about a 7 minute drive and is a restaurant located in another hotel. It was delicious and I highly recommend!

6/10. Acceptable room. Firm bed. Slightly dated décor but nothing damaged. Shower not tall enough for me but I am 6'4. Would stay again.
Marcus N — Google review
This hotel was subpar for the price. Extremely over priced for a room and a shower. We had to go find someone to give us towels, tissues, and a hair dryer. The carpets in the room were sticky. We laid the blankets down on the floor to walk around without shoes. Beds are really uncomfortable and loud. Walls are paper thin. Tv selection was decent, there are mini fridges for guests. It's an extremely run down part of town. Lots of motels, which is what this should have been considered. The number for the manager goes unanswered during the day. Manager questioned why we were in our car for so long before check in. Because we were contemplating canceling our trip based on the look of the building and that it does NOT have a working pool. The pictures that are provided do not show the true nature of this establishment.
Karlie A — Google review
Our room is nice, clean and parking friendly. Since we made a road trip, I always wanted parking in front of the room, and this is it. It is 15 min drive to the falls and 10 min to all restaurants. And the manager is super informative and helpful to us. Overall i am happy of staying there. Most of the time, we were out roaming around. But when I come back to the room, the cold ac and cozy bed are what i need. And it all give'-in.

Most disgusting place i ever attempted to stay in. Anniversary get away weekend ruined as we checked out after 45 minutes. The rooms on the website shown are not what your getting. It felt like something out of the horrow movie vacancy. Conjoined rooms. No toilet paper. Fire alarm hanging by wires off the ceiling. The "staff" or volunteers i should say who clean the rooms were the final reason to check out ASAP. They used target shopping carts and said they only do this so they dont have to go collect cans and bottles for money....meaning they were more then likely homeless. Said they have master keys to all rooms. Obviously they would but they made it a point to let us know this. So we did not feel comfortable leaving our belongings while we go out on the town. So we packed up left and had to deal with the manager who could care less as he talked in Arabian on his cell phone the whole time we were standing in front of him asking for our money back.. thankfully after a week of phone calls to the motel and booking.com we were reimbursed. As one other review said if I could give negative stars. I would. Disgusting. Unconfirmed. Dirty. And sketchy.

🚫 WARNING: This Place Will Make You Sick — Blood, Mold, and Spiders Everywhere! 🕷️🩸 This is, without question, the filthiest, most disgusting, and downright hazardous motel I’ve ever had the misfortune of staying in. The place is falling apart — broken ceilings and cracked walls are just the beginning. Everywhere you look, there are dark yellow and reddish stains — the kind that makes your stomach turn just imagining their origin. The wallpaper is peeling off, as if trying to escape the rot that surrounds it. The carpets reek of mold and musk so strongly that it’s nearly unbearable to breathe. The beds? Absolutely revolting. The sheets smelled like they hadn’t been washed in months, and the moment you turn on the AC, a wave of moldy stench hits your face like a punch. The bathroom was completely unusable, with an actual bloodstain on the radiator — I’m not kidding. And the worst part? SPIDERS. Everywhere. Crawling on the walls, ceilings, even near the bed. It felt like I was sleeping in a horror movie set. If you have even the slightest concern for your health, do not come near this place. As for the manager, ASHISH — he is the human equivalent of a mildew stain. The audacity it takes to charge people money for this disease-ridden shack is astounding. He should be investigated and held accountable for endangering public health. These rooms are not fit for animals, let alone paying customers. Avoid this place at all costs. You’ve been warned. _________________________________________________ My Response: You don’t need to take my word for it — just look at the pictures. A picture tells a thousand stories, and mine show exactly what I experienced. I’ll be uploading both my Expedia receipt and Google timeline as proof of my legitimacy as a paying guest. On July 1st, after working more than 10 hours, I left the office at 4:30 PM and drove nearly 7 hours to Niagara Falls. I was completely exhausted and just needed a place to lie down. While driving, I booked this motel — something I would never do in my right mind if I weren’t so tired. I checked in around 11:15 PM, stepped out briefly to grab food at 11:35 PM, returned at 11:51 PM, and tried my best to rest in what can only be described as HELL. After less than an hour of trying to tolerate the disgusting conditions, I requested not a full refund — but a partial one. I politely asked Ashish to return 40–50% since I had used the room for less than 90 minutes and could not stay because it was clearly inhabitable. He refused. I didn’t have the energy to argue, so I left and checked into another hotel — paying for two hotels in one night. That’s the kind of “professionalism” Ashish offers. And fraudulent behavior? Really? I left an honest, detailed review backed by photos and timeline evidence. As for “terms and conditions” — don’t throw those around when you can’t even provide a room that’s safe, clean, or fit for human occupancy. The basic agreement is simple: I pay for a clean, healthy room and service. I didn’t receive that, so I asked for what was fair. This was never about the money — it’s about principle. People deserve to know the truth.
Hridoy D — Google review
First off, I didn't stay my friend stayed for one week two separate times. Location not bad, depending on what you are looking for.Do your research. Rooms are dated, TVs are 28" at most. Also you get a tiny microwave. But you can tell they don't really invest back in the building. Cracks, old paint, wires, old everything! So yeah but that's still not too horrible. Now I get a window in the bathroom depending on where you are, you get a large apartment complex parking lot, where they start leaving at say 430-5ish. So u get an alarm clock. Other two sections window opens to a wall or an unkept field. Window in the front of room on pens directly to their parking lot where cars tend to park right against them due to the no bumper or stopping poles. Okay so best for pasta, literally two days before he checked out on second trip........ COCKROACHES right near the microwave and upon further inspection of the room...........we found a BEDBUG!!!!!! Now I'm not enstein but these guys don't travel in single file....also PLEASE note that after they denied only critter problems it was discovered they also own the TRAVEL LODGE directly next door....!!!!!!!!! BEWARE

If i can put zero stars i will. Really bad experience, I get there at first she was nice and all. Then I go and put myself in the room look around and right off the bat I found three beg bugs. I took videos and pictures of the room. I ask for a full refund and at first they said they was going to refund me but now they want to play games and say that wasnt there room and I faked it. What type of owners and workers are they. Bad don't book here at all BAD MOTEL They don't take of rooms. Smells bad. Also replying saying I don't have evidence is crazy. Ive shown both your workers and she always took a pic of it. Your sheets are dirty and that room wasn't being vacuumed. Also saying you wanted to give me a refund was full of. I have a video of your worker aka the female. Where she got mouthy and said I wouldn't get a refund.

Guests can also take in the breathtaking Maid of the Mist cruise from their floor-to-ceiling windows or visit nearby attractions like Ripleys Believe It or Not.
Our stay at the Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel was absolutely superb from start to finish. First let me just mention NO BED BUGS AT ALL. The room itself was wonderful—spacious, newly remodeled, and equipped with comfortable 2 queen-size beds. The bathroom was large and featured excellent quality toiletries. We also really appreciated the fast check-in experience, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is another major highlight. It's incredibly convenient, with an indoor glass walkway that connects directly to the Fallsview Casino, which is perfect for a night out or accessing the food court. From the lobby, you can easily access several on-site dining options like IHOP, Ruth's Chris Steak House, and Starbucks, giving us plenty of choices. We also made use of the great indoor pool and whirlpools, which were a relaxing way to unwind after a day of sightseeing Their service was a perfect complement to the beautiful surroundings. This hotel offers a winning combination of fantastic views, convenience, and great amenities. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Niagara Falls We will definitely be back!

The rooms were fine and the location was nice, but be very careful with your valuables. I accidentally left my wedding band in my room, and when I returned after housekeeping had cleaned, the ring was gone. I immediately reported it to the hotel, but the staff showed little concern. Each employee we spoke to claimed they would file a report and look into it, but every time we followed up, they said it was the first they were hearing of the issue. We called and followed up daily for almost two weeks and received the same response each time—no record of our complaint and a promise to “look into it.” If you choose to stay here, make sure to take all of your belongings with you whenever you leave the room.

Amazing 😍. The customer service was top notch. There are a lot of taxes, fees and of course parking that you will be charged additionally upon check out. The only negative is parking prices are kind of crazy parking on site is 70 dollars Canadian per day. Off site is 35. Off site is across the street. Aside from that ....9 out of 10 stars. The true gem of this hotel was the amazing staff. Everyone was so professional and customer service focused. There was nothing that we needed that they didn't strive to accomplish. Especially the team at the fun zone and the house keeping staff. They were awesome. We will definitely return

Qasem at the front desk was very helpful and provided great service. Our body wash bottle was empty upon arrival, however after calling down to guest service from the phone on the hall, housekeeping brought it in just a few minutes. Overall good stay. Standard rooms don’t have any noteworthy views. In my opinion parking is too expensive.

Staff were super welcoming right from the start and check in was quick and easy. Parking is across from the hotel and costs $35 which I think should really be included for guests. The room itself was clean and comfy, the view wasn’t great at all, but honestly I was just there to sleep so it didn’t matter. The bed was really comfortable, no issues at all, and I liked the toiletries they provided. The hotel restaurants are overpriced so I wouldn’t recommend them, but overall the hotel is clean, spacious, and has easy access to the casino. 25 min walk to Clifton Hill area. Lots of food and drink options around. Area felt safe walking after midnight, didn’t notice any issues and garbage around the property either. Overall a pleasant stay

What should have been a relaxing stay turned into one of the most distressing and unacceptable hotel experiences I have ever encountered. At approximately 5:00 AM, my partner and I were startled awake by physical movement and loud rodent noises coming from underneath our bed. We were able to document this experience on video as it occurred multiple times. When we raised the issue with hotel staff, we were met with immediate disbelief and were effectively called liars. I am highly doubtful that your team would ever openly acknowledge finding a large rodent under a guest’s bed, but dismissing guests’ legitimate concerns in such a manner is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. The situation was handled with complete disregard: The front desk manager on duty the next morning offered no follow-up, no apology, and no acknowledgment of the trauma and disruption we experienced. When I addressed the matter again at checkout, the manager smirked, showed no concern whatsoever, and made no attempt to de-escalate or empathize with the situation. At no point did staff check if we had left belongings behind, despite the fact that we had to leave the room in a rushed, panicked state. Upon checking in earlier, we had already reported that our TV was not working and were simply told, “it’s not getting fixed because it’s the weekend,” which further reflects a lack of basic hospitality standards. What makes this all the more disappointing is that both I and my family have been loyal guests at your hotel for years when visiting the Fallsview Casino. This was not our first stay, but it will certainly influence whether we continue to support your property in the future. The complete absence of professionalism, guest care, and accountability was not only shocking but also insulting given our history of previous stays. To us, it appeared as though our concerns were dismissed outright due to prejudice, which is deeply troubling and unacceptable for a hotel operating under the Wyndham brand connected to the casino and other professional establishments for partnership offerings. This stay was not only unpleasant but traumatic. The complete absence of hospitality standards, guest care, and crisis management reflects very poorly on your establishment. Trying to get the owner’s contact information is nearly impossible as the front desk has tried to brush off this situation from their attention. Luckily for this review it does not let us post videos for everyone to see that this hotel has rats that move under your bed at night. I will be contacting the local media and posting the video about this situation. For anyone who wants the videos please comment your email on this review and I’ll forward it your way. The front desk manager refused to apologize which is so concerning given his role. Absolutely disgusting hospitality behaviour. Hope this influences anyone’s future stay at this location.

Very friendly and quick service. Qasem at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. He patiently answered all our questions and told us about the many amenities the Hotel offers! Our room was beautiful and very clean and comfortable! Great experience! Thank you Qasem and the team at the hotel!

The hotel is very convenient. It’s in an a great location and plenty of restaurants are inside and it’s attached to the casino and concert venue. It looks like it is being updated. Rooms are clean. Parking is extra $35-70 depending on how far away you are parking.

Really nice hotel with a good price. Rooms were really fancy for a 3 star hotel. They were also clean. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful especially Elijah. Location is perfect - close to Niagara Falls, to stores and to bus stops.

Don’t expect 5 stars so you won’t be disappointed. Overall we had a nice time at the hotel since we were only there for bedtime. The room had a weird smell and it did not seem 100% sanitized as you would expect. Pool was closed due to maintenance, and “health and safety issues” which was kinda concerning for me when I first read the sign. It’s a great location and the price is kinda fair for what you get.

Parking is horrible & they charge for it. Room are ok but the halls smell like urine. Windows are very dirty. Staff is nice. Location is great for the falls since it's in walking distance. Carpet in the hallway & the room needs to be deeply clean. Hotel has potential but needs work done. Pool area seems nice.

Great location, staff was accommodating to our kids hockey team. Location was awesome, you can walk right to the falls. The restaurant was setup nicely to handle multiple groups of people and served breakfast and dinner. The hotel is definitely aging and in need of some updating.

I was kinda sketched out when I got to my room and the beautiful “view” I was told my wife and I would have was a parking lot under construction. But the sunset was gorgeous. Room was clean. Comfortable. Felt secure. I’m cheap so I think it was a little pricey. But when I sit and think about it, it was definitely worth it.

Great location with everything just a short walk away! The room was wonderful on the first day, though there were quite a few kids around—probably because it was Saturday. But the next day, everything was quieter and even cleaner. Thanks so much for your warm hospitality!

Booked last minute for Saturday the 25th of October through Monday. I went through booking.com where they have a pretty high rating 7/10. $700 for TWO night with spa bath I would have expected a lot more. The first room we were put in on the second floor was disgusting. Room 212 to be exact. Spa tub didn’t work, the ceiling was falling off around the curtains, it had a stench of mold, and the bed springs was so old they literally creaked when you sat down plus hair on toilet. They eventually after an hour and a half of miscommunication moved us to a different room. 712. This was only marginally better. The spa bath worked and the bed was more comfortable. The mold smell was there still, and when you walked by the window the carpet was SOAKED. It turned my white socks black. We had to wear shoes in our room at all times. I am a 24 year old woman from Columbus Ohio. My standards on cleanliness aren’t the highest but this still put it to shame. Not to mention the underground parking is falling apart, half closed, and has PILES of nasty chairs and mattresses. Definitely need to figure out better pricing and cleaning standard because this is not it! Not to mention I was getting notifications to check out if I would be charged an extra $75 when I had been gone since 5 am! ( the photos added out from our second “ upgraded” room. )

Extended stay hotel
The Wingate by Wyndham Niagara Falls is a modern hotel that offers simple rooms with free Wi-Fi and breakfast. It boasts an incredible location just two blocks from the falls, making it Niagara's most family-friendly hotel. Guests can enjoy an indoor heated pool and affordable comfort in Niagara Falls. While some guests found the parking fee unexpected, they appreciated the well-kept rooms and friendly front desk staff.
Staff was friendly, beds comfy, plenty of pillows. Walking distance to the falls. On the flip side, ice machine on our floor did not work, one elevator was a little difficult pressing 1st floor and our TV changed channels on us twice. But overall, nice place to stay.
Karen E — Google review
After reading several reviews we decided to book here. It was conveniently located, had a cheaper parking rate than others and included breakfast. Facilities rated 5/10: One of the two elevators was out of order our whole stay so we opted to take the stairs majority of the time. We had a room on the 4th floor which we immediately noticed the hallway floor felt spongy, like there was water damage. Cleanliness rated 4/10: The room looked like it was rushed to be cleaned. Multiple hairs left around the bathroom, stains on the ceiling, and you could feel dirt on the floor (walking in the room for the first time so no, it wasn't from us). Food rated 8/10: The free breakfast was decent. Many options for food within walking distance or delivery. Distance rated 8/10: It was about a 12 minutes walk to Niagara Falls. We didn't mind this at all. Staff 7/10: Check in was extremely slow. They have an "info desk" to help with activities and travels (we didn't utilize this as we already had our days planned). The staff in charge of breakfast kept it fully stocked and helped customers as needed. The cleaning staff were dirty and not so polite; They left things on the floor of the hallways/stairs and got irritated every time they went to use the one elevator if there were any people already using it. Overall, we went with this hotel based on reviews and amenities that fit our needs. We've already decided we will not be going back to this hotel.

Let's start with the good, so people can understand why this is such a disappointing hotel. The location is awesome, its two blocks away from the River trail that takes you right to Niagara Falls state park. Its a really nice walk day and night. This is where the good things about this hotel stop. As soon as you get in it looks nice, but the people and service were lacking so bad. Just because its cheap it doesn't mean it needs to be dirty and annoying. I really had hope for this one since it was "recommended" with a good deal by my capital one rewards. In the photos I am posting you can see how nasty and dirty the hallways and doors were. The room looks decent at first glance, then you start seeing the hairs from previous guests all over the place, stains all over the furniture, the bathroom counter breaking down and just dirty all over the place. I was told that they don't do room service everyday, only every other day and only if you ask for it. I know they can't control the people that stay here, but wow there are some annoying and rude people around. I had to step out of my room the first night to stare down some parents letting their kids run around the hallway and making so much noise. I had to tell them to be quiet since it was already passed midnight. Breakfast was so sad, terrible eggs. I think the only thing I liked was the toast, not even the juices were good and everyone in our group agreed that the coffee was a sad excuse for coffee. I wrote a review on the Wingate site and all they had as a response was sorry about the inconvenience, we try to do better. Will never ever stay here again and will now question other Wingate hotels.

Price was good and the front desk lady was nice. There was no closet to put our bags in. Just a door that we couldn't open. Bathtub stained but they assured us it was clean. The dresser drawer wouldn't stay closed. No regular coffee, only decaf (most places I've been have both) and the lids were for a different cup size. But the front desk lady gave me some coffee when i asked for it. Had to pay for parking per day whereas other hotels it's included. Trying to get into the hotel from the parking lot was fun, as the door handle kept falling off. The bottoms of the doors to the rooms looks like they havent been cleaned in quite some time. We booked 2 nights and just decided to leave after the first night. I talked to hotels.com and they said that if i left early, they'd charge me for a 3rd night. So we're keeping the keys for the 2nd night as to not be charged for a 3rd night. We decided to go ahead and book a night somewhere else. I mean, if I'm going to get charged, might as well be for a different place that has a better experience. PS....there's a place down the road with the intials HIE that is awesome. We've been there before and loved the service, the experience, and the hospitality.

Hotel stay was ok with no major complaints. They double charged for car parking but we never had a car. After three long calls of 10+ minutes to explain their mistake, they agreed to refund. But, it never happened. We are waiting for past 4 days and they keep telling to check with the bank with no luck. They don't even share their email id to share such grievance. Hope they are more responsive to help the customer.

Other reviewers commented on the cleanliness of this facility. They’re not wrong. It’s dirty. This hotel does the bare minimum and takes advantage of their proximity to the falls. First impressions are not great at check in. The desk staff didn’t even make eye contact and just sat slouched their chair, doing the bare minimum. Parking is an additional $11 which feels like a money grab. Breakfast is average, don’t get your hopes up. WiFi was really spotty and didn’t reach my room with good coverage. Overall, not planning to return when I bring my family back to the area. Skip this one.
Adam R — Google review
The cleaning. The bathroom floor and the area where the refrigerator is was full of hair everywhere. The toilet was dirty and had a poop stain on the outside of the toilet. The bathtub had hairs on the curtain and walls. The sink had dust and there was no hand soap or hand lotion as the entire Wyndham hotel line usually does. I have always rented the hotels of this line and I have never had problems with anything but this time the experience was unpleasant with regard to the cleanliness. I would like to upload a photo about the poop stain but it was really unpleasant to see that. My suit was 402.
Karen G — Google review
The Hotel is very dirty. The rooms are spacious and the location is very good but it is not very well maintained. The front desk personnel were nice and helpful. The hallways and the doors are discussing, they look like are not cleaned for a very long time. The bathroom with dirt deposits outside and inside the tub. The AC was old and made a lot of noise. They provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The room has a fridge and a coffee machine. Overall not a great experience, we were there only for a night and we couldn’t rest at all.

The DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa by Hilton - Niagara Falls is a modern hotel offering various amenities such as on-site dining, an indoor pool, spa, fitness center, and business facilities. Situated within 500 meters of the iconic Niagara Falls, the hotel provides easy access to popular attractions like Clifton Hill and Fallsview. Guests can indulge in culinary delights at Buchanans Steak & Seafood restaurant or Moose & Squirrel Small Batch Lobby Bar.
Generally a nice hotel. Great location and a fairly short walk to anywhere you want to go. Rooms are nice and tidy. Ours had a great view of the Skylon tower which was lovely to fall asleep to. My only slight gripe is that I added the parking there for $35 / night. All around the hotel there are empty parking lots for $10 per night. I was surprised the staff member didn’t even mention to me the option to park locally (especially when I winced at the price of their parking when checking in).
Nick K — Google review
We stayed at this hotel expecting Hilton-level service, but unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, there was no bellhop available to assist us with our luggage. We had to manage the baggage cart and bring everything to the room on our own – which is quite unexpected at a hotel of this level. In the next morning, we left the room at 9:00 AM and returned at 4:00 PM after a long, wet day at Niagara Falls, expecting a clean and ready room with fresh towels. Unfortunately, the room hadn’t been cleaned, and there were no fresh towels provided. When we asked the front desk, we were told housekeeping might come as late as 6:00 PM – something we were never informed of, and definitely not standard in a hotel of this category. The parking fee was also disappointing – CAD $25 per night, while just across the street there's a public lot for only CAD $10. When we questioned this, we were simply told that “land here is expensive,” which doesn’t feel like a thoughtful or guest-friendly explanation. It’s surprising that management didn’t consider offering a small gesture, like a coupon to the Starbucks just across from the reception, to make the wait for housekeeping more pleasant – especially given the inconvenience. Such a simple gesture could have made a real difference in our experience. The room itself was large and comfortable, but the refrigerator was quite noisy. Overall, the hotel has potential thanks to its location and facilities, but the service, communication, and management decisions fell below what we’ve come to expect from Hilton.

This hotel sticks out like a sore thumb from many of the other Hilton properties I’ve stayed in. This review will focus on amenities and service provided to diamond status members. 1. No upgrade offered - hotel was full it seemed. I get it. But a mention would have be nice. 2. No cookies offered at check-in 3. Tried to call to ask for an earlier check-in. After 15 minutes on hold, the conversation was unproductive: “room is not ready yet, but if you want to try to come earlier you can try. No guarantees” 4. Complimentary diamond breakfast is a $12 voucher. According to Hilton standards vouchers are for US hotels only and intentionally continental breakfast is offered. Coincidentally $12 does not cover continental breakfast at the hotel. See picture of the menu. I paid an extra $12 for the buffet which consisted of powdered eggs, cheap syrup, sausage and no bacon, and cold cubed potatoes. In general this seems to be one of those locations that are part of the Hilton family by convenience but rely so heavily on tourism and tour groups that offering a high quality Hilton service seems unnecessary.

This DoubleTree is in an excellent location in Niagara Falls, ON. We had a fallsview room, which was well worth the slightly higher price than other rooms. The front desk and room service staff were all friendly. The hotel was very clean and well-kept. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Price is fair for what you get! Was scared because Niagara has turned very popular for parties and had before a bad experience in a hotel smelling just cigarettes and this time I was going with my newborn. I didn’t want to spend a crazy amount of money for one night in Niagara, found this hotel which its price isn’t the cheapest but also is very accessible, got there with my family (we were celebrating my moms birthday) and we had a very nice first impression! Lobby is so nice, the place looks renovated and very clean! Staff is very friendly! Special mention to valet parking staff! Rooms are clean and comfy for one weekend The room has a mini fridge which was very useful for a new momma breastfeeding and pumping milk! They also provided a crib for my little one, it wasn’t the newest or best crib but it was very helpful for us! Location is amazing, walking distance to the falls! Would definitely go back!

We attended the doubletree for a hockey tournament recently and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is great, it’s clean and tidy, staff if prompt and courteous, and the rooms are very good. They have a pool, hut tub, sauna, huge lobby and a in house restaurant that serves good food, and a star bucks for coffee and treats. Overall we rate it a 4 star. Minor fixes needed like most older hotels. The bathroom sink drained slow, and the tub tap was a bit leaky, and some of the guests in our group complained of room odour, but ours was nice.
BAY R — Google review
Well appointed rooms and close enough to walk to get any conveniences. Service was very poor. My room key-card stopped working and couldn't get back into my room in the morning. After a visit to lobby and delayed wait for house keeping to open my room (25min), I missed my pre-booked shuttle to get to my coach by 10min at check out. Both house keeping and front lobby staff said there were issues with the system that morning, possibly due to daylight savings. When I asked if the hotel could possibly cover a 10min Uber ride to my coach, the manager said key-cards fail all the time and not their fault, however it was my fault for not allowing enough time. She came across very accusatory and angry. She implied that I made up the story and just wanted a free taxi. I have stayed at Double Tree and The Hilton chain many times abd have never come across this poor service. Based on that I would not recommend Double Tree Niagara.
Gareth — Google review
Safi at the front desk was exceptional when checking me in. Although I had booked through a third party and wasn't eligible for my HiltonHonors benefits, he was honest and great at explaining why. He was also able to accommodate an early check in, which was much appreciated. Location is great. We did not visit the restaurant or bar. Subtracting a star because I had reviewed/budgeted the booking on my Hilton app and the parking states $25/day on there, but when we arrived, there is now a sticker taped over a previous price stating $35. I did sign to agree to the $35/night as I hadn't originally noticed when checking in, but felt somewhat cheapened when the hotel would not honor the price on their app... The staff was great and very polite but explained they would not reduce the price by $10. Not sure why, when it seems like a Hilton error that the prices are different.

Families will appreciate its welcoming atmosphere and amenities like indoor and outdoor heated pools, a sauna, and a fitness room to unwind after exploring.
I’m surprised to see negative reviews - I was there this past weekend - the ac worked great. All of the soaps and shampoos were actually dove brand. This was a nice touch. Price was reasonable and we even had a fridge and microwave. Every year I go with family (we get multiple rooms as multiple families) and they even accommodated and put us all on the same floor. My sister and brother even got adjoining rooms. We all agreed it was clean and staff were amazing. The pool was nice too. We will likely use this place next year too.

Clean , friendly and convenient location. Our room was nice. Bedding was very clean and comfortable, bathroom - toilet- sink was spotless and room was overall very clean. It appears that this hotel has been recently renovated. Fresh paint, clean hallways and floors and very clean elevators. We enjoyed the combination indoor/outdoor pool , hot tub and hot sauna. All were clean and well maintained. Great location to the main strip where everything is. My only complaint is that they charge you to park ($10/day) otherwise I do recommend staying here.

We stayed for 1 night… Pros: Super convenient location to attractions at a fair price. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful. Cons: the room smelled extremely musty. Even the clothing we did not wear (that did not leave the luggage) smelled awful after being in the room less than 24 hours.

Great hotel! Everyone has been very friendly and customer focused. Shout out to the awesome hard-working staff! The room I booked was wonderful and had a great view. It has a retro feel, and I actually really thought it was cool if you're into vintage! The hot-tub and pool area were very nice and well maintained and never super busy when I visited. Very close to top of Clifton Hill and there are some good food options nearby. Rated a 4, only because the WEGO (there is actually a Howard Johnson stop, which is great!) is unfortunately in the middle of the route, and I don't like Denny's but that's their neighbour and I think their breakfast partner.

My boyfriend and I just recently stayed at this hotel and it is by far the best one we have been to yet. Am very surprised to see comments about rooms smelling bad as that was not at all the case for us. Actually, a strong smell of laundry and cleanliness hit us as soon as we first opened the door. The bed/sheets were visibly clean and changed as well as all towels. The sink, shower, and tub was also spotlessly clean with all jets working and heat at a perfect temperature. The hotel is under renovations however, we heard no noise from our room and the night time was a very quiet atmosphere. The location is great as many dinner and attraction spots are very close-by. Also have to mention the pool that was very clean and fun to use with the hot tubs jets working perfectly and also at a really nice warm temperature. The price was extremely good and affordable too with the exceptional service we received. If I were you looking to book with this hotel, I wouldn't focus on the negative comments as we would for sure book here again without a doubt. However, if there was one thing I could change it would be that the checkout time doesn't have to be so early and that it would be extended to at least 12:00 pm if anything!

Location was awesome. Close to Clifton Hill. We had a balcony that gave us a great view of Clifton Hill. Some interesting things of note though: Washroom had a vague pee smell to it when we got there. We literally had to add an air freshener. We kept having to call down for toilet paper as they would only give one roll at a time. Confusing as to why they'd only bring one at a time when we are a family of 4. I've stayed in Niagara maybe 30 times in 20 hotels...from the luxurious ones to the smaller ones....and this was the first time I've ever been charged the entire amount upfront for two nights upon check-in. New policy? Strange policy. They charge $20/night for parking and the free Internet is extremely poor. If you want decent internet you've got to pay $10/day. Can't say I'd recommend this hotel at the price point we paid. If you're paying more than $60/night...you are probably overpaying.

Great hotel. Only issue was the room smelled alot like Indian spices. Wish I had a window to open. Other than that this place is good. Pool had two parts to it. They close the outdoor party in the winter. It would be cool if it was kept open and heated. I would so use it.

Staff is nice, check in was easy, parking is good. Pool is great. And that's it for the positive... Not clean And Out dated. Musty smell. Trying to find out what light switch controls what is kinda funny because of the way they are wired. Huge room but only a 2x2 dark shower stall? Would not come back.

Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from but when you look at them in detail, they seem fake…. We chose this hotel last minute after finding our original hotel to be nothing like the description. We stayed here with our three young kids and it’s been really nice. Our room was spacious and clean, the hotel staff friendly and very helpful. And the pool area is really nice. The free breakfast here was absolutely wonderful; pancakes, waffles, sausage and eggs. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was by far the most disappointing holiday stay I have ever experienced. I had originally booked for three nights, but the conditions were so unacceptable that I checked out after just one night. To make matters worse, the hotel offered no value for money whatsoever. In fact, I was able to find a neighboring hotel at the last minute that provided significantly better service, cleaner facilities, and more amenities—all at a lower price. Hygiene and cleanliness appear to be nonexistent here. The carpets in the corridors were visibly dirty, the uncarpeted floors in the rooms were sticky, and the bathroom was in poor condition. The door would not close properly, and the sink was clogged, making it nearly unusable. Unfortunately, the service was equally disappointing. The reception staff were unhelpful and showed little willingness to accommodate even basic requests, leaving me with the impression that guest comfort and satisfaction are not priorities at this establishment. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying here. Your money and your holiday experience will be much better spent elsewhere. Don’t risk ruining your trip by booking this hotel.

The front desk associates were nice and helpful. Parking is a nightmare. I think that I was charged for nightmare parking. My first room smelled like feet and would. Could barely breathe. Asked for a different room and was politely and promptly accommodated. Second room was "fine" way less smelly but still had a slight funk. Breakfast was kind of nuts. The hotel was full. No real dining room. I skipped it. Payed for breakfast elsewhere. Pool and hot tub always full. Skipped that too. The band on the back lawn was lovely. The location was great. Each and every staff member that I encountered with the exception of the young lady at Papa John's were lovely. I wish that Quality Inn would tare down this relic. Build something beautiful and retain your staff. Give them a raise. They are the best part of this hotel.

The location is perfect! You are within walking distance of so much! We didn’t have to move our vehicle the entire trip. Lots to eat around too. The hotel was good, we had a 2 room suite and the TV wasn’t working and they had a new tv installed within 30 minutes. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Room was older but clean so no complaints.

you can easily find far better hotels nearby by paying just $20-40 more. This so-called “Quality Hotel” has absolutely no quality. Do yourself a favor: read the reviews before booking, otherwise you’ll end up here writing your own one-star review too. The bathtub and shower curtain smelled like someone had thrown up on them. Behind the bathroom door, there was a used towel still hanging — truly disgusting. The facial tissue box was completely empty, and housekeeping didn’t bother replacing it. When we went to the front desk to ask for tissues, the guy acted like it was somehow shameful for us to request a basic amenity. On top of that, there was a strange man vacuuming the carpet right outside our room for nearly an hour. I didn’t feel comfortable confronting him, so I called the front desk. Their response? “We don’t know, deal with it yourself.” Completely unprofessional. Parking was another rip-off. They told us to park in a shabby garage, promised to validate the ticket, but still charged us $20 in the end. I genuinely cannot believe this place is rated as a three-star hotel. I’ve stayed at two-star Holiday Inns that are way cleaner, friendlier, and better managed than this.

Won’t go again, never recommend as well. We booked a room for one night and was checked in around 4 PM by a polite gentleman at the front desk. At approximately 7 PM, another family scanned into our room, claiming they had been given the same room key(Both cards were written the same room number). We were extremely confused and tried calling the front desk, but the telephone in our room didn’t work. Then a very rude lady(staff) came in and told us to come downstairs to sort it out and claimed there was no record of our booking. As someone who had just experienced someone trying to enter my room minutes earlier, I was traumatized. I asked her to speak to me there and explained that I didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings unattended. She refused to stop and kept insisting I had to come down immediately. When we went down to the front desk, the same gentleman who had checked us in was still there. It was quickly confirmed that the mistake was on the hotel’s end. Despite this, the woman never apologized. Instead, she accused me of “making a scene” for not wanting to come down and repeatedly said, “this happens all the time.” Excuse me? That is a serious concern that needs to be addressed. When I asked her for an apology, she didn’t even bother to say sorry. Her “polite” co-worker chimed in and said to me, “She just wants to argue,” which was incredibly disrespectful. I felt extremely uncomfortable and asked to file a complaint to which they told me to speak with the manager the next day. The managers did apologize, but again, one of them - the lady said, “This happens all the time.” I don’t understand why this isn’t treated as a major safety issue by the staff. I reached out to Choice Hotels later some days, and they were pretty helpful and responsive. Overall the stay was not up to the mark - Dirty bed, lights not working, Intercom phone not working, the bathroom supplies were not refilled, messy breakfast area etc. I wasn’t expecting any princess treatment but as I was already so pissed so I noticed every inconvenience. Their ONLY selling point is their prime location, which is very close to the falls - but there’s multiple other options too.

Everything was good about the Hotel. Nice staff, nice ambience, nice breakfast although no indian Menu but still it was fine. Located just 200 meters aways from Niagara Park, 50 meters from Flix bus stand and close to atleast 4 indian restaurants. I would call it best place to stay.

If you're prioritizing proximity to Niagara Falls and a reasonable price, this hotel fits the bill perfectly. It's incredibly safe and conveniently located for exploring all the nearby attractions on foot. We spent three comfortable days and two nights here. The main point to note is the occasional noise from adjoining rooms. However, this was minor compared to the benefits. The breakfast was quite enjoyable, and the kids were constantly entertained by the swimming pool and multiple play areas, adding significant value to our stay.

The staff at Days Inn were amazing! Excellent customer service that truly went above and beyond. After our check-in, they even called us to make sure everything was good, which we really appreciated. The front desk lady was so kind and also gave us helpful information about activities we could do in Niagara Falls. Overall, very well-oriented customer service from the Days Inn staff. Highly recommend!

I was not the one staying here, but it was family visiting. The hotel is great with their security to keep anyone that should not be there away from the property. The building is in good condition, and clean. The price is perfect for being so close to the entertainment of Clifton Hill. Did I mention it was clean? They have awesome cleaners on staff for not only the public places being clean, but so is the elevator and the rooms.
Lorianne L — Google review
The hotel has decent amenities and a good location, but my experience was mixed. First, my initial room wasn’t very clean—there were stains on the carpet and dust on surfaces. Then, the AC didn’t work properly, forcing me to request a room change, which took longer than expected. Unfortunately, aside from the front desk, most staff members were unfriendly and unhelpful, making the issues feel more frustrating. The stay was manageable, but with better maintenance and hospitality, this place could be much better.
Munawer U — Google review
Perfect location! You can walk to the falls, get a bite to eat, and grab your souvenirs. All within walking distance. I was dissatisfied with the room they originally were giving us, and they were able to upgrade us without hesitation. The swimming pool was a nice perk. I thought breakfast was complimentary, but it was 15 for the breakfast buffet. I seen another couple thought the same, so we weren't reading wrong. I took away 1 star because the TV was very confusing....my guy was swearing every time he turned it on 🥴 but otherwise, a pleasant stay.

At the current time of this review (10/2025): $17 + tax per day per vehicle for guests. No continental breakfast. The hotel needs improvements. Do the math — you’re better off staying elsewhere at a similar price with free parking and breakfast included. Makes more sense.
Sam N — Google review
Overall disappointing for $240 a night, plus $17 for parking. Room was humid and stuffy windows do not open in this hotel. Very dated rooms and bed linens, had like 7 standard size pillows on the king bed rather than king size pillows. Room wasn’t cleaned well as we found someone else’s medication on the floor beside the bed. Staff was trying to be helpful bringing a fan but it was quite uncomfortable still. Smells like it used to be a smoking room. Thankfully we were only here one night. Location was excellent though walking distance to Clifton Hill and the falls.
Bailey — Google review
Only 3 problems. One, no microwave in the room, two, I had to pay extra to park in the hotel parking lot...what a joke. And there's no lobby or area just to relax in in the event that you are traveling with others who are late sleepers. Oh, and breakfast was not included and it was expensive. I would never go back to Niagara Falls, Ontario. It's ridiculously expensive. But if you do go, I recommend this hotel. The location is great.
Margaret T — Google review
First off, I want to say that the location is great and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My concerns are more about the condition of the room itself. We stayed on the main floor, and while I can’t speak for the other rooms, our AC unit was extremely loud—so much so that it made it difficult to sleep. The room also felt a bit outdated. The bathroom door appeared warped, and overall, the bathroom could definitely use some upgrades. I would recommend that hotel management take a closer look at the AC/fan units and consider some general renovations to improve guest comfort.

The Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls by the River is a top-of-the-line hotel with an indoor pool and fitness center, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi. The river views are a big bonus, especially given how close the hotel is to all of the action in Niagara Falls.
First 6 photos are from the room that we had booked, the ones after that are from the room that we got moved to - My boyfriend and I booked a weekend away near niagra falls for valentines day as we have 2 little ones at home which makes it hard enough to spend alone time together. Our room was $365 for their "suite" which comes with a heartshaped tub and a king sized bed. Originally we had booked it for new years eve but had to reschedule last minute to valentines day as our sitter had cancelled on us last minute for new years eve, they were pretty flexible on that. My boyfriend and I got our room all decorated with balloons, candles and rose pedals, then we went in the hot tub and sauna that the hotel had. We had to wash our tub and soak it several times to the point when wiping it the cloth was almost black. They clearly didnt clean it. Hot tub was good, sauna wasn't as hot as they normally are, we didnt go in the pool..But it wasnt too bad. We then went to the casino and out to eat dinner and play some pool. We got back to the hotel around 1am. As we were relaxing and watching tv together about to go to sleep, we see a huge COCKROACH crawling up the wall. We immediately go to the front desk. After showing her the video of the COCKROACH, she lies and says that they dont have bugs there and proceeded to offer us "bug spray" after she just finished saying that they didnt have bugs. First she tried to move us 2 doors down from our orignal room (we were on the second floor), so i declined and asked her to move us up to the third floor so she did. By that time it was already 1:30am so we moved all of our stuff up to the new room, checked the room for roaches. Also checked our bed for bed bugs as i saw reviews after the fact, that someone said they had bed bugs which explains all the mattresses they have piled up by the dumpster. This new room had 2 queens, a tiny tub, an old water bottle on the floor, stains all over mattresses and didnt look cleaned at all. Next morning we go talk to the manager and all he offered us was a free stay in their "suite" which we were already in, declined because we will probably never go to a hotel again. Called expedia, they called the hotel and the hotel denied the refund until i told him if he didnt give us at least a full refund then I would write a bad review. When we got home we had to rewash all our luggage and clothing. All in all, worst stay anywhere ive been. do not recommend!!!

I am here now. May 13, 2025. First, the breakfast is not complimentary. It is from I-hop restaurant that is in the lobby, costing 30$ a meal for just a basic breakfast. The room is dirty with old stained mattresses and cots. The linen is old and stained, the carpet is stained. The tv is 13 inch, very hard to watch. There was a surprise 20$ parking fee daily to park your vehicle in THEIR parking lot. The shower and bathroom are in horrible shape for the cost of the room. I am adding some pics to validate what I am telling you. Lobby is nice but once you get passed that to your room, all downhill from there. 😒

We booked this hotel for my Uncle vising me from USA. As soon as they got into the room, my Aunt found that the there was leakage of water right on the top of toilet. We told the front desk but they did not give us any new room. Next morning my uncle and their little kid was sleeping and found bed bug at 6am. They again went to the front desk but no help was provided from the management whatsoever. They offered full refund but that doesn’t compensate the touble they had to go through on their vacation. I would really want to warn anyone thinking to book this hotel to please save your time and Money. This bad experience will be with my family forever about Visiting Canada. This is so disappointing. Be aware

Do not waste your money. They don't tell you the hotel is under construction when you book your room. Jackhammers going all day including the weekend until 6pm . No hot water in our room. Pool not open. Gym not open. Breakfast is only cold cereal, toast or muffin. NOT breakfast. No free parking. This is a terrible hotel

Close to the falls and city. Decent hotel to lay your head at night. Really clean and tidy. My room had a (older) coffee machine alone with tea and coffee as well as a mini fridge. Depending on your room you might get a nice enough view. The room comes with breakfast which has a decent variety of things.
Tamaj W — Google review
The rooms were okay, but not for the pricing. We weren't informed of the hidden fees until checking in. They charge $20 for parking and $3.50 for a bottle of water. We got the king room with jacuzzi. The fan is super loud. When we got into the room it wass freezing cold. The staff came and tried to fix it but said she would have to call someone else. We ended up fixing it ourselves. They give you a $15 voucher for IHOP, but that won't even cover 1 meal. $25 at least for a basic breakfast, which is ridiculous. The coffee machine in the lobby was "out of service."

Dirty room. Chairs had white stains.Tv and bed sheets dirty. I asked for another room and the front desk clerk was very nice about it. He gave me another room but the second and third room were dirty. I left and they never refunded me my money.

Showed up to the hotel November 23after making the reservations in August. Was never informed of change to parking situation and that the hotel is under construction. We checked into our accessible king room, to find out our selves that we were put into a king room we jacuzzi. Sounds great but my wife has leg issues that she can’t lift leg over the tub. Making that “upgrade” useles. Not to mention when we booked it was told to us that we had free parking. When we checked out we had to pay for parking. The price is not the issue but if you advertise free parking, I’m expected free parking

The Falls Hotel and Inn offers comfortable and unpretentious accommodations with amenities like a restaurant, indoor pool, and free Wi-Fi. Families can enjoy spacious rooms with whirlpool tubs in select suites and a complimentary hot breakfast buffet. The hotel's location near Niagara Falls attractions makes it convenient for guests to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel provides dining options such as the Niagara Brewing Company, Rainforest Cafe, Starbucks, and TGI Fridays.
I've stayed a couple of times at the Falls over the last 7 years and the hotel has gotten even better. The rooms are huge and the beds are all new, nice bedding and good all around amenities. What's even better are the fron desk reception, they're all truly engaged with customer service and enjoy the hospitality industry. Will definitely be staying there again.

Beware of the slippers tucked in your blanket at the head of your bed making it look like they are offering you free slippers for the room. Great tactic! There's a small note stapled to the bag that looked like a branded label with printed handwriting that is so small and very hard to read. Had I not stopped for a moment and read it carefully, my entire group would have been charged $5 + tax each pair! Somehow despite my group knowing not to use the slippers, I got charged for a pair. You figure with $275+ a night that they would let slippers go... Contacted them to dispute this and yet to hear. All the rooms are so inconsistent with furniture when the layouts are the same--some have sofas and table, others don't. The bathtub is very high to climb into due to the "whirlpool" which looked dirty to want to be in. Almost tripped going in and out. They also leave envelopes at the night table with the housekeeper's name--another tactic to make you tip for housekeeping... nope... after also finding 2 big fluffs of someone's hair on pillows and under the blanket... Anyways, the hotel is steps from Clifton hill and the only convenient thing about the entire stay here...

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel (Rm 301 - Family Suite). You can’t beat the location. The breakfast cafe inside the hotel and Remington’s steak house beside the hotel makes for great dining options. Room was clean. Linens were clean. Hot water & water pressure was plentiful. No issues at all with Wifi connectivity or parking. Uber rides always just a minute or two away when going out for drinks. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool/hot tub as our stay was only one night, but planning two or three nights in December. There is just so much to do! The Hotel isn’t super modern like some of the fancy Double Tree or Hilton Hotels etc…but for the price, you can’t be the location, friendly staff, and price.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property advertises completely different prices online than what they actually charge at the front desk. Even the information provided over the phone was false. When we arrived, we were told to pay additional charges that were never mentioned during booking. The receptionist, Sharon, was extremely rude and dismissive. The next morning, I spoke with Tanya, who claimed to be the general manager, and she was equally unhelpful and uninterested in resolving the issue. Instead of addressing our concerns, she said she had a meeting and walked away — apparently her meeting was more important than dealing with customers who were clearly being misled. Several other guests checking in right after us faced the same issue, which shows this isn’t a one-time mistake — it’s how this hotel operates. They seem focused only on squeezing more money out of guests rather than providing honest service or basic hospitality. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. There are far better hotels in the area that are upfront about their prices and actually value their customers.

We stayed here for two nights and generally had no major complaints. The location is fantastic for visiting Clifton hill and local restaurants. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and service was always quick. The hotel restaurant and room were a little lacking. The hotel restaurant needs updating badly with many seats duct-tapped together. Food was delicious, atmosphere was pleasant and staff were kind. The room was clean enough- could've used a refresh. It was a little dusty here and there. We found the bed too firm and pillows lumpy, the bathroom faucets needed a good tightening. There was a ding in the wall and mark above the bed. That said, the bath was great- super hot water, lots of towels. Quiet at night, fantastic AC. The room just needed a good refresh and a few small repairs. Overall, we'd stay here again. It's definitely a pleasant experience with the right expectations. Don't go into this expecting the Ritz, you're getting a decent room and great location.

I booked a Tower room with two queen beds. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was very good. However, the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were extremely bad — we couldn’t sleep all night. The next day, we were exhausted. They also charge extra for late check-out and $20 plus tax for parking. We will not be coming back.

Andy at the front desk very funny very nice. Very accommodating. Kelly the manager of house keeping. Went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The grounds were very well kept. The pool was crystal clear. The staff take pride in their work. Had a 4 day stay. Everything was excellent . Breakfast waffles and bagels orange juice and coffee during the week. Bacon an eggs on the weekend. Overall very satisfied. Would definitely stay there again. Well worth the price.

Overall I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. When we arrived at 9:45 at night the sign was not lot up so I was a little concerned what we had reserved but when we entered the office, the front desk attendant was very friendly, helpful and informative. She checked us in quickly and we were on our way to our room. When we arrived our room it was very clean and we had no complaints. The only issue we did have was getting the TV to work which we eventually figured out. I was surprised that outdoor heated pool was open and clean. And it stays open until midnight. It was a bit chilly out though so we didn't take advantage of that this time. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

My family and myself visited your hotel the fourth of July weekend. We took up two rooms and one room had spacious areas including a big bathroom but my wife's room and I had a small barely fit in one at a time bathroom. Also the bathroom light wouldn't turn off for some reason. They did have breakfast and a pool which is considered a luxury apparently. I found some of the staff took their job serious while some wanted stand around and gossip with each other. However the staff was overall friendly and answered questions that I had with knowledge and positivity.

I stayed in a king jacuzzi suite on 8/2/2025. Check in service was great, 2 minute process. I was hesitant on what the appearance of my room would be after reading recent reviews. I was absolutely amazed with my room. Was fit for a princess. The decor and furnishings to accent the room were stunning. The room was spotless. No bugs, it had clean linen and towels, no complaints from me. Was a joy to watch the young kids enjoy themselves in the pool and on the playground at night and first thing in the morning. Only a 9 minute drive from the falls. I would definitely book this room at this hotel again. I loved it!!!

We arrived at the hotel, and the night shift lady was not helpful; it took her a long time to bring the rolling bed, which she left outside our room. Upon entering the room, we wiped down the surfaces and found that it hadn't been cleaned beforehand. On the other hand, the day shift ladies were sweet and helpful. The breakfast was average and needed more variety, with changes every other day instead of the same options daily. The grounds were not well-maintained; we saw a dirty pad near the kids' playground, and the trash wasn't collected or cleaned.

As a frequent Traveler sometimes arrangements can get screwed up.. Twice I've had such Screw ups with my apps I was using. This Staff here went far & above with helping me.. Just this stay.. the Day Manager she saved the day for me.. ever since the Staff here helped me.. I do not go anywhere else. This is a very nice Family Oriented Hotel. They have a Pool, Laundry room for Guests, and a very good Hot Breakfast. I would recommend anyone especially with a Family.. this is your place to stay.

the bed was comfortable. the room was in good shape except for the bedside lamp that did not completely work, the phone in the room did not work, and the floor needed a good mopping. water pressure in the shower was fair. the pool was in use, so I reckon it was OK. there is a small playground near the pool for the kids. there was a microwave and fridge in the room, but no coffee maker. breakfast was fair, consisting of waffles, oatmeal, cereal, bananas, bagels, toast, and muffins. no eggs or meat. staff was polite and professional.

The Super 8 by Wyndham Niagara Falls North is a basic but comfortable budget hotel with an outdoor heated pool, family restaurant and free WiFi. It's better than expected for the price, and would be a good choice for a stop on your way through the area. The deluxe room had all the basics you need and was quite spacious, while the private jacuzzi room was especially nice.
One night stay was excellent! All staff members were very helpful and friendly. Our room was adequate with a very comfortable bed. It did have a bit of a cigarette smoke smell though. While the hotel is right on a busy road, no noise was heard within the room. Breakfast was very simple - bread, cereal, juice and coffee. Swimming pool was great for a cool down after a day in Niagara. The location is very quiet and peaceful but only 5 min drive to Clifton Hill. Excellent little Peruvian restaurant right next door!! Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I, had the pleasure or staying at Super8 North in Niagara Falls, Canada. We had a king bed, which was very comfortable, very clean room, no odor or worn carpet, linens were fresh, bathroom in good working order with ample hot water. We found the breakfast adequate what we expected with cereal, toast, orange juice, and coffee for a continental feast and ample seating area. The customer service was excellent, friendly and fast, from check in to check out. All questions were answered and printed out maps of where we needed to go was supplied to us. Excellent experience and we will be going back to this motel again. We were very happy and will recommend this to all our friends. Neil T

I loved the hotel room! It was nice and spacious, and the bathroom was huge! And the beds were pretty good. It was near Niagara Falls, which was very nice because I went there for my vacation. This hotel was reasonably priced. But a small downside to the hotel is the breakfast as it only had bread (no bagels), cereal, juice, and coffee. But even with that minor problem, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if they are going to see the Niagara Falls.

Super 8 isn’t a fancy hotel but was clean and quiet. The rooms are old and need some updated but nothing unsanitary. A safe, bug free, clean room that doesn’t charge for parking for close to $100 a night is very unusual in Niagara Falls.

Terry from the reception was kind and helpful. The housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Always cleaning the room voluntarily. The AC and wifi were good. The room is clean. Good to have a free breakfast. They were generous, did not charge me for parking and let me do a late check-out. I stayed for three days. They let me choose a room because it's very accessible to the senior citizens with me not to use the second floor using the stairs

I completed the check in online and had prepaid for my room when originally booked. My husband and I came to check in to our room. We were charged again for the room as the staff at the front admitted to not reading and just charging (Which was also a cheaper rate than what I was charged, he didn't offer to give us the discounted price). He couldn't rectify the situation in a timely manner due to not completing his due diligence. Funds are now on hold due to this error affecting our trip moving forward. He didn't seem to care that he made the error, nor did he try to make anything truly better. Once we got to our room it smelled disgusting and musty, the lights wouldn't turn on. There were stains in the carpet, curtains were broken and no air movement. Turns out when I opened the fridge it was leaking into the carpet. After an already terrible check in experience we had to go back to the front office to change our rooms. We got to the next room, no stains in the floor not too sure why we were given such a terrible room at the start? See attached photos for our first room. Update; the solution the owner came up with was 20% off my next stay. Which is not a solution as after my experience I wouldn't be considering that even as an option.

Absolutely terrible stay. The room was filthy, the shower curtain was stained and disgusting, and the shower head leaked all over the place. Clearly, no one here cares about maintenance or cleanliness. To make matters worse, they advertise a “continental breakfast.” It was literally just stale cereal and cheap toast with butter and jam. This place is misleading, dirty, and not worth a dime. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.

Great customer service especially by Sam. Room was great for our big family and clean. It was in a good location. The only issue would be the pool is not open until the 31st but there is so much to do that wasn't a huge problem. Sam gave great advice on restaurants in the area as well as activities. Great experience all around. Breakfast was great!

I've always stayed in Holiday Inns since 2012. Anywhere I go whether it's in the states or Canada, it always left me with a great impression. This changed when I stayed here in Niagara Holiday Inn in the US. Firs and foremost, I booked the reservation for 5 people. When I entered my room there were only 2 towels, no hand soap, and a toilet paper that is running thin. I had to ask for these simple item at the front desk. Second day, I went to the fitness centre. Huge leak coming from the ceiling. I had to use the face towels available to clean up as it is poorly maintained. No weights available. No cleaning wipes to be seen. Just terrible. On top of that, the pool is extremely dirty. You could see the pool water from above of the fitness centre. It was murky. On the contrary, you could see hair in the bottom of the pool. Third day, there were bugs crawling in the room. All of us had bite marks. All of these were documented with photos and videos. My overall experience were extremely unpleasant. I could not wait to check out and leave.

I generally like HIE, but this one leaves a lot to be desired. It's poorly maintained. Stains on the carpet, broken furniture in the rooms. The ceiling is falling apart in the pool room, meanwhile the lowest-bidder "painter" dripped paint all over the lounge furniture in the pool area and the floor. We went to use the fitness room and found that there were no weights at all. Apparently, they were stolen two months prior, yet the instructions on the gym said to leave the door propped open. Not a very good security posture if theft is an issue. We got an apology from the front desk. Only goes so far when you plan a stop on day 3 of a 5-day trip to have a functional fitness center. I've worked in hospitality for 10+ years, and would notify guests of such an issue, and/or offer them a partial refund. The only reason we otherwise stayed here is due to the pet-friendliness. But, it, too, costs an exorbitant amount. We have two wonderful dogs, but it set us back $100/night.

be cleaned better! Wrapper on the floor once going in and piece of hair in fridge. And the toilet is almost hitting the bathroom door-poor design. But for the cost and location it’s not too bad! It’s dark too-in hallways, dining room. The breakfast was okay! Decent variety for being complimentary.
S C — Google review
Nothing like the photos on the website. The rooms are dirty. The bathroom looks like it's only cleaned with water. The corners are dirty and full of dirt. It seems like they don't clean the carpets. The towels are old. I won't come back. We left the day before we had booked.
Helem R — Google review
Well! I have stayed at HIE before but this place was just unpleasant and dirty. It's nothing like the pics seen on the website. I appreciate the kind gentleman who was readily available to help - He was professional and just had a kind way about him - I believe his name is Samuel (Caucasian). This is the only good thing I can say about this place, unfortunately. Overall, the place needs a good cleaning. We went to the fitness room - the hand sanitizer container is broken and out of use. There were no disinfectant wipes available to sanitize the equipment before/after use. Some liquid (not water) was spilled on the floor prior - it was wiped up but the mark was clearly there (which indicates that floor has not been wiped cleaned. The rack that had the towels (3) was dusty. We looked from the fitness room to the pool below and our reaction was no wayyyy - that pool looks dirty, including around the pool. The dining room was smelly. The rugs were smelly. There is an unpleasant odor- even in the elevator. Basically, the area is not smelling fresh. Oooops, I watch the person cleaning the breakfast tables two mornings and yikes... the same towel was used to wipe (glide over) about 5 tables and the area where the coffee/tea was located. The chairs we sat on in the dining room was wobbly. The door to the outside back area from the dining room had a million fingerprints! We checked in about 2:30ish p.m. and walked over to the kitchenette area - there were flies all around - the garbage pan was full. The room was NOT clean. I went through and disinfect and yes.... a better job should be done, especially with the money being charged per night. The lamps are beyond dusty. There were dead mosquitoes and flies in the bathroom. No soap in the bathroom. The towels are had and look fully used (time to de discarded). The TV stand was dusty, etc. Iron broken.
Arlene F — Google review
Might not be too bad if you're not picky about cleanliness and don't want to use the pool. We had originally booked 5 nights, but left after 1. The room was not the cleanest, but not horrible. If that had been the only problem we might have stayed. However, the pool is a very important feature for us when we stay at a hotel and the pool here was an atrocity. I'm not exaggerating when I say it looks like it should be condemned. The pool room has not been maintained at all. There is crumbling plaster all over the place, tile falling off the walls and a giant hole in one of the pillars. There is also plastic over part of the ceiling where it apparently collapsed at some point and was not repaired. There is a handful of dirty furniture on the pool deck and puddles of dirty water. The pool water didn't even smell of chlorine at all so I'm sure it's full of bacteria and who knows what all. Don't stay here if you want a pool.
Bekah C — Google review
This is the worst Holiday in I have ever been to. The light fixtures were rusty and dusty. The bathroom door was damaged, there was hair in the shower (before any of us used it). There was scum all around the bath tub and long the tub floor. We weren't given enough towels. It took forever for the water to get warm. The sofa that I paid extra for looked like it was dumpster dived. There was what looked to be urine on the floor. I could not find the concierge after I checked in to address the issue. So I cleaned it up myself. The curtains were dirty. There was so much trash in the parking lot I was afraid to walk my dogs through it. There were flies in the room. I could smell the smoke from people smoking outside through the window. The head boards of the beds had residue all over them. There were spots all over the carpet infront the door. I checked out early and told the person at check out. They only issued me a partial refund. The only good things I can say it there was a breakfast that was pretty standard, the beds and linens were comfortable (mostly why I choose Holiday Inns when traveling), the AC was cold and not super loud like it is at a lot of hotels I have stayed in.

First of all, it’s very affordable! Due to a problem at another hotel, we were told we couldn’t stay there. But at this hotel, from booking to check-in and entering the room, it took less than 10 minutes. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were very friendly and professional. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, close to the main attractions. We really appreciated the excellent service and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Niagara Falls!

We had a king size bed on 5th floor. Bed very comfortable. No carpet on floors was great. Everything clean. No smell, nothing broken, bathroom fan quiet, tv great with hundreds of channels, warm indoor pool. Breakfast good, had coffee, toast, muffin, yogurt and banana. Staff make waffles for you. We put everything in a small box and ate on our private balcony. Parking available. We walked to Clifton Hill and beyond. Everyone at check in and check out polite. First came here during covid. All safety protocols in effect. For breakfast we were given a bagged breakfast to go.
Marian — Google review
The receptionist was very polite and helpful, his name was Happy! The family room was spacious and comfortable, although the floor was a bit dusty. Breakfast could use a bit more variety, and we were a little disappointed when we asked for four waffles for four adults but received the children-sized ones instead. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the location was super convenient.
Ila F — Google review
Very satisfied with the service, especially the staff (happy). We had unexpected car issues and suddenly needed a hotel, and the staff member managed to give us a room at a good price in an emergency. He even provided extra pillows, a single mattress, and was incredibly helpful, The breakfast had plenty of options, more than enough for one person in the morning. Although the breakfast room was small and people had to line up from the stairs and elevator, the hotel itself is very spacious, with two swimming pools. I hope they will consider expanding the breakfast area, but overall it was a really good stay and the location near the Falls made it even better

Room was clean. The sink is the bathroom was broken from one side. They could make some small changes to make it more high end.....such as provide slippers and some more toilet paper roll in the bathroom. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Location is really nice..

We were not sure what to expect but from check in till we left, we had a great stay! Staff at check in (Happy) was very friendly, made sure we had every information we needed for a comfortable stay . Adequate space for parking , rooms were basic but had all we needed (enough towels, fridge, microwave, AC worked perfectly, beds were okay , we also had a sofa bed in our room) We enjoyed having a balcony as well . They have 2 pools - indoor and outdoor. We didn't get to swim though, we were out at the falls all day . The only downside I had was the noise in the bathroom , which was from the fan. Facilities are dated but still work ! Also, breakfast room is small and felt stuffy. We ate quickly so others could get seats . All in all, thank you for a nice stay👏🏼

A great little budget hotel. Within 10 mins walk of Clinton Hill and 15 mins walk of Niagara Falls. Centrally located. I was allocated a Queen sized room which was clean and comfortable. Nice hot showers. My room contained a Jacuzzi which was a nice addition. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Happy and John (sorry if I got John's name wrong!) who had lots of knowledge about local attractions. Breakfast basic but filling, very good. You could choose from fruit, freshly made waffles, cereals, teas and coffee. Toast, hard boiled eggs, crossiant, and muffins. More than enough to set you up for a day of sightseeing. The actually breakfast area was a little dissapointing. Small and in the basement, it reminds me of a school canteen. After night 1, I took my breakfast back to my room. Nice hot shower, clean bedding, large TV. Close enough to see the beautiful fireworks from the 3rd floor if you don't fancy walking to the falls to see it. All in all, a great experience. I would definately book again if I were planning a return visit

Great location for the Clifton Hill attractions. We once stayed here long before Super 8 took over. It was OK then, but there have been upgrades to the rooms that make it much better now. I love that there is an indoor and an outdoor pool. Service is quick and cheerful. My only complaints: The breakfast room is way too small and uncomfortably hot. We just grabbed our breakfast and went back to our room. I thought $20 a night for a cot for the teenaged son was a bit much, considering we didn't have any extra guests.

Kalika Hotel Niagara Falls Downtown NY offers warm and comfortable rooms with a casual atmosphere. The hotel features an Italian restaurant, complimentary parking, and Wi-Fi. Located a short distance from the chaotic and busy area near the falls, it provides a peaceful retreat while still being just a brief walk or 4-minute drive away. Guests appreciate the clean rooms, friendly staff, and generous breakfast options.
We had an excellent stay at Hotel Kalika. Damone provides outstanding service always attentive and thoughtful with guests. The room was spotlessly clean, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. Although we didn't have time to use the pool, we went to check it out and it was very clean and well-maintained. The location is also great just a 25-minute walk to the Falls Park. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommnended!

My friend and I recently stayed here when visiting the falls. This place is right by the park. Rooms are clean, service is great. It was very quiet. Overall I enjoyed our time here. Parking can be tricky though. Definitely not enough places to park for all the traffic that comes thru
Kristi C — Google review
Good parts first… room was large, my friend and I had been traveling for a week and this by far the largest room we had stayed. Room was clean it is an older hotel so furniture showed it. Good location, we didn’t have a problem with parking but I can see where it could be a problem. Didn’t have a lot of interaction with staff so can’t comment to that. We were in a” basement”room but didn’t notice any major “smells or that it was dirty as another reviewer commented.. Now for the bad…. No elevator! Too many stairs for two 70+ women to carry luggage and the Ice machine was in stairwell between 2nd and 3rd floors. The shower was AWFUL barely enough water flow to get wet! We didn’t brother to complain after reading other reviews and realizing it would do no good. No towel racks or clothes racks in the bathroom, clean towels were stored on top of the closet. Tried to use their hair dryer in the bathroom and it wouldn’t work, then tried to use our personal dryer and found it was apparently the outlet in the bathroom as well as a couple of the others outlets in the room didn’t work. No microwave in room or coffee maker, maybe because outlets don’t work but there was a nice size refrigerator. The breakfast was definitely a continental style, only dry cereal toast bagels muffins etc and the breakfast room was not big enough to accommodate the number of guests. All in all I would not recommend but it was one of the cheaper motels in the area so you get what you pay for!

Review for Kalika Hotel – Stay on September 12–13, 2025 Room 210 I was initially satisfied with the appearance of the hotel—it was what I expected for a 2-star property in this area. Unfortunately, everything changed when I discovered roaches in the bathroom. The first night, I noticed a few small roaches on the sink and in the shower. By the second night, the problem had gotten worse. Roaches were on the sink, behind the mirror, on the floor, and in the shower. It was extremely disgusting especially since I need to use the bathroom frequently at night. I reported the issue to the front desk clerk after the first night, but he only acted surprised and offered no real solution. At checkout, I requested a discount for the inconvenience, but the clerk told me the manager was not on site. I had friends that stayed on the 3rd floor, they did not see any roaches. Because of the infestation, I did not feel comfortable eating breakfast at the hotel. It was hard to sleep. While I understand this hotel charges much less than others in the Niagara Falls area, cleanliness should never be compromised. I

Rooms are spacious for having multiple beds in the room. Only draw back is there a gap when you shut your door. Even though it is shut all the way you can still see light in the doorway. The pool area was very nice and they have a restaurant connected to the hotel that is very convenient.
Steven M — Google review
Stayed there for a night only but I wanted to get out as soon as I got my room. I got a basement room with lots of uncomfortable smell which is acceptable for me. However, they left a most used toilet roll in the bathroom with few slice of toilet paper left then the AC was so annoying too. With the range of this price I think it is totally understandable. But, the most shocking thing is when we were checking out then the housekeeper came up infront of me to ask for tip???? I never experienced any poor of EQ and customer service like this. Even I cleaned the room neatly and even asked for a trash bag to put all of my trash and left over inside. If you are considering about the price please make a wise choice, saving a few bucks which might let you to lose the whole trip.

We wanted to do a short budget friendly vacation to the falls. The hotel was clean and the workers were friendly. Price was really good for the area . We could walk to most of the tourist attractions. Only complaints would be the complimentary breakfast was one of the worst I've seen and the pool , although very clean, needed some fresh air in the room . Very strong chemical smell , we couldn't stay in to use it .

Normally I gave 1 star and I wrote this comment.👉There was a lot of noise coming from upstairs! We couldn't sleep. Even though we warned them, nothing changed! But I changed my comment. Because room was good and clean. Breakfast was perfect.

Econo Lodge By the Falls is a modest hotel offering balcony rooms, an indoor pool, and a whirlpool tub. It provides free parking, which is rare in the area. The hotel's location near Clifton Hill makes it convenient for tourists. Guests appreciate the spacious and heated pool room and find the rooms reasonably priced. Although there's an extra charge for additional guests, many visitors have had positive experiences with the friendly and helpful staff members.
I stayed here over a week ago for a night. The night staff was very friendly and the check in process went quick and easy. There was key card entry into the building, and also the rooms. They have a nice pool here indoors but I wasn't there long enough to try it out but it looked great. The room I had was very spacious and came with all the amenities needed. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows. The place was nice and quiet and I slept great. Very clean place too. John the day staff when I checked out was very warm and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm ever in town and need a place to lay my head. Affordable too! I'd recommend them!
Jim T — Google review
The front desk was not that friendly. I asked her about the check-in, and if I could check in earlier and she just said no you can't you need to wait to check in at 3pm. The cleaning staff was very friendly, they always asked if we needed anything. They should be the ones at the front desk. The bathroom wasn't that clean. Especially the bathtub. And they should put more toilet tissues too. So we won't keep on asking. And they should be mindful of how many guests are in the room. For example, putting towels for three people. They only put two towels. But of course, the place was nice and quiet. I chose this place because it's close to all the attractions. Just be mindful of guest needs.
Cathrina C — Google review
During my recent stay at the Econo Lodge, I encountered several issues that significantly detracted from my experience. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by a musty odor. Additionally, I discovered garbage under the bed, hair in the sink, and an unsightly black stain on the sheets—all of which raised concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the establishment. The reception staff were unfriendly and unaccommodating from the moment I checked in. Despite having a reservation, I faced difficulties with the customer service representative, who nearly canceled my booking, leaving me potentially stranded for the night. This was particularly distressing as the room type I had originally booked was unavailable for my entire stay, forcing a change in accommodations. I usually prefer to stay at the Roadway, but due to availability issues, I opted for the Econo Lodge. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. The lack of professional ethics and attention to guest satisfaction was evident, and I strongly recommend considering alternative accommodations such as Roadway or Comfort Inn, where the service is notably superior. The cost of $350 for two nights, plus a $250 deposit, which is expected to be returned unless further complications arise, was not justified given the poor service and conditions encountered. My intention is not to be overly critical, but rather to inform potential guests of the situation. In the hospitality industry, meeting high standards should be a top priority, and my experience at the Econo Lodge fell far short of this expectation.
Stump T — Google review
Room smells like old grandma. Girl at the reception was a bit snarky. I tried to log in for the wifi and the stuff that was written on my card didn't work. Okay place for a hotel, just not the best hotel out there. Definitely needs some upgrades. Won't be coming back though.

3 cheers for the management of this hotel!! They know how to treat people with respect. I had booked a room for one night a few days before arriving. While on my way to the hotel my vehicle broke down on the highway. I called them to say I would have to cancel my reservation. Staff member Mini spoke to manager Catherine (I think / hope that's her name) and she called me back to say I would not be charged for the room even though they have a 24 hour cancellation policy. High 5 Catherine! - Hats off to you!! I am so gratefull. When my car is repaired I'm heading back for my little Niagara trip and will definitely book with this hotel when I do!!

Cable didn’t work in one of the rooms we booked. Toilet does not flush well, they should put plungers in the rooms. On our second day/night, the keys stopped working after a certain time (came back to my room around 4pm) for 2 of the 3 rooms we booked, seems suspicious to me.

Decent for a nights sleep. There's a pool but we didn't use it. Our room had a balcony that was blocked off. No fridge or microwave. No USB ports to charge stuff. Thought the TV wasn't working but it was just unplugged. Alarm clock LeD numbers not working. Showed 3 when it was 9pm. Decent for a quick stop. Well located at the top of Clifton Hill makes it easy to walk anywhere.

Econo Lodge by the Falls is located at 5781 Victoria Ave in Niagara Falls, Ontario. It is an absolutely wonderful place to stay!. I booked online and when I arrived to check-in was very quick and easy. They asked for a $250 deposit which I gave on my credit card. They provide free parking as well. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The rooms are spacious, updated, clean and comfortable. The room is feature a table, lamp, chair, chairs, comfortable bed, and flatscreen TV. There is no fridge in the rooms, iron, or ironing board. Many of the rooms have an outdoor, covered balcony as well with a sliding door. The hotel is very well located being a short 10 minute walk to the Falls. Perfect place to stay and explore the main attractions of the city. I paid 73 USD per night on Priceline and I found this to be an excellent value. I highly recommend.

I came across this hotel on a third-party booking website. I was in need of a bed in a good location. Because of the price I went with lowered expectations. But immediately was impressed. The pricing was exceptional. The location can't be beat. And the room was great. It was clean and very spacious. It may be considered dated by many but I have paid triple the price for other rooms that were not as clean or maintained. If you're looking for a place that's close to the action then this is it! Parking rates were affordable but I was able to walk to all the hot spots easily. It's literally surrounded by restaurants and shops with nightclubs nearby. The midway is right across the road. I will definitely book here again!

The location of this motel was very convenient and made our stay easier. However, the place could use some renovations - our bathroom toilet was loose and moved around. Also, having at least a couple of bottles of drinking water in the room would be a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. With a few improvements, this could be a much better stay!

The only good thing about this is this location, and probably the only reason they have 3.5 stars I think it should be no more than 2 stars and AGAIN it’s purely because of the location!! It was absolutely filthy and disgusting in my room! I had an emergency and had to find a place to stay if I had any other options I definitely would’ve! Again this was a completely EMERGENCY I wouldn’t stay here if it wasn’t because of that! I will post videos/pictures of my room. There was literally blood or some substance layered in my tissue and the gentleman told me it was makeup? Either way it’s gross and it doesn’t look like makeup it was deeply wrapped in the tissue and I wiped myself with it before I saw! Hair all over the bathroom floor , dirty stained sheets(should be in the trash) idk how you can be okay with your guest walking into a room like that I will be contacting my bank or someone for a full refund I paid almost $300 for this room CAD and is definitely not worth it . Only thing that made it worth it was the fact it was a family room but it was literally just me and my daughter again a complete emergency! Plan ahead to avoid sleeping here or getting a room.

I felt bad seeing how outmoded is the hotel. The shower is so old fashioned I thought I would break it. No fridge, microwave etc. The towels were so small. No conditioner or lotion.just soap and shampoo. The bed was comfortable though that is the only positive thing I can say and yes its good location. Whoever owns this place should think of upgrading or renovationg it slowly. Sad to see how old it looks. I can find something better than this.

It is such a cozy, comfy place! Great location, comfy beds, very clean rooms (albeit a little on the small side), friendly staff, great prices... I'm very thankful to have stayed here! Within walking distance of lots of attractions, specifically Clifton Hill! Beautiful story of the Inn and its history as well! Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Niagara!

I regret to say that my recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and well below acceptable standards. We found bugs on the bed blankets, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation regardless of price point. There was no bath mat in the washroom, creating a slipping hazard and uncomfortable experience. The shower was difficult to operate - I struggled to figure it out. The room had virtually no proper lighting fixtures. The only light sources were a few dim night lamps. These issues made my stay uncomfortable, inconvenient, and concerning from a hygiene perspective. I can not recommend this hotel to other travelers and believe significant improvements are needed in their maintenance, cleanliness protocols, and basic room amenities.

Here’s an honest review. I stayed at this cheap hotel with some friends and the room we stayed in was horrible. The room itself was very small and the bathroom was cramped. The room came with a mini fridge/freezer, two chairs with a small table, a TV, two double beds, a heater/air conditioner, and a coffee machine. They provided no tissues, no extra blanket in case it was cold and only one roll of toilet paper. We used the microwave and heater as they turned out to be great however the fridge was another story. We brought some fruit so we wanted to keep it in the refrigerator but when we took it out the next day, it was it frozen. We did not put it in the freezer and when we checked, the temperature was at max. This still should not have happened! The lamps by the beds did not have a switch or a plug and the walls were very thin so you could hear the neighbors. When we went to bed, it made everything even worse! The pillows were very flat and hard, the blankets were very thin and smelly, and there was a constant sound of dripping water coming from the ceiling. We also woke up every so often to the sound of the heater buzzing. Overall I would rate this hotel a one star. We are never coming back.

The hotel was in a great location, close to all the main attractions. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again."
Karamjit S — Google review
This place makes me feel sad for all of humanity because others may have to live this way all the time. One overhead harsh glaring light, no lamps. No outlets except in the bathroom. Bathtub is a special shade of old soap scum. Random stains on the wall. A pathetic, misshapen piece of non-matching synthetic drapery hung on dollar store hooks on the window. This place looks like what you'd have if trying to run a hotel with absolutely no money or help whatsoever. Neighborhood sketchy, abandoned and boarded businesses abounded. I couldn't wait to get out of there, and I will never again permit my husband to make reservations for us. This was a turning point in my traveling life.
Melissa D — Google review
The only good thing I can say is that the only insects I actually saw were flies and spiders. Room was tiny, bare. No wifi. Filthy! Absolutely Filthy! If I was traveling alone, I would have immediately found another place. The carpet might as well have been shampooed w/grease. Sink didn't drain. Base of the tub felt greasy & gritty at the same time. Chairs were stained. Light fixtures didn't work. No toiletries. Smelled so bad I left the door cracked open despite the trashy neighborhood.
Yvonne L — Google review
The kind boss helped me accept an express delivery before I arrived. There are a lot of insects here, and the boss cleaned it cleanly, but in order to prevent insects from coming in again, it is recommended to close the doors and windows.

When I moved into my room,I found the beds did not have bugs and stains the room did not have trash, the bathroom was clean no clogged toilet and stains and trash, the room had a microwave and a freezer,I would recommend it when on a small budget

No idea why the rating was low... But for Us accommodation serves the purpose. It is close to Falls(walkable) & other attractions.

Nestled in the vibrant Clifton Hill district, The Falls Family Lodge offers a convenient base for exploring Niagara Falls. Just a short stroll from popular attractions like Louis Tussaud's Waxworks and the Great Canadian Midway Arcade, this lodge is perfect for families seeking adventure. While the rooms may have an older charm, they provide comfort at an affordable price. Guests can enjoy amenities such as parking and vending machines, making it easy to unwind after a day of fun.
It is not a bad hotel. The rooms are not bad too yes they look old but they are fine according to the price. They also charge you 10 dollars for the parking. The great thing about this hotel is that its very close to main activities like sky wheel and arcade gaming

location. location. location. right off Clifton Hill, very walkable. no visible cockroaches? HOWEVER, so dumpy. the bathroom was dilapidated and disgusting, bad wifi. surface clean but duty fixtures, walls, doors etc. bedside lamp didn't work. the staff from the Indian restaurant and a guest and the nighttime desk staff kept coming and smoking in front of our door and only window. six times I had to ask them to move. the staff just does not care once they get your $$. our daughter is allergic to cigarette smoke and got very ill. it was a long night.
Ale P — Google review
I called to inquire about the different rates for rooms and the gentleman that answered the phone was so blatantly rude and ignorant he yelled at me about the room prices when all I did was ask what they charged and then he hung up on me and when I called back to point out that that was very bad customer service and very rude of him he continued to scream at me at the top of his lungs. I suggest book at the Howard Johnson or at the days Inn or the old Knights Inn or just about anywhere in the city except for this place.
Wessley — Google review
It is run by an Indian restaurant and smells like Indian food. Parking is $10 across from the motel. No pool, no ice machine, no vending machine, no washing machine. AC did not work. The rooms were okay no bugs, clean beds Wifi was on the door but needed a 10 digit code. Ph#. There were junkies in the parking lot next door getting high in daylight and all night but they didn't bother us as we walked by. Only a 10 minute down hill wall to the falls. If you watch the fireworks at 10pm go by the power station to see them Don't go by the Zip line the smoke will block the view.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Expedia and this Inn has a sneaky claus, even if you pay the 13.99 for insurance and A CANCELATION FEE. They don't honor it, they have some excuse that it's a 72 hour window after booking. They don't offer you ANY COMPINSATION. they take %100 of your booking fees weather you try to cancel 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE or not. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. tried to call and work something out even to get %50 back and NOTHING. DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH THIS INN. IM OUT 228

It is not clean. And staff is rude. The washroom is not clean. The worst experience in Niagara Falls. Terrible place. The smell is very bad. And the towel didn’t clean I think someone used it before I used it when I asked the staff to change it. Yes, they changed it but her hands didn't clean when she held the towel. 🤮🤮😵‍💫

Worst experience ever. The person at the reception don’t know anything about customer service. Don’t know how to talk and behave me and my family book a room for a night. Its a really disgusting place to stay .

This place is the best. I was just thinking how helpful the owner was and how clean everything is. I felt like royalty on the bed here. Super comfortable. Pizza and Wings delivery from down the street was superb ! We will definitely be back when we visit Niagara Falls and the Sunshine Company Meeting Conglomerate again next year. Thanks for a wonderful room and excellent restaurant recommendations. Suggesting the Seneca Niagara Casino was great too ! My wife's best friend won a jackpot ! She purchased a brand new car the next day. Niagara Falls is the best place in the world !

Rooms too hot even with the AC on, it smelled like pure cigarettes all night long, we don't smoke and it was given to us like that, it has a no smoke symbol on it but has an ash tray in it? was so bad that even if you take a dump, you wouldn't be able to notice the odor. Had to move the sink back to the wall because it wouldn't close the door. Toilet looked disgusting. What we had available was a sink plunger, not a toilet plunger? The shower didn't work. Only the tub faucet worked, and I didn't even dare to even lie in the tub because of how disgusting it was, and it looks like mold is growing on it. Beds are highly questionable in the cleaning of them. It's the Sketchiest place you could ever be on. I don't recommend this place at all. Not coming back.
Linfire Q — Google review
I give the room a four not because it was almost perfect but because it felt good, I got a good feeling from it and my wife agreed it just felt homey. It was clean we had a small but full size fridge a closet with a shelf and hanger rod, microwave long kitchen countertop to put our luggage on. The beds were clean and 4 pillows each. We just had a good experience there, felt confirmed safe and enjoyed our stay for a good price. I’d recommend this place to even my friends, even the picky ones😁.

Very rude customer service from the guy that answered the phone due to a train delay I wasn't able to make my trip called them and Priceline by 11:59 like the rules stated they denied my refund and kept my money.. call today and they told me I had to call by 3 didn't even book until after 5 ridiculous how easily people will take your money nor considering the delay of traffic ECT. I would advise only booking if your standing in front of them or your money will be taken shame on you

Motel
Red Carpet Inn Niagara Falls, NY is a simple and budget-friendly hotel offering no-frills rooms with complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. Despite some complaints about minor issues, it's important to consider that this is one of the most affordable options in the area. Guests have found their stay pleasant, emphasizing the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly owner. While it may not offer a luxurious experience, it provides good value for money, allowing guests to allocate their budget to other activities in the area.
Would recommend and stay again! The other reviews complaining about wallpaper and other unimportant stuff ignore the fact they choose one of the cheapest motels in the area. Very pleasant stay at this motel. The owner was very nice and the accompanying room was both clean and tidy. You get what you pay for and more and it's a good experience which is cheap so you can afford to do more things in the area. If you want a Hilton like experience go to the Hilton. Can't recommend enough!

Worst Hotel Experience Ever! I wish I could give this place zero stars. From the moment I stepped in, it felt like I had entered a nightmare. The lobby was dimly lit, with a musty odor that hinted at decades of neglect. The receptionist barely acknowledged my existence and handed me a key card as if it was a burden. When I finally reached my room, I was greeted by stained carpets, peeling wallpaper, and furniture that looked like it had survived several generations of guests—and not in a charming, antique way. The bed? A disaster. The mattress was lumpy, and the sheets were either stained or just not cleaned properly. I wasn’t sure which was worse. The bathroom was even more horrifying. Mold in the shower, a cracked sink, and towels that were more like sandpaper than something you’d want to dry off with. To top it all off, the noise was unbearable. Paper-thin walls meant I could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms, from arguments to loud music, and even a dog barking incessantly. The management? Completely unresponsive.

Fraud accepted my reservation and charged my credit card right away, even knowing the property is permanently closed. Fraud of 200 US dollars. Contacted Booking.com, did not refund my credit card yet. Don't book on this property because it is FRAUD.
Maria R — Google review
I made a reservation at the Red Carpet Inn, but upon arriving at the location, I discovered that the motel has been permanently closed for over a year. There were no staff members present, the property was clearly abandoned, and it was not operational in any capacity. This situation appears to be a scam, as the listing is still taking reservations despite the motel being non-functional. I request immediate assistance in processing a full refund and strongly urge that this listing be investigated and removed to prevent other travelers from facing the same issue.

Well we just got back from the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. We would have left but they said no refunds. We couldn’t believe our eyes. The place was filthy spit on the mirrors looked like blood on the walls the bathroom was disgusting empty toilet roll on the holder, toilet looked like it had never been cleaned the bathroom floor was all chopped up the shower and sink were not clean. We actually went out and bought towels and pillows and slept on top of the covers as afraid of bed bugs so not much sleep at all. We just washed in the morning as the bathroom was that bad. Holes in the walls fridge didn’t work wow the list goes on. Never Stay there it should be demolished it’s that bad.

Would definitely recommend for a cheap and cheerful stay! Our stay at the Red Carpet Inn was perfectly pleasant and, quite frankly, an absolute steal for the price. A lot of reviews here complain about the slightly sub-optimal rooms and somewhat curt service - that’s what is expected at the CHEAPEST motel in Niagara Falls. My friend and I stayed in a 2-bed room, everything worked, and our stay was everything we could have asked for.
Ben A — Google review
This is the worst hotel ever. There was flies on bathroom, blood on the bedsheet, and pillow, and bugs on the all over blanket. And we said all these to front desk they were like “ we can’t do anything “ then we ask them for new sheet. They took forever to bring it. And even the new sheet they gave was dirty and it was smelling perfume.Lastly, there was also a spider wave on the room and very smelly. And we couldn’t even close the washroom door.
Nirja B — Google review

Nestled on the 10th floor of the iconic Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls NY - Riverside by IHG, Prime offers an unforgettable dining experience with stunning views of both the Canadian and American Falls. Guests can savor delectable meals while being surrounded by panoramic vistas through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. The exceptional customer service truly enhances your stay, as staff members like James go out of their way to ensure you have a memorable visit.
My wife and I stayed here for one night as part of our two-day trip to Niagara Falls. The location was excellent – just a short walk to the falls and major attractions. Our room didn’t have a falls view, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a convenient choice for a short visit to Niagara Falls.
Erhan A — Google review
Not very good, I was expecting a nice experience on-par with what I expect from Crowne Plaza hotels but instead I got a dirty hotel room with cheap bedsheets, broken chairs, and barely functioning climate control. I understand this hotel allows pets, no issue there, but it would be nice if they cleaned up the dog hair between guests. I found a lot of hair around the mini split in the wall, which isn't fun when you're allergic to dogs and don't realize there's hair everywhere until the following morning. The only redeeming quality was the location, being right on the river offers nice views and the proximity to Niagara Falls was amazing.
Aaron N — Google review
I had decent expectations for this hotel based on the images online and the prime location. The location itself is an A+. We booked an upgraded river-view room, which was nice. The furniture, however, was dated and some pieces were beat up. Even the window had a noticeable stain. A pleasant surprise was the upgraded Jacuzzi in the room — clean and a nice touch. On the downside, one of the elevators was out of service. A frustrated cleaning staff member mentioned it had been broken for two months, and I overheard another staff member say it would be fixed “next week.” Judging by the tone, it sounded like something said daily. The working elevator was very slow, and I eventually opted to take the stairs. The positives: the staff overall had great attitudes, were friendly, and willing to help with anything. The lakefront property is a big plus, and you can walk right outside to enjoy the view. The deck could use a bit more maintenance, but it’s still a nice feature. Final rating: 3 stars.
Jas S — Google review
The hotel’s location is excellent, with a beautiful view of the Niagara River and the bridge from the room. However, there were several issues: both the bathroom ceiling and the main ceiling were leaking, and the overall cleanliness of the room was only moderate. The food at the hotel restaurant was also disappointing—the pasta was drenched in tomato paste, which I didn’t enjoy, and the pizza was barely edible. If you’re hungry, you’re better off trying your luck at another nearby restaurant. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
Yilo — Google review
Great hotel with beautiful views of the Niagara River. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Especially to our dog! He loved his stay. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The restaurant was good. The location was actually perfect. It was just a short drive to Niagara State Park and the downtown area. We appreciated the quietness and did not mind driving to see the falls- it was very scenic. Thanks for helping make our first trip to Niagara Falls so much fun!
Lisa M — Google review
Staff: wonderful. Bed- very comfortable. These 2 things were the saving grace of this place... but i wouldn't choose it again. Room smelled musty. Guessing the air filter in the ac unit needed changed. It was hard to ignore or get used to. Small tub, but no way to plug it, so a bath - which is greatly desired - was impossible. Water was wonderfully hot but not enough pressure from the showerhead/ or even the option of a different spray - to ease my achy muscles from site seeing all day. Arrived late and came back late... no microwave in the room so I couldn't even reheat a bite to eat. With food allergies, restaurants are a struggle. Why can't there be a microwave? There's a place for one. One outlet on 1 side of the bed... because surely, both people don't want to charge their phones overnight... and no one has devices that they charge these days. Only 2 other accessible plugs in the entire room. Elevator sounded like it was going to fall with us in it... very sketchy sounds. As an added factor of irritation... there's are very few guests here at this time. I know. The view out my window is the parking lot. Would it not be gracious, good PR to put your few guests on the side of the hotel that has a gorgeous view of the river? Felt pretty crappy to look at a nearly empty parking lot... knowing there are certainly empty rooms across the hall... I highly doubt anyone will read this and care, but I really had much higher expectations for a Crowne Plaza hotel.
Naomi S — Google review
The accommodations were fantastic. The staff was even better. The views were amazing. I would definitely book this place again. I shared my 48th birthday celebration there and Ray went above and beyond insuring I had the best experience ever. From the concierge to the cleaning staff. I received so much love. Thanks everyone... give my best regards to Oscar and the hotel Manager as well. -Torry

Castle Inn & Suites is a charming hotel located just half a mile from Niagara Falls International Airport and only five miles from the breathtaking falls themselves. This family-friendly establishment offers convenient amenities, including complimentary high-speed wireless internet access and a refreshing pool that ranges in depth from 3 to 5 feet—perfect for kids looking to splash around. Guests have enjoyed their stays here, often noting the clean rooms and friendly front desk staff.
Even tho the room is smaller than I thought, it did have enuff room for just two of us. Front desk was very pleasant. Room was very clean. Pool was nice even tho it was only up to 5 ft. A very nice quiet lil family owned in and for it being right on the strip, it was quiet. Amazing water pressure as well. Enjoyed the whole 2 nights stay we had. Oh by the way, yes, it's our anniversary so enjoyed the whole Niagara falls experience.
Tabatha K — Google review
It’s dated, yes. But as far as cleanliness we never had any issues. Everything was fresh and clean and super affordable. Other reviews mentioned cracks and small pool and while that may be true, this isn’t a resort. This is a small, family-owned hotel. We came for the purpose of Niagara Falls and it was amazing for just that. 10/10.
Hannah H — Google review
We stayed overnight to visit the falls. We got 1 room with 2 queen beds. Also wanted the kids to be able to have fun in a pool. Small room, decent sized pool. Pool is 3ft and 5ft deep. Went to lobby in the morning to see what was available for breakfast and found coffee and orange juice. They have wifi but, with not too many cars in the lot, I only found about 2 bars of wifi. Also, one of the beds had some very old sheets on it. They were torn from age.

Just left here today. Stayed three nights. I stayed in a family suite. My requirements for a hotel is some place clean, no bugs and safe. It met the the requirements. It was clean just needs some updating as far as carpet professionally cleaned, some paint, minor like fixes lamp shades (that were broke). Honestly it was not a bad place. I would stay again. It worked for us to visit Niagara Falls. Pro- plenty of room, hot shower (great shower pressure), great a/c, beds were comfortable, staff very nice, everything you need for a nice stay. Cons-carpet needs professionally cleaned, pool closes at ten (wish it was more like 11), WiFi was not very good at all, then like I said minor fixes.
Faith M — Google review
Hotels rooms are dark, dingy and dated. This is a 3 star motel at best. The best part of this motel is the pool which was very clean. Don’t expect much here other than that. We went out for the evening and left our light on the the room so it looked like someone was in the room. When we got back the light had been turned out. It didn’t appear that anything was missing but that’s someone was in our room for sure.
Chris W — Google review
The room and bathroom were both very clean. The carpet needs to be cleaned. The refrigerator was noisy and kept waking us up. We stayed just one night. It was sufficient for that time.
Sandra — Google review
I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. They charged us a $400 deposit. This was the first time any hotel has charged that much for a hotel deposit. The room was 215 so the deposit was double what we paid for the stay. For them to charge that much of a deposit the hotel is outdated, the deposit costs more than all the items in the room. If it wasnt for the expedia policy that they will charge a one day fee if I canceled or I would have canceled my reservation. I highly recommend somewhere else. Sterling Hotel is better. However, it was sold out for our day's stay.
Logan P — Google review
I would stay here again. Great prices. The water pressure was awesome in the shower. Everyone was friendly. But.. things could use a wipe down. Doors, door handle, t.v and mini fridge. The beds have seem better days. Overall though not bad for the price.
