Wine on Third Bistro & Bar is a charming and inviting venue located in the heart of Niagara Falls, New York. It offers a cozy atmosphere, an extensive wine list, and delicious food options including American tapas and entrees. The bistro features local artwork, adding to its upscale ambiance. Despite the attention often being on the Canadian side of the Falls, Wine on Third has garnered accolades as one of the best dining spots in the area.
This place is an absolute hidden gem in downtown Niagara Falls, NY. I called ahead to make sure that it was okay to bring my nine year old and the gentleman on the phone assured me it was fine. Headed down there and was immediately seated. Waited on by Liam, who was polite, quick, efficient, and ready with the recommendations. I can not say enough about the staff, quality and quantity of food, and mixed drink I ordered. Will be back SOON. Thanks for saving a mom from cooking dinner and letting her enjoy her Friday night instead.
Sarah S — Google review
Good atmosphere, nice staff. Terrible food. Brussels sprouts tasted like charcoal, salmon was dryyyyyy and rice tasted like chemicals. Cocktails were good though and so was the steak. First and last time coming here.
Lizzy L — Google review
The place was wonderful nice atmosphere and great wait staff. Food over was very good except we ordered the meat and cheese plate for an appetizer not up to par. I was expecting more the store packaged pepperoni and salami with some cheese and crackers. The steak I had was very good well cooked and season. The chicken parm was a very large portion and very tasty. Wine we had was very good as well as the glass bourbon. Would definitely recommend this place just not the app we had.
Joseph M — Google review
The staff was very kind, food was excellent, we loved it! They also have kids menu
최혜연 — Google review
This place nearly perfect. The food was amazing. We got the Hoisin stack, Bourbon glaze pizza and Truffle cream cavatappi. Being from Jersey my hope for the pizza was mid but it was amazing. Only thing I wish was the bottom was a little more chrisp but the flavor was perfect. The truffle was creamy and we added the chicken protein to it. Our server we attentive and great. Only issues I would say is our drinks were a little strong which some may like but not for me when looking for a more refreshing cocktail.
Jason L — Google review
On our two night stay in Niagara we came across this place on the first evening. We were made to feel welcome and both had a pizza…..they were delicious! The food was so good we went back on the second night and both had the house burger which again was absolutely delicious. We could not fault the food, the service or the wine. Highly recommended.
Jon S — Google review
A very enjoyable restaurant! Priced accurately, kind and attentive service!
Laura — Google review
Despite the surrounding areas, Wine on the Third is truly a Must See!! The food was delicious and the ambiance was so relaxed. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. The server was awesome and checked on us several times. We had a blast with her. Our food choices were from a Burger, to Chicken Parm to the Steak Risotto. The truffle fries as appetizers were perfectly seasoned so it went very with the following courses. I will come again on my next trip to the Niagara NY side. There's not much to see in the area but this spot is a Go To Spot for this area!!

Nestled within the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute, Savor is a delightful dining destination that elevates your culinary experience to new heights. This upscale New American restaurant boasts an open kitchen where aspiring chefs showcase their skills right before your eyes, creating a unique dinner-and-a-show atmosphere. The menu changes frequently, featuring seasonal and locally sourced ingredients that highlight the best flavors of the Niagara region.
Went for a friend's 50th birthday, and everything from the staff to the food was excellent! The food was delicious and looked so appetizing when served. Their menu changes often, but no matter what is offered, it is absolutely tasty! They even put Happy Birthday on my friend's dessert plate! Great experience, and I'd definitely go back!
Colleen S — Google review
Savor was the perfect choice of restaurant to celebrate my husband’s birthday whilst visiting Niagara Falls. The set 3 course menu was well priced and had a variety of options to choose from. The meals were perfectly cooked with a symphony of flavour that delighted the senses. Plating was exceptional with attention to detail. The bread baskets were accompanied by house made herb butter, balsamic vinegar and olive oil mix with pickles on the side. This was enjoyable whilst waiting for our meals. Dessert was a masterpiece and closed the meal on an even higher note. The service was seamless from start to finish. Our server Rachel struck the ideal balance between professionalism and warmth. She was knowledgeable about the menu, enthusiastic without being intrusive, and always attentive to our needs. We truly enjoyed our experience. This is truly a Standout Dining Destination!!
Karen J — Google review
This place will forever live in my mind. Party of five, the service, food and price was excellent. We flavored tastes that were created at Savor. Top of the line service. It is a school but in the summer students are away. Worth the experience

You have to eat here! We had an amazing experience with the best food we had had in a while. The atmosphere is good and the staff is very attentive and friendly. The dishes were delicious and very well priced. We had a great evening and wish we could go back.
Salome H — Google review
We had a fantastic experience at Savor, made even better by our attentive and knowledgeable server, Peter. His thoughtful recommendations elevated our meal from the very start—with fresh, warm bread setting the tone. Each dish featured expertly balanced flavors, and our large group was unanimous in our praise for the food, service, and ambiance. Hats off to Team Savor and the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute for a truly memorable evening! To top it all off, we ended the night with a charming stroll down Falls Street, just a couple blocks away, to take in the American Falls.
Julie B — Google review
Just had an unforgettable meal at Savor Restaurant at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute and WOW — what an experience! They serve three-course meals crafted with incredible skill and care, and everything we tried was exceptional. The standout? The mushroom tartine — rich, earthy, and perfectly balanced. I could’ve eaten a whole tray of it! Each dish felt like a masterclass in flavor and presentation. You can tell the students and chefs take immense pride in what they do. Our server, Ashley, made the evening even better — she was knowledgeable, prompt, and genuinely friendly. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. If you’re anywhere near Niagara Falls, do yourself a favor and make a reservation. It’s one of those hidden gems that completely overdelivers. Bravo, Savor!
Liz J — Google review
My husband and I decided to eat here for lunch on our one-day trip to this area. It was super fun to see what was on the menu, to try the food, and to help the server practice. We had a table for two by the windows which was lovely. The hostess was great and the manager came to ask us how everything was. We will make a point of eating here every time we are in town. The entrance to the parking garage is on the other side of the building. Take a ticket from the machine, park on the 3rd floor and follow the large arrow to the door, then take the elevator down to the first floor and the restaurant is to the right. The hostess can validate your parking, so you will only pay $5 at the machine when you leave. We were already parked in parking lot 1 for Maid of the Mist and would have stayed there and walked over if we'd realized how close it was but it was no biggie to park closer and only pay $5. If you are in the area, I highly recommend making a reservation and giving Savor a try. It's a cool experience to see and taste what the students are doing!
Blue F — Google review
Absolutely incredible experience! The restaurant connected to the culinary institute, so everything is cooked and served by students. Incredible, high end food at reasonable prices ($35). Fun to have the meal at a set price and then choose items from each category. It let me pick what I wanted without worrying about price. Everything was exceptional and delicious! Would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Restaurant
Located in Lewiston, The Silo is a unique food truck experience housed in a converted coal silo offering stunning views of the Niagara River. Their signature dish, The Silos Original Haystack, features seasoned rib-eye steak with melted Mozzarella and toasted hash browns on a hoagie roll. Visitors praise the delicious food and commend the friendly staff for their exceptional service.
Decided to try Silo after reading some positive reviews. Serving its signature "Haystack", a sandwich filled with Angus beef and lots of mozzarella and lastly drizzled with hash browns bits. Taste was pretty good, a tad salty for my taste bud but love how the soft buns goes perfectly with beef and mozzarella cheese. Definitely a must try if you are visiting Niagara falls.
Ben L — Google review
Great food made fast and fresh! I added photos of the haystack sandwich and the chicken finger basket- SO good!!!!
Kaydence R — Google review
I would travel around the world every year to come back to the Silo! The food is great but the staff is amazing! I am very proud of these young hard working kids. It is worth going just to experience great customer service ( and food too)!
Alan H — Google review
Absolutely amazing place to eat, service was top tier and food was on a whole different level. The Haystack is just as amazing as it looks. Would definitely come back again!

Wonderful comfort food!!! Always Fresh, and very friendly- can’t beat it.

This vibrant eatery is part of a popular chain across New York State and stands out with its unique twist on classic pub fare. Incredible drink prices, incredible food, incredible wait staff. -Chicken tenders are massive, server with three sauces -Bacon jam burger was a waitress recommendation, with good reason. Ate it in like 3 minutes -Love the $2-$3 tasters for the booze -Corn fritters are something so unique and delicious, you’ll just have to see for yourself

Visited Monday 9/15 with family from out of the country. The waitress was super helpful, patient and understanding as I was translating and interpreting the entire menu for 5 people in my party. She made suggestions according to likes and dislikes for everyone and also shared her personal favorites. The food- my goodness was AMAZING! As a visitor myself from Rochester I can guarantee that I will be revisiting this place!
Adelina S — Google review
My husband and I are in town for our Anniversary from Florida and went to Griffons based on their amazing reviews! It didn’t disappoint! The vibe is really cool and cozy. We had the crab and pretzel appetizer which sounds different but was amazing, it was like pretzel bites smothered in crab dip, and then we split a Beef on Weck, which was also amazing, we’ve never had one. We had mentioned it was our anniversary and our waitress Kelsey (also amazing) surprised us with a dessert, which was fried dough drizzled in maple butter, raspberry, vanilla and chocolate sauce. The whole experience was perfect. We’ll probably go back again before we leave.
Stefanie J — Google review
First time visiting this restaurant and it was a good experience. The waitress was extremely helpful with menu options and providing info so we could make choices we wanted. The food was delicious and served as promised. We liked the tall seats because of the added privacy at our table.
Mike T — Google review
Wonderful place for a good meal. Portions are decent for the price. Certainly a place you want to go for a alcoholic beverage. There are 50 beers on tap. Yes 50! The food is great too. Many options with a little Asian fusion with some items. No credit card surcharge. Dining area is a little dark. Bar area is even darker. Still a nice looking interior. You can get merchinese and cans of beer to go. Fun menu.

We stopped in here yesterday for an early dinner and it was fantastic! The duck wings, chicken tenders, pizza logs, Miami fries were the bomb! I also received a free dessert pillows of 💕! Excellent service and I highly recommend! We are from Indiana and were on vacation! You rocked it!!!!!
Kristie M — Google review
I have been to the Lewiston location multiple times. I was worried that this wouldn’t be as good but I was wrong- the food is the same quality and flavors I have come to expect from Griffon. I am obsessed with the curry ramen (add the crispy chicken.. trust me) and this time we tried the crab pretzels which were heavy but had great flavor. Service was great. Happy to say I would recommend either location. I haven’t never had a disappointing meal from Griffon
Abbey — Google review
The food was excellent. Service was great. We loved the decor and atmosphere. Can get a bit pricey but the portions are large. The banana foster cheesecake is to die for, we had the beef tips and the meat was cooked just right. Looking forward to going back. Excellent place for special occasions.

American restaurant
When you find yourself in Niagara Falls, a visit to the Hard Rock Cafe is an absolute must! This vibrant eatery captures the essence of rock 'n' roll while serving up mouthwatering American classics like juicy burgers, nachos, and fajitas. Whether you're craving a turkey or vegetarian option, there's something for everyone. The atmosphere is electric and inviting—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the stunning waterfalls nearby.
Our server was quick and gracious. Was very knowledgeable about every question asked. We purchased a souvenir glass, which states we were at Niagara Fall, NY. Food was to the point. Fajitas steak and Ribeye were a good option, definitely. Will suggest to friends and family if ever here. Great time, ambience, and music.
Ana D — Google review
Wow! I've always heard stories about how cool this place is, but I've never been able to go. As a rock and roll fan, and a guy who loves food I must say I was as happy as a hog in slop. The food was damn good for the price, and given the location I expected it to be more. I loved all the decor, and even got pictures of myself and my family in front of the wall "hard rock Cafe Niagara Falls" its a cool experience and I hope to be able to visit some more across the nation. If you do get the nachos appetizer, you probably won't be hungry enough to finish your main entree, and the sweet basil strawberry lemonade was to die for
Mike J — Google review
We waited for a few minutes to be seated, but once seated, our server Chelsey came over right away. She brought our water to us right away. Our drinks, Long Island Tea, were brought quickly and delicious! I ordered the grilled chicken/ Caesar salad and my husband had the grilled chicken sandwich and fries. The food came quickly as well. And was delicious also ! Chelsey was very attentive , checked back often but not hovering. Would definitely recommend The Hard Rock!
Janet O — Google review
Have been to Hard Rock Cafes all around the world. They are wonderful. The atmosphere is incredible. The memorialiliba is priceless and timeless. Food differs from location to location. Still has some of the best bargains for portions you can find. The desserts are always awesome too. Alcoholic drinks tend to be expensive. Free WiFi. Clean facility. Clean Washrooms. Friendly staff. Fast kitchen. No credit card surcharge. The Rock Shop is has a very unique guitar mounted to the ceiling. Once a countdown clock for New Year's Eve. This location can be very busy during peak season. Of course in true Hard Rock cafe style, there is live music on certain nights. Awesome stage. Awesome bar. Always a great place to see.
JC L — Google review
Came in for lunch. Food tasted great. Nachos were huge and very flavorful and fresh. Got the smash burger. Felt a little small for price but was a solid burger. Decor inside is awesome if a fan of rock and roll but typical to other hard rocks. The only con is the wait time. Expect 30+ mins for food to come out.
Scott M — Google review
Had the opportunity to try them out over Labor Day weekend and our experience with Sarah the bartender is what brought us back three nights in a row! I highly recommend sitting at the bar and ordering from there, you won’t be disappointed!! Sarah was absolutely AMAZING and you can tell she loves her job! Not only was she very engaged with the customers, she even got us all to do the wave around the bar. We only ate there the first night, food was fantastic but we did stop every night after being in Canada for a couple of drinks before heading back to our hotel. Sarah even remembered my friend Jackie from being there in March! Hell I’d go back just for Sarah and her AMAZING EXPRESSO MARTINI’S she turned me onto!

A large group here while in town in business. We met at the bar for drinks first and had planed on eating, but our fault big group, no reservations, we really enjoyed our time at the bar. One bartender handling a crowded bar with no issues. He was very enthusiastic and still chat while keeping up his busy schedule. Michael's Restaurant is a casual Italian eatery located in the heart of Little Italy in Niagara Falls, NY. Established by the Capizzi family, who immigrated from Italy to pursue the American dream, this restaurant has become a beloved fixture in the area since 1960. The menu features generous portions of homestyle pastas, meats, and classic American dishes. Visitors can expect traditional Italian and American cuisine prepared with an Old World flair that reflects family traditions and values.
Whole visiting the falls with mom and my niece, we were reaching super hungry levels, they requested pasta. And found this amazing local spot, it did not disappoint! I ordered the soup of the day and it was filling!!! Their tour of Italy special was very tasty. Their meatballs are made in house and you can have just that and be happy! Very delicious food, the atmosphere is very comfortable and service very friendly. Thank you.

To the owners and staff, I am so sorry to hear the devastating news. I was here a few nights ago with two friends. One friend whose family speaks so highly of this place and the rolled mozzarella salad. We decided to go and we had fun but also genuinely enjoyed the food. I had ravioli and meatballs. My other friends got chicken parm with spaghetti and pasta with a mushroom sauce. The salads were very good as well! House Italian dressing. You can tell by the decor that the walls hold a lot of history. Thank you kindly for having us and I wish you the best with everything

I was recommended to come eat dinner at this restaurant by a local resident. They didn't disappoint! I like the old-style, homey feeling of the place. It definitely has a family feeling and atmosphere. My server was very friendly, polite, and courteous. She brought out my salad and entree in a relatively short time. This is a place that must be visited if you like authentic Italian food!

Classic Niagara Falls Italian Restaurant located at the entrance to Little Italy. This is like dropping in to Nana's House and having Pasta with Her authentic spaghetti sauce recipe that was also Her Nana's recipe. Kind service and perfect food every time. Party food like Pizza and Chicken Wings are also available for the Buffalo Bills game days. If you're a Tourist don't miss 'Michael's'.

Michael's is one of my favorites when I'm in town! Service is always great, and the food is too! The salad with the rolled mozzarella is the best part, though!

Crazy good food, crazy good service. We flew out this way from SF for a family wedding and we may have to use that excuse more often just so we can come back to this eden!! The sauce is amazing, the meat is seasoned to perfection, it was piping hot, and the presentation was so beautiful I forgot to take a picture until I was full!

Michael's was recommend when we asked a few locals about some good authentic Italian food. It's definitely a MUST when in the area! Such a quaint family owned diner style restaurant located in Niagara Falls' very own "Little Italy". Hearty portions served with lots of warmth...made us southerners feel right at home💜

2023.04 I would highly recommend this restaurant. Their tomato sauce was the best we had ever had; their calzone was so tasty and fulfilling; the “taste of Italy” combo was a good way to try out multiple dishes. Friendly staff, quick service. A tip: the restaurant could get very busy for dinner time so come early if you can.

Power City Eatery is a popular spot in Niagara Falls, known for its delicious breakfast options and freshly brewed coffee. Whether you're in need of a quick caffeine fix or a satisfying meal on the go, this Long Island-inspired eatery has got you covered. From strong Americanos to fresh bagels with honey-jalapeno schmears, there's something for everyone. The inviting ambiance and comfortable seating make it an ideal place to relax or catch up with friends.
Absolutely fantastic food. Can't recommend it enough. Music and vibes are chill. Latte is smooth and made with quality coffee. Everything is hand crafted with the highest standards. Staff is friendly and inviting.

We stopped by this place for breakfast while visiting Niagara Falls and were really impressed. If you love bagels, this is the spot! Freshly made, perfectly toasted bagels with a great variety of toppings and spreads. They also have breakfast sandwiches that are super tasty and filling. The service was quick and friendly, and the vibe of the place was relaxed and cozy—perfect for a casual morning bite. Prices were very reasonable too. Definitely a great find for a simple, satisfying breakfast in Niagara!

A charming coffeehouse and sandwich shop combo with way more soul than the tourist zone. Inside you’ll find a cozy mix of seating options, an upbeat vibe, and—thankfully—coffee that beats the bland brews most of Niagara Falls offers. Breakfast is the star here: sandwiches, bagels with spreads, and pastries that aren’t overpriced. I haven’t tried their lunch yet, but the menu looks solid. They’ve got a private lot (huge plus), free WiFi that clocks around 18 Mbps down, and it’s just a short walk from the falls—though frankly, this spot is worth the detour. Great place to start your day.
Greg H — Google review
This is a good breakfast or lunch sandwich place. Their hours and days open are limited, so it can be a challenge to get a treat here. They have all different types of homemade breads and bagels. They have a nice outdoor dining area during the warmer weather that is dog friendly. The atmosphere here is very relaxed. It's very close to the Niagara Falls State Park. Although 3rd Street can be very tricky to find parking, they have their own parking lot which is very convenient.
MB P — Google review
A very nice sandwich shoppe that had a wide variety of items and a good price. Everyone there was super nice and quick service. The Manhattan was a delicious breakfast bagel!
Captain J — Google review
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Power City Eatery! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly service that made me feel genuinely welcomed. The staff here truly go above and beyond to ensure you have a great visit, and it shows in their attentiveness and kindness. The highlight of my visit was the bagels — they were nothing short of exceptional. Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, and incredibly fresh. You can tell they put a lot of care into their baking, and it really makes a difference. I also appreciated the variety of toppings and spreads available, allowing for a customizable and satisfying meal. The atmosphere of the eatery is lively yet cozy, making it a perfect spot for a quick breakfast, brunch, or even a casual meet-up with friends. The interior decor is inviting, and the overall vibe is upbeat without being overwhelming. It’s clear that Power City Eatery is a place where both the quality of food and the customer experience are top priorities. Overall, this place has become one of my favorites in the area. Whether you're a local or just passing through, I highly recommend stopping by for a delicious bagel and the friendly service. I’ll definitely be returning soon — it’s a gem!

Fine sandwiches, decent coffee. I just can never get an order made correctly or that I don't have to ask for things or correct staff. They seem overworked or undertrained. Breakfast sanfwiches end at 11 am sharp. 11:01 no go. Which is fine, their policy but me and friend asked at 11:01 and were told no so went around the corner to get brekfast sandwich. Money walked out. Also flies are sometimes a problem.

Took a chance on prior reviews... Spot on! Food was flavorful, staff: friendly & helpful. We got the Manhattan Breakfast sandwich on an Everything bagel and a Veggie scramble on Everything bagel. The sleeper choice of the day was the Pumpkin Pie Latte in the Apple Caramel Latte, they were amazing! Homemade syrups allowed the freshly roasted coffee flavor to come through and not be overpowered with a sickening sweet taste or overly chemical taste. They use the all day blend from steamworks coffee roasters in their coffees, flavorful and not bitter. Lovely November day!

The Red Coach Restaurant Inc. is a charming inn modeled after the Bell Inn in Finedon, England, offering classic food and stunning views of the falls. Located at 2 Buffalo Ave, it features 37 uniquely themed rooms such as the Canturbury One Bedroom Suite and the Sheffield Suite. The inn overlooks Niagara's Upper Rapids and is just a short walk from Niagara Falls. Guests can enjoy upscale dining with award-winning appetizers like coconut-and-almond toasted shrimp.
We have eaten here before, but our first time to stay here. We had several meals here, but tonight was beyond extraordinary! Our server, Kim, was a doll! She did EVERYTHING right...very friendly, hospitable, but totally professional! Our meals were exceptionally good, especially tonight - Scallops Florentine and Chicken French! We will continue to recommend this very cordial inn, and your fantastic restaurant!

First of all, the location of this place is difficult to beat. Straight out the door, across the road and a lovely 5/10 minute walk by the river to the falls - excellent. It is based on an old Tudor English Inn and was actually quite authentic if a little odd for the location ! Was a little bit of a mix up with the rate of the room for the second night but this was quickly and efficiently rectified by the reception and management - very much appreciated and handled excellently. Room was lovely - had a huge jacuzzi bath which was great but was very difficult to get into and would recommend a grab rail. Also, if using the bath as a shower base, please provide a non-slip bath mat as I nearly fell trying to get into it with no grab rail to hold onto and the bath being slippy. We only had breakfast here and it was generally very good - had a bit of a wait to be seated on both occasions as there didn’t seem to be any staff around and the hot food on the first morning was served on stone cold plates so we had to eat quickly - hot food on hot plates guys - this is a basic restaurant rule. Would absolutely recommend staying here - beautiful place.

The staff is super friendly, the dinning room sends you back in time! The rooms are super clean and spacious. The bed was dreamy to sleep in along with a complimentary cheese tray and champagne in your mini fridge! Private parking, walking distance to the falls, plus the sounds of the falls is so relaxing. They also give you a breakfast vulture. You can check in then eat dinner there. I highly recommend this place for your stay!

This is one of the only historical looking and feeling buildings left in this area which is a shame but it is beautiful. Inside there is a great fireplace and it feels very nice. We had lunch there after a day of walking the park. Food was great! Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was great. Please check it out if you visit the park. I feel like the rest of the town really lets down the history or this beautiful place but this little gem was just what we were looking for!

We had dinner here for the first night of our honey moon and the food was totally subpar. I had the Pork Normandy which was supposed to be served with shallots, mushrooms, and apple glaze. The pork chops came out smothered in a brown gravy, and the meat was still overcooked and dry!! The “creamy” mashed potatoes were dry and crumbly. My bride had the shrimp blush. The shrimp were gray and undercooked and not sautéed. The “blush” sauce tasted like jazzed up jar sauce. It had very little of the fresh ingredients the menu boasts. The quality of food does NOT warrant the menu prices! The only thing that was good with our meals, were half of the string beans that came with my pork, and only half because they were mushy and overcooked. I feel like this is a restaurant that flourishes on the fact that their clientele is a revolving door. Most of their diners will only be there once and will not take the time to post a bad experience. So they skate by on mediocrity. We sat across from a group of young guys who probably loved their meals because they didn’t t know any better. The managers excuse was that “they hadn’t any any complaints all night” my response “well there’s a first time for everything”. We were seriously disappointed with this decision experience. We left hungry, out $40 ($20 for hard over-cooked potstickers and another $20 for the Uber back and forth). Lastly, they recommended reservations on their website; yeah, not needed. This recommendation (along with the high menu prices) are only to hype the experience and appear to be something more than what they are. We walked in at 7:25 (10 Min late for our reservation) there were plenty of tables as more than half the restaurant was empty. **edit/update** just read another review that the food was salty and overpriced with a pic of the food in their table, in the pic was the same bread plate with butter, a strawberry blend butter, and an oil/balsamic vinegar and sourdough bread. This was from 3 years ago. When the waitress brought this plate out, it was passed off as something fresh and a new creation by the manager/kitchen.

We did not stay at the hotel, but the bartender at our hotel recommended it for dinner. We sat at the bar and were welcomed by the very friendly Kim, who introduced herself, asked our names & where we were from & promptly grabbed us drinks. She offered her suggestions from the menu & even introduced us to another couple at the bar whom she had been taking care of over the course of their one week stay. The food recommendations were excellent and we were really happy with everything we ordered, including a spot-on french onion soup, spinach & artichoke dip & their poached pear salad with maple fig dressing. Overall, just a really nice experience in the ambience of this very cool building with someone who really understands the finer points of old school bartending. It’s a lost art, & it was much appreciated.

This review is for the restaurant. Do you want free food here? Here’s how: 1. Be Asian. 2. Ask a question about the menu — you’ll get a sharp “NO,” and watch your turn pass. But endure. 3. Notice that everyone else gets cutlery, except your table. You’ll have to ask for it. But endure. 4. Receive a napkin already decorated with someone else’s eyelash and a mysterious stain. But endure. 5. Try to enjoy your meal, but before you finish, she tries to clear your plate without asking. But endure. 6. When you pay with your card using the POS, add a humble $2 tip — because you’re still trying to be polite despite the disappointing service. 7. Enjoy Niagara Falls. 8. Then, later, you’ll find that the total amount on your card isn’t your original bill plus the tip. Why? She will adjust the total to make it look like she got an 18% tip. 9. Once you realize your card charge was modified by someone, come back to the restaurant and ask for your receipt. 10. She’ll hand you a receipt with a negative total, saying "Is this what you want?", and an hour later, your entire payment is mysteriously canceled. I really didn’t want to think this was racial, but the tables around us were asked, “How’s your meal?” while we quietly became invisible. We live in New York City and were just on a weekend trip — never expected to face this kind of treatment. Also note: my friend and I have never left those small tip. It was our first time. But you know what? The total amount magically changed. $40.88 became $45.20. If you ever get poor service, check your card statement carefully — apparently, accuracy seems flexible. Niagara Falls was breathtaking, but this restaurant managed to wash away every good memory faster than the waterfall itself.

Seafood restaurant
Tide and Vine Oyster House is a charming seafood restaurant and bar with a relaxed, rustic-chic ambiance. It's known for its expertly shucked oysters and the freshest seafood from the region. The menu includes a fantastic selection of local wines and beers, along with house-made specialties like seafood chowder and lobster rolls. Located in Niagara Falls, this spot offers an impressive raw bar featuring Buffalo Oysters and lobster profiteroles.
We came in for happy hour (Mon all day, Yues-Fri 3-5p) and loved it—fresh oysters, great music, and such a fun vibe. The bar staff was excellent, super friendly, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming. Tide & Wine has both indoor and outdoor seating (covered patio within the free parking lot). NOTE: The restaurant is tucked into a strip mall. The easiest way to find it is to look for the Royal Canadian Bank on the corner and turn into the lot there. Definitely worth a visit! Can't wait to come back and try the lobster roll 🦞

We had an excellent experience at Tide and Vine. Service was outstanding and the food was equally impressive. We dined as a group of two adults and three children, and the kids’ menu was easy to read and well thought out. The children’s meals were prepared with the same care and quality as the adult dishes, which we greatly appreciated. For the adults, we enjoyed oysters, truffle fries, lobster mac and cheese, and a lobster roll. Everything was delicious, though the lobster itself was a bit mild in flavor. The oyster selection was excellent, with a great variety and well-paired accompaniments. The potato salad and pickled vegetable salad served with the meals were a nice, fresh touch. The only downside was the $100 reservation fee, which is refundable, but seemed unnecessary as the restaurant was not busy during our visit. This charge had not been reversed by the time we left, which left us wondering about the process. The restaurant offers patio, bar, and dining room seating. Overall, a great spot with quality food, thoughtful service, and a welcoming atmosphere for families.

A Memorable Dining Experience at Tide and Vine Our meal at Tide and Vine was an absolute highlight of our Niagara trip! Located in a quiet neighborhood where most shops close early, this restaurant is a welcoming gem that stays open and bustling. We arrived at 5 PM and found the place already lively and full—a testament to its popularity. The lobster roll was the star of the show: fresh, tender, and so delicious I finished it in what felt like seconds! The shrimp roll was good but couldn’t quite compare. We also loved the rich and creamy clam chowder—especially when paired with warm bread for dipping. The linguine was cooked perfectly, loaded with well-prepared seafood, and the steak was flavorful and satisfying. Though the waitress initially forgot our cutlery due to how busy they were, she quickly apologized and brought everything we needed. The service was warm and attentive despite the crowd. Tide and Vine is a must-visit for anyone in the area craving fresh seafood and a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere. We can’t wait to return! Highlights: · Incredible lobster roll · Hearty clam chowder with dipping bread · Perfectly cooked linguine and steak · Friendly service in a bustling setting A perfect culinary finale to our Niagara adventure!

A wonderful place to grab some delicious seafood. Fast, friendly, and excellent service. My wife had the lobster mac-n-cheese and I had the lobster roll. Muscles for an appetizer and the clam sauce fries. Everything was excellent. My wife said her lobster mac-n-cheese was the best she's ever had. Highly recommend visiting here if you have the opportunity. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again.

Some people in my party I’ve been here before, so they suggested this for a great meal and I was not disappointed. I had the Arctic chard which was served perfectly, I totally cleaned out my plate, including the skin, which was to me delicacy.. Others had oyster combinations, and there were some question as to what is meant by fried oysters, and the person who was being served them was a little confused as they came out different than he normally gets them. After some conversation with the person working on the table, there was a clarification, but they were still very tasty. We were too full for dessert. There were also some T-shirts and table condiments for sale and my party bought some for both souvenirs and also something tasty to use at home. This would definitely be a go to place when I come back to Niagara Falls.

Since I love seafood, we decided to find a nice seafood restaurant in Niagara Falls. It wasn’t fancy—more of a casual seafood joint with a vintage vibe. We tried a small seafood tower, which was fantastic! Then, we ordered every oyster on the menu, from the West Coast to the East Coast. Our verdict: we loved the East Coast oysters the most—they had a richer aroma and were juicier. We also really enjoyed their signature house sauce. If you like simple & easy seafood resturant, try here. It was about 10min from embassy hotel.

Absolutely amazing!! We had such a great experience here – the oysters were super fresh, and with the half-price deal, you really can’t ask for more. On top of that, the service was outstanding – it truly felt like home. ⭐ We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Niagara Falls!

Tide and Vine is a casual seafood spot located in a plaza with plenty of parking and charming nautical decor, including crab shell ornaments. I dined in, and the service was warm and friendly throughout. The lobster roll was packed with fresh chunks and easily one of the best I’ve had. The clam chowder was rich and satisfying, though the lobster mac was a bit salty. A great lunch destination for seafood lovers looking for quality, comfort, and convenience.

We tried the Indian dinner buffet at $23 per person. While the spread was decent, the quality could be improved. If they focused on quality over quantity, the taste would be even better. Despite that, the staff was super polite and friendly. Worth trying if you're in the mood for Indian food!"

We had an amazing experience with authentic Delhi-style Indian food in Niagara! The chole was excellent, the aloo gobi was outstanding, and honestly everything we tried was out of this world. It’s rare to find such high-quality Indian food here, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone craving real Indian flavors in Niagara.

Amazing Food ! Lot of options in Buffet ! Best Part is their policy to stop food wastage. I have been to many Buffet, but, this is one of its kind with this rule. Totally loved them for this ! We tried following :- 1. Masal Chai 2. Onion Pakoda and Fries 3. Kadhi Pakoda 4. Aloo Palak 5. Peas Puloa 6. Plain Rice 7. Gol Gappe - A MUST TRY ITEM 8. Dahi Bade - Nice 9. Gulab Jamun - Good Taste, not too sweet.

First, this place is great for vegetarians, as the buffet offerings are clearly marked and indicate which are vegetarian dishes. Second, the food is quite good, and there are many veggie options as well. Third, the service here is also good, as both the host and our server were friendly and helpful, and our server went out of his way to explain the food and ingredients to us. He even suggested which toppings to put on which dishes. We had an enjoyable time here, and would recommend it to everybody.

Zaika Indian Cuisine: A Buffet Worth a Visit!!! If you're looking for a satisfying and varied Indian dining experience in Niagara Falls, Zaika Indian Cuisine is a great option, especially for their all-day buffet. The true value here lies in the sheer versatility of the menu, which caters exceptionally well to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian diners. The buffet offers a wide array of choices, ensuring everyone in your party will find something they enjoy. From classic curries and tandoori selections to an abundance of vegetarian dishes, the spread is both extensive and well-executed. You get to sample a little bit of everything, making it a fantastic value for the price. A pro tip for ending your meal: be sure to try the salted lassi, also known as Masala Chaas. It's the perfect refreshing and savory drink to aid in digestion after a hearty meal. A couple of things to note for your visit: the restaurant can get quite busy, especially between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Due to high demand, there's a seating limit of 45 minutes per party when the restaurant is at capacity. It's a small detail, but it's good to be aware of if you're planning a visit during peak hours. Overall, Zaika Indian Cuisine delivers on its promise of a varied and valuable buffet experience. The food is delicious, the menu is extensive, and it's a great spot to get your fill of authentic Indian flavors.
Shashank D — Google review
This place has tons of great reviews—and for good reason. You'll find plenty of photos online, so instead of repeating that, I want to highlight just how fantastic the food is. Every single item on the buffet was delicious, with plenty of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The pricing is very reasonable—considering that individual dishes elsewhere cost $14–$15, getting an all-you-can-eat buffet for around $24 (including tax) is a great deal. You can also get food to-go for $12.99 a pound. That might be expensive though. The staff are super friendly, though they do make it very clear (even before you're seated) that it's buffet-only and a new plate is required for each trip. Parking near Niagara Falls is always a challenge, so be prepared to walk a bit—but trust me, it’s worth it!

Nestled just a block away from the bustling casino and major hotels, Donatello's in Buffalo is a delightful counter-serve eatery that serves up an array of delicious options including pizza, chicken, sandwiches, and even a weekly fish fry. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, with the owner leading a friendly team dedicated to providing excellent customer service. While the exterior has its charm, some may find the aging interior and occasional flies to be minor distractions from an otherwise enjoyable experience.
Fast and helpful service, good attitude, professional, BEST PIZZA OF BUFFALO I love the family comittment and heritage. Funny TMMT ninja turtles donatello references. Pizza came fast, perfect, and intense! Perfect proportions and presentation! Great deals and prices. You cannot beat this place! 99/100 i will choose to eat here when im around the area. One of the best pizza joints in Niagara Falls City & Perhaps within the surrounding cities. Freshly baked, light & soft bread dough, generous and well-loaded with toppings, tasty sauce and delicious pizza. The chicken wings were fantastic. The customer service was excellent and the atmosphere was wonderful. It's located on 3rd Street & a walking distance from Niagara State Park.

We're glad we decided to check this place out. It's a nice mom and pop restaurant that was close to where we were and saw the good ratings. Well, we have to say this place did not disappoint! Their dough and ingredients are made fresh and you can definitely taste it. Some pizza doughs in other places are inconsistent with their texture, but when we cut into their pizza, it seeme like a good texture-- consistent all around. Unsure if they serve the thin crust as an option, but I like how their dough wasn't "doughy" or too thin. Their customer service was great also! They have that "back in the day" old school treatment where you can sit down, eat, and pay when you're done. Their cookies were delicious too! They are very close to a few of the hotels (like the Seneca Hotel) and very close to the Niagra Falls.

We wanted pizza on our last night and found this local spot. Waiting for our food we could tell it has a lot of regulars. We live in Florida where pizza sucks, and we are from IL so we love our Chicago pizza, but THIS pizza was AMAZING! You can tell that the ingredients are fresh. The crust is light and crispy even though it’s thicker. I’m kind of bummed we waited to try it on our last night, I would have gone again! We also got wings which were fresh and huge! They had a good crisp on them and the sauce was great!

Very friendly atmosphere.(with Ninja turtle decor) You could tell it's a well known spot for locals. The counter guy knew a few people by name when they walked in and the phone orders were consistently coming in. It's not anything fancy, order at the counter(grab a menu and sit while you figure out what you want, then go back up to order), grab your own drinks from the cooler. They will bring your food to you when its ready and pay before you leave. Gentleman at the counter just made the experience better leaving me smile more than once. It's an old school New York style place. Glad I stumbled upon it and decided to stop before heading out of town after a weekend at the falls. The food was delicious. Wish I lived closer because I wanted to try more of the menu. It was a hard choice because it all sounded so good. Then after eating there, there so much more I want to try! I had the Greek wrap and my boyfriend had the Royal Hoagie. The only thing he regrets is not ordering the large because it was so good! The onion rings seemed to have their own batter on them which was slightly sweet but they were also phenomenal. Food came out quicker than I expected but we visted mid October, on a monday around 4:30pm, so the area wasn't very busy. Im sure the wait times during prime season might be longer but it would be worth the wait. It will most definitely be my first choice for food on my next vist to the falls.

Nestled in the heart of Niagara Falls, The Bakery Restaurant Lounge and Club has been a beloved local gem since its transformation from an old Polish bakery in 1969. This casual steakhouse invites you to indulge in hearty American cuisine within a warm, rustic setting adorned with fascinating antiques and collectibles that tell stories of the past. Whether you're looking to enjoy a family meal or engage in some friendly competition with bar games like darts and pool, this cozy spot is perfect for unwinding after exploring the falls.
This restaurant was a little surprise!! From the outside it doesn’t look like much but inside the decor really makes you feel like your at home having a home cooked meal. I had the “famous” baby back ribs my wife had the open steak sandwich and my mother-in-law had the spinach stuffed baked haddock. The ribs were nice and tender but the did not have the flavor cooked into it. The sauce was laid on top and though it was good it didn’t meet my bar for BBQ ribs. The wife and mother-in-law really enjoyed their meals. My ribs came with choice of soup or salad. I chose the soup which was bacon cheeseburger w/ macaroni and was very creamy and delicious. I would love to return to try something different next time. The staff was very friendly. Oh the Irish coffee was delicious as well.

We were very lucky to find this gem during our trip to Niagara from Cali. We'd just spent an entire day touring the Falls and found this restaurant after cancelling a reservation we had near Old Falls St. (Parking stressed us out, and we were hangry.) Bakery Restaurant has such an unassuming exterior, it was a surprising delight to be met with the interior's charming antique motif. We arrived just before the dinner rush and were seated promptly. Our server was lovely, but as it did get busy, there were moments where we experienced some wait on service. The manager/owner was great and made up for these gaps, however, checking in on us and even taking our additional orders. We started with the stuffed banana peppers which were delicious! My partner had the fettuccine which wasn't quite to his liking, but I tried it myself and thought it was tasty. I might've eaten his leftover, but I ordered the mini surf n turf, which was plenty already. My fave on my plate was definitely the lobster with the butter sauce. Both the lobster and steak medallion were cooked to my satisfaction. We finished off with the sundae and fried cheesecake, both strong finishes to the night.

Great stop for dinner. Love the eclectic decor. Service was excellent and food was delicious! Reasonably priced meals and glasses of wine. We always order fish dinner (breaded or fried haddock) because we can't find a single restaurant in Northeast Ohio that serves anything even remotely like what is offered in most restaurants throughout NY state. This breaded haddock was delicious, lightly coated and quite a generous portion. The included side salad was also generous in size and delicious. The desserts were extensive and varied, but the dinners left no room to eat anything else. I would recommend The Bakery to anyone and plan to return the next time we are in Niagara Falls. Prices were quite reasonable.

Cool place with very good food and great prices. I had the surf and turf which came with 2 lobster tails, an 8 oz fillet mignon, choice of potato and garden salad. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted very good. My wife had the mini surf and turf which was 1 lobster tail, a 4 oz fillet mignon, choice of potato and garden salad, again cooked perfectly. There was complimentary bread brought out with our appetizer which was stuffed peppers. I didn't really care for the peppers unfortunately. We shared a bottle of wine for $20 and had dessert to go which was very good too. The service was friendly and we will return for sure.

An absolute gem of a find on a trip away from home. The venue is a virtual museum of area history, a preservation of businesses lost but not forgotten. The food was top notch with generous portions and original recipes giving a new twist to items in ways we had not seen before. Chef Joseph was kind enough to give us a glimpse of the rich history of the establishment, a tour of the restaurant and an understanding of his keen appreciation for the history. The experience and the ambiance was genuine, every piece on display had a story and seemed familiar. The warmth and emotion of the staff and the decor enhanced the dining experience. I recommend it for those looking for a real touch of the region, or those just looking to get away from the cookie cutter touristy resort offerings.

Amazing place. The person who took care of us, Esperanzo, gave an amazing tour and history of the place. This hotel is an experience. To start with they got the Wow factor right when you enter the place. There was no one to open the door, none to greet - you grab a Victorian style door amd viola - you enter into an amazing which you would have never thought when you saw that door. The Western Door is a top-shelf steakhouse located over the casino floor at Seneca Niagara Hotel, in Niagara Falls. The restaurant features dark woods and eclectic decor, and serves up some of the best steak around. The French Onion soup is reportedly excellent, as are the steaks. Beet salad is also a popular favorite, while creme brulee is another popular dessert option.
Went to the Western Door for a birthday celebration. The food was delicious! The prime rib special was perfect! I also had the crab cakes which were delightful different! (Love the crisp on the outside!) Lobster bisque and French onion soup was so flavorful! The view was pretty cool as well! Highly recommend!

Visited two weeks back. Loved the wagyu, the pork belly and the lobster Mac and cheese. Expensive otherwise. Didn't like the regular steak which was 60$ - truly a workout for the mouth. So I barely ate half before giving up. The 15$ potato wedges were grotesquely big and were simply discarded. The wagyu steak itself is pure magic and worth the price! The staff is cheerful professional and very very responsive. Probably the best in my USA ten day trip. The ambience is very swank as well. All excellent otherwise.

I recently had dinner with family and friends at Western Door Steakhouse, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The restaurant has a fancy yet relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the evening, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Now, let’s talk about the food absolutely delicious! The mac and cheese really hit the spot with its creamy, cheesy goodness and perfect texture. The lamb chops were cooked beautifully, tender and full of flavor, with a nice balance from the sauce and vegetables. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, and the cocktail was refreshing with the right amount of sweetness. Overall, Western Door Steakhouse delivered on all fronts ambiance, service, and food. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a spot to enjoy a great meal with friends or family.

Came here for a birthday dinner, did not disappoint. Great food! Friendly service. Steak was cooked perfect. Creamed spinach was a game changer! 11/10 would recommend!!

The Western Door is fine dining at its best in the Seneca Niagara Casino! The food is superb! Excellent cuts of meat well prepared and great seafood too. Appetizers are amazing as always! This is a great place to dine for a special occasion or before a show or event going on in the casino. The atmosphere is elegant yet at times I've seen some very casually dressed patrons stumbling in from the casino. It's a mixed crowd. The service has always been very attentive. Prices are a bit higher than your average steakhouse but its to be expected at the casino. I've been very satisfied with every meal I've ever had there!

My fiancée and I came to The Western Door to celebrate our engagement, and Jim and Antonio made the night unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely excited for us. They both knew the menu inside and out, offered great recommendations, and made sure our glasses were never empty — especially with the champagne! To top it off, they surprised us with a dessert and candle to congratulate us, which was such a thoughtful touch. It turned a great dinner into a perfect celebration. Thank you, Jim and Antonio, for helping make one of the best nights of our lives even more special.

Door was great, ate at the bar. Service was slow, waited awhile to be able to order a second drink. Took awhile to also be able to ansk for the check. Ordered 2 glasses or Orin swift the prisoner and we definitely were given something different. The bottle it was poured from did not have the Orin swift label and it tasted horrible. Didn’t realize until we were already on the way to our show and didn’t want to be late by going back. Very disappointing.

Restaurant
La Galera Mexican Restaurant is a warm and inviting spot offering an extensive menu of classic combinations and authentic dishes. Visitors from both Ontario, Canada, and Niagara Falls, NY, were impressed with the fantastic food options and friendly service. Despite being busy, they enjoyed relatively short wait times for tables. The complimentary chips and salsa were particularly tasty, while the portions were described as large and delicious.
One of my top three Mexican joints in Niagara and Erie county. Friendly staff. Foods amazing and consistent. Top 2 salsas around. Tad spicy how I like it. Love the pollo and chorizo options Tasty margaritas thank you soo much for always taking care of us and making good consistent food

We waited 30 min for our table as we didnt book ahead of time. Food was good, large portion and well priced. We had chicken and chorizo fajita, beef tacos and fish taco. Our bill was $43 with tipping.

Had a dinner on our first day of visiting Niagara Falls. Food is ok…wait time was 20 min. Not sure you can make a reservation or not. A very busy parking lot and space is tight. Spicy salsa was tasty but they charge $3 for it. I don’t think it is worthy…

I always try Mexican restaurants if available in areas I travel. Unfortunately, this didn't live up to the reviews. It's not bad persay, its just that nothing stood out. The chips and salsa were maybe average. Salsa was a step above jarred salsa and the chips were overcooked. The meal was okay, but again, didn't standout.

Got veggie enchiladas with guac and veggie quesadillas. Both tasted really good . Home made green hot sauce was amazing as well with salsa chips . Will definitely be back

We absolutely love this place and have made it a weekly tradition to dine here, and for good reason. The consistency is perfect every single time. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and authentic, and the service is just as impressive as the menu. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth. Everyone in the building is incredibly kind and welcoming, making the experience feel like you're visiting family. The enchiladas, quesadillas, and tacos are all flawless. The fajitas come out sizzling and are packed with mouthwatering flavor. The chips, salsa, and guacamole are fresh and delicious—honestly, some of the best we've ever had. And dessert? Absolutely delicious every time. This restaurant has set the bar for what great food and service should be. We look forward to our visits every week and can’t recommend it enough!

Italian restaurant
The Como Restaurant and Lounge is a long-standing Italian eatery in Niagara Falls, known for its traditional Italian dishes and spacious interior. Since 1927, the Antonacci family has been serving classic southern Italian fare such as veal francesca, chicken cacciatore, and veal parmigiana. The restaurant's decor features floral wallpaper, pastoral murals, chandeliers, and faux grapevines.
Absolutely delicious and authentic food. No more than 7 minutes from downtown Niagara Falls. The calamari plate and dinner portions are huge. We took a doggie back home and had it for lunch the next day! I've been here several times in the last 15 years and the food has always been delicious. These owners are there in the restaurant and check in on you. Definitely a must visit if you go to Buffalo or Niagara Falls, NY.
Sarah L — Google review
Not a bad experience, but not great either. We came because or a restaurant.com voucher but the food didn't feel like it was worth the full prices. With the discount, it was worth it. The calamari appetizer was dry and tasteless. The spaghetti and meatball dish only comes with ONE small meatball! You have to order more separately at an extra cost! That is not okay.. The lobster tails were ok but tasted like they were frozen and defrosted in a microwave. The steak was a good portion but overcooked due to the fact that it was not fresh beef. The vegetable and baked potato sides were good. We were served by Dale and she did a good job, she accommodated us well and we had a nice experience because of that. She bumped my rating up to 3 stars instead of 2. Thank you for a good experience.

Very good Itallian food at reasonable prices. The kids (18 and 15) both got the Taste of Italy platter, they liked the chicken oarm and gnocchi but did not like the cheese ravioli and lasagna as much. I ordered the tripe, which was delicious, and a side of linguini with red clam sauce that was very good. My wife had the NY steak and lobster tails, the steak was excellent but the lobster was over cooked. Our desserts were all very good. We tried the cannoli, spumoni ice cream and the bow tie pastry. The was friendly and very quick. Overall it was a very good meal

Wonderfully quaint restaurant with top notch food and impeccable service. Friendly host and reasonably priced. Large portions. We visit here every time we come to Niagara Falls New York

Was expecting much better considering the previous reviews. Bread was salty, overly soft, and cold. The salad was just drowned in dressing and had lettuce that looked like it was going bad. The ravioli was tasteless and like frozen food. At least the server was very friendly despite being the only one working the whole dining room.

Oh my goodness, wow. The food here is delicious and the service is amazing! We visited for the first time recently and were very impressed by the hospitality and overall experience. The fettuccini Alfredo is so creamy and decadent and the manicotti was huge. You will not leave here hungry!

Marketside Restaurant is a delightful little diner that has been serving the community for over five decades, making it a beloved spot for breakfast and lunch. Located in the heart of Little Italy, this cozy eatery boasts a simple yet satisfying menu filled with classic favorites like fluffy pancakes and hearty omelettes. The inviting atmosphere is enhanced by friendly staff and an endless supply of fresh coffee, creating a welcoming environment that feels like home.
Words cannot describe how extremely pleased I was with our visit to Marketside. We found this place on accident as we were traveling through from Texas on our way to Niagara Falls, Canada. The restaurant makes you feel like you're having breakfast at home. It's an amazing mom and pop place. The owner comes by and checks in to ensure your meal is to your liking. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Now let's talk about our meal. I am an absolute French toast lover and I've always been one to criticize a place based on their French toast. Marketside had the best! The best French toast I've ever had! Gosh I'm going to miss it going back home to Texas. My husband raved about their strawberry chocolate pancakes. Most dishes are not meals, so you are purchasing eggs and a side of meat separately, which brings the check up but it's well worth it.

We had such a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the servers were incredibly nice and considerate. They brought a coloring book for my son which kept him happy while we enjoyed our meal. The owner, Mike, came over to personally greet us and made us feel so welcome. To top it off, he surprised my son with a complimentary pancake — it was so good that my little one ate every bite! Such a thoughtful touch that made our visit extra special. Highly recommend this place for both the amazing food and the heartfelt hospitality!

Just want to share our experience today at Marketside …. First of all it was the first place that caught my eye as we came into New York to explore ❤️ this morning we went there for breakfast and it is a cute & quaint place with friendly waitresses who greeted us and seated us with a smile and were great at taking our order. Lots of smiles from the other waitresses and a really warm and welcoming and simple environment! I especially loved when a gentleman came to our table to ask us how we were doing and hoped that our food was what we expected ( which it was) and he had such a wonderful demeanour and really gave you the family homey feeling and made you feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated… I loved that!!! And that in itself made the whole breakfast more amazing! He also, gave us a hug and thanked us for coming in. Also, prices were decent and the food tasted great 😊 highly recommended If we’re ever back in NewYork again will be visit this restaurant again. Thanks for the great breakfast love your Canadian 🇨🇦 neighbours

We were looking for a local place to grab breakfast in downtown Niagara Falls. This place has good reviews so we tried it. We were not disappointed. Prices were good and portions were very big. You will not leave hungry. It has a great small town atmosphere and the staff is great. Highly recommend.

This breakfast spot was busy on Wednesday morning and I definitely understand why! The food is super tasty and I would’ve eaten here again if I had spent more days in Niagara. The interior gives off a cozy, homey vibe and the service was awesome. Even though it was packed, our server was very attentive to our large group. We ordered the Banana Fosters Pancakes with a side of real maple syrup and let me tell you, that syrup is worth it. It was a total game changer and really enhanced the pancakes. We also got the Sal Maglie with everything and that was a winner too. Overall this place is awesome! If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll definitely be coming here again.

I was a bit skeptical of this place after walking in but the food turned out to be decent. They were a little busy so service was slow. Overall I enjoyed my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. The roll was very soft and fresh. Potatoes could use seasoning.
Shalagh H — Google review
Marketside is very much an hometown vibe. Like I felt transported when I walked inside. It has a family feel. The service was incredibly attentive. I wondered out loud about Madge and Eddie. If they are or were the owners, this place feels every bit like a place called Madge and Eddie's. My blueberry pancakes were amazing. The bacon was cooked exactly as I requested. My very picky companion rated 4.5 on a 5 scale so that is high praise. The only way they could have been better is if the edges were a scooch crisper and a wee bit more chocolate. I would 100% return and would absolutely recommend. Well done Marketside.

The Bella Vista Ristorante is an Italian restaurant located within the Sheraton Four Points hotel. The restaurant has great food and a great view of the Niagara River. The restaurant is popular with tourists and locals, who love its traditional Italian dishes.
Tanisha was AMAZING!!! She was the only bartender, and waitress! She had ZERO help!! She even bussed the tables on her own. She handled it all with a great attitude and definitely deserves a raise! We had a party of seven, and even though she was the only person and things took a while… she kept a smile on her face!

The one star is for the water we drank. The food was bland, we ordered 2 pastas and the chicken in them tasted like rubber. The pizza was under salted and lacked even basic flavour and cheese It took almost an hour for the food to arrive and when it finally did- it was the most disappointing meal. Would absolutely not recommend going here for the food. The view is great.

Brason was a really great server and made sure all of our needs were met. It seemed like there was a staff shortage tonight and the wait was over an hour to get our food which was a little excessive given that there were only two of us. Overall, the food and the experience was great! We had a good time and would come back again! Wine selection and drinks were tasty and the dessert we got was delicious! Maybe hire a couple more people? Good work Brason!!!

First time visit. Don't let this location throw you off because it is in a hotel. The view is incredible of the Niagara River with the north end grand island bridge in the background. Does have docking options. Service can be kind of slow, but for our visit I really didn't think it was bad at all. Waiter was pleasant and attentive. Food was pretty good. For our table, we got the Spinch Artichoke Dip (needed more salt we felt, but decent), Chicken Casear salad (delicious, chicken cooked perfectly), Crema Pesto pasta (very good, pasta was great), Chimchurri Steak and Frites (chimchurri yummy, steak was a little tough being medium rare, Cajun fries delicious), Chicken Alfredo with GF pasta (good classic dish, not the best alfredo I have had, GF pasta was good), Chicken Parm and Rigatoni with Meatballs (their homemade sauce is very classic tomato sauce, not a lot of seasoning, thick, tomato flavor). All in all, we thought the experience and meal was enjoyable.

All the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The bread service was great and the food was good. The food portions were large and worth the wait. Great outdoor seating with great view of the lake. We had a longer wait than expected but in the end we were happy with our experience. Would definitely return just for the bread!

Hotel restaurant with a nice view of the river and bridge. Service was decent, food was overpriced so we went with “smash” burgers which tasted more like a frozen patty on a bun. Served didn't even ask how we wanted them done.
Paul F — Google review
Found this place while visiting Niagara Falls, it’s located inside a Hotel, our server Alex was great, we sat outside by the river which had a great view, the food was great.
A S — Google review
I want to give this a 5 star so badly. The food was awesome, and our waitress was super. She addressed all our allergy concerns and gave us our appetizers for free when the ticket for them was lost. The view from inside the restaurant is lovely, with even a place to tie your boat to the dock. Great outdoor seating as well. But, the wait time is terrible. A very small team appears to currently work there. While they did a great job it took well over an hour to get out food, and most of us never got a refill. In our experience the food was worth the wait, but something like complimentary bread would have gone a long way to help us endure the wait time. Despite the wait, we would likely visit again.

Nestled in the heart of Little Italy, Fortuna’s Restaurant & Banquets is a cherished family-owned establishment that has been delighting diners since 1945. This charming eatery offers generous portions of classic Italian dishes, including homemade pasta and veal, all crafted from time-honored recipes passed down through four generations. The inviting ambiance features elegant white archways reminiscent of the Colosseum, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for weary travelers seeking authentic Italian cuisine.
Fortuna's is a little gem tucked in an area that you might not find on your own. The food is more traditional Italian cuisine and delicious. I have used them for catering as well and my guests loved the food. I recommend checking it out.

Hidden gem in Niagara Falls, NY. The food is delicious. The portions are enormous. The staff is lovely. It's the hearty, homecooked Italian you remember from the 80s and 90s. If you don't remember those decades, go so you can have the experience because you'll want to go back. You may have to roll out of the restaurant but get the desserts, too. They were incredible. I only come to western NY once a year now. I have a list of places to eat. This is one of them, and we live about 90 minutes away to go here. When the food came, I dug in so I only have dessert pictures.

I have to be honest, I was a little skeptical of this place. The neighborhood its located in doesnt seem all that great. However, the building is very attractive, well maintained, and has plenty of parking. I have to assume that the restaurant was there long before the decline of the neighborhood. The inside of the restaurant is inviting. The decor is tastefully done. The lighting is elegant, and the mix of music played created that old school italian vibe. Alcoholic drinks were reasonably priced and well balanced. They also have a wide variety of red wines to choose from. If there is one thing I thought was lacking, it was the presentation of my plate. A little nitpicky, I know, but when you charge $30 for a plate, you are in a class where presentation is important. However, the meal I had was wonderful. It was a generous portion, and tasted fresh. Where I feel this restaurant excelled was in the service. Our server was very attentive. She checked on us several times throughout the meal. The bussers were also very quick to clear any empty plates or trash of the table. A+ service experience. Very rare these days! However, my favorite part was the cannolis for dessert! We had a great experience here. We came tired and hungry, and left happy, full, and with a slight buzz. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you live in or are visiting the falls. You will be impressed!

We went last night for dinner, nice environment, the service was really good. I ordered the shrimp scampi and it was good. Great dining experience! Food was great-server was wonderful with suggestions! Water glasses never empty! I had the flirtini cocktail and it was 💯! We shared the Italian salad (homemade dressing was awesome) and gluten free pasta with bolognese. Two of us didn’t even finish it! Huge portion. We also had the mozzarella garlic bread which my partner said was awesome and ate every slice:). Great family place!!! Try it!

As mentioned in other reviews, I was skeptical due to the location, but this place was well worth it. The service was excellent. My husband and I had soups for starters (cream of broccoli and chicken with pastina) and Penne Bolognese and Seafood Fra diavolo for mains. The soups were delicious. The Bolognese was tasty, but the star was the seafood pasta. The scallops were cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. There was also a generous number of shrimp in the dish.

Our Tour guide suggested this place for quick bites. We got cannoli filled with ricotta cheese cream and custard filled donut with chocolate icing. While the cannolli crust was soft, the filling was absolutely delicious. The donut was great too. They had a variety of selection of savory items as well.

If bread had an agent. The gentleman who served us would be him. (Unfortunately forgot to get his name) Such passion and pride in one’s work is hard to find these days and on top of that the product is nothing short of exceptional. The customer service was amazing. Our dietary concerns were addressed with compassion and respect. Most of the products except for the pepperoni pizza and such are suitable for vegetarians. We got the broccoli as well as the spinach ricotta pizza which were delectable as were the custard and cream filled donuts. The bread just has that special texture and taste that elevates it from humble bread to something which blankets you with dopamine inside and out. A joy to see, touch and taste the wonderful texture and amazing flavour. No wonder this is the bread everyone loves and talks about in western New York.

Polish Nook is a charming, family-owned restaurant that has been serving up traditional Polish and American dishes since 1964. Operated by three generations of the same family, this hidden gem offers an authentic dining experience in a rustic setting. The friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere make for a delightful visit, allowing guests to savor every course without feeling rushed.
The Polish Nook is a truly unique restaurant. It has Polish food mixed with some steakhouse staples. They have some of the best traditional pierogies that I have ever tried. They have the best pork chops in Western New York! Their surf and turf is delicious and very reasonably priced. Even with all that being said, the one thing that I look forward to every time is their pumpkin ice cream pie! You may not be a pumpkin lover, but trying this delicious dessert is a must!

An Authentic Polish Gem in Niagara Falls! The Polish Nook is hands down one of the most delightful dining experiences I’ve had in the Niagara Falls area. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re transported into a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels like stepping into a Polish family’s home. The authentic décor and friendly staff immediately set the tone for what becomes an unforgettable meal. Let’s talk about the food – it’s absolutely incredible! The homemade pierogis are nothing short of perfection. You can taste the love and tradition in every bite. These aren’t your frozen grocery store pierogis; these are the real deal, made fresh with recipes that have clearly been passed down through generations. Whether you go for the classic potato and cheese or venture into their other delicious varieties, you simply cannot go wrong. The portions are generous, the flavors are authentic, and the quality is consistently outstanding. The Polish Nook also boasts a full bar that perfectly complements the dining experience. Their drink selection includes traditional Polish beverages alongside American favorites, and the bartenders know how to craft the perfect accompaniment to your meal. The pricing is incredibly reasonable for the quality you receive. What really sets this place apart is the incredible atmosphere and special events. If you haven’t experienced their Sunday Polka Party, you’re truly missing out! The energy is infectious, the music is fantastic, and it creates such a joyful, community-focused environment. It’s the kind of place where strangers become friends over shared plates and traditional music. But the crown jewel of their events calendar has to be their Dyngus Day celebration. I can confidently say it’s the biggest and most amazing Dyngus Day party in all of Niagara Falls! The entire restaurant transforms into a festival of Polish culture, complete with traditional music, dancing, authentic food, and an atmosphere of pure celebration. It’s clear that the Polish Nook doesn’t just serve Polish food – they celebrate and preserve Polish culture in the most wonderful way possible. The staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. They’re knowledgeable about the menu, passionate about the food they’re serving, and genuinely care about ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. Their enthusiasm for Polish cuisine and culture is contagious and adds so much to the overall dining experience. Whether you’re Polish yourself, looking to explore new cuisines, or simply want to enjoy fantastic food in a warm, vibrant atmosphere, the Polish Nook delivers on every level. This is the kind of authentic, family-owned restaurant that makes dining out special. I’ll definitely be returning for more of those incredible pierogis and to catch the next Polka Party! Highly recommended – you won’t be disappointed!

The waitress kept offering to refill my husband's iced tea and NEVER mentioned that she would charge for the iced tea or for the refills. We did point out the error when we received the bill, and she said only "hot" tea is included. That is NOT what the menu states. It states tea! See attached photo. Tried the perogies, not a fan.

Visiting from Atlanta Ga Originally from Youngstown Ohio I have been to Niagara Falls a few times not sure how I missed this place. I would give them 6 or 7 stars if I could. The food is amazing and begs you to return The atmosphere and wait staff are very attentive and friendly You can see why this restaurant has been in the family and thriving all these years. You should eat here early and often when visiting the falls.

We had the best experience at Polish Nook. The food was delicious, the prices were reasonable and the service was outstanding. Liz was the kindest most attentive server I have ever had. If you’re visiting the area and looking for a unique experience, I could not recommend this place more!

Not everyday you get a busboy as a server, and after tonight I wouldn't have it any other way at this location. They were slammed, so Eian (I believe is how he spells it) picked up my wife and I's table. His service was nothing short of spectacular ! Unknown to him he gave us marvelous service on our honeymoon getaway . If you see this bro, I appreciate you again my guy ✊🏼⚡!

Best polish food we have had in the WNY area and we are so glad we found the Polish Nook. We always order the polish platter because of the variety and volume of food you get. I cannot say anything but positive things about the food. Service is extremely slow and it seems more of a kitchen issue. We waited for over an hour on a Thursday with not many people in the restaurant for our food. Our waitress was very attentive and sweet but we could tell this issue is out of her control. Despite the kitchen downfalls, I am still going back!

Service is very good, food is awesome, they are very efficient and beautiful decorations and furniture. If you need place to eat either for breakfast or lunch, this is your place. Love the idea of using actual cutlery instead of plastic one. Thanks!

Perfect spot for a refresher! We biked around Goat Island and stopped here just outside the entrance to the park. The location is super convenient. I ordered the mango smoothie and my wife had the protein fruit smoothie, both were absolutely delicious. We also shared a cinnamon roll, which was a perfect pick me up and really tasty. Highly recommend stopping by! They also have a few tables with umbrellas out in front on the sidewalk.

The food was delicious and hearty portions, and the drinks were also great. The barista took the time to answer ingredients questions and they have vegan options (plant milks and foods). The atmosphere is cool with murals and comfortable seating. The building was larger than I thought on initial entry, with a cozy nook towards the back with eclectic chairs.

The great place to have breakfast/lunch and grab a milkshake in the evening before the fireworks show. The food is really delicious! The staff is kind and friendly. We also had chicken pesto panini and chocolate milkshake. Highly recommend this spot! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I brought my bicycle group of 16 people here for breakfast two mornings in a row! All the breakfast sandwiches, omelettes, baked goods are absolutely delicious. Will and his crew of. Brandy and Bryanna were a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and accommodating, we even ordered lunch - A platter of sandwiches to take out! Don’t miss this awesome spot in Niagara Falls

The breakfast here was wonderful — especially the spinach eggs, they were absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is lovely, but seating is a bit limited, and the outdoor area can be quite sunny during the day. The only small challenge we had was with ordering, as it can be tricky for customers who don’t speak the local language — a few items were missed in our order. However, the staff was very kind and quickly fixed everything, so we really appreciated their effort. Overall, a great spot to enjoy breakfast near the waterfall!

Guests rave about the unique concept of cooking meat and vegetables right at their table, making it an unforgettable adventure for food lovers.
Go for the food and service! Hidden plaza gem! Amazing Super Las Vegas Roll, chicken fried rice and NY Strip! The apps were good! The martini was heavenly and the service was fabulous! My son tired his first roll and loved it! Pricing is also outstanding for what you get! Thank you for the birthday spoil!

Unfortunately, this visit was a disappointment. The food was just okay, but the sushi lacked flavor and freshness. On top of that, it was difficult to get the attention of the servers, which made the overall experience frustrating. Not sure I’d return.

Good but not great. We got eel avocado roll (and added cream cheese cause you need cream cheese). Fresh ingredients, good portions. Solid option. We also got spicy salmon. It is not spicy. The salmon is more mushy then fresh. Not bad but not great. Don't expect it to be spicy though. We also got the chicken teppanyaki dinner and pad Thai. All the ingredients are fresh and the serving size is decent but everything lacked flavor. Looks better than it tasted. Again, not bad but just lackluster Service was great. Atmosphere is clean and very nice. Outdoor patio is great too.

Get the stone for the experience but be careful because it is hot! 10/10 experience. The stone seasoned the food so no seasoning was needed. I got the shrimp and scallop stone. No butter came with it so request some melted butter to go with it you can dip it in after it’s off the stone. We got the shrimp tempura 7/10 rating. Did not know caviar came on it. Not sure if I was a fan of the caviar. My mother got the steak with no salt and rice low sodium and they accommodated her and she gave it a 10/10 rating. My daughter got a tempura roll with crab and said it was 10/10. Service was lagged but I think our server had too many tables. We waited way too long to get refills on our drinks. Didn’t get my first refill for half an hour. All in all I would recommend you visiting this restaurant!

Pho Golden is a Vietnamese restaurant in the Niagara NY area that prides itself on serving authentic and delicious food. The establishment boasts a welcoming and professional staff who ensure a memorable dining experience. For those with dietary restrictions, such as celiac disease, Pho Golden offers gluten-free options. Customers are greeted promptly upon arrival and seated without delay. The menu features various delectable dishes like shrimp spring rolls, fried rice, pho, and spicy chicken pad Thai.
Party of 2 Adults, Thurs abt. 6pm. Street parking & off street parking in rear of bldg. Selt Seating, No Wait. Friendly welcome upon entering. We were waited on promptly. Served water & menus to start! We ordered Jasmine Tea & Sour Apple Bubble Tea for drinks. We then ordered from the "Vegetable Dishes", #88 DAU HU XAO XA OT (Stirfried lemongrass tofu & vegetables with jasmine rice) and #92 PHO XAO CHAY (Vegetables & tofu pad Thai). I was very impressed with the amount we got, definitely worth the money! Food & beverages were fresh and super delicious! Our waittress was very nice and even asked if we were vegetarian to accommodate our dishes with the proper sauce. Will definitely be going back! Highly Recommend! Ample Vegetarian options you will not be disappointed! Would've been nice if there was some overhead music as place is small and conversations carry.Though they do have a large screen tv that was airing the hockey game!

I think this is the best pho restaurant I’ve ever been to on the East Coast. They have a wide variety of dishes, and all of them are so good. The pork egg roll is a must-try. We ordered pho and fried rice, and both were delicious. My kids usually aren’t big fans of Vietnamese food, but they loved this place. The quality of foods with the affordable price is truly a steal! The owner, a kind young man, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He made sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions patiently.

The service was impeccable the moment my husband and I walked in. We were greeted by a very friendly man and woman at the counter. We sat at a booth and I was a huge fan of the Food Network playing on the TV and the aquarium was really cute. We split a beef banh mi for an appetizer and it was delicious. The bread was perfect and crispy and the veggies fresh and crunchy. I got the sliced rare beef pho and it was really good. The broth was delicious and fragrant with cinnamon and anise. My husband got the spicy mixed meat noodles bowl (#51 we think bún bò huê). His dish was pretty good but had no spice. I was able to try it and verify no spice as I am a spice wimp but he isn’t haha. The meats were really good and he still ate the entire thing. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would gladly come back again. The prices were very good and reasonable. Thanks a bunch for the delicious meal!

Wonderful place to end a wonderful 2 day jaunt to Niagra Falls on the US side with our 8 year old granddaughter! Stefan was an excellent server with a great attitude and a sense of humor. The food was excellent and the view was incredible. Only negative was having to pay to park. It is in a park system so we were ok with paying. The night before it was a perfect spot to see the nightly fireworks! Again, you had to pay to park....

Food wasn't good. Service wasn't good. I ordered a burger with a gluten free roll. Worse roll I've ever had. It was crumbly and dry. The chips weren't fries. It was served with crisps that tasted like oil. Service was slow and our waiter didnt smile and wasnt exactly friendly. When we told them this when we left, noone really seemed to care. I would not recommend eating here. To add to it, when you sit at the table with the stunning view of the falls, there was a great big gay pride flag which just adds to the bad restaurant experience. 100% have the american flag at a beautiful american attraction.

Food was good, staff was good, view was pretty cool when sitting outside. The outdoor seating area should have clear coverings over the rails so you can really see the falls. The solid covering only lets you see the top ( if you’re tall enough )

Nice place to grab a bite and take a break from a day exploring the park. Nice views from inside and outdoor seating. It's no 5 star restaurant, but our server was great and the prices weren't outrageous. Only issue we had was they need to update their menu, bartender sent our wine without telling the server they didn't have what we ordered and the replacement was not equal in quality. Definitely recommend waiting for a table with a view and try the charcuterie/wine as they go perfectly with the view. 3.8/5

Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse, located at the Hilton Niagara Falls, offers an upscale dining experience with a buffet and a two-story wine room. This restaurant brings the authentic flavors of Brazil to the border area between the USA and Canada, providing a unique culinary experience in the heart of Niagara Falls. Guests can indulge in endless cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside by traditional Brazilian gauchos.
My partner and I came here for date night and had an absolutely amazing experience. The salad bar offered a great variety of fresh options, and the wine selection was impressive. When the meat skewers came around, we tried almost everything—my favourites were the chicken thighs, sausages, and the grilled pineapple. The highlight of the evening, though, was the live entertainment. Dancers performed for the guests, creating such a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Overall a great night
S M — Google review
Came on a Wednesday evening. Had a reservation and took advantage of the $10 off for booking before 5:45. My second time here … the variety of side dishes offered was nice - something for everyone. But was underwhelmed by the star of the show - the meat. The meats seemed under seasoned / some cuts overcooked and tough to eat. Not sure if I caught the kitchen on an off night, but for the price paid, I found myself adding salt to the meat and not even being able to eat some cuts. The grilled pineapple was the star for us though - the one thing consistently good. I will say the customer service was phenomenal! I wish I remember my servers name but she was so friendly and prompt with drink refills.
Ashley C — Google review
Lovely looking restaurant. Definitely has potential to be a great place. Staff were pleasant & helpful. Buffet sides were good with a good selection. Plantains were not very good & looked like chicken wings. It was hard to tell what they were. There was some type of breading on them which I discovered after eating. The grilled pineapple was the best thing there in my & my husband’s opinion. Most of the meats we were first served were so well done that we did not even want to eat them. After the live band stopped playing there was NO music being played at all. It was a very lack luster & somewhat disappointing experience. Definitely not worth the price or time. We both felt like we had to eat just to eat.

Went here for the first time with my fiancee. We took the early seating to save $10 ....but I didn't realize that meant they would dump us in the back room far away from the dancers and music...we couldn't see anything. The food quality wasn't there for me....sad to say I went to a steakhouse and my favourite thing in the menu was the pineapple 🍍 The service was awful. I left a 15% top but wished I hadn't. There was a very large group and all the servers went there first and there was nothing left by the time they got around to us. I'm not sure we got all the cuts of meat, either. Our "so called" server had to do the whole room...once he found out we were good with water to Start, he actually never came back to see if we wanted anything else. We wanted a dessert, so we asked the young lady taking our dirty plates and she said, oh I don't do that you'll have to ask your server. The server never came to us. When he did finally notice us at our cleared table, he asked if we wanted anything else, and I said not anymore we waited so long, just the bill. So....here's the kicker, the bill for 2 with only water to drink and no add ons or dessert was still 198$ with tax and tip. This was definitely a rip off for the fact that we received terrible service, and were so far from the dancers /show. I'm really disappointed. The Copacabana has much better quality food with more flavour and much better service. Also....we went somewhere else for dessert since our server couldn't be bothered. I never mind paying for quality, but 200$ is some pretty over-priced pineapple. Just sayin
Julie A — Google review
I didn’t notice much difference in the marination of the meats — I was expecting more distinct flavors. However, the salad bar was excellent, and the pineapples were amazing. That said, for CA$70, I ended up eating mostly salads, which felt a bit underwhelming. Personally, I’d recommend trying other Brazilian steakhouses instead. I actually ended up going somewhere else afterward to feel satisfied

The Rainforest Cafe, located in the Sheraton, offers a unique dining experience with its rainforest-like setting. The restaurant features a mushroom-shaped bar and jungle sounds that add to the ambiance. Guests can enjoy familiar American favorites such as burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, pastas, seafood, steaks, and salads with an international twist. The dream-like landscape is filled with dense tropical flora and wild animal calls while also showcasing cascading waterfalls and saltwater fish.
We came here for dinner, and it was an amazing experience! The animals move and make sounds, and the fish tank looks like it’s straight out of Finding Nemo! The drinks were delicious, and you can take their signature glasses home with you (great souvenir). The food was so good we were chowing down, and the portions were so big that we packed it to go because we just couldn’t finish no matter how hard we tried. I love this place!
Max M — Google review
The hostess tried to sit us next to the fish tank where all the kids were climbing around, trying to take pictures with their moms so we asked to move to a different area. Which they were more than willing to accommodate. Both of our dishes was fantastic. I didn’t take a picture of the fish and chips, but it was fried perfectly golden brown and tasted delicious.

Pros .... Located in the hotel we stayed at (Sheraton Niagara Falls) Nice jungle themed atmosphere Pretty decent arcade that's attached Food came super quick Probably the best English style fish and chips i ever had Cons.... The outrageous price. $26 for nachos appetizer that had fake meat and soggy chips. Literally nothing on the menu under $20. A 12 ounce domestic bottle of beer was $15 Cole slaw that came with my order was more like bitter soup. You can tell it's been sitting in a cooler for days My server started off good. Then after she gave my don a coke refill I didn't see her for 45 minutes. We sat there waiting when we should have been out browsing the city. When she finally came back....no apologies or recognition of her absence just asked if we were done. Sooooooo no tip on my $80 bill and I always tip. Moral of the story is don't buy food from here it's was WAY too expensive for the mediocre menu they offer (2 page). Food we had in NYC was much better and not as expensive

Very cool and interesting place to eat and enjoy the ambience. Every half hour, the thunderstorm goes off and all the animals go wild lol. The coconut shrimp was definitely some of the best! And the butter sauce that they serve with it was amazing! I would recommend the philly cheese steak!
Captain J — Google review
The St. Louis ribs were tough, crunchy & full of gristle. The steak was wonderful. The coconut shrimp, I gave to my husband. The steamed broccoli was good. The waitress did offer to bring new ribs out - I declined, because I honestly don't think that the tough, crunchy, gristle issue would be fixed with new ribs. I wish I had gone with the steak and shrimp.

AG Inspired Cuisine is a high-end restaurant located in the basement of the Sterling Inn and Spa, offering a sleek and contemporary dining experience. The chef, Cory Linkson, showcases his creativity by frequently adjusting the menu based on locally sourced produce, some of which comes from the restaurant's own farm. The restaurant offers a prix fixe menu as well as a surprise tasting menu with wine pairings for each course.
AG Inspired Cuisine is definitely one of the best restaurants in Niagara Falls. Every dish we had was carefully crafted with fresh high quality ingredients, many of which sourced from their own farm. Service was also great, our server was attentive but also patient being careful not to rush us or overwhelm us with speed of service. The decor is high end for sure, the only con would be the music that was played being “top 40” radio hits that didn’t really fit the vibe. Besides that it was a solid date night and would return!
Simon B — Google review
This restaurant is one of the better ones we have found...not just in Niagara Falls but anywhere we have traveled, which is all over the US as well as some internationally. The beef tenderloin and duck we done absolutely perfect! They were so so tender and flavorful! We also had the charred octopus and wagyu meatballs which were terrific! Drinks and dessert were also perfectly done! If I could rate it higher I would! Only wish is that we lived closer so we could come here more often. If you are looking for a great meal this is definitely the choice!!

Each time I’ve had dinner at AG, it’s been an absolute treat for the taste buds. The dishes are beautifully crafted, and you can truly taste the freshness and quality in every bite. The octopus, in particular, is to die for! Chef Cory brings years of experience and passion to the kitchen, and it shows. He’s doing an amazing job creating flavourful, seasonal dishes that impress every time, with produce from their own farm. The service is always friendly and professional. AG is a true gem in Niagara, one of those places you always look forward to returning to.
Dominique D — Google review
AG was the highlight of my trip to Niagara. I had picked them because I was looking for somewhere with live music, and saw they had live music on Friday nights. While the music was great, the food blew me away. The duck breast was the best I've ever had. The carrots in the dish reminded me of the ones I'd sneak out of my aunts garden when I was little. The grilled pearl onions popped in my mouth in a little explosion of flavor. The polenta with the duck, and the pork belly was so creamy and cheesy I could have eaten a whole plate full of just that. My absolute favorite dish was the roasted beets. Everything was wonderful, but as a beet and cheese lover that was the most perfect dish. I wish we had stayed an extra day just so we could have visited again.

Unforgettable berries, beats, Battlestar Galactica drink. Everything was fabulous - octopus, beef, trout, beets, bread service. Our waitress was on it. Canadian wine and beer were good. I wouldn’t have wanted my birthday dinner to be anywhere else.
Auda G — Google review
Amazing! Truly one of the best dinning experiences I have had in my life! Went in for their "Date Night" menu which offers a relatively affordable, limited selection menu during certain weeknights. I had the flank steak and fries. All of their protein is from local butchers and all their produce is picked at the family farm--usually the same day it ends up on your plate! The steak was extraordinarily good, especially for being a traditionally cheaper cut. The aioli sauce and clover took it to another level. The fries were the cherry on top. I also ordered the artisan bread and butter service and some gelato for desert--all amazing! The service was also wonderful. Our waitress was a true joy to be around. She clearly loves working there and takes tremendous pride in the food they serve. All of this was only a few bucks more than the mediocre tourist trap restaurants around town which charge you an arm and a leg for a so-so meal. In my opinion, this is a must go if you are in Niagara Falls!
Neal S — Google review
One of the best culinary experiences at the Falls! Great local wines and most ingredients locally sources farm to table. The live musicians were very talented and had a great set list! Service prompt and professional. It's in a basement. The entrance was plain and made you wonder what you were in for but the dining room and bar were well decorated and thoughtfully designed. A great experience all around. I recommend!

The restaurant's funky sci-fi decor creates an otherworldly atmosphere, making it a popular spot for families and visitors alike.
This place was such a fun surprise! We came for breakfast and everything was delicious – from the eggs Benedict to the crispy home fries and fresh fruit. The coffee was great too, and prices were super fair for the area. The atmosphere is what really makes it special – the whole place is shaped like a UFO and decked out with alien decor. It’s retro, quirky, and just really fun to be in. Definitely one of the most unique dining experiences I’ve had! Our server, Ally, was friendly and quick – service was awesome. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in Niagara Falls. Great food, fun vibe, and a cool spot to grab a bite!

I had breakfast at the Flying Saucer Restaurant in Niagara Falls and it was absolutely fantastic! I ordered the omelette with their homemade Italian sausage, and it was incredible — perfectly cooked with just the right amount of spice. The home fries were top notch (which, let’s be honest, is a make-or-break for any breakfast spot), and our coffee cups were never empty. The interior is super fun and out of this world 😉 — definitely adds to the experience. But what really made our visit special was our server, Angela. She was AMAZING — so sweet, accommodating, and had us laughing the whole time. Honestly one of the best servers I’ve ever had. We’re already planning to come back tomorrow, and I’m hoping we’re lucky enough to have Angela again. Huge thank you to her and the whole team for making breakfast such a memorable experience!

I have gone to Niagara Falls numerous times and for some reason I have just never gotten the chance to go to the flying saucer restaurant, so on this vacation I made sure that it was on my list of things to do with the family. Let’s just say we were not disappointed, the food was well priced and the portions were plenty and the whole family even took leftovers. Our waitress was amazing. She was very outgoing and made us feel important. The atmosphere was very cool. We were able to get some great photos and I highly suggest that if you are in the area that you check out this restaurant.

Iconic! I have lived in Niagara for over 25 years and this restaurant has always been a classic for casual diner fare. The food is decent, they loaded up the plates full we had to take most of it home and the jupiter burger hit just the right spot. The fries are pretty much the same as costco. The price point is very fair and reasonable. The decor of the inside and outside is always fun, with added seasonal decorations. Overall a good time here for any meal.

The food here is sooo good — big portions and tasty! Huge shout-out to Maria for the amazing service, you honestly made our day while we were in Niagara. 💙 Also… sorry for leaving the Alien naked 😅 I couldn’t help but take the apron home — it was just too cool not to! 👽🛸

This is the absolute best place to eat in Niagara Falls. The food is amazing and the portions are great. Lauren was our waitress and she did a fantastic job. Make sure you have plenty of time to look over the menu cause there are many choices to choose from. We had the Turkey sandwich with fries and it was great

Awesome place for breakfast! Big portion and not too expensive! The food was fantastic! Great service! Highly recommend. Their t-shirt size availability is low however. $30 a shirt. Very cool souvenir.

Napoli Ristorante Pizzeria is a long-standing Italian eatery known for its Neapolitan-style pizza, pasta, and other Italian dishes. With over 30 years of experience, it's widely regarded as the best Italian restaurant in the city. The warm and welcoming ambiance adds to the dining experience. The menu features a variety of pizzas, pastas, risottos, and hearty meat dishes.
A fantastic experience from beginning to end. Fabulous service and outstanding food. I found my new go to Italian restaurant when visiting the Niagara Falls area. It’s hard to impress my immigrant Italian parents, but you did. We will be back.

We visited Niagara Falls and wanted to celebrate our last night there with a fancy dinner. We went to Napoli at 7pm with no reservation and were seated within 10 minutes. The staff and servers were really genuine and kind. The atmosphere is beautiful and you feel like you’re in Italy with the brick walls, music, pictures and amazing food. The bread with ricotta & honey was delicious! The pasta is made fresh and you can taste how fluffy and authentic it really is. Our server was so kind and notified us of any yo charges before placing our order. From traveling around the US a lot, Napoli has to be one of the best Italian restaurants we’ve ever been to. The service and the food was 10/10. Would go back there for sure! :)

I wanted to try this restaurant for long time as I have heard a lot about it from my friends. so I went with my friend for dinner and ordered an app and couple pastas followed by a dessert. We ordered grilled shrimps as an appetizer and it was delicious and we were excited for the mains which came out salty. Mine was super salty so I asked my friend if hers is good but hers was salty too though we didn’t say anything to the server as we both already ate some portion of our pastas but we couldn’t finish more than half so we just had dessert which turned out to be good. Not sure if it was us but the salt was extreme which didn’t make our experience great. I will definitely hesitate to come here again.

We found Napoli Ristorante on Yelp and liked how it sounded. As it recommended, we made the reservation at 7:15 and got there around 7:05. It was Tuesday evening. Our table was ready for us and the place was packed with customers. I highly recommend making a reservation before you go. Very clean, charming and elegant. The staffs were friendly and welcoming. Our waiter(didn't get his name) was very professional. He mentioned that all the pastas were home made and gave us recommendations. We ordered calamari, two pasta dishes and pizza. The portion was bit small but everything was delicious. We brought a bottle of wine and the corkage fee was 26 Canada dollars. Overall, I liked Napoli Ristorante and highly recommend it.

My wife suprised with dinner reservations here and we had a fantastic experience. We ordered the Frito Misto which consisted of Calamari, shrimp, zucchini and pepperoncini and it was cooked perfectly. We also ordered a pizza Bianca which had mozzarella cheese, Brie, caramelized onions and pear. The pizza was fantastic and a good size. We also ordered a bottle of Chianti and a chocolate ricotta cheesecake which was made in house and very tasty. The service was impeccable and the prices reasonable. We left full and happy. We will definitely be returning.

WowwwW is all I can say! From the shrimp appetizer to the Margherita pizza , the pastas and Cappuccino… the level of service, the hospitality, the introductions……. the presentation, the way everyone works together to make sure all their customers enjoy their meals, and last but certainly not least…. The authenticity and flavor in the Italian food! As an nyc native living in Buffalo , this is so rare. When I heard the name I just knew, because it’s a family name not a name for a food chain. I love good old “authentic” Italian food. I have such a soft spot for these places and I am so happy I found it. To the viewers, pls make a reservation as it may help. Even my 6 yr old kept saying when we left it was a great dinner . Thank you so much for having us, and thank you for being so close to the border.

The Italian restaurant La Cucina Di Mamma is a great place for authentic Italian cuisine. The atmosphere is warm and intimate, and the service is friendly. They have limited seating, so call ahead to make reservations. The food is delicious and well worth the price.
Delicious everything. Very happy with bread, salad, main course, and cannolis. And I'm not a cannolis person but those were perfect. Our server Greg was so nice and welcoming and is on top of everything. Angelo was our chef and as I said, it was delicious. Highly recommend for good food, great service, and just all around good experience.

Only complaint is the room was too small! Food is amazing, service is stellar. While the wait was long, the server did a great job entertaining and keeping things light. Calamari was light, crispy, and great. Lasagna was delicious! The canoli was a great cherry on top to finish the meal. Great choice if you want some fresh Italian food!

After an exhausting day of travel we asked our hotel for a good restaurant within walking distance. Thankfully the concierge recommended this family-owned restaurant next door. We got lucky with a table for two as the local regulars began to roll in on a Friday night. We had spaghetti and lasagna and both were delicious. Free canolli for dessert. What a treat and well kept secret.

Food is very good, chef never cracked a smile looked miserable. Our server was very jolly, just needs a little guidance with serving from the side of the customer, not reaching In front of other members of the same table. Great old music played on a record player!! I would recommend.

You will not get a better authentic Italian meal anywhere but here. The dining room is small and there is always a wait. It’s THAT good! Cannot recommend enough.

It’s an hole in the wall. And I like a hole in the wall. But….Unfortunately, I didn’t get an opportunity to enjoy the food. Another group of 15, yes you read that correctly, 15 people decided to come without a reservation. I appreciate the staff being accommodating. We had four and we walked in simultaneously. Somehow they managed to sit a solitary woman who came several minutes after all of us. We waited an hour. They rearranged the entire restaurant for the 15 people. There was a four top free and they did not sit us. They told us we wouldn’t get in until we got a table available. No one said hey would you like a glass of wine. Hey would you like a glass of water. This place came with strong recommendations. We sat there patiently until finally. They sat these 15 people And didn’t say anything to us. We are the fools for waiting. But I just couldn’t conceive that they surely were not going to address or attend to us in any way shape or form. I am a super reviewer. I’m a community guide. I almost never leave bad reviews. There’s no food that would be worth this.
Avril M — Google review
There was only 2 other couples in the restaurant when we arrived just after opening. The waiter was friendly and tentative. The food was spectacular! We got the house salad, lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs. Bread was fresh and hot as well as the meals. The portions were generous. I would suggest another server to be on site in case they are needed. This Monday evening it was needed. Highly recommended 👌 Will return.
Susan P — Google review
I was very disappointed with this restaurant. The food was of poor quality, completely soaked in oil, and it was obvious it wasn’t freshly made but bought elsewhere. When we complained, instead of apologizing or offering to replace the dish, the waiter just said, “That’s Sicilian style.” This is not authentic cuisine but rather a way to mislead customers. Definitely not worth visiting

We were looking for something away from touristy area and this came up as a recommendation. We love a brewery so decided to check it out. Easy to get to via green line of WEGO bus. Cool place with indoor and outdoor seating. Great selection of beers. Two of us had a flight. And a fun menu. We had loaded nachos to share and three of us got different kinds of poutine. Recommend if you’re in Niagara for a few days.

Casa Mia Ristorante is a top choice for those seeking an elegant setting to savor fine Italian cuisine and an extensive selection of wines by the glass. This family-owned establishment has been delighting patrons for over 25 years with its generous portions of authentic Italian dishes made from high-quality, fresh ingredients. The restaurant's stylish seaside decor, inspired by Italy's Amalfi Coast, sets the stage for a memorable dining experience.
One of the most unique and authentic experiences I've ever had. The company I work for had a Christmas party here and I had no clue what I was truly in for. The atmosphere is extremely inviting and cozy and the staff were phenomenal and very attentive. The appetizers were fresh and delicious! Next came the cocktails (amazing!). After we had settled in, we were invited to participate in fresh pasta making, which was (in my opinion) one of the most satisfying parts of this experience because I was extremely nervous about that aspect of the night but it turned into one of the best parts. I would highly recommend this same experience or even just dining here. Truly a 10/10.

Great food. Please try their Tiramisu! You really can't go wrong on the menu. Popular spot for Niagara Falls locals. If you are a tourist, go where locals go for your dining experience!! You will not be disappointed, and it will be less money than an American equivalent apples to apples. Plus, you get to see Canadians who look very much like Americans in action. My suggestion is the Veal Chop. BTW...this Family has been at it for 40 years. They know things. P.S. I forgot to take a pic of the dessert. Hopefully, someone else has. Went again. Still Awesome!

We were looking for an Italian restaurant. This sounded good online. It was nice until we saw the menu and thought, wow, seems a little pricey but we’ll take a chance. My 5 yr old got spaghetti. It was a bowl of spaghetti with one small meatball and watery sauce. It was $27. Ridiculous. My wife had the ravioli. 4 ravioli and that was it for $35. I had the chicken Parmigiana for $35. It looked like the cut one piece of chicken in half, put a handful of mozzarella on it and pretend it was 2 pieces. It was horrible, no taste and was actually a bit cold. We don’t complain because we don’t want any psycho spitting on our food. Oh, I forgot we got calamari appetizer. It was like grilled rubber. This is no where near an Italian restaurant and should be ashamed calling themselves it.

Betty's Restaurant is a longstanding Niagara Falls restaurant with breakfast to dinner fare. It is known for its homemade pies, and it also offers roast turkey as a meal option.
Holy smokes! Let me tell you about Bettys! My bestie's mom organized her surprise 40th birthday party. Originally we were going to go to a different restaurant because they have the bloomin onion but after seeing the reviews for that location, her mom switched to Bettys. When setting up the reservation, the gentleman (Joe, maybe?) told her that he would make a blooming onion just for her. Upon arriving, they had the table set up beautifully for our party. And the servers were incredible from the moment we arrived right until the moment we left. And the best part, not only did he make a blooming onion for our birthday girl, he made an extra one for the rest of our party to try! And it was delicious!!!! Our party was pretty big and the service was on point all night. My husband and I ordered the roast beef dinner with dessert. Roast beef 10/10, Mashed Potatoes 7/10 - maybe a bit more butter in them would elevate to 10/10, carrots/peas for me 0/10 for texture....but my husband didn't seem to share that experience and he ate my serving and his own. I feel that they were slightly overcooked and rubbery. But again...that could just be my experience. Now...the real MVP of the food... This restaurant makes like 9 [or more maybe] flavors of PIE!!!! EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Huge slices. Wide variety. And ABSOLUTELY mouthwatering delicious! Affordable. Excellent quality, portions and options. And a fantastic atmosphere. Service was stellar from everyone we encountered. Food came in hot and in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you so much for a great experience. If anyone is looking for a great spot to eat dinner, this is the place to be.

I've heard about this place from multiple people in a city nearly 100km away, so I had to go and check it out. Boy was I not disappointed one bit! My whole family ordered the prime rib dinner, it was cooked to perfection and was exactly what I want out of a prime rib dinner. We all also started with the roasted red pepper and crab soup. Generous amount of crab, in an overall tasty and hearty soup! Finished it all off with a slice of peach pie. Magnificent! We were also tempted by a blueberry cream pie to take home. I probably won't be out this way again for the season but I'll be happy when I make a return. 5/5
Donald B — Google review
If you’re pining after some of mom’s old fashioned good cooking, complete with delicious homemade pies, this is the place to go. A Niagara fixture since 1967, it’s been repeatedly recommended by locals, so felt it was time to check it out. Our server was very busy with multiple tables when we arrived for Sunday dinner, but she managed very well. It was incredible to see so many prime rib and roast beef dinners being served at surrounding tables - very impressive. The buns we’d been told were oh, so delicious fell short as were too hard for our liking, but the coleslaw was excellent. The mashed potatoes served alongside the roast beef were less creamy and whipped than we like, more dense, which was a wee disappointing as the beef was so tender and tasty. The gravy was stellar. I’m told the Yorkshire pudding was great (I didn’t try it). The senior’s fish and chips meal was good - apparently it’s also a very popular choice - fries were standard. The prime rib was excellent. Chicken Parmesan was very good. Some of our meals included pie; coconut cream and Dutch apple were a nice ending to a very nice meal. Reasonable prices. Lots of free parking and wheelchair accessible.

Came back to Betty's again. Well it was just that good! Went a little early and there was no wait. Service was great and so was the food. Prices are very reasonable. Give this place a try! What a great place. First time here, and it was worth the wait. This place can get busy as busses stop here. It is just a short drive from niagara Falls, and there is plenty of parking. I had the fish and chips my wife had cabbage rolls. They also have a great seniors special. Don't forget to save room for pie.

"Betty's" has the best Canadian home-style comfort food in the entire Niagara area, possibly all of Southern Ontario May 2025 Four of us for dinner. Seated quickly, good service (friendly, timely). Each ordering a different item (fish and chips, baked salmon, turkey dinner and prime rib). My prime rib was perfect, just the way I liked it (I forgot to request NO pepper, and the veg, mashed potatoes and meat all had pepper added unfortunately). I love that meal comes with a roll first (so few restaurants do that now) and dessert was heavenly as always! Update: January 2025 Had a couple of meals in the last few months that weren't quite as excellent as previous visits (first time was on the last wed of Nov/ then the last wed of Jan... Both times vegetables were served quite dried out, tough and cold) but aside from that, we are still loving coming here. Update: Oct 2O24 Fish sandwich is delicious. Fries were a bit underdone (pale and limp). Pies amazing as always. Update:April 2024 Amazing food as always. Today we decided to go with Wednesday special which was a turkey dinner. Came with a hot fresh roll and butter, thick slices of white and dark turkey meat, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, mixed vegetables, and your choice of desert! Amazing!!! Jan 2024: Always good food and good service at Betty's. Excellent for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Check ahead of time to see what day/times they might be closed (as I believe they close at 8 p.m. and not open mon &Tues). Food is fantastic, value is great, save room for dessert!

★★★★★ Betty’s Forever We ate here at least seven times over two weeks, and every visit was just as great as the last. The staff knew customers by name — including me — which made it feel like home. Walking into Betty’s is like stepping into a cozy coffee shop diner straight out of the 1970s. The music is all from that era and it’s excellent. The food and pies are fantastic, and the regulars — many of them friendly older folks — give the place real character. If I lived nearby, I’d absolutely be a regular too. Everything about Betty’s is outstanding, and it’s perfect for takeout as well. I love Betty’s and I miss it already. Rock on, Betty’s!

Good for a casual family dinner Nice place overall. We waited about 15 minutes for a table, which is pretty standard. The menu has good variety, and the service was friendly and efficient. Nothing over-the-top fancy, but it’s a solid spot for a regular family night out. The portions are generous — definitely big enough to share. The margarita was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the shrimp assortment and chicken breast completely surprised us! I’ve honestly never tasted such a fresh and creative take on something as simple as chicken breast. Worth coming back just for that!

During our trip to Niagara, we stopped at Olive Garden for a meal, and it turned out to be a pleasant experience. As expected, the food was classic Olive Garden quality—nothing fancy, but comforting and consistent. We arrived quite hungry, and the staff wasted no time in getting us seated and taken care of, which was much appreciated. The house salad was fresh and crisp, with that signature dressing we all love. The chicken gnocchi soup never disappoints—warm, creamy, and comforting. I especially enjoyed the Alfredo chicken with linguine—creamy, rich, and satisfying. My family also ordered the chicken piccata, which was flavorful and well-cooked. Overall, it was a decent establishment that delivered exactly what you’d expect from Olive Garden, making for a satisfying meal after a long day of sightseeing.

Service and location great. Our Server was amazing, friendly efficienct. Our 1st time at an Olive Garden, not sure if we didn't order the best selections of Pastas but dishes were just okay. Ordered the Shrimp Scampi, Chicken Parm, Spaghetti and Meatballs. Our Appetizer was good Shrimp Fritto (recommended by our server over calamari). Soup was on salty side and side salad was good.

This was my wife and I’s first time finally trying Olive Garden, and our buddy was so excited for us to experience it — and honestly, it didn’t disappoint! The breadsticks were everything we hoped for, and the soups were even better. I got the Chicken & Gnocchi soup — creamy, hearty, and full of flavour. It actually reminded me of chicken and dumplins from Cracker Barrel, but even better! My wife went with the Minestrone soup and loved it so much she had two bowls. For mains, I ordered the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo — it was rich and delicious, though a bit on the salty side, but still super enjoyable overall. My wife had the 5 Cheese Ziti, and our buddy stuck with his go-to Tour of Italy, both of which were awesome. To top it off, our server Saphire was fantastic — super friendly, patient, and rolled with all my tomfoolery, haha. Such a fun first experience — loved this place!

This place was no more than mediocre . They were understaff and our waitress wasn’t really in no hurry to seat people. A group of four had left waiting to be seated. Only reason why we ate is because we sat at the bar! I didn’t understand why the waitress wasn’t seating people. Place wasn’t packed. Plenty of tables were available! The food is not anything you can’t make at home. If you looking for a culinary experience I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you just hungry and don’t really want anything new then his place is fine. Like I said , mediocre nothing memorable.

Very nice little hidden gem for cheap but good eats. Parking is free... but you have to park where it says for Jefferson apartment tagholders, because Third Street Retreat shares the spaces with them. Inside is pretty nice. It's basically a pub with lots of knick knacks, the usual money-from-everywhere gig, record labels, etc. Food is pretty good. I got the ghost roast and my wife got the breakfast burrito. Not huge portions... but just right! Again, very budget-friendly as well. Staff was attentive and very friendly. Highly recommended if you're looking for all-day breakfast!

Food was good 👍🏻 Bathrooms decor loved it , but needed toilet cleaned , trash empty ,soap filled . Servers were young adults , hand written sign at entry on lines paper and highlighter read seat yourself . Guest were seating themselves at used I cleaned tables with dirty dishes still at them . Grill attendees were eating and cooking at the same time without glove changes. Bar served craft beers however we’re currently out of 3 of the 5 beers and restocked a cracked glass out of the dish pan . Our bill was tallied and handed off to us before the food had even hit the tables ( hope we did t want another glass of the 3rd choice beer, because we already had the bill in hand ) Upstairs setting was closed for the night leaving only 5 available tables and 7 bar seats …. Well again the Turkey club and burger was good 🤷🏻‍♀️ Patrons were left standing then told they were unable to eat due to closing time after waiting more than 20 min on seating
Amanda W — Google review
This place is quaint. The breakfast menu has typical offerings. We tried the French toast and Mediterranean omelet. They were average, but the staff and ambiance is what makes this place enjoyable. I recommend this place for a quick breakfast when you aren't in the mood to cook.
Lydia L — Google review
Great local spot tucked away from the less than appealing options closer to the The Falls. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service, good food. Definitely recommend eating here if you’re visiting this side of Niagara Falls. I had the Greek Omelette; very good.
Regan R — Google review
One thing you want to experience is the feeling of being welcomed in a restaurant, and this place makes you feel warm and welcomes you with a smile. The servers were great, food tasted fantastic, we ordered fruit pancakes, two eggs any style with sausages and hot coffee. Everything was great and prepared fresh, quantities were just enough and not the usual insane diner sizes. I'd highly recommend this as your go-to place in Niagara.

really good food actually(get the bacon cheeseburger, pretty lowkey spot with a small menu but they definitely make the food good. no complaints. god certified good

Hamburger restaurant
Located in Niagara Falls, NY, Flip Burger - Sweet Spot is a casual eatery offering creative burgers, hot dogs, grilled cheese, and milkshakes. The restaurant features a seasonal patio where guests can enjoy their meals. It's also dog-friendly with sidewalk tables available for patrons who want to bring their furry friends along. While table service isn't provided, customers can place their orders inside and have their food brought out to them when it's ready.
Saw the good comments and decided to try this place for lunch after doing the Maid of the Mist. It was very good! The burger was delicious. The fries were good. And we highly recommend an ice cream cone for dessert. Loved the multiple topping choices for the burger and found the service to be friendly and prompt. The location itself is a little dated and not super clean, but seating was good and they provide plenty of napkins.
John M — Google review
It's close to the park, service is relatively quick. The burgers were average quality and a bit pricey even for the area. The ice creams and shakes are good. The fries portion is very generous. The smoothies are made from artificial concentrates.
Geoffroy L — Google review
The burgers were good. They were typical non chain burgers and hotdogs and you can customize them any way you like. The price was a bit ridiculous. I understand they are in a tourist area but $62 for 2 double, 1 single burgers, a cup of fries, and 3 20oz bottle drinks is too much. You can spend half that at Hardee's for the same thing. We spent less at the Anchor Bar.
Micky C — Google review
Its crazy that such a busy area dont have quality food or good ratings restaurants . The burger was good but too pricey- even cheese is additional $9 just for the single burger without fries or soda
Tchello_Thor — Google review
It’s a pretty good burger near to the Falls, absolutely good end after a long walk there Their sauce was tasty and the fries are not as usual

My son and I visited Niagara for the exlipse and found this little gem on the street. It was lined up out the door, so we thought we would try it. The service was very fast and the burgers were delicious. More fires than one person could ever eat. If you are in town and you like burgers, you should! give it a shot

literally the best cheeseburger i’ve ever had… i was about to cry. definitely add the grilled mushrooms

Food is a mix bag; soft cell crab is good but fried noodles is saturated with cheap oily taste. Service fee is mandatory 15% for dine-in, quite rude in my opinion. Boss lady even use rope to restrict customers entering and exiting dinner area (can’t do that without her consent), what for?

Steak house
Parkway Prime Steakhouse & Lounge is an all-day restaurant located inside the Double Tree hotel, offering American cuisine and a cocktail lounge with a riverside patio. Guests have praised the delicious food, such as the maple vinaigrette salad and bacon jam burger. The pasta seafood in creamy cognac sauce was also highly recommended. The attentive service and cozy atmosphere, especially on the second-floor patio with a fireplace, make it a favorite dining spot for many visitors.
The service was really great. The atmosphere was so nice they had a live band and people was dancing to the music. As for the food, it was so tasty it was cooked to perfection. The combination of sauces and the seafood and meat was like none other I have ever tasted. If I ever go to New York again that’s the place I’m going to eat in and the prices wasn’t that bad especially for the amount of food that was brought to us.
Seshnie C — Google review
Angela, Sandra, and Bill were great during our experience. The location of this restaurant in the double tree has a great view over the river Niagara. The time of year I was there, I could see ice flows. They gave great recommendations for local flavor and where where great places to go. Sandra went the extra mile to make our experience very pleasant. We had a great anniversary and much of that was thanks to her. Angela was sweet to work with and Bill was full of stories. It's why I like to sit in bars to hears what's up locally. The food was great. Dude the bake potato is huge two of those could make a potato salad. The appetizer were really good do were the sandwiches and the breakfast menu was great. Breakfast stayed with me all morning enough to do a good 3 mile walk and be fine. Thier service and the hotel staff an amenities is why I'll book with Hilton brands again.
Nightsky03 — Google review
The location, atmosphere and service were all great. The servers were very attentive and helpful. The food was a let down. First of all the menu is very limited. You figured with it being inside of the double tree that they would have a lot more and better menu options. I ordered the Seafood linguine, the sauce was very bland, the mussels were over cooked and dry. They literally took one scallop and cut it into about 5 smaller pieces and sprinkled it on top. Then to top it off the portion had to have been for a child! The presentation was on point but the meal was definitely sub par.
Cedric G — Google review
Nice place to eat with a slight view of the river on the back patio. The food was great and a good atmosphere sitting outside but the server was a little unattentive but we didn't stay too long.
Captain J — Google review
The service is really good! Thanks Melinda :) The steak is quite hard for medium, but Melinda helps me change a new one. The salad and soup are nice. Overall environment is good as well!
Jean H — Google review
My third time going to this restaurant. Was great the first time, even better the next and yesterday, 6/16/25, was perfection. Sat on the patio for dinner, mother nature was kind with nice weather and a very pleasant river view. Inside and outside seating offer a spacious, comfortable atmosphere. Beautiful facility. The hostess was wonderful, bartender, and other staff were welcoming. The server Hanna is stellar. She hit all the high notes and covered all the bases. Thank you for the excellent evening.
Rob M — Google review
We were waiting for 30 minutes while somebody paid attention to our table. My son has birthday today and we were totally ignored by waitresses. People who came after us were given menu and bottle of water. One of the waitresses who served them looked at us with wide eyes and gave 1 glass of water for 4 people! 😂 and again total ignoring, I came to the manager and asked what’s going on and we again waited for extra 10 minutes. That’s disgusting service when people just ignore you and you don’t exist for them at all. Just shame on all waitresses who work 4th of July :( you ruined my son’s birthday dinner
Evgenia G — Google review
Our food was cold when we received it. Was told by our server she said “that they don’t like me back there so most likely nothing will be done about it but I can ask.” She told them and the chef response was we let our steaks rest. I told her we visit several high end steak house and were aware of the resting process but none have ever come out cold!! I ate my lobster tail and a small amount of my 16 oz rib eye steak. Even my drawn butter for my lobster was cold!! She took the butter back and heated it for me. It was 3 in our party and we each had the 16 ounce rib eye with a side and an alcoholic beverage. I added the lobster tail to my meal and my sister added the grilled shrimp so we spent a nice penny for a sub par meal!!! Since we were not satisfied with our meal our server did her best to make things better by offering a free desert or another alcoholic drink. Like that made up for 3-$56.00 steaks and a $55.00 lobster tail with A-La-Cart sides. She told us that management did not offer discounts like we were looking for a discount but they should have been interested in speaking with us but that never happened. Needless to say I won’t patronize this establishment again.

“I’ve visited this restaurant many times, and it remains my top choice in Seneca Niagara Buffalo. The beautiful ambiance combined with delicious Chinese and Asian dishes makes for a fantastic dining experience. The crab Rangoon and chicken fried rice are particularly outstanding. Plus, the hospitality is always warm and welcoming. This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone in the area!”
Hari K — Google review
$13 gets you 2 pork buns that aren't bad, but don't stand out in any way. Buckle up for the same tasting Chinese you've had your whole life but at a portion you cannot finish and costs $30-40. I didn't hate this place. The atmosphere was way closer to fine dining than takeout but if you just care about the food maybe stick with the latter. It's convenient located near the casino and if you're staying in the hotel it's not a horrible option for a special occasion.
Adam G — Google review
Nice Asian restaurant in the casino, food and service was great, ambience ok. The only minus point was they charge credit card transaction fees too, even though their food was way too expensive.
A S — Google review
Came for a birthday dinner around 8pm, place wasn't packed only had a couple of tables filled. Food was average for Chinese food, thought it would be a bit more up scale for the price paid but it was overall just good. Got various dishes like fried rice, noodles, crab Rangoon's, squid, and kung pao chicken; all were good. Overall for the price paid was expecting more however no issues with food, no issues with service.
Christian S — Google review
worst walnut shrimp i ever had! very big shrimp yes but no flavor! and burnt walnuts. over priced trash . save your money. nothing was fused just basic chinese with no flavor , fried rice was dry garbage also. waiter refunded my walnut shrimp but place was trash .

Chinese food is horrible, don’t recommend to eat here. Funny the waitress automatically put in 20% service fee on top because we are a party of 8, because she thinks we might not tip her well given how we feedback the dishes. Service was actually good.

Polish restaurant
Restaurant
Gadawski's, a long-standing family-owned bar and eatery in Niagara Falls, has been delighting patrons with classic Polish and American dishes for over a century. The restaurant is now in the hands of the third-generation Gadawskis, who continue to prepare meals using traditional family recipes. The menu features beloved items like pierogies with various fillings, Polish sausage on rye, fish fry Fridays, and WNY's famous beef on weck sandwich.
A family owned, family run gem with amazing food, beer, and awesome servers. Was a highlight of our trip!
Adam A — Google review
Less than stellar. The food tasted good, but underwhelming. Fish fry (both fried and broiled) were small pieces, not one whole big piece (similar to “ends” or “trimmed leftover” pieces. French fries were the same (all less than 2”). I choice the veggie if the day vs fries, small bowl of green beans fresh out of the can. I won’t go again, which is disappointing bc this was a great place.
Doug S — Google review
Visiting from Maryland and had high hopes for authentic Polish food. The cabbage rolls and sausage were very good. The sauerkraut was ok and the pierogis a bit of a disappointment. They were clearly homemade but the dough was thick for my taste and not flavorful. the fries were cold. I should’ve ordered the parsley potatoes. There were plenty of locals so maybe it was just not our cup of tea but could be yours.
Rachel M — Google review
this place is frozen in time, homey and nostalgic. i loved the polish platter but the next time i come i’ll just get the cabbage rolls! they were out of this world! just happened to be in the area but i’d gladly make the trip across the border just to come here!
Steph D — Google review
Love this place, loved the third and fourth generation family members that are keeping this institution going (for over 99 years), loved the food, and I love the atmosphere. If your looking for great food that is fresh, look no further. I loved every bite of my pierogis (tried all four types) and the cabbage roll (soft and tender). The pierogis will ruin you for other pierogis, and that’s okay, get ruined. I washed my dinner with a bottle of Tyskie pivo (one of the tasty Polish beers that is carried at this establishment). I cannot wait to come back to dine at this place in the future, thank you for keeping this place going and producing such quality food. Make sure you have cash or your ATM card (an ATM on site) as credit cards are not accepted.
Erica N — Google review
Im usually there with a party larger than 4 ppl. The only thing I dislike is that the tables are pretty close together which doesnt allow much room to pass by. It's located in a pretty sketchy area of town. I usually take only my necessities with me and leave my purse inside the car. This is cash only place with an atm inside.
Sam S — Google review
The Wednesday special was Mac n Cheese with polish sausage. I should've waited until Thursday for the cabbage rolls. Menu is limited as to what "Polish" is available on specific days. I believe they offered 4 pierogi fillings, we sampled all. Service was friendly with a smile.
The C — Google review
Small portions on a small dish. Greedy, distant feel at this place as far as service. Laughable piece of rye bread on the side. Oh well, we Bless what we have as it is the alternative to nothing. Maybe this is what a restaurant in war-torn Poland was like in world war II.

Food was delicious!! Best DQ I’ve had in awhile! And the staff were so sweet, and have amazing suggestions for foods :) P.s. pumpkin pie blizzard IS definitely better with whipped cream! Thank you cashier!!!

Food is great, it takes long to get your food though. And staff could work on their customer service. Some staff struggle to speak/understand English making it difficult to order. Definitely would recommend to work on how fast orders are places because it's in a busy area.
Nicolette J — Google review
Honestly, I keep trying to give this location a chance as it's the closest to me. Without fail, there are mistakes, "lost orders." I my kids really wanted an ice cream cake for their birthday this year. I ordered the cake on May 5 for pick up May 10th. Guess what!? I am sitting here May 10 with no cake, being told to wait. Wtf else am I supposed to do!? I gave a party starting in 30 minutes and no cake. Do yourself a favor and bake the trip to North end Dairy Queen. They understand instructions, and don't make excuses (well, they don't lose your order, to start). Unacceptable. I am not happy. The colors aren't even the colors I ordered.
Michele R — Google review
Best milk shake ever Yummy fries Burgers was mid but still okay American atmosphere
Shierly P — Google review
I ordered just a simple cup of ice cream and it was honestly the worst I’ve ever had. It was half-melted, had a weird texture, and tasted like it had been sitting there forever. For something so basic, they still managed to mess it up, and it was a complete waste of money. Customer service was worst than ever never had such a bad experience High recommend not to visit this place.

My husband bought me a birthday cake and they refused to write on it?? Apparently it’s a new policy I’m sorry since when? Talk about bummer, my kids like to celebrate with me and get excited when it says happy birthday and my name. now I just have a plain cake. He’s lucky I wasn’t with him because I would have demanded a refund like come on. I bought a cake for my son beginning of may and they wrote on it no problem

Tea house
The Queen Charlotte Tea Room is a charming British-style teahouse located near Niagara Falls, offering a delightful taste of England in the heart of the new continent. Managed by British expats Linda and Roger Ollis, this quaint restaurant provides an authentic English experience with its decor and menu. From traditional fish and chips to delectable high tea, visitors can savor a variety of classic British dishes in a cozy setting.
My wife and I had an amazing brunch & the host's were wonderful - very pleasant and charming. The food, tea, and desserts were very, very good. Prepared by authentic British ownership. If one decides on fish and chips, I recommend the 1 piece order - there was no possibility of my finishing the second I ordered :/ Be Warned: this is a very popular spot! We went during the off season and they were still very busy, booked through the entire day. High tea is a popular option here - there is a 24hr call in advance for reservations. Highly recommend Queen Charlotte
Brandon H — Google review
What a great experience eating here with my family! We had the shepherd’s pie, fish & chips, daily special when we visited (crab croissant), and shared high tea for 1 amongst the 3 of us. Everything was yummy! And we had to pack the high tea desserts to go because we were too full! Also, the scones, clotted cream & jam which came with the high tea was sooo yummy! I think you can get them on their own as well. Totally worth it!

What a beautiful restaurant. An absolute MUST for a date with your partner, or tea with friends. The owners are so beyond kind. I have to give a special shout out to Roger. He made the experience an absolute joy with his sense of humor. The food was delicious, and the portions are huge. The tea is always incredible and also beyond affordable, plus a solid 20 or possible choices? Amazing. If you have to book far in advance to get a table, you know the restaurant is amazing. Book it as soon as you can, and experience this absolute must of Niagara Region restaurant experiences.

Had a wonderful experience today! Made a reservation with two friends and we enjoyed the Scottish caramel tea (delicious!), sandwiches (egg salad, chicken, cucumber and cream cheese), and scones with jam and cream! Loved everything and the owners are super kind and sweet. They are happily retiring in April, so if you want to get in and enjoy their high tea and other experiences, hurry up and reserve!

Such a cute place! The food was delicious, the service excellent and we definitely plan to revisit again when we are in the area. Fish and Chips were one of the best I have ever had! Also the homemade bread, divine! If you are going there for High Tea, make sure you state that in the reservation comments.
Melvin S — Google review
Favorite site in all of Niagara Falls! Food is of the absolute highest quality; all made by hand. Ran by a husband and wife couple who offer a superb, authentic tea experience with the help of a friendly and on-the-ball staff. We were treated with a particular kindness, being seated at one of their lovely tables despite our lack of reservation. Furthermore, they were curious enough to satisfy our menu choice which specified advanced noticed need, which they did not have to do. That was nice of them. Well priced and good portions. They serve traditional afternoon and high tea delicacies as well as many breakfast, lunch, and dinner items. Their desserts are the best ever sampled by seasoned restaurant diners! Wonderful clotted-cream and biscuits. The interior is homely and intimate, with only a few tables per room, so it is a good idea to call ahead and make a reservation, especially if you are larger than a party of two, but the staff and owners are very accommodating and go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. 10 out of 5 stars! NOTE: The pictures attached only feature a few of their items.
Starlyc — Google review
I saw this place highly recommended on the list of Niagara local fare and afternoon high tea. Needless to say we were not disappointed. Made an online reservation for high tea and on our visit to the quaint little restaurant, the inside decor felt like walking into a charming grandmother's house. The high tea was wonderful and the selection of year quite nice. For the price, I would recommend anyone to come try this place out if they drop by Niagara! Next time I'll have to try out their entrees since they seemed decently price and delicious, based from the views coming out of the kitchen.
Jasper C — Google review
We have been here several times. The quality is great as always and the staff are very friendly. You are always welcomed with their warm smiles. The decor is very beautiful. The food? Amazing! Fantastic! Don't forget to give a try to the STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING! As well as the clam chowder soup. Truly worth it ;) Update: July 2,2021 Well, these lovely people never cease to amaze us. So, we came down to Niagara Falls for the weekend and since the tea room was not open to dine-in, we picked up a takeout and it was every bit as delicious as ever. Thanks so much for doing this. I can’t wait to be able to dine-in there again. See you soon ❤️
