The 45 best jacuzzi rooms in Niagara Falls

We didn’t get to stay here for the entirety of our reservation due to a major power outage but I still think in the brief time we stayed Marriott Fallsview deserves praise. First, upon arrival they upgraded our room to a Fallsview room and late checkout. We had originally booked a city view room to save money. We weren’t sure why they upgraded it but since this was part of our honeymoon we really appreciated the upgrade (literally made my wife tear up when she say the view we had). Later that night, I sat down in the lobby bar area for a while, had a snack, and just looked at the falls at night. Unfortunately the power went out at 6 AM the next morning. The staff were really good about being able to keep guests informed; it seemed like it didn’t matter who you asked they were able to give you an update as well as manage expectations. Ultimately they made the call that the hotel needed to be vacated for safety reasons. I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with the way the staff handled the situation. First they had people going door to door notifying guests they needed to leave and offering to help carry their bags down. While this was happening the Marriott staff had coordinated with other hotels in the area to relocate guests on short notice (we were in a new hotel within an hour of being told we had to leave). My only issue with the entire situation is that we were still charged for a full single day stay despite not having access to the amenities we paid for a significant portion of the time we spent here. They may have been amenable to that request but I never thought to ask, but it was never offered either. We would stay here again though. The hotel is nice, the staff is exceptionally professional, and the views are breathtaking.

This is the hotel to stay for Niagara Falls. Spectacular views of the falls. The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and clean. The only issue we had was the room could use a couple of more lights in hallway and we prefer a bed with a box spring and mattress. With only a mattress, the bed sits low making it more difficult to stand up. Lots of good places to eat within walking distance and convenient pickup for Uber. Overall a great place to stay: definitely recommend staying here while in Niagara.

We stayed two weeks ago for two nights. They were very pleasant and accomdating. The valet parking is SO worth it, Jackson was very friendly and inviting. Check in was smooth, room was great, great view and clean. We opted for the breakfast the next morning and it was also very good. The staff was very attentive. We felt safe and they welcomed our service animal with open arms, no trouble. Gave us info on where to change our money over. We had a great time at Niagara Falls. We were on the 23rd floor and had a really great view.

The location and view of the falls is pretty optimal. Conveniently located around the corner from the trolley down the hill to the main welcome center for views of the falls, with decent dining options nearby. Starbucks was under renovation at the time of our stay but was available across the street at the other Marriott on the Falls. This Marriott felt like it was getting a bit dated and rooms were just okay, but the views from our room (17th floor, near elevators) are exactly what you stay here for. We found service to pretty poor. We had asked when we reserved the room to have a rollaway bed (which is listed as included in the type of room we were in on the website). When we arrived, we asked to confirm and we're told it couldn't be done and got some attitude about it being a fire hazard, but with some convincing she said she would talk to housekeeping and do her best. When we came back from dinner the rollaway bed was there (which I wouldn't recommend for anyone - it was extremely uncomfortable - could feel springs in it so we didn't use it anyways). When I woke up the next morning, they charged me $20 for it despite never telling me there was a charge for that, and when I asked them about it to dispute the charge the front desk said management wouldn't remove it. So know that things listed as what's included in the room aren't actually included. I had also indicated on the Marriott app that I was coming at 2pm and called again at 12pm to ask when it would be ready, and our room wasn't ready until at least 4 (we were told they would call when it was ready and took my number but they never did call). Finally, one of our 2 beds was broken - we were too tired to switch rooms when we noticed but particle board had fully cracked leaving a bed that caved in when you laid down. Breakfast buffet was good, had an omelette station and solid selection of stuff and we had good service there.

The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking honestly one of the best I’ve ever seen! Waking up to the sight and sound of Niagara Falls was such an unforgettable experience. The room was cozy, clean, and had a really calm, relaxing vibe. There were just a few small things that could be better, like the response time from staff and a couple of amenities that didn’t quite feel 5-star. But overall, the incredible view made it all worth it. I’d definitely recommend this place if you want to enjoy a truly stunning Falls view!

This was our second time staying at this hotel and we had a great time! Unfortunately their systems were down during check in and they had to check in everyone manually, but the staff were very accommodating and understanding with patrons. Once the systems were back up, we were able to get our room upgraded and spent the rest of our time at the spa. Thank you to Andrea, Jasmin, and Vilija for their incredible customer service!!

Our first trip to Niagara Falls and opted for the Canada-side. Our room OVERLOOKED the Falls and we could see everything right out our window. I am Marriott Lifetime Platinum and by far and away, the hospitality, services and hotel were fantastic! We had dinner in Morton's (in the hotel) and our meal was incredible! The Canada-side offers better views of the Falls from our hotel room. The rates were reasonable and access from/to the US was easy.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. At check-in, Krishna greeted us with a big smile and offered us the option to upgrade our rooms. He took the time to explain the benefits, and we’re so glad we said yes, the rooms were absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly helpful, taking care of our bags right away. The food was delicious, and the view was simply outstanding, waking up to that view every morning truly made our stay so, so, so nice. A huge thank you to Krishna for making our experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niagara Falls

Great view from our room! On site parking is convenient. They also have an overflow off-site parking right across the street which I believe is shared with Marriott Fallsview. Check-in was quick, especially if you already checked in the Marriott app. But that is pretty much the only redeeming qualities of this somewhat dated hotel in need of a refurbishment. The window on our room needed cleaning, the vents needed dusting, carpet needed vacuuming. Housekeeping is lacking as well. I called ahead to request service since we went one day skipping house keeping. Housekeeper was literally next door cleaning so we assumed she would do ours after we left at 10 AM. Came back to the room at 0520 PM, the room was still not serviced. I raised this concern on check out and my parking got comped for the incovenience. For the price I am paying per night (Jr. presidential suite, 1k+ USD total for 3 nights just for room) and as a Marriott Bonvoy loyalty member, I expect my requests honored. Stark difference in service coming from Delta Hotels in Toronto right before this stay.

Great hotel! We were here in Oct to celebrate our 10th year anniversary. Alex at the front desk welcome us and made us feel very special! We have an amazing view of the both Falls! The room is very clean and comfortable. The Milestone Restaurant has very good selections of food. Delicious and Great Service! Overall staffs are very friendly from the door man who gave us directions, staffs at the front desk and at the restaurant. The indoor pool is good size and heated at a great temperature. The hot tub is great to relax after a long day of walking. We felt welcome and had a great time!

My second time staying at the Niagara falls marriott on the falls. Love it!! I feel welcome again... The atmosphere was perfect. I wasn't a great fan of the Balthroom in my room. The A/C was on and off very Annoying. But over all great time. Love the falls view eventho I got the city view this time but been there was great!

We were at the Marriott 2 days ago in Niagara Falls; I had booked a "Fallsview" room; upon check in, we were advised that we have the room on the 32nd floor - elevators go up to the 31st floor and we then had to take the stairs. I am 8 weeks post-knee replacement surgery, so I advised the front desk that someone needs to assist as I cannot carry the suitcases. They were happy to oblige! When we got to the 31st floor, a side door took us to the 32nd floor, grungy looking and we were the only room on that floor. Took the stairs (approx. 14 steps). Upon entering the room, it was drab looking and not very clean. The Jacuzzi was "old" with new faucets installed. Mattress was horrible, old and sinking on all sides. Overall, room was "dirty"! The best thing about the room was the full fallsview, both Canadian and American. This room was expensive for 1 night (approx. $500+) and parking was $40 plus tax for 1 night. We were so disgusted by the hotel overall. I called the Night Manager, AJ and complained. He offered us a $100 discount, parking on the house and 2 breakfast coupons at Milestones, their in-house restaurant. When I checked the menu, nothing appealed, so decided to forego the complimentary coupons. All in all, do NOT waste your $$$ on this room; as noted above, the view was the best, however, not worth the $$$ you pay!

This hotel is ok. Not great. Our room had a pretty good view. The hotel is literally the last hotel in the chain of hotels along the falls. It is a long walk to just about everything. The good: 1) Room was dated, but clean. 2) front desk was great- check in was very smooth and rooms were ready early. 3) valets were great. I needed shoes out of the car (long story) and they were great. 4) bartender in lobby bar was amazing. The bad: 1). Run down depressed feeling. 2) A/C was fine in room. Common areas not so much 3) lobby and lobby bar were super depressing. Lots of flies at bar. 4) the elevator situation was an utter disaster. I only stayed one night, if I stayed longer I would have built in the delays to my timing. I can’t stress how bad it was. 5) Milestones was depressing. Also, in the morning you feel like you’re in a greenhouse. Very unpleasant atmosphere. If I went back tomorrow, I’d probably go somewhere different. It’s pretty expensive for what I got.

Extremely unprofessional service and disappointing experience. We had booked our room months in advance, expecting a smooth and enjoyable stay. However, upon arrival, the front desk staff told us our room was "not ready" and offered an “upgrade” instead. This so-called upgrade had a poor view—not at all the proper falls view we had paid double for. When I requested a room change, we were moved to another room facing an overgrown ridge filled with weeds and broken debris. To make matters worse, they charged us again for the room change, despite it being their failure in the first place. Throughout the interaction, the reception staff were rude and dismissive. When I expressed dissatisfaction, they bluntly asked if I wanted a refund—fully aware that guests don't have many options at the last minute. I also noticed other guests checking in after us without any room issues, which made their excuse even more questionable. Overall, this hotel showed a complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and courtesy. Definitely not worth the premium price or the stress.

We love this place. Great for even going as a family. Great grounds. Wish they had a sitting area right in the middle of the hotel on the way tonth3 casino so people can sit around, wait for those in line at the reception, chill. The casino is ok. It has a decent variety of games. Location wise I prefer their Allegheny property. It's much nicer, especially in the winter, lots of winter sports to do and great restaurants in the village. Our room was amazing, courtesy of the casino. No complaints. I wish we could've stayed longer. The restaurants on the property need to be better, like the Western Steakhouse is. That place is exemplary!!!

If you didnt know, this is a casino slash resort. The ambiance is lovely for a place for gamblingenthusiastsaka addicts. The all you can eat buffet is extremely affordable. The food is decent & in all honesty it was better than the soft rock café down the street. The rooms are average, but I would bet that the high roller rooms are amaze balls. The stained glass that lines the roof is very very kewl.

Great place to get your gambling fix. A lot of the dealers are friendly. I do enjoy the non smoking option for gaming. Lots of options of games. Making a little bit of money is always a plus! Hotel prices though...I do understand it's based on demand but a little steep.

My wife and I decided to have a nice fine dining experience for first time here at Seneca steak house. Let me tell you !!! The place was amazing. The steak , drinks , atmosphere and the service was 10/10. After a great meal we went to the casino area to try our luck. 🍀 which wasn’t as good as the steak house luck because I lose 200$ in a hour 30 minutes lol. The staff at the casino are very friendly and patient to teach you . The Seneca resort is definitely a place to go and have a great time . 5 ⭐️

This hotel/casino was very nice and convenient. This was place to stay for a weekend trip and they are also super laid-back. everything around there is also walkable I was able to go see Niagara and then crossover to Canada by walking from the hotel. The restaurants are pretty good too and everything inside the hotel does not have tax, the three sisters restaurants was pretty good and the casino is kind of small but chill. I also really enjoyed the pool.

I booked 7 rooms for me & my family to enjoy time together. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful but a few small mishaps didn't spoil our time. The dinner buffet at Full plate is overpriced for the food that was displayed, need a few better cooks. The front desk team including the shift manager Stephanie was phenomenal except for an older lady, horrible attitude very snappy with me. I asked if one of my rooms can be moved that I will pay the difference. She had the oddasity to tell me they dont like moving guests, I never told her that I work front desk at an upscale hotel & we move guests all the time, that's our job to service the guests.

I went to a drag bingo event at this venue and stayed overnight in the hotel. Bingo was fun, but very crowded and loud. It was still an enjoyable evening. We ate dinner at one of the restaurants and the meal was good, but there were hardly any staff on duty so it took a long time. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The hotel room was comfortable, clean, and had quality beds and linens.

Well, I normally stay at the sterling Inn and spa, i thought I would give this hotel a try.Being at the same price point, i guess my expectations were too high. This room offered a beautiful sight of the falls, and that's about it. I stayed in the king suite with jacuzzi. Upon entering the room, there was a couch that was covered in stains. The refrigerator barely kept anything cold. The bathroom lights flickered every time I turned the switch on, the shower head was probably something From the dollar store and provided zero pressure. We were provided with two bath towels and one face cloth. The jacuzzi tub was large And we were very excited about this. Upon turning on the water, adding the bath bomb and turning on the jets, the amount of filth that came out was disgusting. Needless to say, we did not enjoy the tub. Moving on to the main living room, there was no additional plugs for charging phones as all of the plugs were used by the t.V and the lamps. The windows did display a nice view However, the outside of the windows were so dirty that the view was obstructed. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, and i'm not confident that the sheets were clean as the top Sheet had stains all over it. Now, did I go down and complain about the room? I did not. Having overheard multiple guests having to be transferred to a different hotel, tried to make the best of it. On our last day, my husband stepped on something causing his foot to bleed, The carpets were disgusting. I did contact guest services after I left and advised them of all the concerns And I was told that because I didn't make any complaints during my stay that the best they could do was to offer me twenty percent off of my next stay. I, of course, will not be returning because how can you price a hotel at a thousand dollars for a weekend, and display the things that I have seen. I shouldn't have to ask for the room to be clean or for the items listed on tbe web page to be supplied. I did ask for a partial refund which I was declined. So as someone who comes to the falls on a regular basis.I will just return to my regular hotel.

Pros- Great location, gorgeous views, nice layout of room and friendly staff. Comfortable, quiet nights sleep. Complimentary coffee was good. Cons- No option for cold water (No refillable bottle station, water cooler or water sitting out by the coffee.) There was no fitted sheets on either bed. Beds had a mattress protector and a flat sheet. Additionally the beds did not have a mattress bag which would make me more comfortable when checking for any issues. However, it was comfortable and a good nights sleep. Chairs in the room were dirty. Common area bathroom by the check in could be cleaner. Lastly, would like this to be maintained better with little issues here and there. For the price I would expect better but overall a good stay.

I would not recommend this place to anyone I love or care about. I just stayed here for my honeymoon, and thankfully we weren’t at the hotel much because it was not a great experience. The only saving grace this place has is the location to the falls and the view. We started our trip by calling ahead to see if we could get an early check in. We were informed that we couldn’t get early check in (which we were completely okay with) but we could come in early and pre-register so when our room is available, we could skip the line and grab our keys from the Bellman. While we were checking in, we were surprised to find out that parking is $50 a night (we parked at the fallsview casino for $35 total). So, we pre-registered and headed out to check out everything around us. We were told we could come back around 3:30 to see if our room was ready. We came back around 4 and was told to wait 10 minutes because our room was being cleaned. We waited over 45 minutes and kept being told our room was being cleaned but when asked how long, he said he didn’t actually know because he didn’t actually know if it was being cleaned or not. We had a reservation at 5 so we had to leave. At this point we had all our bags because we had assumed we would have our room, so we tried to check our bags in with the bellman, who told us to leave our bags on the cart in the lobby because he wouldn’t be there when we got back. We were extremely nervous to leave our bags in the lobby, so we asked the front desk staff what to do. They told us they’d handle it, which I will give them credit, the bags were all accounted for and were put in the bellman storage. When we finally got back to the hotel at 7:30, worried if we had a room or not, we did in fact have a room. At this point we were being checked in by the manager. When we told him that this was our third time today trying to check in, he told us it was “So sad”. When we checked out my husband informed the front desk clerk about how disappointed he was in the check in process, there was zero indication of passing this along. They charge you for the coffee, towels and anything “complementary” or “free” with their resort fee. We went to the pool, and the sauna wouldn’t turn on and the hot tub was cold. We were really trying to be optimistic, because we saw signs that they were doing renovations. To be positive the incline railway is extremely close and gets you to the falls really quickly! If you are looking to book a room here. Fallsview rooms seem to be above the 7th floor and River view rooms are between the 2nd and 7th floor. We were on the 7th floor and we could see the top of the falls.

The hotel is unscrupulous and dingy. I stayed here for a night and regretted every moment. Booked through travel app on seeing good ratings. Paid top dollar on a Friday. Checked in between 23:00- 00:00 and was shook to be put in the roadside motel on the strip parking next to applebees. The place maybe worse than a homeless shelter .Third class service. Wanted to cancel but was too tired to speak to the booking website. The front desk agents was rude , grumpy and should probably look at changing their passive aggressive behaviour. Charged me an extra 30 bucks to actually stay in the bldg. 7th floor corner room allotted. Such a dingy place again. Very dated and the room layout is absurd. As soon as you get in there’s a wash basin with a tiny cubicle style toilet. Very sad indeed. The beds were messy to begin with and the smell of old moldy carpet was overwhelming. The furniture stripped and an empty non working mini bar fridge from 1985. Maybe the only thing left is to raze this property to the ground !!! Hope this review is read by people and they are aware of the problem beforehand. Pay 100-200 extra and stay at a newer hotel. This is not a hotel but a relic. I forgot to add the extra 50 dollars to park at the hotel !!!! Destination charge applicable too ( But this hotel is the wrong destination!!)

Had a nice stay. Great location. Friendly staff. Elevators were dirty and there is no maid service. The bathroom had 2 showers and no vanity or shelf for toiletries. Very odd. Bedding was comfortable and view was incredible. Parking was very expensive.

For the price of a two night stay you truly have far better options than this place. For two nights and parking my bill was over $900. The tap in the bath room did not work, only warm water. The water pressure in the shower is, well let’s say it sucked! They did not come and change the towels for us. No fitted sheet on the bed, just a flat sheet that was too small for a king bed. They did not come to make the bed. The place is not very clean. The staff, I don't think I saw anyone smile. $50 a night for parking. I ask for the MAT tax to be removed, and they refused, that is the only place in our 3 days in Niagara Falls that refused to do so. From what I see they do not respond to google reviews, that just tells me that the management has no respect for us the customer, and could care less how the staff treats a customer. Do yourself a big favor, don’t stay at this place, better choices at the same or lessor price. I will never go back.

Perfect location, centrally located… but horrible service, I had to ask twice for towels. We came back from a tour behind the falls, and wanted to take a jacuzzi in our suite on the 19th floor, only to find a small note at the concierge saying water might be off for the next four hours. When we got to our room the water was back on, but filled the tub with rust and iron deposits. We were told to let it run for 30 minutes and it would stop… two days later we still weren’t able to use our jacuzzi. When we complained, they offered us breakfast at Applebees, or they would move us to a less desirable hotel with out the same view. I’m completely disappointed. For our wedding anniversary we had a tub of brown water, yuk. They should have at least refunded us the difference of a jacuzzi suite, being we weren’t able to use the jacuzzi. Stay at the embassy suites, they are located right next door and have a much nicer hotel, with the same view.

Clean , friendly and convenient location. Our room was nice. Bedding was very clean and comfortable, bathroom - toilet- sink was spotless and room was overall very clean. It appears that this hotel has been recently renovated. Fresh paint, clean hallways and floors and very clean elevators. We enjoyed the combination indoor/outdoor pool , hot tub and hot sauna. All were clean and well maintained. Great location to the main strip where everything is. My only complaint is that they charge you to park ($10/day) otherwise I do recommend staying here.

We stayed for 1 night… Pros: Super convenient location to attractions at a fair price. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful. Cons: the room smelled extremely musty. Even the clothing we did not wear (that did not leave the luggage) smelled awful after being in the room less than 24 hours.

Great hotel! Everyone has been very friendly and customer focused. Shout out to the awesome hard-working staff! The room I booked was wonderful and had a great view. It has a retro feel, and I actually really thought it was cool if you're into vintage! The hot-tub and pool area were very nice and well maintained and never super busy when I visited. Very close to top of Clifton Hill and there are some good food options nearby. Rated a 4, only because the WEGO (there is actually a Howard Johnson stop, which is great!) is unfortunately in the middle of the route, and I don't like Denny's but that's their neighbour and I think their breakfast partner.

My boyfriend and I just recently stayed at this hotel and it is by far the best one we have been to yet. Am very surprised to see comments about rooms smelling bad as that was not at all the case for us. Actually, a strong smell of laundry and cleanliness hit us as soon as we first opened the door. The bed/sheets were visibly clean and changed as well as all towels. The sink, shower, and tub was also spotlessly clean with all jets working and heat at a perfect temperature. The hotel is under renovations however, we heard no noise from our room and the night time was a very quiet atmosphere. The location is great as many dinner and attraction spots are very close-by. Also have to mention the pool that was very clean and fun to use with the hot tubs jets working perfectly and also at a really nice warm temperature. The price was extremely good and affordable too with the exceptional service we received. If I were you looking to book with this hotel, I wouldn't focus on the negative comments as we would for sure book here again without a doubt. However, if there was one thing I could change it would be that the checkout time doesn't have to be so early and that it would be extended to at least 12:00 pm if anything!

Location was awesome. Close to Clifton Hill. We had a balcony that gave us a great view of Clifton Hill. Some interesting things of note though: Washroom had a vague pee smell to it when we got there. We literally had to add an air freshener. We kept having to call down for toilet paper as they would only give one roll at a time. Confusing as to why they'd only bring one at a time when we are a family of 4. I've stayed in Niagara maybe 30 times in 20 hotels...from the luxurious ones to the smaller ones....and this was the first time I've ever been charged the entire amount upfront for two nights upon check-in. New policy? Strange policy. They charge $20/night for parking and the free Internet is extremely poor. If you want decent internet you've got to pay $10/day. Can't say I'd recommend this hotel at the price point we paid. If you're paying more than $60/night...you are probably overpaying.

Great hotel. Only issue was the room smelled alot like Indian spices. Wish I had a window to open. Other than that this place is good. Pool had two parts to it. They close the outdoor party in the winter. It would be cool if it was kept open and heated. I would so use it.

Staff is nice, check in was easy, parking is good. Pool is great. And that's it for the positive... Not clean And Out dated. Musty smell. Trying to find out what light switch controls what is kinda funny because of the way they are wired. Huge room but only a 2x2 dark shower stall? Would not come back.

Excellent view of both Falls. Our suite was gorgeous. The king size bed super comfortable. Staff very friendly! What needs improvement: 1). Toilets, replace with taller ones. 2). Open up the parking lot, there was not enough spaces to park, took 15 minutes to wait for someone to leave for a space. 3). Elevators are really really slow. 4.) Need a nice quaint bar/pub for after dinner cocktails ( upper scale hotel like this, needs a nicer adult bar/pub) 5). The Italian restaurant housed in the hotel needs to "step up" to more refined dining. Table clothes, exchange out used silverware between appetizers and entree, play more attention to details ( made reservations for my birthday celebration, the hostess seating us acknowledged the event, our waitress didn't. No special attention given, though the table next to us received an acknowledgement and a special dessert treat on the house.). Definitely not a fine dinning experience for such a beautiful hotel.

We just enjoyed a mini 2-night getaway as a new family of 4, a tradition we first created when we became a family of 3 several years ago, so this hotel plays a key role in our very sentimental vacation. We absolutely love the location as it is right on Clifton Hill and allows us to easily get around with a stroller without having to drive. We also booked an American Fallsview room for a spectacular view as per our tradition. We were absolutely in for a treat this time as we were so fortunate to have scored a breathtaking full view, not a partial one at all; we were super grateful for it and we enjoyed every minute admiring the Falls! The 10 PM five-minute fireworks show over the Falls was wonderful and we enjoyed it both nights from the warmth of our hotel room with our kids in tow. We had requested an early check-in and was able to secure one 75 mins. earlier. Worked out well as we had dropped off our luggage in storage, enjoyed a late lunch and were notified via text that our room was ready. We had also requested a crib and did have to follow up about 4x via the Marriott Bonvoy app (messaging function) before it was finally brought up around 9:30 PM. Not a big deal as it was a favour we were asking for but it would have been nice to have it in-room already if in fact one was allocated to us. Metal crib had quite some sticky tape residue on both rails so we had to really scrub it off with soap as we did not want our ‘suck on everything’ infant to ingest it; luckily it came off. Our queen beds were very comfortable, we enjoyed the sofa area as well as it served as our little dining table by the balcony overlooking the gorgeous Falls view. Fridge was pretty spacious and stored everything we needed. There is microwave access on every odd floor so we were able to heat up our leftovers once, which was helpful. Bathroom was nicely appointed; shower pressure was great, thoroughly soaked in the hot showers. I really appreciated the ease of the hotel app and its messaging function as I was able to chase the crib request as well as ask for the bellboy to help with our luggage transportation and storage upon checkout. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay where we were treated to an escape of relaxing luxury and simple comforts that busy parents of 2 young kids wholeheartedly cherish!

Wish I could provide more stars! My husband and I stayed here in August for a local date night and had a perfect stay. We upgraded our room to a high floor fallsview with the Juliette balcony. Watching the fireworks from our room was spectacular! The rooftop pool and area was amazing. The room was very clean. Very very busy hotel with lots of hustle and bustle, but surprisingly we were not woken up at all with any hall noise. Really enjoyed our stay and will return.

Beautiful views from the hotel. Fridge in the room was a great plus for me as I am a breastfeeding mom and needed to pump while away from the baby. No freezer (I asked) but I just filled ziplock bags with ice and stored in my cooler and that worked amazingly well. Great room and super nice staff. We had a jet tub which was amazing and a fire place. Room was clean and the provided soaps and lotions smelled amazing.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a hotel. I booked and paid for an upgraded Falls View King Room specifically so we could enjoy the view for our first wedding anniversary. When we checked in, we were told that the room type we paid for was “unavailable,” with no prior notice or apology beyond “we don’t have it available.” To make matters worse, the lady checking us in wouldn’t offer any refund, partial credit, or compensation. After some back and forth, they eventually offered a discount for parking and a breakfast voucher. We were placed in a double queen room with no window, which completely defeated the purpose of the paid upgrade and the reason we chose this hotel for our anniversary. On top of that, the walls were paper thin- you could hear everything from the rooms next door and the hallway, making it nearly impossible to relax or get any decent sleep. To make things even worse, I am STILL dealing with them because they haven’t refunded me for the parking charge like they said they would. It has been the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a hotel. Completely unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish. For the price and reputation, I expected far better service, or at the very least, some genuine care, urgency, or effort to make things right when issues came up. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. This was a truly disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here.

Room is over -priced, very small room with 2 queen beds. Costs us about $800 for just 2 nights! Parking cost is included in that, Breakfast isn’t included, we paid for breakfast. There are hotels with better experience and bigger rooms for half that price. Payment covers 20mins spa, what can you do in a spa in 20mins, it covers a picture taking and wine/beer tasting. It wasn’t good value for the cost. Dinner plus Lunch was $300 for 1 day also. The Food was good, I rated the restaurant better. My expectation was higher for Sheraton. It’s in a good location, giving easy access to Niagara activities.

Great location and exceptionally helpful catering staff in the club and the Fallsview dining room with excellent buffet and view. Head chef Emericon was a great, knowledgeable ambassador for the hotel's cuisine and offerings and graciously and generously helped navigate gluten free options with flair. Kylie was a great aid, as well. Mackenna, Heavyyen and Maria each individually represented stellar examples of hospitality at it's best, whether remembering helpful details, anticipating what would be required and offering pertinent suggestions or finding and saving sunglasses left on a previous trip. (Thanks to Mackena for saving the sunglasses and returning them as soon as I walked in the door, weeks later. :)

So we went to check into our room which I booked 2 months in advance to find out the room I booked and the room they were giving me were not the same . The whole reason for our stay at this hotel was the view of both falls , seeing them all lite up at night and the fireworks display. So I was told no you are getting a room with a city view and a partial view of one of the falls. The check in person then stated they had a cancellation and we could have a room for an additional 150.00. So I took it since I had just drove over 8 hours to get there and we wanted the view. At check out I found it was 150 per night . So that was not fun. The young lady that check us out was kind. The rooms are clean . The bell boy was rude so I got my own cart . The valet guy was very nice and we decided to park off site due to it being 70-100 to part on site versus 35 off site. Shuttle service was amazing never had to wait. Door man was very nice. The lady that took care of the elevator at check in was very nice also. Free breakfast is good but get there before 7:30 or the line is crazy. Never made it back to the hotel in time for the 4-6 free drink thing. The incline to go down the hill was not working on our stay , so we ended up driving and parking .

Our family of 5 stayed for 2 nights and upgraded our view to see both falls on the 36th floor. It was pricey but worth it. We parked in the self service lot for $35/nt and that worked out great- the shuttle allowed us to go back and use our vehicle with ease. Our room was very clean and having 3 beds worked well for us. We used the pool area which was fine. The free breakfast is super processed food and if you want to avoid chaos, go at 7am. Great location for the falls, the view is fantastic, and also helpful staff everywhere. Oh yea, the elevators require patience! We walked to the Niagara City Tours for the boat ride and also the old power plant, which was really cool. We drove out of town for meals, including The Grist which was incredible!

The location is good and the rooms are clean but everything else is okay... First I want to say DO NOT use the coupons they give you at the hotel. You can get better value at other restaurants and attractions without a coupon. Am going to give this hotel 3 and I am going to tell you why. First for the most part the staff was nice and the hotel is newer however when we got here the room wasn't ready. I was told check in time is 4 pm? And then they try to upsell me to a more expensive room.Okay that business trying to make so more money off me .. But then they gave me a room with a worst view. That why I always like to pick my own room on the Hilton app. Then we tried to park. For these rates the options should be more affordable and convenient. The self parking is basically not really walkable and I would really hate it on a bad weather day when it's raining or cold. I know there's a shuttle bus. However that shuttle bus will be more convenient if it was taking you to the falls instead of an uncovered parking lot a mile away. Next day I try to get out of bed and my back is killing me because the mattress is horrible. it needs to be replaced. And then I tried to go down for breakfast. I have never been to an embassy without a fresh cooked breakfast. Plus everything was cold. It was so bad that my son wouldn't eat it and wouldn't go down the next day. You know how bad it had to be for a teenage son not to eat the meal. Plus I don't want to hear my neighbors sneeze waking me up in the morning. This is not a motel 6. For these prices I expect better.

This is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. I opted for a room with a view and the view was awesome. The room was huge and was even broken apart so mom and dad could have their space and the kids can have theirs. Bathroom setup is very convenient when getting ready as the shower/toilet are in its own room so people can still brush teeth and do makeup while in use. Everything worked in the room and everything was clean. The only negative is parking, our car didn't fit in the garage so our options were self park and take a shuttle back and forth for 35 CAD or valet parking for 100 CAD. I opted for the valet and we didn't have to use it until we left in the morning so not much of a review to give but the car was waiting when we got to the lobby after calling to let them know so A+. Walking to the falls is quick and there is tons of food options in and near the hotel within easy walking distances. Plus they give you coupons for pretty much all of them so you can enjoy a little discount. Everyone I talked to was great and the hotel breakfast is certainly a step up from your normal included breakfast. I strongly suggest getting there early like we did because the line when we left to get in was long 😅.

This hotel was amazing. We had a room on the 34th floor, with a view of the horseshoe falls it was beautiful. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and cozy. The only bad thing about the rooms is that the tv doesn’t have a lot of options. Next the service was amazing all of the staff were very kind and welcoming. In the lounge during the evening there was free drinks and snacks which was just great to hang out there for a bit. The arcade was a bit of a scam, but that’s to be expected. Also in the hotel there’s a pool and a hot tub which was very nice, the hot tub was very warm and the pool was pretty big. Only thing is that there was no life guards. For breakfast they had lots of options there were multiple omelets, eggs, potatoes, sausage, and fluffy pancakes. And for the other options they had yogurt toast cereal and oatmeal. Some of the stuff was a bit cold but it was really good for hotel food. But the staff in the restaurant are extremely nice and they were extremely pleasant to be around. Overall for the price this hotel was AMAZING I truly enjoyed myself I would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing stay at Embassy Suites Niagara Falls We had an incredible experience at Embassy Suites. The view of the falls from our room was absolutely breathtaking especially at night, when the lights illuminated the waterfalls in beautiful colors. Truly unforgettable! The hotel service was excellent; all the staff were friendly and very attentive. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Niagara Falls. The included breakfast was also great, with plenty of options and a wonderful view. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a special stay, whether with family or as a couple. Highly recommended! 🌃🌈🌊

For a so-called four-star hotel, Embassy Suites Niagara Falls was a complete letdown. They don’t even provide basic amenities like room slippers … when I asked, I was told I’d have to pay for them. Absolutely ridiculous for the price we paid. Before booking, we called to confirm parking and were told it’s $35 for onsite parking. When we arrived, we were shocked to find that the $35 option meant parking a mile away off-site and taking a shuttle. The actual onsite options were $75 for the structure or $100 for valet. This kind of bait-and-switch is unacceptable. Their whole business model feels like it’s built on misleading information. The elevators are painfully slow, and the rooms are noisy, so don’t expect peace or quiet. We paid for a “Falls View” room, but all we got was a tiny glimpse of the falls if we leaned awkwardly toward the window. Mostly, the “view” was of the city. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. You’re better off staying somewhere honest that actually delivers what it promises.

The room was lovely, but the blinds were broken (and they faced east!), the freezer in the mini fridge was completely encased in frost so we couldn't put anything in it, and the beds were on a wooden platform that creaked every time we turned over. However, the shower was great. They provided wonderful shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional! The location was wonderful with just a short walk to the falls.

A very positive experience at the Doubletree in Niagara Falls. Location: Absolutely perfect. You can walk to the falls, casino, and all the main attractions in just a few minutes. Room: The room was comfortable, modern, and seemed to be recently renovated. Amenities: The lobby bar was very popular and had a great energy. The on-site restaurant was good and convenient, though not spectacular. Service: The service was fine throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a convenient and comfortable base for their trip.

The Best Hotel To Stay At Visiting Niagara Falls! I had no idea our stay at the DoubleTree Hotel Niagara Falls would turn out so GREAT! 1st the hotel is located within walking distance to numerous tourist attractions! 2nd the cost of our room there was so reasonable for staying at a DoubleTree Hotel! 3rd Service by every employee we came in contact with was “top shelf” friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. 4th their DoubleTree restaurant/lounge had great food and great live entertainment. Very unexpected! 5th Our room was clean and each day freshened up nicely. 6th and who is going to turn down their warm complimentary chocolate chip cookies each day. 7th we forgot on this particular stay we earned extra hotel points. We have nothing but great memories from our stay here.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree for a pretty long business trip. Sarah was AMAZING! The entire staff was actually awesome but I just wanted to give some special acknowledgments to a few of your employees. Sarah was so friendly, she always checked in with me, knew my schedule and was one of the most pleasant people I’ve ever been around. Carolann was also so helpful and wonderful to interact with. I had so many good experiences at the Prime Restaurant as well - Hannah, Katie & Bill really made my stay so comfortable and really cared for the customer experience. I can’t commend the Hilton DoubleTree in Niagara Falls enough for the amount of amazing employees they have. I usually don’t stay at Hilton Hotels, but after my interactions with everyone I listed, I’ll be switching to you guys for all my business & personal travel stays. Thanks again guys!

The smooth front desk check in, the open communication during our stay, and the peaceful riverfront location made our stay amazing. It was around a 15minute walk along the river to the falls and plenty of food options close by. Our room could have used a more thorough cleaning and some things need updating, but the overall room [king riverview] was a great size for 2 people and had fabulous views of of the sunset on the river.

This hotel is in such a great location - right on the Niagara River, only a 15-20 min walk (along the river - beautiful) to the Falls, 5 min by car - that it could be much less nice and still be worth it. Its actually a terrific hotel - very clean, nice amenities in the rooms and a very friendly staff. Also a very nice indoor pool - very clean, plenty of towels available. I highly recommend a river view room if you can get one. We were on the top floor, and the river is so close that it looks like you are on a cruise - the river fills the entire window. Highly recommend!

Wedding Venue. The wedding planners Melissa and Ria were absolutely perfect,extremely helpful,friendly & did a beautiful job on the decorations IT WAS PERFECT!!! MADE OUR DAUGHTERS DAY COMFORTABLE AND A DAY TO REMEMBER!! PEOPLE WILL BE TALKING ABOUT THIS FOREVER!!! THEY WENT ABOVE & BEYOND!! THEY DESERVE A RAISE!!! I just wanted to mention the WEDDING Party had no opportunity to experience the Mediterranean buffet or the hor-durvs as by the time we came back from pictures which is what normally is done right after a ceremony, it was all cleared away.??? The servers made guests & wedding party feel very rushed during dinner hour as this should be the time we could finally relax & enjoy the moment. The servers hastily removed people's plates & the two bottles of wine at each table. Which was included in wedding package??? I didn't even get a chance to ask for A1 sauce or aujus for my plate when they tried to remove it. ?? The food was delicious though. I just wish as mother of bride I didn't feel so rushed during the dinner hour. THE servers wanted to just finish their shifts & get out of there. The suite was very clean & quiet enjoyed our stay. The hotel could use some renovations as the rugs had a distinct odor. We packed an air purifier, couple of fans just to keep air circulating & diffuser as windows do not open.

Pros - great location, everything is within walking distance which is around few blocks away. Breakfast is included from 7-10 am, indoor pool available, wonderful services and staff, check in time is 3:00pm however we arrived a bit earlier than that, the front desk allowed us for early check ins. Great values comparing to other hotels down the street. Cons - parking is extra, about $19.00 and I think the price varies by season reading from other comments, so better call ahead and check. There are other parking options available too down the street by the corner which is 3 mins walking distance and they only charge $10 a day (might fluctuate as well), so shopping around! Can be quite noisy as we can hear people talking on the hallways, TV sounds, using washrooms from other guests… Breakfast is free but the wait time is crazy, it’s available from 7-10 we got there at 8 o’clock and waited until 8:25, there’s a huge line up and everyone was waiting for the toaster and waffle maker, and there’s nothing else to eat. Unless you want a light meal and only have a yogurt plus cereal, then you can skip the line. Hot meal is the toast and waffles. No egg no sausage; Couple of tables and seats but again, line up. Personal opinion: not enough lighting, The room itself is really dark..only two lamps, and one ceiling light at front door, that’s all. I have bad sight and was finding it hard to read my book and see things, it’s a little bit uncomfortable. Only a soap bar available by the sink plus shampoo, conditioner and body wash, I guess nothing is mandatory nowadays but not even a little bit of lotion not even the cheap ones. 离哪都近，免费早餐但要等半个钟左右，室内泳池，过夜停车要缴费（具体看淡季旺季），附近有更便宜的10蚊一天。服务还可以，房间很暗隔音不好，自带卫生用品。

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was good — nice selection, though it would’ve been even better with some eggs or bacon. There’s a vending machine on-site, but prices are a bit steep (almost $3 for a small bag of chips or chocolate bar). The location is excellent — within walking distance to almost everything, which was super convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that the walls are quite thin — we could hear the door next to us opening and closing until around 1am, and even some noise from outside. Oh and theres no refrigerator in the room. Other than that, it was a really nice experience overall!

The Hotel accommodation is within affordable price with decent breakfast. The rooms are clean and especially the sheets and towels. The reception and the people looking after the breakfast has always have smile on their faces and always keeping up with the demands of the business of the area. Excellent and definitely will come back.

Rooms are very out dated. Beds are awfully hard and the pillows are terrible to sleep on. The bathrooms are extremely small and have to reach across the bathroom for toilet paper. The location itself is awesome for walking distance to Clifton Hill and the Falls. The lamp in my room was broken. The hall light by the closet kept turning off and on by itself. The breakfast in the morning was ok but some type of protein should be offered. The staff are friendly. And the air conditioner was extremely loud and raddled a lot. This hotel needs some fixing up and updated.

Excellent location close to lots and very friendly service here. Check-in and out were very easy and our room was nice and clean. Just need some updating (toilets take a while to flush, doors slam accidentally, noises in hallway) but overall it was a wonderful experience.

The location of place is great. Walking distance. But avoid this place at all costs. Their rooms are not what you see in the pictures. I rented out a Kings Bedroom with private bathroom and a Jacuzzi. As pictured for 2 days. Drove 8 hours just to be in a room with Jacuzzi with a shower head. Private Bathroom is a toilet. Nothing like the pictures in Booking.com. Had made all reservations for other activities that day in Niagara. So was trapped in a way. For how do I leave so far away from home? When confronting this issue next day see the description and pictures shown on app. For I believed I made a mistake but then looked back at my reservation again. I went to Front office. All booked. Couldn't do anything. We tried to stay another day. But this was not relaxing at all.Basically drove back home 8 hours the next day. I don't know how they can rent out a room with a shower is behind me. At least post it in your add so people know what they are getting into. I feel completely scammed.

We had a good stay overall — the hotel is clean and well-located, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. However, there were a few things that could be improved. The rooms do not have a microwave or a fridge, which can be inconvenient, especially for families or longer stays. The breakfast is simple and offers limited variety, and the breakfast area is quite small for the number of guests, making it crowded during busy times. Also, be aware that they charge for parking, which adds to the overall cost. Despite these points, the location and overall comfort were definitely positives.

First of all, the location of this place is difficult to beat. Straight out the door, across the road and a lovely 5/10 minute walk by the river to the falls - excellent. It is based on an old Tudor English Inn and was actually quite authentic if a little odd for the location ! Was a little bit of a mix up with the rate of the room for the second night but this was quickly and efficiently rectified by the reception and management - very much appreciated and handled excellently. Room was lovely - had a huge jacuzzi bath which was great but was very difficult to get into and would recommend a grab rail. Also, if using the bath as a shower base, please provide a non-slip bath mat as I nearly fell trying to get into it with no grab rail to hold onto and the bath being slippy. We only had breakfast here and it was generally very good - had a bit of a wait to be seated on both occasions as there didn’t seem to be any staff around and the hot food on the first morning was served on stone cold plates so we had to eat quickly - hot food on hot plates guys - this is a basic restaurant rule. Would absolutely recommend staying here - beautiful place.

The staff is super friendly, the dinning room sends you back in time! The rooms are super clean and spacious. The bed was dreamy to sleep in along with a complimentary cheese tray and champagne in your mini fridge! Private parking, walking distance to the falls, plus the sounds of the falls is so relaxing. They also give you a breakfast vulture. You can check in then eat dinner there. I highly recommend this place for your stay!

This is one of the only historical looking and feeling buildings left in this area which is a shame but it is beautiful. Inside there is a great fireplace and it feels very nice. We had lunch there after a day of walking the park. Food was great! Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was great. Please check it out if you visit the park. I feel like the rest of the town really lets down the history or this beautiful place but this little gem was just what we were looking for!

We had dinner here for the first night of our honey moon and the food was totally subpar. I had the Pork Normandy which was supposed to be served with shallots, mushrooms, and apple glaze. The pork chops came out smothered in a brown gravy, and the meat was still overcooked and dry!! The “creamy” mashed potatoes were dry and crumbly. My bride had the shrimp blush. The shrimp were gray and undercooked and not sautéed. The “blush” sauce tasted like jazzed up jar sauce. It had very little of the fresh ingredients the menu boasts. The quality of food does NOT warrant the menu prices! The only thing that was good with our meals, were half of the string beans that came with my pork, and only half because they were mushy and overcooked. I feel like this is a restaurant that flourishes on the fact that their clientele is a revolving door. Most of their diners will only be there once and will not take the time to post a bad experience. So they skate by on mediocrity. We sat across from a group of young guys who probably loved their meals because they didn’t t know any better. The managers excuse was that “they hadn’t any any complaints all night” my response “well there’s a first time for everything”. We were seriously disappointed with this decision experience. We left hungry, out $40 ($20 for hard over-cooked potstickers and another $20 for the Uber back and forth). Lastly, they recommended reservations on their website; yeah, not needed. This recommendation (along with the high menu prices) are only to hype the experience and appear to be something more than what they are. We walked in at 7:25 (10 Min late for our reservation) there were plenty of tables as more than half the restaurant was empty. **edit/update** just read another review that the food was salty and overpriced with a pic of the food in their table, in the pic was the same bread plate with butter, a strawberry blend butter, and an oil/balsamic vinegar and sourdough bread. This was from 3 years ago. When the waitress brought this plate out, it was passed off as something fresh and a new creation by the manager/kitchen.

We did not stay at the hotel, but the bartender at our hotel recommended it for dinner. We sat at the bar and were welcomed by the very friendly Kim, who introduced herself, asked our names & where we were from & promptly grabbed us drinks. She offered her suggestions from the menu & even introduced us to another couple at the bar whom she had been taking care of over the course of their one week stay. The food recommendations were excellent and we were really happy with everything we ordered, including a spot-on french onion soup, spinach & artichoke dip & their poached pear salad with maple fig dressing. Overall, just a really nice experience in the ambience of this very cool building with someone who really understands the finer points of old school bartending. It’s a lost art, & it was much appreciated.

This review is for the restaurant. Do you want free food here? Here’s how: 1. Be Asian. 2. Ask a question about the menu — you’ll get a sharp “NO,” and watch your turn pass. But endure. 3. Notice that everyone else gets cutlery, except your table. You’ll have to ask for it. But endure. 4. Receive a napkin already decorated with someone else’s eyelash and a mysterious stain. But endure. 5. Try to enjoy your meal, but before you finish, she tries to clear your plate without asking. But endure. 6. When you pay with your card using the POS, add a humble $2 tip — because you’re still trying to be polite despite the disappointing service. 7. Enjoy Niagara Falls. 8. Then, later, you’ll find that the total amount on your card isn’t your original bill plus the tip. Why? She will adjust the total to make it look like she got an 18% tip. 9. Once you realize your card charge was modified by someone, come back to the restaurant and ask for your receipt. 10. She’ll hand you a receipt with a negative total, saying "Is this what you want?", and an hour later, your entire payment is mysteriously canceled. I really didn’t want to think this was racial, but the tables around us were asked, “How’s your meal?” while we quietly became invisible. We live in New York City and were just on a weekend trip — never expected to face this kind of treatment. Also note: my friend and I have never left those small tip. It was our first time. But you know what? The total amount magically changed. $40.88 became $45.20. If you ever get poor service, check your card statement carefully — apparently, accuracy seems flexible. Niagara Falls was breathtaking, but this restaurant managed to wash away every good memory faster than the waterfall itself.

We enjoyed our stay in the Cornwall Suite of the Red Carriage Inn. The proximity to what we wanted to do in the area was great. The building has a very cozy feel and was clean and well maintained. We would stay here again if we ever come back to the Niagara area.

The rooms were spotless, modern, and super comfortable — I especially loved the cozy beds and beautiful view. The amenities were amazing — from the pool and fitness area to the delicious breakfast buffet that made every morning feel special. You can tell the team here takes real pride in the guest experience. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, but this one truly stands out for its exceptional service, attention to detail, and relaxing atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back — highly recommend Hilton Falls Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, class, and genuine hospitality!

The hotel was clean and the room was good. However, there was an issue with the bathroom light shining into the room at night. Parking was far from the hotel. The breakfast was very poor — the dishes and cups were dirty, and the juice was served in a paper cup. The food had no taste at all, even after adding salt. The waiter’s behavior was unprofessional. Breakfast for two cost 100 CAD, which was definitely not worth it. Not recommend this hotel at all.

Beautiful Hotel Our Hotel room is in need of some renovations. Was a bit disappointed, specifically booked a room in the North Tower, with both the Canadian and USA Fallsview, but was put in the South Tower. Main difference, south tower only has a large window to see the falls, north tower window is from ceiling to floor, wall to wall window. I wanted this room for my grandchildren’s experience. But other than that, staff was great, very attentive! Loved the infinity pool, and the ability to watch the fireworks from there. Parking is very expensive, quoted $65/night during the weekdays, but with taxes, just under $80/ per night. But what an experience staying so close to all the attractions and having a 24 hour view of the falls. Definitely would come back! Thank You Hilton for the lovely stay.

Rented 3 rooms 2 of the rooms were great but 3rd one was a nightmare. From the time we walked into the room was nothing but issues. Door didn’t lock fully batteries were dying in the lock. Phone did not work. Went to one of other rooms to use phone to inform front desk. We were heading out to find food told them it was ok for them to go in. Go back to the room to change realize there are used tissues under the desk fine not a huge deal but gross. We dealt with that. Then the toilet would not flush sent maintenance to plunge it went down. Went back out to see the falls at night came back to the room toilet would not flush again. Messaged desk to let them know. Finally water went down some so went to bed. Husband got up to get a shower this morning hopped in he is pretty blind without glasses he didn’t notice until he was in the shower already that there was no shower gel or soap someone put lotion in the shower so he became slimy. Rest of room got up went to bathroom toilet almost over flowed to floor wrapped towels around base of toilet Incase it decided to over flow. Told front desk again about it again. glad other family members room was next door to use theirs. Went to checkout and told them again about issues no compensation no nothing just a text later in the day hoping we would stay again if we came back. This hotel is a joke 3 rooms only 2 with functioning bathrooms. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I also emailed them like they told me to and have yet to get a response.

I was pretty disappointed, honestly. I booked a two bedroom suite with a fireplace and views of both the Canadian and American falls. It was a legally correct description, but barely. If you craned your neck to see around the casino, you had a small view of the Canadian falls. When I think “suite”, I think of a seating area and two bedrooms. Instead, you walk into one bedroom, through the bathroom area and into another bedroom. The fireplace was more like a TV. We paid for a fold away bed- it was the most awful bed and they didn’t even bring a blanket for it. The internet disconnected every 10 minutes. And the parking is offsite and about 3 times more expensive than all the lots around it. As I’m typing, I feel like 2 stars is probably being too generous. The only real positive- there was a great view of the American falls. Spend the extra money and stay at the Marriott or Embassy Suites. It’s not much more for WAY better.

Our original hotel moved us here upon check in because of plumping. Check in was efficient and the staff were super kind and helpful. Our only thing that leaves me question cleanliness was a half opened bottle of water left on the table and a little bit of garbage in one of the bins. Not huge deal but I can see how this can be missed Views were absolutely breathtaking. My kiddos first time staying in a hotel on the falls and also thought it was the coolest thing. We went for a swim first thing in the morning before checking out. The infinity pool was really nice. The kids swim area was also nice! Really great addition to a stay!

Well, we decided to go with Hilton for a change since we’ve been at Embassy. First, parking is added and one of the parking chaperones was quite rude and brash. Next, the elevators from Parking to Lobby take their sweet time. Lobby, long queues, confused attendants/receptionists - couldn’t put the hold on another card and poorly explained which amounts were being held. This resulted in countless holds and release charges on our card including $5 each for NAYA (yes, NAYA) bottled water with tax. Meanwhile we are rewards members. Next the room, we requested a certain level but were granted another lower one which was not the worst. Creaky couch, pillow smelled like spit, towels were obviously stained and used but were left for us as the next guests to use. I ended up using a hand towel for bath. The shower was nice, WC was too low. Jet stream tub looked okay but we weren’t interested. TV channels were great. Ventilation wasn’t the best. The room got cool but breathing wasn’t easy. Also there’s light from the socket that reflects into the room via the glass partition into the room so we had a hard time sleeping. The sockets on the bedside table sparked. Fridge and all were cool. Decent experience overall but your call agents and front desk team should be more knowledgeable about charges and holds. For 3 days, we’ve been seeing constant charges and I doubt we will consider this Hilton in our next vacation. Also, coordinate with the parking agents so that we get the parking billed to the room as they emphasize.

We stayed at this hotel expecting Hilton-level service, but unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, there was no bellhop available to assist us with our luggage. We had to manage the baggage cart and bring everything to the room on our own – which is quite unexpected at a hotel of this level. In the next morning, we left the room at 9:00 AM and returned at 4:00 PM after a long, wet day at Niagara Falls, expecting a clean and ready room with fresh towels. Unfortunately, the room hadn’t been cleaned, and there were no fresh towels provided. When we asked the front desk, we were told housekeeping might come as late as 6:00 PM – something we were never informed of, and definitely not standard in a hotel of this category. The parking fee was also disappointing – CAD $25 per night, while just across the street there's a public lot for only CAD $10. When we questioned this, we were simply told that “land here is expensive,” which doesn’t feel like a thoughtful or guest-friendly explanation. It’s surprising that management didn’t consider offering a small gesture, like a coupon to the Starbucks just across from the reception, to make the wait for housekeeping more pleasant – especially given the inconvenience. Such a simple gesture could have made a real difference in our experience. The room itself was large and comfortable, but the refrigerator was quite noisy. Overall, the hotel has potential thanks to its location and facilities, but the service, communication, and management decisions fell below what we’ve come to expect from Hilton.

This hotel sticks out like a sore thumb from many of the other Hilton properties I’ve stayed in. This review will focus on amenities and service provided to diamond status members. 1. No upgrade offered - hotel was full it seemed. I get it. But a mention would have be nice. 2. No cookies offered at check-in 3. Tried to call to ask for an earlier check-in. After 15 minutes on hold, the conversation was unproductive: “room is not ready yet, but if you want to try to come earlier you can try. No guarantees” 4. Complimentary diamond breakfast is a $12 voucher. According to Hilton standards vouchers are for US hotels only and intentionally continental breakfast is offered. Coincidentally $12 does not cover continental breakfast at the hotel. See picture of the menu. I paid an extra $12 for the buffet which consisted of powdered eggs, cheap syrup, sausage and no bacon, and cold cubed potatoes. In general this seems to be one of those locations that are part of the Hilton family by convenience but rely so heavily on tourism and tour groups that offering a high quality Hilton service seems unnecessary.

This DoubleTree is in an excellent location in Niagara Falls, ON. We had a fallsview room, which was well worth the slightly higher price than other rooms. The front desk and room service staff were all friendly. The hotel was very clean and well-kept. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Price is fair for what you get! Was scared because Niagara has turned very popular for parties and had before a bad experience in a hotel smelling just cigarettes and this time I was going with my newborn. I didn’t want to spend a crazy amount of money for one night in Niagara, found this hotel which its price isn’t the cheapest but also is very accessible, got there with my family (we were celebrating my moms birthday) and we had a very nice first impression! Lobby is so nice, the place looks renovated and very clean! Staff is very friendly! Special mention to valet parking staff! Rooms are clean and comfy for one weekend The room has a mini fridge which was very useful for a new momma breastfeeding and pumping milk! They also provided a crib for my little one, it wasn’t the newest or best crib but it was very helpful for us! Location is amazing, walking distance to the falls! Would definitely go back!

We attended the doubletree for a hockey tournament recently and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is great, it’s clean and tidy, staff if prompt and courteous, and the rooms are very good. They have a pool, hut tub, sauna, huge lobby and a in house restaurant that serves good food, and a star bucks for coffee and treats. Overall we rate it a 4 star. Minor fixes needed like most older hotels. The bathroom sink drained slow, and the tub tap was a bit leaky, and some of the guests in our group complained of room odour, but ours was nice.

Well appointed rooms and close enough to walk to get any conveniences. Service was very poor. My room key-card stopped working and couldn't get back into my room in the morning. After a visit to lobby and delayed wait for house keeping to open my room (25min), I missed my pre-booked shuttle to get to my coach by 10min at check out. Both house keeping and front lobby staff said there were issues with the system that morning, possibly due to daylight savings. When I asked if the hotel could possibly cover a 10min Uber ride to my coach, the manager said key-cards fail all the time and not their fault, however it was my fault for not allowing enough time. She came across very accusatory and angry. She implied that I made up the story and just wanted a free taxi. I have stayed at Double Tree and The Hilton chain many times abd have never come across this poor service. Based on that I would not recommend Double Tree Niagara.

Safi at the front desk was exceptional when checking me in. Although I had booked through a third party and wasn't eligible for my HiltonHonors benefits, he was honest and great at explaining why. He was also able to accommodate an early check in, which was much appreciated. Location is great. We did not visit the restaurant or bar. Subtracting a star because I had reviewed/budgeted the booking on my Hilton app and the parking states $25/day on there, but when we arrived, there is now a sticker taped over a previous price stating $35. I did sign to agree to the $35/night as I hadn't originally noticed when checking in, but felt somewhat cheapened when the hotel would not honor the price on their app... The staff was great and very polite but explained they would not reduce the price by $10. Not sure why, when it seems like a Hilton error that the prices are different.

Our recent stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls was absolutely superb and exceeded our expectations. This is a truly excellent hotel that matched all of our requirements perfectly. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and helpful, which made check-in a breeze. Our room was impressively spacious, very clean, and provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel's location is unbeatable for accessing the falls and major attractions. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Niagara Falls and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

Our 2 nights stay here with 2 toddlers and 1 infant was nothing but exceptional. Rooms are spacious and clean, service is superb. Shout out to Danny the Manager, he went above and beyond just to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Very accommodating and professional. Easy access, good location and parking. Highly recommended!!!

This place was great! Perfect location to walk to so many fun things. We walked to the Falls to take the tour boat but Ubered back since we got so wet. The whole area is full of restaurants and shopping and family fun. We ended up eating in The Keg both nights e were there. Not sorry. The food was great! Hotel feels new and was very clean.

Minor cleanliness and maintenance issues aside (a few hairs left over in the room's Jacuzzi tub, some grout that needs scrubbing, and an out of order elevator), this is a reasonable hotel option for folks visiting Niagara Falls. It's also technically walking distance to the Falls, though it's not a short hike. It was substantially cheaper than other Marriott options, though it doesn't come with a view of the Falls like some of the others, and the overall room quality is a bit lower. Although I've certainly seen worse-maintained hotels, the hotel has seen better days. The rooms all had numbers taped to the doors instead of actual room number signs, which is a bit sketchy. That said, some of the rooms seem to have been recently renovated, and it made the stay much more comfortable. The bed in particular was great, as was the Jacuzzi tub (not available in every room, sadly). Front desk staff was professional and helpful. There were some weirdos outside the hotel hollering at around midnight, but I figure that is just part of staying in the touristy areas of the town, particularly given the large number of bars (ex. Hooters) in the immediate vicinity. Just lock your car, don't leave any valuables in it, and keep your head on a swivel and you'll probably be fine. Overall, not bad for $120 USD (off season, obviously). Wish it came with free breakfast or something, but it's fine for the price point, especially since I can just as easily manage with some coffee and an apple fritter from Tim Hortons.

Everything here was awesome!!! Very kind staff, cleanest rooms you'd ever seen, and beautiful views of the town and possibly Niagara Falls. (I don't know about the view for Niagara falls because I wasn't on that side of the hotel) The pools are smaller in person than what they seem to be in photos, but they're pleasantly warm. They aren't heated, but there is a hot tub which is great and relaxing. Huge too. They have a gym and restaurant as well! I loved my stay. The beds were so comfy, everything was so quiet and I believe soundproof because I didn't hear anything through the walls! You should definitely come here!

Super clean, friendly staff. Got a great deal on a family suite for the weekend. 10 min or less walk to Clifton Hill. My only caveat is that this place only has 2 elevators servicing 10 floors. One was not working when I was there, but the hotel did allow us to use the service elevator, which was helpful. Also… there’s a Keg in the lobby!! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location very clean room. Big newly remodeled shower. They had issues with the elevators one was being remodeled so the 2nd one was over worked. One day we used there service elevator all day. My son used the stairs. But that was fine. Our room didn't have a microwave so we had to burn our popcorn in the lobby. Lol. We had a good time.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. This was our 3rd stay at this hotel in the same room with an amazing view of the falls. My only complaint is they have tiny little pillows on a king-size bed. I know many hotels do this, so I will keep writing it in my reviews. If you have a king-size bed, you should have king-size pillows. We bought king-size pillows for $9 each at Walmart. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Great stay!!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! If you’re going to read an honest review, please take time to read this one. My fiance and I went on a last minute vacation from Nov. 28 to Dec. 1. Because of the short time, we were able to get this hotel for a cheaper rate. The lobby was very pretty decorated for Christmas and the rooms were nicer than expected. Despite these pros to this hotel, the customer service we received was the worst thing I have ever experienced. We paid for the hotel and parking before we arrived, then called to confirm the booking. Everything was great until we had checked out and they asked to charge our card?? I clarified we already paid and they told us it was on hold until checkout, seemed normal so we proceed, and left. After we left we checked the charges and they over charged us $40, we called and they basically told us that it’s not their problem and they don’t know what we are talking about. We let that go because it wasn’t worth the $40. Now it’s three days later, Dec. 4 and they charged us an additional $400 (with absolutely no explanation/email receipt). We have called and again nothing but refusal to help us figure out this situation and transferring us to a line where no “manager” has picked up after multiple calls. I absolutely do NOT recommend staying here. Whoever is in charge of this hotel will not help you after they commit fraud by charging unauthorized payments to your card. Save your money and do not stay here or spend a little bit more to stay at a nicer place that won’t scam you and refuse to help you.

Our stay at the Fallsview Radisson Hotel in Ontario, Canada, was absolutely fantastic! The highlight was the stunning view of Horseshoe Falls right from our room—waking up to that incredible sight every morning was unforgettable. The large windows allowed us to take in the breathtaking scenery, day and night. The service at the hotel was excellent, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay even more enjoyable. While parking is paid, there are convenient options available, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to the falls and other attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and, of course, those unbeatable falls views!

Our stay was truly perfect and matched the website's description exactly. The front desk staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional kindness and assistance. For the first time, we experienced complete privacy in our room — the floor was serene, with no room service carts cluttering the hallways and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere throughout. We had an amazing experience at the Radisson, we spent 4 nights for our honeymoon. Views can vary depending on the room selected, we chose the prime view. The hotel isn't new so the room was a little bit dated but it was clean which I find more important. The rooms with this view are at the end of the hallway so guaranteed to be quiet as well. The staff was extremely nice and always with a smile. One nice perk is that you will get a text once you check in and you can text the front desk should you require anything like extra towels or pillows. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would recommend this hotel.

Very friendly service at the front desk, the process to make the reservation and check-in was fast and efficient. The view of our room amazing. We could bring our dogs and the room was big enough to accommodate 2 adults, 2 kids, the dogs beds and still have space with small living area. The location is perfect; walking distance to restaurants and the falls. First 3 pictures were taken from our room and the last from a walk close by.

I was meant to check into this hotel for a one night stay using a gift certificate I had received - we were so excited. Calling the make the reservation last week was an easy process, however today I receive an email saying the hotel is under different ownership and my reservation needed to be cancelled (less than 24hrs notice) BUT that I had to call and deal with it. When I called to get more information I was left on hold for over 15 MINUTES and then the phone was hung up. When I called back I was immediately dismissed saying the hotel was under new management, the gift certificate would not be honoured. The service was so incredibly rude from the staff it's ensured that I will never spend my money there. Hopefully their new management will train their employees on how to treat guests in the future.

Decided last minute to spend 1 more night in town and found a great deal at this hotel. Previously we spent double the money at a hotel closer to the falls. Wish we found this earlier. We were blown away! The pool and hot tubs were so clean and the recreational area was amazing. Very family friendly. The staff was so welcoming at the front desk, especially Victoria. She answered all of our questions and was very gracious, informative and helpful. Hands down a great family place to stay! The room was clean, coffee stocked, and pillows comfortable.

It's a really nice affordable hotel. Kids love the pool and arcade. It was a little bit farther than I would have liked from the actual Falls but not their fault at all. The front desk is friendly. The room has been nice. It has a fridge which is great for bringing snacks.

We loved our stay at Best Western Plus Cairn Croft! The entire property was clean and well maintained, and the indoor pool was a big hit—super clean and perfect for the kids. Having a restaurant right on site was incredibly convenient, and the food was surprisingly good for a hotel restaurant. It’s only about 10 minutes from Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill, which made it easy to go back and forth without the chaos of staying right in the busy tourist area. The rooms are a little dated, but I highly recommend booking one by the courtyard—those ones have laminate flooring and feel much fresher. Bonus: you’re steps away from the Zen garden and pool area. Overall, a great family-friendly spot. We’ll definitely be back!

Firstly as awesome as Niagara Falls itself is, this hotel is way too far away from the waterfall and the nearby tourist businesses. Best Westerns can be fantastic to spend overnight on the way to your destination, but they are terrible when you're at your destination, these are not resorts. This particular Best Western has the most boring hotel room ever. We have Pluto TV and Tubi on our internet and computers we don't need them on the TV, the Canadian version of Tubi is maximumly underwhelming (if not terrible) anyway. Also there is nothing special about offering Netflix, Disney+, Crave, etc; as a service when you don't an account for those. Seriously when I was at this hotel, I felt like I was in solitary confinement.

This is my favorite hotel among all the places I’ve stayed with my family over the years! We loved every aspect of our stay. The hotel is clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. The facility itself is a magical setup for families. Parents may relax on the patio while children swim or play. Breakfast at the Irish Pub restaurant is excellent for kids and adults. My children are already asking to go back for another vacation at this hotel!

We just spent 2 nights here and had a blast! We stayed in the family suite with 3 queen beds and the room is very large! It's a bit dated but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The pool area is amazing for kids! The service was great and the restaurant was delicious. It is in a quiet area but not so far from Clifton Hill that you are isolated. It's a cheap Uber ride down to the action. I highly recommend this hotel!! It's very reasonably priced and a great place for families.

This place is a hidden 💎 The reviews don't lie. On the outside it seems very average but on the inside it's very beautiful and luxurious. The room had a fireplace and jacuzzi. Big! (Yes!!) We loved our stay here. The only thing we didn't love was the breakfast (in bed..That's wonderful) repeats the same exact thing every day. So essentially you're eating the same thing everyday.. maybe that's something they can improve on. Other than that, what a splendid stay 🙌

Stayed for one night on our drive home to the US. The facility has excellent customer service. There is coffee, tea, and water available for self-serve in the entrance at all times. They also have a spa and restaurant, which we didn't get a chance to try - but hopefully will one day when we return. Our room was very spacious, it felt bigger than our own apartment. We truly enjoyed the jetted-tub and the bed was comfortable to us. The location can be considered slightly sketchy but it is extremely close to Clifton Hill and all the attractions. The facility itself is quiet. The only thing to note is if your room is on the first floor, you are likely to hear the people above you. For majority of our night there, we heard loud stomping footsteps from the room above us. Suggestions: - providing a microwave in the rooms - adding another cable outlet or outlet docking station so that BOTH nightstands are equipped. - for a future update - the sink faucets were too short where the spout was barely above center of the bowl, making it difficult for us to wash our hands Overall, we would definitely return to Sterling Inn & Spa, and will be recommending it to several friends and family. My room was upgraded to a newly renovated room with a jacuzzi. I absolutely loved it. Staff was also very friendly and called to make sure I was enjoying my stay. It's also in a great location and walking distance to everywhere (you might be sore the next day, though 😅), including Niagara Falls. Also, be sure to check out the spa. Tim gave an amazing therapeutic massage! I would definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent hotel. They never missed a thing from Breakfast in bed to steam shower. Elegant decor and it was upscale, polite staff,Price was very low for what you recieved. You would have thought it would be double or even triple. Stayed in many hotels in past 75 years this has been the best my husband and I have ever stayed. Thanks

I absolutely loved my stay at the Sterling Inn & Spa! The room was spotless, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable — I had one of the best nights of sleep ever. Breakfast in bed was such a nice touch and made the morning feel extra special. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. I can’t wait to come back!

I went with my husband for a 4 night stay, the hotel is clean and pleasant, bed was a little hard for our taste, but room was clean, bathroom need to be clean more because you can see the mold around, breakfast in bed is a nice touch the only thing is they serve the same everyday and at the third day you want something different so changing the menu for at least 3 different ones will be a great idea, location is not wonderful but is walking distance to all attractions. In general it was okay.

Another fantastic stay at our favourite hotel. We stayed in a king bed room with tub which was beautiful and so relaxing. We were checked in quickly by warm and friendly front desk staff. Breakfast to our room which is included is a big plus for us! Our stay included a meal at the AG restaurant which was absolutely delicious as always. We've only had great experiences with all the staff, from Deborah the manager to the wait staff in the restaurant to anyone in housekeeping, everyone has been friendly and helpful. We love staying here also for it's location. The hotel is steps away from Clifton Hill which makes it perfect for walks down to the falls. Looking forward our best stay!

The hotel is super convenient for the price, both of the rooms and of the parking. The room is spacious but seems a bit dated, and also the bathroom is quite dark. Breakfast included is disappointing with not many options, like no fruit syrup for the waffles and no biscuits, also sometimes not enough tables to accommodate all guests. It doesn’t make much sense for me that you have to go to the reception to find a microwave, or that you have to leave a ticket for breakfast but no one checks who enters. The staff of the hotel is very welcoming and present, but clearly not prepared enough to accomplish your needs. Sufficient for a short stay in which you mainly care about visiting the area.

Country Inn & Suites is located near Clifton Hill and offers decent value for what you get. The hotel is decently renovated although it does show a few signs of age in the hotel rooms and elevators. We had an overall comfortable stay and made use of the swimming pool, fitness room and complementary breakfast. Conveniently water can be refilled from the ice machines. The swimming pool is slightly dark but is relatively quiet from limited use. The fitness room has a band machine and a few running machines only. The breakfast room is relatively packed in the morning, be sure to bring your vouchers for access. Scrambled eggs were strangely clumpy but everything else was similar to other good hotels.

King suite was spacious. Service was great and the location is perfect. Walkable to everything but just outside the noisy areas. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Didn’t use the pool but seemed popular. $24 for parking but could stay until 2pm day of checkout so that was nice. It is an older hotel but for the price, we’d stay again. Edit: seems to be some mistake. The check in process was great and the staff were very friendly!

Quiet location but within walking distance to the falls and Clifton Hill. We got a good rate for 5 days 4 nights for just over $700 US dollars. We stayed in a room with a King bed, Suite with a whirlpool. The bathroom area wasn't very large but it was sufficient for what we needed it for. The room was comfy. Lots of space to spread out. Would definitely stay there again if the rates are still reasonable.

We got the room with the 2 person bath tub, it was wonderful. The breakfast had a great self-serve selection. It was a short walk from transit (15min walk) and attractions (3-10min walk depending on what you're doing). Only complaint is that the TV in the room was a cable TV with few channels. We could not connect to it via bluetooth/airplay and we did not bring an HDMI cable.

Overall the stay was okay. The breakfast definitely needs improvement, more fresh fruits and potatoes on the side can be added. More options in breakfast would be nice. Rooms size wise were good, but they need to be maintained better. The chairs and switches and area around switches was dirty. The door knobs, handles were sticky and dirty. It was okay to stay but when we compare our stay at other country inn locations, it has been very much better than this location. The reception staff was kind and helpful. The reception seating area was nice to hangout. Location is close by to attractions, need to take a bus to main area. Overall good stay except room cleanliness which can be improved.

The location of the hotel and friendliness of the employees was a plus and much appreciated. Our refrigerator was broken at arrival and water had leaked under the base and floor. Maintenance was able to replace the fridge but the replacement had issues as well and both transitions left a mess of wet mud dirt all over the floor that I ended up cleaning. Pic was taken after cleaned with a towel to show how much mud was still left over. The refrigerator wasn’t fully cool/frozen till the next morning so we didn’t even get to use it. I paid extra for a jacuzzi tub for a special occasion and was unable to use due to the drain plug being broken. It was replaced but that one also had the same problem. Lots of dust and the base of the shower was dirty with residue. Breakfast was crowded and the containers of food were left empty. The coffee was also empty and after waiting, I left to my room to eat what I was able to find. I know things happen sometimes, it’s just disappointing for the overpriced room and amenities that were broken, we didn’t have the best experience. Between the construction pounding and the broken appliances, I wish we could have enjoyed our evening better without having to call maintenance multiple times.

I recently stayed at the Travelodge Fallsview Hotel during my trip to Niagara Falls, and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The room was absolutely perfect—spacious, modern, and spotless. You could tell they take great pride in keeping the rooms in top condition. Everything was well-maintained, and I felt right at home. What really stood out, though, were the staff members. The front desk ladies were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They made check-in a breeze and gave great recommendations for local spots to visit. The breakfast waiter was another highlight. She were so sweet and friendly, making the morning feel extra special. You can tell she genuinely care about making your experience memorable. From the location (just a short walk to Niagara Falls) to the overall quality of the room and service, this hotel deserves all five stars. If I ever come back to Niagara Falls, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. The Travelodge Fallsview Hotel goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was our first time at the Travelodge motel. It's a 3 star in my eyes for everything except the price I was able to get it at during peak season. I booked in May and it definitely saved me alot. The morning buffet is not bad as well because even at other places it would be around the same per person or more.. didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool but I saw other guests use it. The room was air conditioned and it definitely kept us cool during those got couple of days. The walk is not too bad to Clifton hills about 10-15 depending...

Pleasantly surprised with my stay at travelodge, some reviews were mixed so I had doubts but the place was flawless, location was great not in the heart of the action so was nice to be less busy but only a 5 min walk to Clifton hill to get into the action. Room was very clean and seemed to be renovated recently, staff was great and pleasant and very polite. I’ve stayed in hotels that was twice the price of this one in Niagara and would still pick this one if it was the same price. Pool was great with the hot tub and sauna too, gym was N/A during my stay. Overall would recommend and stay here again great price location and service. Highly recommended staying here.

Location and service were great! Hotel needs a refit everything in it is old. But the service was great, people really lift up this hotel. I’d recommend anyone to stay just for the service. We had an issue in the room (maintenance) and it was promptly corrected and we were even pampered with a special accommodation. Great service. But the building is as old and dated as it can get. Change mattresses, update TV services, dated carpet (although clean!), dated pool, fitness was closed (I think they don’t advertise they have one tbh) - would stay again for the price.

The location is awesome, the staff could be friendlier. Rooms are clean and beds were comfortable. The price was great, and the pool is good. The rooms and hallways could use some updates, but overall a great budget stay!

I’m giving the room three stars mainly because it could use a renovation. The furniture and décor felt outdated, and some of the fixtures showed signs of wear. However, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service from the staff was friendly and welcoming. The best part was the location—just a short walk from the Falls, which made sightseeing very convenient. Overall, it was a decent stay, but with a few updates, it could easily be a four- or five-star experience.

Fantastic location with a nice view. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the bedroom had brand-new furniture. I wasn’t too sure about the cleanliness of the carpets, but since my mom and I were only there for one night, it wasn’t a big issue. The beds were very comfortable.

Overall I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. When we arrived at 9:45 at night the sign was not lot up so I was a little concerned what we had reserved but when we entered the office, the front desk attendant was very friendly, helpful and informative. She checked us in quickly and we were on our way to our room. When we arrived our room it was very clean and we had no complaints. The only issue we did have was getting the TV to work which we eventually figured out. I was surprised that outdoor heated pool was open and clean. And it stays open until midnight. It was a bit chilly out though so we didn't take advantage of that this time. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

My family and myself visited your hotel the fourth of July weekend. We took up two rooms and one room had spacious areas including a big bathroom but my wife's room and I had a small barely fit in one at a time bathroom. Also the bathroom light wouldn't turn off for some reason. They did have breakfast and a pool which is considered a luxury apparently. I found some of the staff took their job serious while some wanted stand around and gossip with each other. However the staff was overall friendly and answered questions that I had with knowledge and positivity.

I stayed in a king jacuzzi suite on 8/2/2025. Check in service was great, 2 minute process. I was hesitant on what the appearance of my room would be after reading recent reviews. I was absolutely amazed with my room. Was fit for a princess. The decor and furnishings to accent the room were stunning. The room was spotless. No bugs, it had clean linen and towels, no complaints from me. Was a joy to watch the young kids enjoy themselves in the pool and on the playground at night and first thing in the morning. Only a 9 minute drive from the falls. I would definitely book this room at this hotel again. I loved it!!!

We arrived at the hotel, and the night shift lady was not helpful; it took her a long time to bring the rolling bed, which she left outside our room. Upon entering the room, we wiped down the surfaces and found that it hadn't been cleaned beforehand. On the other hand, the day shift ladies were sweet and helpful. The breakfast was average and needed more variety, with changes every other day instead of the same options daily. The grounds were not well-maintained; we saw a dirty pad near the kids' playground, and the trash wasn't collected or cleaned.

My experience is... I've visited Niagara Falls NY 5 times in Total.. an all 5 times, I've stayed here. Every stay has been excellent. As a frequent Traveler sometimes arrangements can get screwed up.. Twice I've had such Screw ups with my apps I was using. This Staff here went far & above with helping me.. Just this stay.. the Day Manager she saved the day for me.. ever since the Staff here helped me.. I do not go anywhere else. This is a very nice Family Oriented Hotel. They have a Pool, Laundry room for Guests, and a very good Hot Breakfast. I would recommend anyone especially with a Family.. this is your place to stay.

the bed was comfortable. the room was in good shape except for the bedside lamp that did not completely work, the phone in the room did not work, and the floor needed a good mopping. water pressure in the shower was fair. the pool was in use, so I reckon it was OK. there is a small playground near the pool for the kids. there was a microwave and fridge in the room, but no coffee maker. breakfast was fair, consisting of waffles, oatmeal, cereal, bananas, bagels, toast, and muffins. no eggs or meat. staff was polite and professional.

Adrianna at check in is the best! The rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and with a shuttle service right across the street, all of our needs were met. We had a great vacation and highly recommend these accommodations.

We had a king size bed on 5th floor. Bed very comfortable. No carpet on floors was great. Everything clean. No smell, nothing broken, bathroom fan quiet, tv great with hundreds of channels, warm indoor pool. Breakfast good, had coffee, toast, muffin, yogurt and banana. Staff make waffles for you. We put everything in a small box and ate on our private balcony. Parking available. We walked to Clifton Hill and beyond. Everyone at check in and check out polite. First came here during covid. All safety protocols in effect. For breakfast we were given a bagged breakfast to go.

The receptionist was very polite and helpful, his name was Happy! The family room was spacious and comfortable, although the floor was a bit dusty. Breakfast could use a bit more variety, and we were a little disappointed when we asked for four waffles for four adults but received the children-sized ones instead. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the location was super convenient.

Very satisfied with the service, especially the staff (happy). We had unexpected car issues and suddenly needed a hotel, and the staff member managed to give us a room at a good price in an emergency. He even provided extra pillows, a single mattress, and was incredibly helpful, The breakfast had plenty of options, more than enough for one person in the morning. Although the breakfast room was small and people had to line up from the stairs and elevator, the hotel itself is very spacious, with two swimming pools. I hope they will consider expanding the breakfast area, but overall it was a really good stay and the location near the Falls made it even better

Room was clean. The sink is the bathroom was broken from one side. They could make some small changes to make it more high end.....such as provide slippers and some more toilet paper roll in the bathroom. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Location is really nice..

We were not sure what to expect but from check in till we left, we had a great stay! Staff at check in (Happy) was very friendly, made sure we had every information we needed for a comfortable stay . Adequate space for parking , rooms were basic but had all we needed (enough towels, fridge, microwave, AC worked perfectly, beds were okay , we also had a sofa bed in our room) We enjoyed having a balcony as well . They have 2 pools - indoor and outdoor. We didn't get to swim though, we were out at the falls all day . The only downside I had was the noise in the bathroom , which was from the fan. Facilities are dated but still work ! Also, breakfast room is small and felt stuffy. We ate quickly so others could get seats . All in all, thank you for a nice stay👏🏼

A great little budget hotel. Within 10 mins walk of Clinton Hill and 15 mins walk of Niagara Falls. Centrally located. I was allocated a Queen sized room which was clean and comfortable. Nice hot showers. My room contained a Jacuzzi which was a nice addition. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Happy and John (sorry if I got John's name wrong!) who had lots of knowledge about local attractions. Breakfast basic but filling, very good. You could choose from fruit, freshly made waffles, cereals, teas and coffee. Toast, hard boiled eggs, crossiant, and muffins. More than enough to set you up for a day of sightseeing. The actually breakfast area was a little dissapointing. Small and in the basement, it reminds me of a school canteen. After night 1, I took my breakfast back to my room. Nice hot shower, clean bedding, large TV. Close enough to see the beautiful fireworks from the 3rd floor if you don't fancy walking to the falls to see it. All in all, a great experience. I would definately book again if I were planning a return visit

Great location for the Clifton Hill attractions. We once stayed here long before Super 8 took over. It was OK then, but there have been upgrades to the rooms that make it much better now. I love that there is an indoor and an outdoor pool. Service is quick and cheerful. My only complaints: The breakfast room is way too small and uncomfortably hot. We just grabbed our breakfast and went back to our room. I thought $20 a night for a cot for the teenaged son was a bit much, considering we didn't have any extra guests.

The good: Great location to the falls. Worth the extra money for the location and this place seemed nicer than the other hotels nearby. Staff were very friendly. I was also able to check-in early. Huge plus as we were able to get to the falls earlier than expected. The bad: the bathroom door in the room is not an actual door that closes. It's a sliding barn door. There is no privacy in the bathroom and someone can peak through if they wanted. If you have kids and forget to "lock" the door, they can (and probably will) pull the door out and come into the bathroom. The bathroom is not sound or smell proof either. Not a huge deterrent but something to note. Also, they play live music at night. I was not told this upon checking-in, but they played from 7pm to 10pm. So if you're like us and get back tired from the falls, you will not be able to sleep until they are finished. However, this can be a nice plus if you want to eat and have a drink on the rooms balcony and watch the band. Lastly, the beds were not very comfy and seemed old and outdated and there was a musty smell in the room.

I’m Platinum Elite business status so I do get perks, just an upfront disclaimer. We chose this hotel as we were making a cross country trip. I booked with points a couple hours before arrival. Room was clean and exactly what we booked. Microwave and mini fridge in a standard room with balcony. Walking distance to the falls. Desk staff were friendly and told us the best way to get to the park. Breakfast was cereal, bagels, toast, muffins, bananas, oj and coffee.

This is a prime location for all the attractions in Niagara Falls. You can walk to EVERYTHING such as: Falls, Maid of Mist, Canada via Rainbow bridge, Cave of winds, food places. We went during 4th and it was very fun. But this hotel was very expensive… cheaper than others near and queen beds. Hotel has a very interesting smell in lobby, but you get used to it. We had probably the worst room location wise, but it was available when we got there and we were tired. Room 109 across from elevator, window looked out to a wall and alley. I believe the attached used it for storage because we heard some racket around closing. Beds were pretty comfortable, no closet. Room very clean but room was a little musty, especially when we go there. Staff were great. Parking is behind property for 15.00 a day along as you get validated at hotel…

The staff, specifically Brandon, was very kind and knowledgeable. The hotel was within walking distance of the falls and all surrounding attractions/restaurants. Very nice bar/restaurant in the hotel with the best fish tacos I've had in a long time and a live band. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

I can't begin to describe how amazing this property is!!! The staff service was top notch. Brandon at the desk was so accommodating, and knowledgable about the area it made our entire stay a fantastic one. The room was very well appointed the hotel decor is what you would find in a hotel in Manhattan, not Niagara Falls but here we are! We stayed at the Holiday Inn last year and are surprised this is an IHG property.

If there was a hotel that was build for a girls getaway this is the place!! So first of all, the bar Sēvā is the totally gorgeous... I mean the level of details are stunning!!! The staff were so helpful and kind, plus the welcome treats are the cutest touch! So close to the falls to, we literally were taking a stroll at 2 am after the bar down the falls and it was pure magic. Not to mention super safe for 12 woman at that hour. Major shout out to Frank the sales director for setting us up for dinner and drinks on the rooftop bar...pure magic!!!!!

Nice rooms and customer service but the only place to hang out was in the restaurant bar area. Not many amenities, but they have a sister hotel with a small pool right up the street that your allowed to utilize. Location was amazing and a 8 minute walk from the falls.

We had a wonderful stay at The Brock Niagara Falls Fallsview, Tapestry by Hilton. The hotel is exceptionally clean and beautifully designed. We came to celebrate a birthday, and the team surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade — we received a Fallsview room, which made our stay even more special. We chose the breakfast package, and the breakfast was excellent. The view of the Falls from the dining area was amazing and the chef made a fantastic omelet. The staff was incredibly polite and welcoming — from the reception, to the breakfast buffet team, to the housekeeping staff. The location is also perfect, with easy access to all major attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return again!

This hotel has a charming, vintage aesthetic. Many of the original design elements were beautifully preserved during the remodel, giving the place a sense of history and character. The entrance is gorgeous, with a grand staircase leading up to the front desk. The staff was kind and welcoming, making us feel truly special from the moment we arrived. We had a balcony room with an incredible view of Niagara Falls. Although the room was on the smaller side, the breathtaking view more than made up for it. The remodeled bathroom was also small but very pretty and thoughtfully designed. The location is perfect—just a short distance from many attractions and the Rainbow Bridge. I also love this Hilton Collection property for its artistic vision and unique atmosphere. Overall, a lovely stay with a perfect mix of charm, comfort, and great service.

We had a great stay in 1207 on the royal floor. The room view was beautiful. Small issue with the toilet but was resolved quickly. Montso checked us in with a smile and was friendly and informative. Sue with housekeeping was very welcoming when we arrived. Would stay here again in this same room. Falls view from the bed it was relaxing! Close to everything and has a Starbucks on the ground level. Thanks for a nice stay and special thanks to Montso.

For the amount of money i spent a night ($350CAD), I'm disappointed to say the least. (I would like to say I love staying at Hiltons and am a gold member. ) The photos online looked amazing and was very excited to stay here, walking in this place is beautiful. Parking is a bit annoying, but we figured it out. Upon walking int our room it looked nice, and then once we sat down we started to notice the terrible state this room was in.. first it is a lot smaller inside than a standard room.. I'm not sure if they converted a king room into a double but there was no room to move, all of the doors, molding, bed frames, and side table all were damaged... and not scratches, full on cracks and gouges. The window that had a great view was a tiny 2'x2' size. You could open it to get some fresh air so i guess that's something. Also the amount of lady bugs in my room was strange, not sure if the previous person that was in there left the window open or what. Also the bathroom sink/vanity wasn't secured to the wall and every time you bumped it it would move off of the wall. Really disappointed in my stay here and the fact that Hilton is putting its name on it. It says they recently remodeled, and they literally just painted everything instead of actually going in and updating and removing and installing new items. I DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel, its the equivalent of slapping lipstick on a pig.

Rooms are out of date, very small and the "view" was through a narrow filthy window. There is one chair in the room but no place to sit in the room as it is extremely narrow. The bathroom was very old and tiny, shower had no water pressure at all. The closet was also tiny. There was an additional daily charge if $25 + tax that we were not told about until check in. There is a coffee maker in the room. No other room service. We paid everything in advance through a travel agent. Would NOT recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms and hallways, smells like a 4-star hotel instead of a 3. Great service, I wished parking was free. It was $25/ night. Sheets are also clean and fresh, washroom amenities are complete and they have those small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion 2 sets that you can use. In-room jacuzzi was a plus and they have a mini arcade on the first floor.

As a Diamond member I expect a hotel to give me the room I paid for. We booked a deluxe room and got dumped into “tower b”. No complimentary parking even for Diamond members. The room was not the deluxe room we booked and the people at the desk didn’t seem the slightest bit interested in fixing the problem. After 30 straight hours of driving the last thing you need is your hotel dumping you in whatever room they might have available. I booked a deluxe room to be able to relax. What we got was uncomfortable and loud. This was a couple years ago, but judging by current reviews they haven’t done much to fix it. Sad.

Stayed here as part of a tour group. The room for massive and well made up. Good size bathroom. Plenty of towels and shower, gel, etc. included. Full size fridge and a coffee maker. Good location. The only down-side was that some of the staff at breakfast were very unhelpful and I would actually stay rude (regarding one lady in particular). The rest of the staff however were very helpful and polite throughout. I also think it would be beneficial to let people know that it's a served breakfast with no choices. I did speak to somebody in the breakfast room who told me where to sit but did not mention this. Your staff might know the process but I personally didn't so it would have been helpful to get this information up front, which could have perhaps avoided the issues with the waiting staff.

Had a room with 3 queen beds - awesome!! Nicely Reno’d bathroom, comfy beds, great a/c. Room smelled slightly musty but was clean. So close to the Casino. Great spot!

Best hotel in Niagara! Affordable, CLEAN, Very comfy beds! After a nightmare hotel they were very accommodating and even upgraded my room. The 'Tower B' is kind if odd, but totally worth it for the friendly staff and clean linenes and rooms. I will be back!

Paid almost $200/night for a hotel that hasn't been updated in 25 years. Musty smell, tiny beds (said queens but were doubles), and parking was a nightmare. Location is great but there has to be better options. We won't be back ever again.

Didn't like a $40 late checkout fee...ridiculous. Parking lot is large and extra fee. Rooms were nice &clean. Couldn't get milk for my coffee. Staff were very business like but kind

This was by far the most disappointing holiday stay I have ever experienced. I had originally booked for three nights, but the conditions were so unacceptable that I checked out after just one night. To make matters worse, the hotel offered no value for money whatsoever. In fact, I was able to find a neighboring hotel at the last minute that provided significantly better service, cleaner facilities, and more amenities—all at a lower price. Hygiene and cleanliness appear to be nonexistent here. The carpets in the corridors were visibly dirty, the uncarpeted floors in the rooms were sticky, and the bathroom was in poor condition. The door would not close properly, and the sink was clogged, making it nearly unusable. Unfortunately, the service was equally disappointing. The reception staff were unhelpful and showed little willingness to accommodate even basic requests, leaving me with the impression that guest comfort and satisfaction are not priorities at this establishment. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying here. Your money and your holiday experience will be much better spent elsewhere. Don’t risk ruining your trip by booking this hotel.

The front desk associates were nice and helpful. Parking is a nightmare. I think that I was charged for nightmare parking. My first room smelled like feet and would. Could barely breathe. Asked for a different room and was politely and promptly accommodated. Second room was "fine" way less smelly but still had a slight funk. Breakfast was kind of nuts. The hotel was full. No real dining room. I skipped it. Payed for breakfast elsewhere. Pool and hot tub always full. Skipped that too. The band on the back lawn was lovely. The location was great. Each and every staff member that I encountered with the exception of the young lady at Papa John's were lovely. I wish that Quality Inn would tare down this relic. Build something beautiful and retain your staff. Give them a raise. They are the best part of this hotel.

The location is perfect! You are within walking distance of so much! We didn’t have to move our vehicle the entire trip. Lots to eat around too. The hotel was good, we had a 2 room suite and the TV wasn’t working and they had a new tv installed within 30 minutes. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Room was older but clean so no complaints.

you can easily find far better hotels nearby by paying just $20-40 more. This so-called “Quality Hotel” has absolutely no quality. Do yourself a favor: read the reviews before booking, otherwise you’ll end up here writing your own one-star review too. The bathtub and shower curtain smelled like someone had thrown up on them. Behind the bathroom door, there was a used towel still hanging — truly disgusting. The facial tissue box was completely empty, and housekeeping didn’t bother replacing it. When we went to the front desk to ask for tissues, the guy acted like it was somehow shameful for us to request a basic amenity. On top of that, there was a strange man vacuuming the carpet right outside our room for nearly an hour. I didn’t feel comfortable confronting him, so I called the front desk. Their response? “We don’t know, deal with it yourself.” Completely unprofessional. Parking was another rip-off. They told us to park in a shabby garage, promised to validate the ticket, but still charged us $20 in the end. I genuinely cannot believe this place is rated as a three-star hotel. I’ve stayed at two-star Holiday Inns that are way cleaner, friendlier, and better managed than this.

Won’t go again, never recommend as well. We booked a room for one night and was checked in around 4 PM by a polite gentleman at the front desk. At approximately 7 PM, another family scanned into our room, claiming they had been given the same room key(Both cards were written the same room number). We were extremely confused and tried calling the front desk, but the telephone in our room didn’t work. Then a very rude lady(staff) came in and told us to come downstairs to sort it out and claimed there was no record of our booking. As someone who had just experienced someone trying to enter my room minutes earlier, I was traumatized. I asked her to speak to me there and explained that I didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings unattended. She refused to stop and kept insisting I had to come down immediately. When we went down to the front desk, the same gentleman who had checked us in was still there. It was quickly confirmed that the mistake was on the hotel’s end. Despite this, the woman never apologized. Instead, she accused me of “making a scene” for not wanting to come down and repeatedly said, “this happens all the time.” Excuse me? That is a serious concern that needs to be addressed. When I asked her for an apology, she didn’t even bother to say sorry. Her “polite” co-worker chimed in and said to me, “She just wants to argue,” which was incredibly disrespectful. I felt extremely uncomfortable and asked to file a complaint to which they told me to speak with the manager the next day. The managers did apologize, but again, one of them - the lady said, “This happens all the time.” I don’t understand why this isn’t treated as a major safety issue by the staff. I reached out to Choice Hotels later some days, and they were pretty helpful and responsive. Overall the stay was not up to the mark - Dirty bed, lights not working, Intercom phone not working, the bathroom supplies were not refilled, messy breakfast area etc. I wasn’t expecting any princess treatment but as I was already so pissed so I noticed every inconvenience. Their ONLY selling point is their prime location, which is very close to the falls - but there’s multiple other options too.

Everything was good about the Hotel. Nice staff, nice ambience, nice breakfast although no indian Menu but still it was fine. Located just 200 meters aways from Niagara Park, 50 meters from Flix bus stand and close to atleast 4 indian restaurants. I would call it best place to stay.

If you're prioritizing proximity to Niagara Falls and a reasonable price, this hotel fits the bill perfectly. It's incredibly safe and conveniently located for exploring all the nearby attractions on foot. We spent three comfortable days and two nights here. The main point to note is the occasional noise from adjoining rooms. However, this was minor compared to the benefits. The breakfast was quite enjoyable, and the kids were constantly entertained by the swimming pool and multiple play areas, adding significant value to our stay.

I was not the one staying here, but it was family visiting. The hotel is great with their security to keep anyone that should not be there away from the property. The building is in good condition, and clean. The price is perfect for being so close to the entertainment of Clifton Hill. Did I mention it was clean? They have awesome cleaners on staff for not only the public places being clean, but so is the elevator and the rooms.

The hotel has decent amenities and a good location, but my experience was mixed. First, my initial room wasn’t very clean—there were stains on the carpet and dust on surfaces. Then, the AC didn’t work properly, forcing me to request a room change, which took longer than expected. Unfortunately, aside from the front desk, most staff members were unfriendly and unhelpful, making the issues feel more frustrating. The stay was manageable, but with better maintenance and hospitality, this place could be much better.

Perfect location! You can walk to the falls, get a bite to eat, and grab your souvenirs. All within walking distance. I was dissatisfied with the room they originally were giving us, and they were able to upgrade us without hesitation. The swimming pool was a nice perk. I thought breakfast was complimentary, but it was 15 for the breakfast buffet. I seen another couple thought the same, so we weren't reading wrong. I took away 1 star because the TV was very confusing....my guy was swearing every time he turned it on 🥴 but otherwise, a pleasant stay.

At the current time of this review (10/2025): $17 + tax per day per vehicle for guests. No continental breakfast. The hotel needs improvements. Do the math — you’re better off staying elsewhere at a similar price with free parking and breakfast included. Makes more sense.

Overall disappointing for $240 a night, plus $17 for parking. Room was humid and stuffy windows do not open in this hotel. Very dated rooms and bed linens, had like 7 standard size pillows on the king bed rather than king size pillows. Room wasn’t cleaned well as we found someone else’s medication on the floor beside the bed. Staff was trying to be helpful bringing a fan but it was quite uncomfortable still. Smells like it used to be a smoking room. Thankfully we were only here one night. Location was excellent though walking distance to Clifton Hill and the falls.

Only 3 problems. One, no microwave in the room, two, I had to pay extra to park in the hotel parking lot...what a joke. And there's no lobby or area just to relax in in the event that you are traveling with others who are late sleepers. Oh, and breakfast was not included and it was expensive. I would never go back to Niagara Falls, Ontario. It's ridiculously expensive. But if you do go, I recommend this hotel. The location is great.

First off, I want to say that the location is great and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My concerns are more about the condition of the room itself. We stayed on the main floor, and while I can’t speak for the other rooms, our AC unit was extremely loud—so much so that it made it difficult to sleep. The room also felt a bit outdated. The bathroom door appeared warped, and overall, the bathroom could definitely use some upgrades. I would recommend that hotel management take a closer look at the AC/fan units and consider some general renovations to improve guest comfort.

I stayed here years ago with my husband who has since passed. This trip was with my daughter and 3 granddaughters. There have been updates since last time that keep it fresh & modern. Location is walkable to the falls & other attractions. Only comment was they don't have a breakfast buffet. We managed fine without it. I would stay there any time I'm in the area.

I wouldn’t call this the worst stay, but it definitely wasn’t great either. Housekeeping did their job well and kept the room clean, but the rest of the experience was lacking. The vending machines were mislabeled and half the time you had to gamble just to get a bottle of water. The bathroom had no fan, so after a shower it turned into a humid box. The balcony was a nice touch, but the “view” was just the parking lot, which isn’t exactly relaxing. For the price, I expected more comfort and attention to detail. Overall, the hotel feels like it needs some upgrades and better management. not awful, but not somewhere I’d rush back to.

Whenever I travel, I rate a hotel based on three main aspects: 1. Location 2. Cleanliness 3. Room comfort, especially how comfortable the beds are. This hotel met all three of my qualifications! The location was convenient, the hotel was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, and I definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay was great! The room was nice and pristine and the cleaners were very kind and welcoming! I got the fifth story of the hotel with a deck and the view was great. I spent a lot of time out there listening to music, writing, watching the fireworks, and listening to a random guy play acoustic guitar below the hotel. It was great.

Great place! Friendly staff. Room looks to be newly renovated, we really liked the decor. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Free parking and plenty of it. The hotel is located close to everything but a bit of a hike if you plan to walk to Clifton Hill's. Take the trolley down to the Falls it's just outside the front door. Oh and the pool area is a bonus. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Niagara Falls! The location couldn’t be better—right in the center, just steps away from all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Everything about the experience was smooth and enjoyable, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

I used my IHG free night to stay here with my family. Only thing I had to pay was a US$17 "resort fee." But I'm not sure what that really covers and I wouldn't call this place a "resort." The room chair was worn, the shower curtain could not prevent water from spraying on the floor, the front door creaks at night, but otherwise a good stay. Clean room, good shower water pressure, comfy beds. With 3 ladies, it was nice to have one sink in the bathroom and one outside it. We stayed only one night, so did not take advantage of other amenities. We enjoyed the comp tickets to the Skylon Tower! The front desk offered it to me as an IHG Elite member.

Older hotel with dark and dank hallways. 1 very small elevator to handle the 8 story building. Rooms need upgrading, they smell, they are worn, and they are dirty. Lobby gives you the impression of a higher end hotel, beware once you are past the lobby. The breakfast, well it is partially supplied from a restaurant across the street, with porters walking scrambled something (eggs?) across the street in stainless steel bowls. Signs on the tables state "20 min dining time", the staff are the breakfast police, questioning why you need certain things, etc. Also staff is very nasty. The breakfast room is in the basement,tucked away next to the pool. Wonder if the sanitation review board inspects this operation. Overall, STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

It’s surprising to see that discrimination is still alive in such a beautiful country. The staff seemed to believe that since most of their team members come from the subcontinent, they can treat brown-skinned guests however they like. During breakfast, one staff member even asked, “Did I allow you to sit at this table? Why did you sit here?” — what a warm and gracious welcome! We were the only brown guests there at the time, so it was quite clear what the remark was for. To complete the experience, we were “generously” assigned a basement room — perhaps their special version of hospitality. A falls view from the basement, hahaa… truly one of a kind! To my fellow brown travelers — this is not your destination.

I believe every guest deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy. Mistakes can happen — that’s understandable — but it’s important to acknowledge them with professionalism and care. During my checkout, the interaction at the front desk could have been handled with more empathy and patience. Everyone can have a difficult day, but personal frustration should never be reflected in customer service. I hope management reviews both the guest interaction standards and the fee structure to ensure visitors feel valued and treated fairly in the future. In addition, I found the number of extra charges, including parking and other fees, to be quite unexpected and not very reasonable for the overall experience.

When I come to Niagara Falls, my first consideration is not necessarily the hotel. However, this hotel is worth considering. The price is reasonable and gives access to an indoor AND outdoor pool, and has a breakfast included. Some of the features may be slightly dated, especially the elevator. However, the team that works there is terrific. Also, the location is very close to the Falls Overlook. You are in walking distance to several restaurants and if you are willing to walk, you can travel by foot to the Falls or to some higher quality restaurants and even the casino. In the end, you have a hotel room that is central to all the activities in the area with a great team to assist your visit.

Location was nice and central for walking around downtown. The service was great all the employees were very nice. The room was not worth nearly 1000 dollars for 2 nights. It came with small pillows, and a 32 inch plasma screen tv from 2009 with burn marks. You'd think charging that much a few of the amenities could be upgraded but hey what do I know about hotels.

This hotel is well located. Include breakfast. We stay here always visiting Niagara Falls, about two o three times a year. What I like the most is the location. You walk five minutes to the Incline Elevator. You pay $15 for two people for both ways. The only thing I don't like is I have to pay $30 per night for parking. Other than that, I will recommend this hotel to travelers.

We had a fantastic stay the Ladies at the front checking us in were fantastic, especially Felicia. She was very knowledgeable from where the best places for activities are, to where the best restaurants were to eat. We definitely will be going back

This was a pretty good hotel to stay in. We got a fifth floor room in the hotel part of the complex and the view was great. There was a deck with two chairs to hang out on and the room was clean. The cleaning people came by to clean our room midway through our stay, and they were very kind people. The location is decent because the road beside the hotel leads right down to the falls area. Overall, a pretty good stay.

This is a motel not a hotel. For the price and location we were happy enough however earplugs would have been very nice to have. Everytime our neighbors turned on the water or flush the toilet we could hear the lound sound through the walls. That said the bed was clean, the pillows were comfortable enough, and room service cleaned while we were out. COMPLAINTS: 1. Spotted mold on the window-side of the curtains (so when the curtains were closed. We did not turn on the AC unit since we didnt want that in the air). Was also some spots of mold or something near the ceiling of the the bathroom. 2. Lastly, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to go to a different parking lot and walk through a small alley to get back. Thankfully the front desk was helpful giving us directions and a pass for Free Parking.

Iv stayed here a few times. And have had a run in twice with the woman that thinks she is barbie at the front desk about nonsense. Personally i think she should not be in this line of work. Other staff around the hotel are pleasant. But front desk needs a lesson in hospitality. I'm pretty sure I'll just go back to staying at the days inn where they don't whine about everything. People are on vacation not in jail. And it's not the first trip to niagara we are here once a month

At the time of this review. According to Google, this hotel is rated at a 3.5 which I believe is an accurate rating. The staff was extremely helpful and did everything they could to enhance my stay. They room was quiet and clean. But, it is serious need of maintenance. For instance, the room was clean but the bathroom faucet was loose and flopped around. Sometimes it would shut off completely. Many times, it would only reduce the flow to a steady trickle. If Management reinvested funds back into the property. They would be able to save money, plus could justify a rate increase.

For the price, this hotel is a good option! With breakfast and parking included in the price it makes it affordable. The buffet breakfast had plenty of options to feed even a picky eater. The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly. That being said the hotel definitely needs some upgrades! Our king bed was broken and we rolled into the middle. Also our AC unit was broken in our room, so they added a portable AC which worked, but was very loud. The room was slightly updated, like putting lipstick on a pig! It looks good, but served no purpose. Functionality things are falling apart. Either way if you need and affordable option the Quality Inn can be a good choice.

I have to say I have never had such a bad experience with the front desk. There was an older man that was just cranky and was annoyed if you had any questions at all. So with that said we had to change rooms when we first got there because there were holes in the curtains and they would not close. They switched our room and that went smoothly and was so much happier with the new accommodations. Overall for the price and location it was a decent hotel.

I’ve stayed at this location before in the tower suites and had a great stay and wonderful service. This time, really not. The motel side of the hotel is not up to par and they don’t make it clear what you’re booking online. I booked the same thing as last time and got a way different quality room. Furthermore the hire haired gentleman at the counter shouldn’t be working in a customer facing role. I get there may be some issues going on there but how is this person the only one at the desk serving customers at check in? The other staff range from competent to friendly but it’s WILD this dude referred to in so many reviews keeps his front desk job. I switched to this location from the comfort inn, but after this stay I’d rather pay for parking and have a much better stay and service level.

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience during our stay. The room was not clean—there were hairs all over, which was quite unpleasant. When I requested a room change, the staff informed me that no other rooms were available and asked me to come back in the morning to complain. Additionally, the coffee machine in the room was not working. Overall, it was not a good experience. Also, be aware that the hotel is quite far from the Falls—about 5.2 miles away. I would recommend choosing a place closer if you're planning to visit the attractions.

Not great. Room was very dirty and grimy, the kind of place you most definitely need to wear shoes the whole time in your room. My daughter liked the pool and the toiletries in the bathroom were good. That’s about it. We let them know right when we got there and switching rooms was not an option, they said they’d let the morning staff know but they didn’t have a clue when we tried to talk to them in the am. Thankfully we were there only one night. I’ve also never been able to hear other guests as loudly as I did when in my room. No one was being overly loud but you could hear every step the people above made and anyone coming down the hall. If they just vacuumed the rooms and cleaned floors/surfaces it would have been much better. The beds seemed ok but my guess is that’s all they focus on cleaning these days. 🫤

Hotel was clean, quiet and rooms were spacious. The hotel was being painted, so no access to the fitness area and guest laundry was not operational. Price point was fair. Disappointed that the owners subject guests to the Right wing Epoch News- definitely not fair and balanced. Wouldn’t line my kitty’s litter box with it!

So, we reserved Room 412, it's really small, but it is really nice, honestly the best part of it is the pool. It's cold, but when you stay in the pool for a little longer it feels warm. You can go to the gym to do some workout, I did it once it's really cool 😎 👌 , and Room 412 has a great view

One of the worst experiences I had with this Hampton hotel. Nothing went well with the hotel starting from FrontDesk to Room Service department. Not sure how you guys running this business without paying attention to the customers concern. First of all please do not give the front desk in charge to young kids who have absolutely no idea how to talk to customers. Shame on you guys, I do not see any justification for the amount of money I am charged due the poor service. 1) My bathroom door can be opened from outside even though that was locked from inside. 2)Cold water was not coming into the bathroom 3) Room service related information was not provided properly from Front desk 4) Room service did not remove the dirty pillow covers and towels from the room on time before and during the stay. 5) My other family members stayed in other rooms are having their own complaints. Nothing has been resolved and do you think just ripping off the customer gives you an option for you guys to continue this business ??

This is the dirtiest Hampton inn I’ve ever stayed at. The room smelled of dirty socks. The entire place needs a deep cleaning. The front desk staff were very kind. My next trip to the falls I think I will be staying at the Sheraton.

We stay at Hamptom Inns on most of our travels in the U.S. and this one was among the best. Very clean. Great breakfast and convenient to Niagara Falls in U.S. and Canada. We even booked a van trip to both sides of the Falls that was fun, attraction-packed and intimate.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The washroom was fine. There was no drinking water available. The hotel was under renovation when we were there. The cafeteria was not operational. Everything was a little messy as work was going on. The hotel might meet ones expectations/ requirements once completely renovated.

Terrible experience — avoid this hotel! This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The bedsheets and bedding looked like they hadn’t been changed or cleaned properly, possibly reused from previous guests. It was especially upsetting because we were traveling with our kids. We only warmed our baby’s food at the dining area and served at the room, yet they still charged us $72 extra for it! When I asked why, the owner’s husband (Kim’s husband) was extremely rude. To make matters worse, they took the extra amount directly from my credit card without informing me. Unclean rooms, rude management, and hidden charges — I would never stay here again.

Great for a quick overnight while traveling. For the price I paid, this was a good deal. The beds were comfortable and the break fast was satisfactory. Other than toast and waffles, there were no “warm” foods like eggs, sausage, etc. The room had a slightly peculiar smell, but nothing annoying and it only takes a minute to get used to.

We stayed at this motel during our trip to Niagara Falls. The location is excellent and the property is clean and organized. However, our experience was ruined by the extremely poor attitude of the front desk staff. I was traveling with my parents and wife. We brought food to heat up, but it came in aluminum trays. I politely asked the front desk for a microwave-safe plate or bowl, but the staff member offered only plastic plates, which weren't safe to use. Despite explaining that my mother needed her medication by 8 PM and nearby places were closed, he was unhelpful and dismissive. Out of desperation, I used a bowl from the breakfast setup, planning to clean and return it. The staff member reacted aggressively and made an offensive racial comment: "If you went to a white people motel, they would have removed you for doing this." I was shocked and hurt, especially since we are of the same background. This was completely uncalled for and unacceptable. I hope management takes action and ensures guests are treated with basic respect and professionalism.

Rooms could have been more cleaner. They did not have any smell but there traces of mud in the carpet and hair on bed. Stay was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The room was ready for us when we arrived, and it was comfortable to sleep in the bed. The smell of the cleaning agent was overpowering, and once it faded (after we opened the window for a while) it was very musty. The rest of our stay, each time we walked into the room there was a strong scent of must and mildew, which we noticed was coming from the bathroom. The shower is in desperate need of a deep clean and recaulking, and the air vent in that room was dusty. There was also wallpaper peeling with mildew growing underneath and around it in the bathroom. Definitely the economy option for staying in the Niagara Falls, NY area. Not bad for breakfast, the muffins were pretty good - the waffle machine made some yummy waffles, but there is only one, so if theres a big group, then the wait can be pretty long. Overall, not bad, but definitely not good if you're sensitive to mold and mildew.

You get what you pay. Not very well cleaning services. Big mirror in the room extremely dirty, shower corners, even the phone was dirty, a drawer that never closed. You can hear the noise people walking by the corridors, when doors are closed. Hard to fall asleep with all the noises from other rooms.

What a wonderful place to stay. For the age of the hotel, it is elegant, beautiful. It's just a place to enjoy. The observation room is incredible.You can see many sights during the day. I watched the beautiful fireworks going off at night. This hotel has a great breakfast. It is a place to come and feel like being at home.

Such a great stay at Giacomo Hotel. Highly recommended this as your go to spot when visiting Niagara Falls. Walking distance to most attractions, safe parking in the gated lot across the street, historic / elegant feel inside the hotel and viewing it from outside. The breakfast was delicious. We loved the potatoes and French toast. The rooms were nicely decorated and we liked that music was playing when we entered and a customized welcome letter awaited us. The brownies in the lobby were delicious and the lemon water was much appreciated. Don’t miss the lounge on the 19th floor to get an amazing view while there. This is the only place we will stay when in the area going forward. Especially since we can bring our pup.

We loved the Giacomo! Historic building- wow it is so beautiful. We stayed in room 1203 and had 180° views of the Niagara Falls area. Watched the fireworks and enjoyed the clean comfortable large unit/condo. Parking for no additional fee in a gated lot across the street. Breakfast included. Will return to the Giacomo when we are in the area!

This was a beautiful hotel for the last leg of our honeymoon! The room was beautiful, the breakfast buffet was warm and good for a gluten free allergy. The front desk staff was so welcoming and actually a hoot to talk too! 🤎 Golden, the bartender, made some of the best drinks I've had in a while. She was absolutely wonderful and I would've stayed downstairs all night if it's not for the fact I was on my honeymoon lol 10/10 recommend

Great location. The rooms are a little dated and wore down, but it is an older hotel. Within walking distance to Goat Island. Coffee is very good but the breakfast is really basic. They do have a viewing area of the river on the top floor. Staff is friendly and rooms were clean. We stayed in room 304, with no view of the river, but that was okay. The carpet does need to be replaced, and the shower door is starting to separate from the wall. This is a great location.

Location is walking distance from everything. Building is old but wonderful. Staff is very polite. Dog friendly. The free breakfast is actually good, not wide selection but fresh. And best of all, on our way inside or going outside we treat ourself to delicious free cookies/brownies/etc that are supplied by staff at the door.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Giacomo. We were in room 507. We could see the fireworks from our window. There is also a Skyview lounge area that allows you to see the skyline of the cities. The walk from the hotel to the falls was very easy and pleasant for both the American and Canadian side. The staff were warm and welcoming. The free parking (in a secure gated lot just across the street) and complementary buffet breakfast were also an added bonus!

There was no wait when we arrived, which was great. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes — there's so much to see outdoors! The gardens are beautiful and very well-maintained, and there's also a cafe on-site if you want to grab a bite. The conservatory itself isn't very large and was a bit crowded when we visited, so we only spent a few minutes inside before heading out. There's also a gift shop, though it's mostly stocked with souvenirs and items for young kids. The real highlight is definitely the outdoor space. We loved exploring the gardens, and there’s even a golf course nearby. Highly recommended for a relaxed day out in nature!

We wanted a kid and baby-friendly activity for our mini getaway and am so glad we opted for this. We’ve been to Niagara Falls dozens of times but had never thought to explore this gem and we were so glad we did. We spent less than an hour here (thank you previous Google reviewers about the paid parking tip and only needing an hour!) yet it felt much longer. Adults, kid and baby were so enchanted by the exotic beauty of the thousands of gorgeous butterflies fluttering around. What a treat it was to be in their domain and admire in awe and wonder. It is humid of course so recommend to come in a t-shirt, regardless of the actual weather outside. We had our baby in a baby carrier and it worked out wonderfully; saw some other babies in strollers and preferred having a baby carrier as it allowed us to navigate easily on the paths. Gift shop was a lovely browse too; purchased a cute hologram butterfly bookmark for our son to remember this conservatory every time he reads. Highly recommended!

Cool small dome filled with many butterflies and tropical plants. I was impressed by the number of butterflies, but expected a little more variety of types. 20-30 minutes is plenty to see everything. Kind of expensive at over $20 for an adult and $8 parking in the lot. I would say it's worth stop if it's part of an included package...probably dont need to go out of your way to see just that unless you are a big butterfly fan.

Butterflies, science, and my inner 5-year-old fully activated! I didn’t expect to be this entertained by butterflies, but here we are. The place is packed with them—so many different kinds that I started naming them like Pokémon. One even landed on my shoulder, and for a brief moment I considered adding “Disney princess” to my résumé. The real MVP was the butterfly caretaker who answered approximately one million of my questions (I basically turned my visit into a field trip). He was so patient and full of knowledge, it honestly made the whole experience that much cooler. If you’re anywhere near Niagara-on-the-Lake, make this a pit stop. It’s colorful, relaxing, and will have you questioning your life choices if you didn’t wear bright colors to attract more butterflies. 10/10 would visit again—armed with more questions and maybe a net (just kidding… kind of).

If I could give this place more stars, I would. This was an AMAZING experience that felt like pure joy and relaxation at the same time. There were so many absolutely stunning butterflies of all different kinds. 10/10 recommend this place whether you’re traveling, just trying to get the family out of the house, or even for a fun date. I cannot express how beautiful this place and experience was. After the experience there’s a cute gift shop, as well as gorgeous gardens and even a cafe! Definitely a highlight of my vacation!

I’ve been here TWO times for my birthday, i LOVE it. I also really love Kyle, one of the workers there. he’s just like me. Tell Kyle he’s awesome. He might not remember me but i’m the pale boy with long-ish brown hair. Anyway, the butterflies are beautiful, the orange ones with yellow spots usually do not like touching me for some reason. remember to look for butterflies who are resting on the floor and pick them up and put them on a leaf so they don’t get stepped on! I recommend this place for insect enjoyers.

October 2025 review. I love butterflies. I been to Key West (Florida) butterfly conservatory as well, I find Niagara is probably bigger, has more variety of plants, trees and number of butterflies. STILL I find experience 45$ including tax for 2 adult people and 2 hour 16$ parking if you wanna enjoy garden and butterflies - way over priced and overvalued! Regardless how beautiful it all is - I still don't think it really worth 61$ for 2 hours being here. Alex Garden or Rosetta McClain Gardens (free parking) (Toronto) are absolutely free and as impressive as Nigara Botanical Garden. The city should cover some cost or at least offer free 2 hour parking. Tourist should not be treated as walking wallets.

This was an enjoyable experience that really gave a close up sense of the power of the water from the Falls. A gentle self paced walk with plenty of excellent photos opps.

The White Water Walk offers a beautiful and refreshing experience. From the manmade wooden boardwalk, you get an up-close view of the turbulent, emerald-green Niagara River as it rushes through the narrow gorge. The naturally eroded rock formations add a scenic and calming element to the walk. The short tunnel from the elevator to the boardwalk adds a nice touch to the overall experience. While there is some waiting time for the elevator both going down and back up, it’s manageable. There’s also a souvenir shop at the exit where you can pick up gifts and memorabilia. Overall, a pleasant and worthwhile experience, especially for nature lovers and those looking for a peaceful walk with stunning views.

It's a beautiful short walk just the entrance fee seems to be a bit much for what you get. (Also the reason for the 3* rating) Still happy we did it and I can cross it off my list now. Nice views. Sadly the platform closest to the river was closed off. The selfie point is useless couldn't find my picture but was offered (online by the system) to download other people's pictures. Very questionable in my opinion. Would recommend going early when the sunlight still hits the water giving you the most vibrant colours The wait was long. Clean area. Wheelchair and stroller mostly accessible - exceptions are the lookout platforms.

To be honest, this was a pure scam and a complete waste of money. It is not worth the $20 per person fee. They are essentially scamming tourists; it should actually be free. I would never recommend anyone spend money here. There isn't much interesting to see. They claim it's a 15-minute walk, but it's not even 5 minutes, and there's really only one spot where you can take a good picture. I would give it zero stars ✨ , but there isn't an option for that! 🤣

Cool boardwalk along some very big rapids down stream from the falls...but excessive price for a quarter mile walk. There is a small gift shop where you buy your tickets, then you take an elevator down to the walk. You go through a tunnel and then get to the boardwalk. There are a couple signs along the walk with information, no guides or talks. You spend as much time as you want then come back up. The walk is about 0.25 miles with 2 photo points. 30 mins is plenty. Cost is $20+ per adult and street parking was $8 per hour. At almost $50 for 2 people to go down...it seemed over priced to me. Rapids are cool to see and there are nice pictures. Worth the stop if you aren't concerned on the cost.

The white water walk was very cool to see! If you’re a big hiker just note that this is an extremely short walk on a well kept boardwalk, it probably took us 15 minutes in total to walk the boardwalk and we were going slow. This experience is all about the view and taking in the amazing power of the water. The sights here are absolutely gorgeous with both the rapids and the nearby cliff-sides. We bought our experience as part of a package which included other activities, which I highly recommend, it made the whole thing much cheaper and the staff seemed to have it down to a fine art getting people where they needed to go. Heavily recommend either doing that or purchasing tickets online in advance, especially if you’re planning to go during peak tourist season. We went on a gorgeous Saturday in June, however we went earlier in the morning and it wasn’t too busy at all. All in all I definitely recommend going to see this at least once if you’re in Niagara looking for something to do.

We recently visited White Water Walk and it was absolutely beautiful! The view of the rapids was breathtaking — watching the power and intensity of the water up close was truly mesmerizing. It’s a peaceful and scenic experience, and a great spot to take in the raw natural beauty of Niagara. I recommend coming early when it opens — it’s much quieter and gives you the chance to enjoy the views without the crowds. A must-visit if you’re looking for a more tranquil and awe-inspiring stop in Niagara Falls!

The Whirlpool Aero Car Ride in Niagara Falls, Ontario, was a breathtaking experience! The journey itself was just ten minutes, but the views made every second worth it. Suspended above the swirling waters, the sights were nothing short of breathtaking and spectacular. For the price paid, some might say it’s a little steep for the time spent, but for me, it was absolutely worth it. The perspective you gain from that ride is one you simply can’t experience any other way. And just like that, I can check another adventure off my bucket list! ✔️ This was definitely a one-time thrill for me—an unforgettable glimpse of Niagara’s beauty from above.

Ana was our tour guide, and she did not disappoint! The view was stunning, making the entire experience worthwhile. There was a bit of a wait in line, which was expected, and it was slightly windy—so a light jacket or sweater is a good idea, especially if it's in the 60s or 70s°F. The ride felt very safe; the aero car was stable and didn’t swing at all. At the end of the ride, there’s a gift shop and a selection of snacks and refreshments available for purchase. All in all, a great experience!

Amazing view! Since we went on a week day only waited 5 minutes. I would have happily waited longer for the scenery! I was concerned about what side we would be on but on your way back they have you switch to the other side so everyone gets the best seat in the house for photos and views. The guide we had clearly didn’t have a passion for what he was doing and was not patient with customers who were more needy but didn’t ruin the trip at all. Gift shop, bathroom and food is available on site! Bus stop right out front. Must see do not miss!

this was a beautiful attraction, i got the 2 adult package on the website and it made it a bit cheaper! the views were gorgeous and the tour guide in the aero car was entertaining, funny and kind. the car takes up to 10 min total to complete and it’s very smooth! the attraction closes around the end of november for those wondering 🙂

Very amazing experience! Things that stood out for me included the sound of gushing water into the basin, scenic views, being air-borne and hearing our guide Nolan's take on the history and the jokes made the trip memorable. Would recommend it 10/10.

Such a cool experience to ride a historic aero car! As someone who is afraid of heights, I did surprisingly fine on this! Our guide was absolutely fantastic with giving us facts about the area while making us laugh.

It was a cute and enjoyable experience with breathtaking views! The attraction lasts around five minutes, with a few bumps along the way that add a bit of fun. I also appreciated their well-organized system that ensures everyone gets a chance to take in the view from both sides.

Very picturesque with lots of garden spaces to explore including an arboretum and rose garden. There's even a pond area with lots of frogs and a few painted turtles. Not a long walk but well worth a visit. It is free and located right beside the butterfly conservatory.

Visiting the Niagara Falls Botanical Gardens was such a lovely experience. The grounds are expansive and beautifully maintained, surrounded by vibrant flowers, majestic trees, and lush greenery at every turn. Within the same area is the Butterfly Conservatory — though it was closed during my visit, it’s definitely on my list for next time. Even without it, the gardens themselves were breathtaking — the perfect spot to stroll, reflect, and capture timeless photos. A truly beautiful place for peaceful walks, weddings, or special occasions.

A great experience. Campus is large and spaced out. Very relaxing day and visit. Wide variety of plants too. Parking is 8 dollars but if you get it there you can use it up at horseshoe falls and not pay more. Lady at the parking booth was so friendly Butterfly garden costs 20 bucks did not do this visit.

The grounds was very upkept. The flowers were beautiful. We walked through the whole garden was very lovely. It was nice weather out. Couldn't ask for a better day.

Lovely gardens within easy walking distance of the falls. Definitely under looked as a destination as it was not crowded even on a very crowded at the falls Sunday. But I guess one has too love flowers because this place had them!!

I love this park. I have visited in all seasons and it never disappoints. The view of the water is amazing. Some days it doesn't even look real. As a bigger person new to hiking I like that this park offers variety. The easier paths are still a bit inclined but nothing too scary. The more hill dominated walks are still nice if you want a challenge. Or if you are feeling crazy there is a mile or so flight of stairs down to the bottom of the gorge. The going down part is fine but coming back up made me rethink all of the moments that led me there. It was worth it as a fitness mile stone none the less. Even with several breaks on the way back. This park never gets old. There is a nice play area for kids, and a paved biking path that I can wait to try once I pick up cycling. The atmosphere is peaceful and its fun to see people enjoying the water in boats or on the lifts in the summer. If picnicking is your thing there are tables and plenty of places to lay out blankets. Lots of parking and its free as well so that's a plus.

This was a really nice park. We had a very enjoyable hike with absolutely beautiful views. We went down the stairs 😳 to the bottom of the gorge and back. The trail was a mix of smooth and flat and some technically difficult spots where you had to climb over rocks. Overall it was a moderatly difficult hike.

Whirlpool State Park is the second best park after Niagara State Park (to me) there. Niagara Gorge Rim Trail is an amazing hiking place across the Niagara river, moderate trekking (stairs to go down and up to the lower gorge). Best whirlpool rapids view is toward 4.3 mile to Fall direction (in the pic), 15/20 min walk (don't need to walk entire trail for best rapid view). 1.9 mile trail is calm and peaceful walk along the river, some places have narrow pass with no guard rails.

Whirlpool State Park is an absolute gem near Niagara Falls! The views of the swirling whirlpool and the turquoise river below are breathtaking. The trails are well-marked and offer a mix of easy walks and more challenging hikes down closer to the water. It’s peaceful, less crowded than the main Niagara Falls area, and perfect for anyone who enjoys nature, photography, or just some quiet time outdoors. A great place to relax, take in the scenery, and appreciate the beauty of the Niagara River Gorge!

This is a great spot to appreciate the Niagara river gorge, the sheer power of the river, and to take in the beauty of what nature has provided for us to enjoy. The unobstructed views of the river and the whirlpool are spectacular. Leave some time to enjoy the paved walking path that parallels the river.

Great spot away from the crowds at Niagara Falls. We rode a rented city bike from Goat Island here. Park provided a beautiful view of the river rapids and a view across to Canada. There is also good view of the Canadian Great Wolf Lodge’s gondola that crosses over part of the river. There are large clean unisex restrooms there with large stalls for privacy. There is also a large parking area and a stop for the free Niagara Shuttle.

Interesting place to see because of the way the Niagara makes a sharp turn to the right. The turn in the Niagara and the speed of the water is what creates the whirlpool. There’s a cable ride over the whirlpool if you’re on the Canada side. You can also take a whirlpool jet boat ride on the Niagara but the site for boarding for the ride is a few miles down stream from the actual whirlpool. Looks like fun but we didn’t get a chance to try it.

We visited this place on our vacation in August and it’s a really nice place to visit. They have many hands on exhibits that adults and children would have fun interacting with. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is also an outside balcony that you can walk around and see the Canada Power House and USA Power House plus the Niagara River.

Great place for kids to spent time learning about power generation and electricity in general. The views are also amazing from here. This build on top of real power plant so we can see the hydro electric dam infrastructure. There are some nice exhibits and movie. Lot of parking and entry is free.

We stopped to see what they had to offer. Entry was free and it wasn’t busy at all. Lots of info about the facility and how it was built. There was also many hands on experiences related to the history of electric power and how it functions. I’m guessing that it must get used for school field trips. They also have a deck area with a nice view of the Niagara and the power vista on both the USA and Canada sides. Nice facility with rooms for groups. Bathrooms are also available.

Finally made it here and we weren't disappointed! We were warmly greeted, given directions on how to use the power play cards, and given recommendations on where to start our visit and what to expect. The center is fun, engaging, and extremely informative! Oh & FREE! ^_^ We started with the movie on the lower level and then walked around, checking out the various exhibits. I loved the construction area. The 4D show was my children's favorite part (& a lot of fun). The staff were all friendly and eager to assist. The view from the observation deck was stunning!!! Highly recommend checking them out. We will definitely be going back!

This was a cool addition to my Niagara trip. It was fun to learn about how power is generated through the plant. Hearing that there are literally giant underground rivers flowing from the falls under the town of Niagara and to the dam was astounding. The view from the tower over the dam was also breathtaking, so I'd recommend coming here.

The center itself was fun but it also had amazing views of the water below! My 10, 12 &14yr had fun as well as my husband &myself. Parking &admission are free plus you get souvenir "worker" badges.

A tier museum and vistas. Totally revamped and modernized from when i was a child. If you spend a full day here, you will come out with the equivalent of a 3 credit course in electrical engineering. Some of the hands on stuff you need a docent to understand. Free EV charging!

I just wanted to inform you of my experience of visiting your location. I am very familar with photography policies in various settings & I am Catholic. There are no signs in the chapel that say, "No photos". I was really looking forward to visiting your Monestary, but had an unusual experience. A woman that said she worked there hit my arm & said, "No photos". I was in the narthex/vestibule area of the chapel taking a photo with my flash off. A group of women saw what she did & defended me. They were such a positive group of women visiting your chapel. They drove 2 hours to visit your place & said that that woman ruined it for them. It was such an unfortunate experience since your chapel is beautiful.

Lovely place to visit. I was not aware this place had existed until my mother had informed me of it. I have frequent Niagara all my life but did not even know this place was situated here. A nice place to visit and their gift shop is great. Would definitely pass by again if I am in the area and when summer rolls around. I had visited during the winter time but it was still a lovely place to see.

This is a historical place and a Catholic church where many tourists visit. It is a good place to pray, to sightsee, and for families to visit. Especially the parking is good. Pleasant air and souvenirs can be purchased.

stayed here for just one night, and even with low expectations given the location, this hotel failed to meet even those. It feels like they’re charging only for the Sheraton name, because the actual condition of the property is bad — very bad. The hallways reek of an old, damp smell, and unfortunately the rooms are no different. The room was extremely dark and poorly lit — probably intentional so we don’t notice the stains and dull, outdated colors. The bathroom fixtures might still be from the stone age, and many of them were dirty as well. They offer “complimentary coffee,” but the water machine was filled with mold, which is completely unacceptable. The bedsheets themselves smelled of sweat and dampness, making it hard to feel clean or comfortable. On top of all this, they charge extra for parking and an amenity fee, which is outrageous given the actual state of the hotel. This place is nowhere near the standards of Marriott or Sheraton. Honestly, it tarnishes the brand name. Stay away — try to find better options if you can!

One of the best front desk workers I’ve ever had, and I have traveled quite a lot! Very helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay easy and comfortable. Used a couple of on-site restaurants, and our waitress at the Rainforest Cafe was amazing! She was also the bartender, and kept everyone happy!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. I especially enjoyed the shampoo and body lotion, they smelled amazing and were a nice little luxury. The only area that could use improvement was the food. Honestly, I found it a bit bland and lacking flavor. With some enhancements, the dining experience could really match the high standard of service throughout the hotel. Overall, I appreciated the warm hospitality and would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Great location, but could use some updates We chose the Sheraton Niagara Falls to go to the NFL Buffalo Bills Game (40 minutes from stadium) and for its proximity to Niagara Falls State Park, and the location did not disappoint. It’s an easy 15 minute walk to the falls, and we were able to get around on foot all week. Having Starbucks and the Rainforest Café right on site was convenient, and the gym had everything we needed. The pool also looked nice, though we didn’t use it. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable, but the hotel does feel a bit dated and could benefit from some upgrades, especially in the bathrooms. Water pressure and temperature were great, but overall the space is showing its age. One frustration was with the concierge, who seemed more focused on selling tours than listening to what we were actually interested in. That felt a little pushy. Parking is $20 per night with in-and-out privileges. One caution: during our stay we saw a car with a broken window in the lot, so definitely avoid leaving anything valuable visible. Overall, the hotel worked well for us because of the unbeatable location and convenience, but we’d love to see some modernization and a bit more guest-focused service.

Nice hotel with a great location, especially if you're planning on going to the casino which has a convenient below street level pathway leading directly there. Staff were very helpful, especially in the club lounge. It's worth noting that they are renovating and the older rooms are definitely showing their age. Hotel is not the closest to the falls, but it's an easy walk. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, best we found was Savor which is run by the culinary school. Definitely would stay again. 4.2/5

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at the Sheraton. The elevator and hallway had a strong, unpleasant odor. The photos on the website were misleading. While rooms were available on other floors, it seemed like they only catered to the sixth floor based on the pictures we saw online. One of many worst aspects was the walkway tunnel from the hotel to the casino. It was extremely smelly and dirty on our first day, although walkway tunnel appeared to have been cleaned with bleach afterward. The hallway still had a consistent odor. The parking situation was also a mess. While parking was validated, we couldn't exit the lot on the second day of our stay, and had to call the hotel for help. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to run over and let us out, but it was still a hassle. On top of that, the hotel charges $20 per day for parking, which felt excessive given the condition of the lot because it felt unsafe and poorly maintained. If you plan to visit the casino, I would recommend parking there instead. The back area of the casino also felt sketchy, so I’d advise being cautious if you’re walking in that area at night. There was also an unexpected $9 per day amenities fee, which didn’t seem justified. Housekeeping was unprofessional because we overheard staff speaking negatively in another language and gossiping loudly in the hallway. At times, the hallway was extremely noisy and disruptive. The front desk clerks were also very rude and unhelpful when we had questions or concerns. In the room, the blinds didn’t fully close, and the heater emitted a foul smell the first day we used it. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations. I would not return or recommend this location

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two days to see Niagara Falls. It was very clean, modern and convenient to the national park and all town attractions. All of the staff, front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping was very friendly and informative. They helped us with everything we needed. The hotel is in a perfect location for everything, so we would stay here again if we go back to Niagara. It was a very smooth, comfortable stay and we can't say we would change anything as far as the hotel and room accommodations.

We had such a great time at Great Wolf Lodge! My 11-year-old had an absolutely awesome time — from the water slides to the wave pool and all the fun activities throughout the day. Our room was spotless and so comfortable, which made the stay even better. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The whole place was clean and well organized. There was never a dull moment — it was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. Definitely a trip we’ll remember and can’t wait to come back!

Our family has had the most amazing experiences here! We have been 4-5 times now and absolutely love it. We just got back from almost a week at the lodge - and had the best time. All the activities are so good. The service is fantastic. Dee in the ice cream shop is always so happy and gives the best service. Amanda in the bathing suit store is so friendly and great. Jonny in the arcade always gave us great service. We enjoy the food. It’s literally like an indoor resort. Very clean and well looked after. If you haven’t been - I highly recommend booking a trip and going! Adults and kids will have an absolute blast! The price may seem high but it’s totally worth it. The experiences and memories are unbeatable!

We recently stayed at Great Wolf Lodge and had a wonderful time! Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The only downside was the lack of a microwave. With young kids, having to leave the room in the middle of the night to warm up a bottle was definitely inconvenient. The water park was fantastic — our kids had an absolute blast! We also enjoyed all the food and onsite services. Everything we tried was delicious, and the service was excellent. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend for families!

Had the best time here! Literal fun for the whole family. All staff that we interacted with were helpful and pleasant. Very accommodating as well. The whole facility is spotless, staff are always cleaning and maintaining day and night. The room was also spotless and very comfortable. All the food that we had was also delicious and a large variety to choose from.

Great Wolf Lodge has become a staple for our smaller family vacations where we don't travel state side. The kids are on the cusp of aging out of the themed elements here. Was great when both kids were between the ages of four to eight. We didn't do story time with the animatronic animals, or kids club, or things of that nature. Rides are still good (if you like stairs!) rooms are clean, hotel is clean, and the staff are helpful.

I’ve stayed 3 times now, each experience has been completely different. 1st visit we stayed in a loft suite with 3 beds and a pullout and it was awesome. Beds were comfy, room was clean. We had the dining plan and it was so convenient and easy. We enjoyed the waterpark and arcade. No complaints about our first trip. 2nd trip we stayed in a regular room with 2 beds. We didn’t do the dining plan but still dined in at the restaurant and it was still good! We got a cabana at the waterpark and it wasn’t that impressive. I’ve gotten them plenty of times at fallsview waterpark and theirs are only around $100 and SO much more comfy with wicker patio furniture and cushions. GWL cabanas are around $300 for a small cabana with hard plastic chairs. They aren’t anything to rave about, especially at that price point. The only plus side was being able to order food from a waiter at our cabana and have it delivered to us there. I also rode Niagara River Rapids water slide this trip with my husband and nephew and I went to sit in the middle and the man at the slide told me “you need to sit in the back, heaviest person goes in the back”. I was appalled as I weigh 20lbs less than my husband. We are both fairly thin and similar build.. there is not a drastic difference in our bodies by any means. I explained to him that I am not heavier than him and he said “it’s for your safety, you need to sit in the back or you can’t ride”. They should tell people before boarding that heaviest person needs to go in the back without making assumptions about who weighs more and pointing it out like that. It’s humiliating and it’s not right. 3rd trip was a splurge. We stayed in the Timber Wolf Cottage. It really is a beautiful space, we loved being in there. Kitchen was convenient to have. Kids loved the bunk beds. It was cool, but I prefer being inside the lodge personally. I didn’t like having to leave and go outside in the cold to get to my room. I slept on the pullout couch with my husband and it was the worst sleep of my life. I slept less than 5 hours. The pullout couch is hard as rock and sinks in the middle and the pillows felt like big chunks of foam.. they were very lumpy and the blanket for the pullout couch was rough and coarse. It was so unbelievably uncomfortable. For over $1,100 a night I’d expect better. The kids did the paw pass this time and it was nice to have the things included for them. They had a good time with that and enjoyed the new experiences! We did the waterpark just 1 day and no complains with the waterpark itself, BUT we ate at Buckets for lunch (2 of us and our 1 year old). They encourage you to order online for quicker service, so we did. And it said my total was $34.98, asked for my credit card, processed payment and then my receipt said $38.48 because they added a $3.50 tip to my bill without telling me. Very SLIMY and they wouldn’t do anything about it. There was no option to tip or to skip tip. It just got added in blindly after they give you your total. I was NOT impressed with that and will never do mobile order there again.

The rooms were fine and the location was nice, but be very careful with your valuables. I accidentally left my wedding band in my room, and when I returned after housekeeping had cleaned, the ring was gone. I immediately reported it to the hotel, but the staff showed little concern. Each employee we spoke to claimed they would file a report and look into it, but every time we followed up, they said it was the first they were hearing of the issue. We called and followed up daily for almost two weeks and received the same response each time—no record of our complaint and a promise to “look into it.” If you choose to stay here, make sure to take all of your belongings with you whenever you leave the room.

Amazing 😍. The customer service was top notch. There are a lot of taxes, fees and of course parking that you will be charged additionally upon check out. The only negative is parking prices are kind of crazy parking on site is 70 dollars Canadian per day. Off site is 35. Off site is across the street. Aside from that ....9 out of 10 stars. The true gem of this hotel was the amazing staff. Everyone was so professional and customer service focused. There was nothing that we needed that they didn't strive to accomplish. Especially the team at the fun zone and the house keeping staff. They were awesome. We will definitely return

Qasem at the front desk was very helpful and provided great service. Our body wash bottle was empty upon arrival, however after calling down to guest service from the phone on the hall, housekeeping brought it in just a few minutes. Overall good stay. Standard rooms don’t have any noteworthy views. In my opinion parking is too expensive.

Staff were super welcoming right from the start and check in was quick and easy. Parking is across from the hotel and costs $35 which I think should really be included for guests. The room itself was clean and comfy, the view wasn’t great at all, but honestly I was just there to sleep so it didn’t matter. The bed was really comfortable, no issues at all, and I liked the toiletries they provided. The hotel restaurants are overpriced so I wouldn’t recommend them, but overall the hotel is clean, spacious, and has easy access to the casino. 25 min walk to Clifton Hill area. Lots of food and drink options around. Area felt safe walking after midnight, didn’t notice any issues and garbage around the property either. Overall a pleasant stay

What should have been a relaxing stay turned into one of the most distressing and unacceptable hotel experiences I have ever encountered. At approximately 5:00 AM, my partner and I were startled awake by physical movement and loud rodent noises coming from underneath our bed. We were able to document this experience on video as it occurred multiple times. When we raised the issue with hotel staff, we were met with immediate disbelief and were effectively called liars. I am highly doubtful that your team would ever openly acknowledge finding a large rodent under a guest’s bed, but dismissing guests’ legitimate concerns in such a manner is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. The situation was handled with complete disregard: The front desk manager on duty the next morning offered no follow-up, no apology, and no acknowledgment of the trauma and disruption we experienced. When I addressed the matter again at checkout, the manager smirked, showed no concern whatsoever, and made no attempt to de-escalate or empathize with the situation. At no point did staff check if we had left belongings behind, despite the fact that we had to leave the room in a rushed, panicked state. Upon checking in earlier, we had already reported that our TV was not working and were simply told, “it’s not getting fixed because it’s the weekend,” which further reflects a lack of basic hospitality standards. What makes this all the more disappointing is that both I and my family have been loyal guests at your hotel for years when visiting the Fallsview Casino. This was not our first stay, but it will certainly influence whether we continue to support your property in the future. The complete absence of professionalism, guest care, and accountability was not only shocking but also insulting given our history of previous stays. To us, it appeared as though our concerns were dismissed outright due to prejudice, which is deeply troubling and unacceptable for a hotel operating under the Wyndham brand connected to the casino and other professional establishments for partnership offerings. This stay was not only unpleasant but traumatic. The complete absence of hospitality standards, guest care, and crisis management reflects very poorly on your establishment. Trying to get the owner’s contact information is nearly impossible as the front desk has tried to brush off this situation from their attention. Luckily for this review it does not let us post videos for everyone to see that this hotel has rats that move under your bed at night. I will be contacting the local media and posting the video about this situation. For anyone who wants the videos please comment your email on this review and I’ll forward it your way. The front desk manager refused to apologize which is so concerning given his role. Absolutely disgusting hospitality behaviour. Hope this influences anyone’s future stay at this location.

Very friendly and quick service. Qasem at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. He patiently answered all our questions and told us about the many amenities the Hotel offers! Our room was beautiful and very clean and comfortable! Great experience! Thank you Qasem and the team at the hotel!

The hotel is very convenient. It’s in an a great location and plenty of restaurants are inside and it’s attached to the casino and concert venue. It looks like it is being updated. Rooms are clean. Parking is extra $35-70 depending on how far away you are parking.

Don’t expect 5 stars so you won’t be disappointed. Overall we had a nice time at the hotel since we were only there for bedtime. The room had a weird smell and it did not seem 100% sanitized as you would expect. Pool was closed due to maintenance, and “health and safety issues” which was kinda concerning for me when I first read the sign. It’s a great location and the price is kinda fair for what you get.

Parking is horrible & they charge for it. Room are ok but the halls smell like urine. Windows are very dirty. Staff is nice. Location is great for the falls since it's in walking distance. Carpet in the hallway & the room needs to be deeply clean. Hotel has potential but needs work done. Pool area seems nice.

Great location, staff was accommodating to our kids hockey team. Location was awesome, you can walk right to the falls. The restaurant was setup nicely to handle multiple groups of people and served breakfast and dinner. The hotel is definitely aging and in need of some updating.

I was kinda sketched out when I got to my room and the beautiful “view” I was told my wife and I would have was a parking lot under construction. But the sunset was gorgeous. Room was clean. Comfortable. Felt secure. I’m cheap so I think it was a little pricey. But when I sit and think about it, it was definitely worth it.

Great location with everything just a short walk away! The room was wonderful on the first day, though there were quite a few kids around—probably because it was Saturday. But the next day, everything was quieter and even cleaner. Thanks so much for your warm hospitality!

Booked last minute for Saturday the 25th of October through Monday. I went through booking.com where they have a pretty high rating 7/10. $700 for TWO night with spa bath I would have expected a lot more. The first room we were put in on the second floor was disgusting. Room 212 to be exact. Spa tub didn’t work, the ceiling was falling off around the curtains, it had a stench of mold, and the bed springs was so old they literally creaked when you sat down plus hair on toilet. They eventually after an hour and a half of miscommunication moved us to a different room. 712. This was only marginally better. The spa bath worked and the bed was more comfortable. The mold smell was there still, and when you walked by the window the carpet was SOAKED. It turned my white socks black. We had to wear shoes in our room at all times. I am a 24 year old woman from Columbus Ohio. My standards on cleanliness aren’t the highest but this still put it to shame. Not to mention the underground parking is falling apart, half closed, and has PILES of nasty chairs and mattresses. Definitely need to figure out better pricing and cleaning standard because this is not it! Not to mention I was getting notifications to check out if I would be charged an extra $75 when I had been gone since 5 am! ( the photos added out from our second “ upgraded” room. )

I had the opportunity to stay with my family to celebrate the birthday of my daughter and the experience was unique The location was what we were looking for close to all the price very good and excellent restaurant and the friendly, attentive and very professional staff especially Werner Martinez who made us feel like family and helped us throughout our stay. We stayed at this hotel as part of a stay and play tournament. This hotel is older, but generally nice. The restaurant has good quality food and the staff was nice. There is a little outdoor boardwalk that in nicer weather would be nice. The pool and open area next to it was good for the kids to play knee hockey and pass a volleyball. The room itself had some issues. There were surprisingly very few electrical outlets in the room. One bed had electrical outlets on one side of the headboard, but if you sleep on the side closest to the nightstand, there are no outlets to charge phones. The room had a small refrigerator, but no microwave. Also, there were no drawers to put clothing. We left ours in our suitcases, which is not ideal with 4 people. There were also a few maintenance issues that could not be addressed during our stay (hot water issue in the tub and ice machine out of order), but the staff was quite accommodating. While it is close to the American side of Niagara Falls, there is nothing to do within walking distance. The main problem is that the hotel is located in a very economically depressed area.

I don’t usually write reviews but the pool being opened while looking this green and cloudy was so unacceptable. The room was as hot as a sauna too. Rooms are outdated and only 1 side table light worked and the TV volume wouldn’t work if you use a firestick. Shower water wouldn’t get hot either. Don’t recommend staying here spend the extra bucks to go elsewhere

Beautiful view of the river out our window. Toilet had trouble flushing. The smoke alarm over our bed had an annoying blue flashing light that made it hard to sleep. The jetted tub kept starting up during the night while we tried to sleep. Went off and on on its own, and we hardly slept. Breakfast was good. Could hear every time the elevator moved and people's conversations in other rooms.

Hotel overlooks the Niagara River it is very clean and everyone from front desk to housekeeping were very friendly and made us feel welcomed. James one of the front desk concierges went above and beyond his duties and is one of the many reasons that we will come back to this hotel!!!

This Crowne Plaza was underwhelming at best: dirty, poor service, 20 minute wait for the one working elevator, parking lot view, windows that have not seen a rag in ages, no filtered water, you pay for breakfast $20 per person unlike every Crowne hotel we've ever been to, and a small old TV set. The only pro: 10 minute drive to the falls.

3 stars because it needs to be updated, but really for the price it was great, good location, food and laundry onsite and no rif raf. Update the rooms, new furniture landscape and this is a 5 star hands down

I'm my room (715) there was no kitchen no nothing a fridge and we also had a TV but it wouldn't play like YouTube or whatever then the pool was ice cold so don't expect it to be warm bc it's so cold it was a little far from like the good stuff it was super clean the stay would be okay for 2 days the bed was comfortable we had a dog move in next door on the last day there we could not sleep it was so loud 📢 so I would recommend no pets

What a difference clean makes!! After a DISASTROUS stay overnight at the Quality Inn nearer to the falls, this Marriott was a breath of FRESH AIR! It is right across the street from the entrance to the Niagara Falls Park albeit at the far end. It is a lovely walk through the park to get to the falls and with parking at only $10.00, it was nice to just leave the car in the Marriott parking lot and walk. We didn't have to worry about parking, and our kids could enjoy seeing the water going from calm, to rapids, to raging rapids, to falls. (Our 3 yr old could walk most of the way, so it isn't that far from hotel to first gift shop.) The pool is heated and CLEAN! No cloudiness. It is small, so my kids left to give others space as it isn't very large. The staff was all very kind and helpful, which was also so refreshing. They do not have complimentary breakfast, but there is a Starbucks in the lobby. We didn't not partake, but saw others who seemed satisfied. One other point, we had chosen to stay somewhere else due to the price seemingly to be slightly cheaper. It turned out after the taxes and fees put on us by the other hotel, plus the $20.00 charge for parking, the difference in price was almost non existent. $10.00 to be precise. The room for 2 Queen beds is larger at this hotel than the other, the cleanliness is miles above the other hotel, and even though this Marriott doesn't have complimentary breakfast, I knew if we did want food, it would be eaten in a clean and comfortable environment. Suffice it to say, I will be staying here from now on with my family as it also felt much safer all around for us.

Not the worst stay, but definitely not what you’d expect from a Courtyard. When we stayed here, the hotel was under remodeling, which I genuinely hope includes the rooms and the gym both are very outdated and feel like they haven’t seen a real refresh in quite a while. You can tell the place has potential, but it’s stuck in that awkward in-between stage of “under construction” yet still charging full price. Then there’s the parking situation. They charge you to park across the street, and the lot has no added security whatsoever. To top it off, they make sure to note that they’re not responsible for anything that could happen to your vehicle. So basically, you’re paying for the privilege of hoping nothing goes wrong. That didn’t sit too well with me. As for the on-site Bistro it’s honestly way overpriced. I went down one morning for a simple coffee, and when the receipt came, it was followed by the classic “please sign here” moment essentially asking for a tip on top of an already expensive cup of coffee. I don’t mind tipping for service, but that just felt excessive for what it was. The staff themselves were polite and seemed to be doing their best given the renovation chaos, but overall, the experience just didn’t feel worth the price. For what we paid, I expected a more polished stay. Hopefully once the remodeling is done, the place will live up to the Marriott standard but as of now, I’d say it’s an okay stay at best, and I’d probably look elsewhere next time.

The three stars are for the employees. Every one that I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. And then came the room…I thought the used children’s swim diaper under the bedroom curtain was the worst of it but the sticky carpet, strange brown smear on the couch (please be chocolate, please be chocolate), whatever was sticky inside the dresser drawer and the spider in the tub faucet really made the trip extra special. Housekeeping did not clean the room the entirety of our stay (3 days) so that would have probably helped keep the room a little more sanitary. The hotel is not as close to the Falls and the Park as it seems. Also, in order to walk to those things you’re walking past some sketchy spots. Fortunately Uber is $10 to most places near the falls. Would I stay here again? No. Would I recommend it? Also no. Please clean these rooms better.

I have stayed here 3 times already. Our last stay was the worst. The rooms were dirty, had hair in the shower, and there was no shower gel. We asked the cleaners in the hallway to give us shower gel and they said that the hotel was out of this and it was on order. How can you operate without bath soap? The hallways were dirty, staff were just texting on their phones. The room fridge also smelled like tuna and was clearly not wiped clean. The pool was also not heated and very cold. Also my Marriott status gives us the late check out which they refused to honour. I sent my email to the manager Frank Matte since July 27, and he refuses to reply to address the matter. I find it very unprofessional of a hotel manager to continuously ignore hotel guests. I have asked repeatedly to speak to the owner about this matter so the owner is aware the manager is not treating guests with respect and the staff refuse to connect me. Not staying at his run-down hotel with such bad service.

Our stay at this Marriott property lasted 15 minutes before we decamped to another property. There was nowhere to park for check in so you had to pull up on the sidewalk and put on your hazards. The kind staff spoke heavily accented English, making communication somewhat hard. The hotel is undergoing extensive renovation and the exterior is so dirty, albeit historic, that it looks fire damaged. The elevator had a smell that was so bad we were covering our noses and gagging. Upon entry our room smelled of heavy mildew, as if someone had washed their dog . I have traveled to 35 states and 45 countries; this is the 1st time I have ever refused to stay. Thankfully we were fully refunded and found a far superior Marriott Fairfield Inn in the same area.

Under construction while we were there but had no measurable impact on our stay. They dint have a courtyard as best I could tell. Decent bistro. Very quiet and peacefull. No view of the falls but right next to the scenic bike path. Definitely recommend you take that walk on it to the falls and then Uber back.

I have stayed in Marriott properties all over the world and this is by far the worst! The hotel is undergoing major renovations so parking is across the street in a dirty lot littered with trash, empty beer cans and legal marijuana packaging. It took more than 20 minutes to check in because of “system” trouble. No complimentary water, they tried to charge $5.00/for a bottle which I declined. Staff were generally surly… I could go on and on but why waste my energy? This place is a dump which should be avoided at all costs.

Super friendly staff. Just walked in and 10 minutes later we were sitting in the helicopter. Great pilot and an amazing flight. Wonderful photo opportunity and the falls from above. We loved it. And reasonable prices for an 12 min flight. Highly recommended.

Cathy at front desk is very kind and super helpful. The whole team there were tremendous and friendly. The views from the sky are just magnificent and the whole experience is so, so wonderful. It's an absolute must thing to do when visiting Niagara Falls. The whole experience was incredible and so I did it twice! If you have a car, they have a free car park. If you are a tourist like I was and bought the Niagara Falls Pass you can use the WEGO bus to Aero Car and once you stop there you walk through the parking lot, and walk until you see traffic lights on Victoria Ave, turn left and on the right hand side you will see the location. It should be no more than a 5 minute walk from Aero Car. If I ever come to Niagara Falls again, I will definitely do it all over again!

What can I say ..."absolutely amazing 🤩", my wife and I were visiting the area for another attraction when we saw the helicopters coming in to land, we had a quick Google search and discovered the Niagara Helicopter company. The heliport is not even a 10 min walk away from the Niagara whirlpool aerocar, so if comitgrom the falls area you can easily jump on the WEGO bus to reach it. The car park was very busy with coaches pulling up aswell, we thought there's no chance we'll fly today but the friendly girl at the desk said there's 3 helicopters working in a constant rotation, even with a queue we were waiting at the gate ready to board in under 15 mins.. the ground crew guys were friendly and joking with us, which put two nervous flyers at ease. Just before boarding a photographer grabs some snaps and then your helped onboard and they assist with your belts, then up up and away, the views from above the Niagara river falls are truly awe inspiring, there is an audio commentary playing while you are on your tour which provides some great facts and history. Overall this might be one of the best experiences we've had while on holiday in Canada, thank you Niagara Helicopters for an amazing experience... There are some refreshments/washrooms available etc, aswell as a gift shop ( 5% discount when you show your flight ticket) and photo collection store.. 3 photos cost us $55, a little costly but great shots and a perfect memory. I really can't express how much my wife and I enjoyed this experience, so I recommend this, an absolute must do if your visiting Niagara Falls.
