The mall is clean, easy to navigate, and perfect for those who prefer a more relaxed, crowd-free shopping experience. Beyond shopping, Oasis Mall also caters well to families. There’s a Fun Block play area for kids, a Cinépolis cinema for movie lovers, and a decent mix of dining options including McDonald’s, KFC, and The Yellow Chilli. With ample parking, prayer rooms, and wheelchair accessibility, it offers both comfort and convenience. Overall, it’s a great choice for a casual day out or a quick shopping trip with everything you need in one place. Even sometimes there is Max fashion sale.

The mall is clean and well-organized, with a good variety of stores, dining options, and services to meet your needs. Whether you're shopping, dining, or just enjoying the calm ambiance, it's a great spot to spend your time.

Visited on Friday around 8:30 PM. Parking was easy to find, with plenty of free spaces available. The mall is centrally located on Al Wahda Road and is home to well-known brands like Centrepoint, Viva, Emax, Home Centre, Aladdin, and Max. When we arrived, it wasn’t crowded, which gave a spacious and fresh feeling. The food court on the third floor has a vibrant atmosphere with nice ambiance, though there are only a few outlets — McDonald’s, Hong Kong, Sharif Bhai, and KFC. Right next to it, you’ll find Cinepolis Cinema and a gaming zone. As the evening went on, the mall gradually became livelier. The mall is clean, well-maintained, and compact, making it easy to navigate. It offers fashion, home, electronics, beauty, sports, and dining options, along with regular events and promotions. However, the variety of stores is a bit less than we expected. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with a relaxed vibe, good food court, and plenty of free parking.

May be good mall for people living nearby. But nothing significant for anyone coming from distance to specifically visit this. Limited number of shops and activities. One big Viva store, a center point and Max stores can be named. A Cinepolis movie theatre us their which can add to your purpose of visit. Food court has limited options. Same with fun city where you just can't spend much time. Overall a small neat and clean mall with good well maintained parking space.

Premium and luxury features Several Cinepolis locations offer “VIP” or “luxury” seating with recliners, leather chairs, more space between rows, etc. These are generally well-received when they’re in good condition. 2. Special formats and immersive experiences – 4D / motion‐seat shows get praise when executed well. – Macro XE, IMAX, laser projection, etc., are part of what people expect from premium formats. 3. Location & ambience in some branches Clean lobbies, modern setups, good sound systems, well‐maintained screening rooms are commonly cited as positive in many areas.
