Communication leading up to was quite prompt, we never had an issue organising the multiple site visits with our team, and the process for accessing the site was really straight forward. We just couldn't be happier with our day!

It had the relaxed urban garden vibe we were going for, and each of the spaces was perfect for our needs. The entry is literally next to the Yellow CAT Bus stop for Claisebrook Station, very convenient to get to. There were two venues for wedding, & the one we were at was the barn shed, a spacious indoor area right next to the admin office. The lovely staff was helpful with on-site parking for the wedding, and also provided two big speakers for music playing, excluding the microphone. We like the idea of the on-site cafe offering drinks & snacks too. Overall a pleasant visit without the crowd, but we can imagine this being very busy during market days.

The wedding day itself went off without a hitch (although my veil flew off due to the high winds but thats the Freo Dr's fault lol), the atmosphere, the room set up, the food, drinks and service was exceptional! We have been back a few times since and we are always welcomed back with a smile and a warm greeting. We cannot recommend Coast enough for any event, we had the most magical day!

I took my friend there for lunch as a celebration for her birthday. The food was amazing, absolutely delicious. It was a perfect venue. Dealing with both Natalie and Meg was a pleasure. They were both so professional and accommodating in regard to all my requests. Meg helped me so much with the seating plan and the menu. The food and service on the day was amazing. Natalie made sure we were so well taken care of with the table service provided. Everyone who attended remarked on how beautiful it all looked and how great the food and venue is. It was the best night of our lives to date, and our guests all had a wonderful night. We compared a few venues in and around Perth but in our opinion it is the most beautiful venue in Perth. Guests are surrounded by lush forest and warm twinkling fairy lights both outside and inside. It looked incredible both when sunny and when it rained later in the night. The food is excellent and comes in generous servings. The staff are genuine, friendly, happy to help, and were very flexible as the night didn't follow the runsheet (due to our ceremony at a different venue running late). Meg the event coordinator was encouraging and flexible in the planning process and seemed genuinely invested in us and our guests enjoying the night to the fullest. We had to move our dance floor inside due to predicted rain but it was just as beautiful that way if not more. The venue comes with a second space, a glasshouse/conservatory, which was perfect as a quiet space for guests who might be tired of dancing. We also used it for a chinese tea ceremony during cocktail hour which was perfect - the way the sunset filtered into this room was unbelievable. We recommend this venue completely. These vendors were also very important in our reception and we completely recommend them: Lynda from Affair with Flair who decorated for us and did our bouquets and buttonholes; Gary from Complete DJ who was an amazing MC and DJ; Eve and Jo from Ring and Veil who were our photographers.

The venue itself is stunning and comfortably fit our 80 guests (cocktail style). The months prior to the event planning it went smoothly and Cheyne & Cas helped us with any questions we had. The riverside setting for the ceremony was beautiful and not too hot during that time of day. Shelley was the coordinator on the day and she was an absolute angel, she ensured everyone was where they were supposed to be, guided me and helped me stay calm before walking down the aisle. She was also incredible with everything following the ceremony, her and the Mulberry staff ensured everyone was catered for and knew where to go while we were getting photos. Throughout the night she ensured me and my husband were enjoying ourselves and always had a drink in hand! Massive thank you to Shelly and all the staff at Mulberry for helping make our day as special as it was. The reception was in the Mulberry room which was great for our 85 guests, spacious and we were able to decorate it exactly as we had imagined. The food was delicious and they catered to any of our guest’s dietary requirements. Overall would definitely recommend Mulberry as a wedding venue, so easy to work with and they are very accommodating and helpful.

We had finger food and it was good. However service, not impressed. As the Raft knows the number of people attending, they should ideally have enough staff on hand on the night. If you bk to come for dinner with this deal, you will probably end up ordering more food to feed you from the bar like we did, I got us the Mexican bowl and chips to share. Every time we met up or spoke with her over the 2 years we were planning our wedding we were always put at ease that she would ensure the day ran smoothly. It was a no brainer to add on her on-the-day coordination package. Even as we booked other vendors, when we mentioned Barrett Lane was the venue they would comment how great Leanne was! And as for the actual wedding day - it went off without a hitch! The venue was absolutely stunning with the sun setting over the vineyard and amazing food and service was provided by the Showcase team. They made sure we didn't miss out on canapes during our photos and that we always had a drink in our hand. I could go on forever about how amazing the day was, and I'm so sad it's over as I just want to re-live it all over again. It is an absolutely perfect all in one venue!

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome with the staffs warm and friendly service. The food was absolutely outstanding. We had several food allergies and dietary requirements which were all catered for without any compromise to the quality or flavour to the food. We held our function in the Wine Room and the atmosphere was equally as impressive. A great balance between fine dining and being comfortable. From start to finish, everything was seamless, beautiful, and so well executed. First and foremost, the venue itself is stunning. Their communication in the lead-up was phenomenal – they called multiple times in the week of the wedding, met with me regularly, and always responded with a "yes" to every request I had. Their willingness to accommodate our ideas (including having our dogs be part of the ceremony!) made the day feel completely personal and stress-free. The food was also an absolute standout. We spent around $4,000 on food, and it was worth every cent. We were able to mix and match different catering options – canapés for cocktail hour and a sit-down smoked meats feast for dinner – and our guests are still raving about the quality and flavour. We recently had the pleasure of having our wedding reception at the Boatshed Restaurant. From the very beginning Sophia was an absolute superstar and made the planning process seamless and stress free. We had originally planned to have a small legal ceremony before our main wedding in Bali however a month before our legal ceremony we made the decision to make it the one and only celebration which meant we had to more than triple our original numbers for lunch. We visited the Boatshed restaurant and met with the owner Graham who showed us the venue (that he had built!) and talked us through some options for the day, he was so genuine, warm and welcoming, it was apparent he really cared about making the day special for us. Leading up to the day Sophia went above and beyond to make the day special and stress free. The venue overlooks the swan river so our guests enjoyed an incredible view while they were looked after by the incredible staff! We had a two course set menu for our guests and the food was incredible. We really felt so blessed we had chosen the Boatshed Restaurant as our reception venue, they far exceeded our expectations and we will forever be recommending this beautiful family run venue. The white chapel nestled amongst the vines and trees is the most stunning ceremony venue. As soon as we saw it we knew it was the place for us. The staff went above and beyond for us - they even gave us a call a couple of days before our wedding to ensure any questions we may have had could be answered. We also had few kids at the wedding, so the huge grassed areas made it the PERFECT place for them to play. We had a wedding of 100+ guests, making it difficult to find a place in Perth that could cater for quality time inside and under the stars.... Assembly Yard did just that! We dealt directly with their venue co-ordinator Bec from our very first enquiry some 14 months or so ago right up to the big day. The venue itself is so well suited to hosting a wedding with expansive windows looking directly onto the beach, neutral/white furniture all included and a bar with an extensive tap service. They executed all our decor to perfection and the food and drink service was exceptional. We are all still raving about how good the food was. Walking up the laneway entrance we soon discovered a vibe that was terrific. Live music greeted us in the courtyard bar area before we headed upstairs to the restaurant. The menu had something for everyone and we were there for some hearty protein! We settled on the lamb shoulder that came with chef’s suggested sides. I don’t know what we were thinking when we ordered the crispy squid as an entree to share as the lamb shoulder was enormous. The squid was fresh and cooked to perfection - delicate & crispy and believe me we are tough critics on squid. When the lamb arrived we were blown away as it was a very generous meal. The 1.5kg lamb shoulder on the bone was succulent & flavoursome and there wasn’t a great deal of bone so the amount of lamb was incredible. The sides of broccolini, salad and hand-cut chips were also faultless. We ordered a bottle of Pinot Noir for the meal and it was a beautiful match thanks to the advice of our wait staff. Yes we over-ordered, but have no regrets whatsoever. To our delight we were given a container to take the leftovers home and we did so with pride bringing them home on our flight back to Sydney! Whenever we return to Perth we’ll definitely hit The Stables again.

Great flavours, well cooked fish and I loved the olives and Artichokes in there. The steak was cooked perfectly and the ingredients were fresh. The food was brought out within 10 minutes. It’s our first time not eating at home and now we think we will make it a thing so much less stressful. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and sooo much food. We tried to make sure we spaced out the food over the 3 hours so we could try everything. Bread and oils to chacturatrie table, salads and prawns, hot meats and roast veg and yummy desserts with ice cream! The wine was delicious too but the grounds where what made it special a place the kids could roam and enjoy the lake and playground so mum and dad didn’t have to stress keeping them still and quite and no iPads required! The service was everyone was amazing, thanks to the staff for working Christmas I hope you got plates full of leftovers. we will be back next year :-)

This was the place to be!!! Super entertaining for kids and adults young at heart wanting to join in on the fun. The little lake with peddle boats was great! It's probably the highlight for everyone. Fed the whole family for under the lunch budget as we were planning to do fine dining on the other side with the deer 🤐 but so glad we came here instead. The venue is stunning, and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran seamlessly. Just be careful about the pricing as the mayor approved a price rise to $300 an hour for the hall This price is not advertised alongside the price for other types of bookings at the hall on the Town of Cottesloe website. We had a large wedding and had lots of friends and family fly in from over seas. Paul and Danielle were incredibly welcoming and kind to everyone and it made a huge impact on our entire experience being positive and full of love. We stayed 2 nights at the manor and ended up having a wedding that was better than I could have imagined! Paul took care of everything, was fun to be around and had lots of laughs with me and my family but was also incredibly professional and got things done and made sure things ran smoothly. What Paul and the staff do here for people’s weddings is truely a talent and I hope they all understand just how big of an impact they have on people lives making their wedding day as special as possible. It truly is a unique gift they have and I can’t thank them all enough for giving us the best day and weekend we will never forget and treasure the rest of our lives ❤️ so a big thank you to everyone especially Paul and Danielle who are just beautiful people. The food is always delicious and the tea selection has its own booklet with pages of scrumptious brews to choose from. For these events alone I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a special outing. Yet my most memorable event here was being able to hire the entire immaculate grounds for two days to make our wedding an unforgettable event. The day we arrived they were manicuring the gardens to ensure perfection for our special day. While the grounds are indeed stunning and the mansion is immaculately kept, this serene environment pales in comparison to the attentiveness of the staff and their amazing service. You really could not ask for a better team, the way they work cohesively together to tend to every detail is something I will forever cherish and appreciate. They have personality, a sense of humour and professionalism that seeps through everything they provide to their guests. The food was delicious, everything was immaculately kept and the staff were quick to fulfill any little requests as needed without fuss! We had an absolutely amazing day and can't thank the team at Peel Manor House enough for not only making things go so incredibly smooth from start to finish but for accommodating us for all our little and big requests that we made to make it our own special day. The food and beverages were awesome and we got some awesome shots in the grounds. The team were super friendly and assisted with making our dreams come true with advice on decorations, photographers, DJ's, etc, as well as a contingency if it rained and everything was so well planned out and organised. The staff were really helpful and polite, ensuring that we had everything we needed to have a successful afternoon, and also kept us fed and hydrated. It was a warm afternoon, so unfortunately we didn’t get to explore the gardens outside, but it gives us more to look forward to next time we are lucky enough to visit Peel Manor House.
