太坑爹了，13000人民币一晚的家庭双卧室房，就是两个标间中间加个门，而且还必需一间双床，一间大床，早说我定两个标间不就ok？中间多一道门几千块？

目前只路过过 还没有进去过里面，很大气 好看。在迪拜有一些出售的房源，需要可以联系我，微信：yn28101

酒店有点旧了，毕竟已经15年了。但是服务，设施还是非常不错。不太适合出差来，毕竟在岛上，度假很好。

酒店房间很舒适，宽敞明亮，景观一流！酒店配套完善，水族馆很大可以潜水，水上乐园活动项目很多很刺激，还住客免费玩！唯一不足的是早餐只有一个餐厅，旺季时吃个早餐都要排很长的队。

这地方不太适合四岁以下的小娃 因为waterpark能玩的比较少 kids,club只开放给4到12岁的 所以比较尴尬 酒店本身是比较OK的 设施和餐厅也都挺好的 等娃大一点再来

沙漠里建起这么宏伟的建筑群，真是佩服阿拉伯人的想象力。酒店非常的豪华，设施比较完善，孩子玩的地方多，基本上，吃喝玩乐都不用出酒店了。水上乐园非常适合带孩子度假，玩上两天都没问题。服务也挺好的，有很好的水准。就是中国团来参观的人太多，吵吵闹闹的有点声音大

This is a beautiful, well kept classic colonial style hotel on the Palm. A very nice beach and pool where you are well looked after with snacks and drinks by all the staff. Balcony with two sun loungers. The rooms are bigger than average and are beautiful. The Club lounge is possibly what can improve in this hotel. Das Bad ist sehr gut ausgestattet und großzügig dimensioniert. Lediglich die Beleuchtung des Badezimmers könnte verbessert werden. Es ist zwar ein Schminkspiegel vorhanden, allerdings ist ein vernünftiges Rasieren so nicht ganz einfach.(siehe Bilder) Die Zimmer wurden mehrmals am Tag durch das Personal betreten, zum reinigen und betten machen, als auch später um die Gardinen zuzuziehen. Zwei mal wurde allerdings das Zimmer bis zum Nachmittag nicht gemacht so dass auch einmal Toilettenpapier ausging. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und auch mit Kind sehr gut zu nutzen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und es gibt viele Lifeguards. Der Kidsclub ist auch super und unsere kleine 4-jährige hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es läuft durchgehend am Pool recht laute Musik, oft auch durch eine eigene DJane aufgelegt. Wir empfanden die Musik als angenehm und nicht störend. Die Musikauswahl hat gepasst. Nun kommen wir zu unserer größten Kritik: Frühstück und Abendessen Das Essen ist von der Qualität her wirklich gut. Abends gibt es grandioses frisch zubereitetes Sushi und eine weitere, recht große Auswahl an Speisen. Problem ist das es ein bisschen den Eindruck eines All-Inklusive Buffet Urlaubs vermittelt und nicht eines 5-Sterne Premium Hotels in Dubai. Die Lautstärke in dem Restaurant ist schon grenzwertig. Teilweise Warteschlangen (siehe Bilder) um eingelassen zu werden, angefangene Wasserflaschen am Tisch, Getränke teilweise 3x bestellen müssen bis sie dann kamen. Da hatten wir tatsächlich eine andere Erwartungshaltung und haben das auch schon anders in Dubai erlebt. Bei 12 Übernachtungen empfanden wir es zudem so, dass jeden Tag das gleiche Essen angeboten wurde, kaum Veränderungen am Buffet so dass wir die letzten Tage gar nicht mehr zum inkludierten Buffet-Restaurant sind, sondern jeweils in eines der im Hotel befindlichen Restaurants wo wir dann sehr gut gegessen haben. Tipp: Vielleicht weniger Gerichte anbieten, dafür täglich wechseln. Nächster Tipp: vielleicht zeitslots für die Gäste anbieten um so den Andrang etwas zu koordinieren. Zusammenfassend für uns können wir sagen dass wir eine schönen Aufenthalt hatten, die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und direkt am Strand. Man merkt dass das Hotel mal an der ein oder anderen Stelle saniert werden sollte (Badfugen, Abläufe, Poolfliesen fehlen). Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Mit Kindern empfehlenswert, allerdings für uns kein 5-Sterne Premium Niveau.

When we arrived Sarah at reception was absolutly amazing! Very polite and nice with my kids. We would come back everytime if she would be the one greeting. On the other hand there was a turkish lady last night not so nice a bit rude especially with my son that was asking questions. If she would be the one greeting us I dont think we would come back. But definatly the other personal top nouch! Nemeh from house keeping also helped us with all our requests, housekeeping department was lovely!
