I came for a visit today and ordered three whole wings fired crispy to go.When I got to my hotel I opened up my food to eat my chicken and there was so much grease inside the chicken, the skin was fried but the meet was slimy. This is usually a sign that chicken is fried to fast or bad/spoiled chicken has been fried from what someone had told me who owns a restaurant. I went back into the restaurant with my food and told the cashier and asked for chicken fingers instead and she told me that they do not take food back once it has left the building. I told her I never heard that before and that is odd because how would a person know something is wrong with their to-go order unless they got home and started to eat it? She understood what I was saying and went to ask her manager after I politely insisted that my order was not “eatable”. She came back and said that the manager said they will only swop the three wings for another batch but not anything else. I had no choice so I had to agree. I did not want wings again bc if they messed them up the first time then my thought was they would do it again. They did mess them up again and it was the same issue, the outside was crispy but the inside extremely slimy and field with grease. I just threw them away and lost my money bc they did not want to allow me to change my order.

We found this place a few years ago during COVID and would order to go or delivery quite often. They have decently priced meals and good quality food. We decided to visit for lunch in person and found plenty of parking either in the lot right in front with additional parking in back of the plaza. Service has been traditionally kind of hit or miss here. When we’ve called in orders we’ve had issues but in person it’s normally pretty reliable. Today we both ordered a Buffalo salad which comes with a ton of chicken on top tossed in your favorite sauce. They have a regular size and a large size. I can’t imagine what the large looks like because the regular is massive. Tip: if you can’t make up your mind on the sauce you can mix two together for a small up charge. I did not get any resolution for my missing order which caused me to spend $20 on a single bacon cheese chicken sandwich from popeyes. This location is a joke there's too many kids running this facility and their lack of customer service experience really shows. After work I tried to call Popeyes to follow up on the resolution again to my missing mobile order but I could not get anyone to answer the phone. I ended up calling this location over 15 times!!!! Finally somebody named Ashley answered the phone. When I asked to speak with a manager she hesitated before telling me that she was "busy". the phone was placed on the counter. I could hear the employees speaking in Spanish, they were laughing and speaking badly about me. This behavior is rude,unprofessional and unwarrantedted. I just want what I paid for!!! One spicy bacon cheese sandwich extra pickles light Mayo. a side of red beans and rice and a drink. I paid about $13.25 for this order that I never received and was never refinded for. After being set on the counter for about 2 to 3 minutes I was able to speak with the lady who claimed to be the manager on duty. when I asked whi I was speaking with, her reply was "the manager" I emphasized that I would like to know her name. After multiple requests for her name I was told her name was Tina. As I began to explain to Tina that I was in the restaurant earlier had placed an order and never received it. she cut me off and told me that she was "too busy" at the moment and did not have time to take this call. Again here is another staff being rude, unhelpful and very unprofessional. if I'm asking for your help then you should be willing to help not brush somebody off and go about your day. if it wasn't for customers buying food, Popeyes employees would not have a job. I don't think these children understand this and that's the problem with this new generation of fast food workers. I will never be going back to this location and I probably in the foreseeable future will never be going to a Popeye's ever again. I will gladly drive out of my way to a Jollibee where the food is always amazing and the customer service is exceptional. I think that this location needs to take a look at the children they have working for them and rethink about who they are hiring to represent their brand.
