Been thinking whether to visit this place cause as a tourist its not a good and accessible location so far from the metro station. I was actually thinking of eating the briyani and I was disappointed that I was too early for briyani as they only start selling briyani after 11am. I was already thinking of leaving the place but then one of the guys stopped me and asked me to try some breakfast food like some beef curry. I just said okay I'll try a small portion. I was a bit worried cause I didn't get to see the menu properly and was wondering if they would rip me off. The guy actually told me its not expensive and I had to trust him. He then served a plate of curry stew like dish and the moment I tried it, my eyes lighted up and I was like how delicious is that! The beef was so soft it just become flat as I pressed it with the spoon, and when I placed into the mouth it felt like it would melt in the mouth. I really cannot describe the curry but it was so smooth and not too spicy and so strange there was ginger strips on it. The guy then asked me if I would like to have paratha to go along and dip the sauce. I wondered how much it would cost again but I didn't ask so I nodded and he went to bring some freshly made paratha which was hot to even use the hands. I waited for a while for it to cool and I tried the original taste and wow it was so thin and crispy it tasted like paper! And the flavours was so good! And of course the combination with the curry was just the ultimate. I wished I could eat more, but he served 2 parathas and I only had room for one, and also just to be on the cautious side in case I get ripped off. It was so comforting and satisfying I was kinda just at a loss for words but just enjoying it throughout and saying wow wow wow in my mind. They also offered this dessert to try I just tried a spoonful and I guess I didn't try more I didn't want the sweetness to overwhelm the food I just had. When I went to pay for it I didn't realized that the price was so reasonable that my jaws almost dropped. This is one place that I will visit whenever I come back Dubai, not for their Adidas but this again! Also hope to be back to try the briyani at a later time. Its such a memorable meal.

Temperature is very comfortable even for an enclosed outside setting restaurant. We were thrilled to savour the specialty food and was very excellent especially the cheese Fatter and the dynamite chicken which has a very flavourful chicken meat. Affordability is somewhat ok if on a group or depends on your order. Employees are polite, accomodating and friendly but not enough to cater the guest all together as only a couple are serving the food. The downside is the service is very very slow. I notice the online delivery has a lot of drivers waiting outside a seperate window to pick up. It takes a lot of time for your order to arrive one after the other and not served all together. You will be full by the time your next order arrives and end up taking out the remaining food. We waited for an employee to pass by but decided to wait outside the kitchen door/employees only for someone to come out so we could ask for some storage plastics and for our remaining food to be packed. They took the remaining food on our table and brought it to the kitchen for take out, we billed out and waited. The restaurant was easily accessible and was quite close to my accommodation near the airport. I had known about Paragon Restaurant from kerala both the kozhikode and Cochin locations but has never been to both before so it was a no brainer to try it out in Dubai. The restaurant is well spacious, they have two levels, on the ground and another level above. We were greeted by the staff who were friendly and courteous. The staff who served us was Vijith who was really friendly, attentive and courteous. Now coming to the food, for starters we ordered the mushroom and okra fry with salt and pepper and tandoori grilled paneer both of them were delicious with the tandoori grilled paneer being really spicy which was expected. For the main course we ordered chicken varattiyathu and mix vegetable vattichathu with porotta and appam and it was absolutely amazing. Especially the mix vegetable vattichathu which was delicious and probably one of the best veg dishes or currys I've ever had anywhere in the world. They both went really well with porotta and appam and our bellies were full and content. We finished with ordering grape juice and Avocado juice both of which were amazing but could have been served or prepared with more cold. One final observation was the lack of Wi-Fi in the restaurant which is completely unacceptable for a restaurant of this stature which claims to be one of the top 5 iconic restaurants world-wide.

What I truly love about it, besides the delicious food is how true to themselves they have stayed. I absolutely devoured the Nihari which went very well with Roomali roti; firm to lap up the gravy yet soft as a marshmallow to melt in the mouth. Staff quite friendly & always ready to serve (I hope I’m wrong but probably coz we were one of only 6 table occupied). My only issue is that the Google location takes you past the restaurant; which is situated on the corner of the building & somehow hidden behind the neighboring tea shop street gazebo hence we had to park ahead & walk back to find the restaurant.

I need to say this and get it about of the way. We were honestly not so psyched about eating Indian food outside, because in our experience it is always over the top oily, or bland, or just not to our taste. But DD changed all of that!!! Their Resturant was clean and welcoming, their menu was quite extensive and guys, they have Indo-Chinese as well. We were accompanied by our fellow food enthusiasts, who are actually RJ's by profession, and they surprisingly are quite regular at a different branch of DD. Our servers too were extremely helpful with making sure we try out EVERY "famous" dish of theirs, which basically translated into this whole experience enabling us into a food coma, and we literally had to crawl back home! Not eating, was just not an option because the food was finger-lickingly good! Verdict Delhi Darbar has outdone itself in terms of food and service. Both of them are unbeatable as far as we are concerned. We are SO done with the gimmicky style of food, that we massively appreciated food for what it was and how it should be.
