この日いただいたのは税込8000円のコース、この日はまずはおつまみとして枝豆のムース 八方だしのジュレに始まり、お造りに三重の初鰹と北海道のアコウダイ、桜海老と夏野菜のクリームコロッケ、ふぐの白子焼きと続き、にぎりが五島列島のかんぱち、サワラの炙り、赤貝、帆立、鳥貝、海老の塩締め、炙りとろと雲丹、こはだ、穴子、そして鉄火巻きにお吸い物、デザートといった内容です。

そして満を持して終盤に登場したこはだ、コレも大好きなんですよね。酸味だけでなく甘みが感じられるシメ加減が実に絶妙ですごく美味しかったです。
品数、ネタともに充実した内容でコレで8000円は素晴らしいですね、抜群のコスパだと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
