We decided to get there before it opened and to our surprise there was already a line forming. They have a sign in sheet so if you do choose to get there early, put your name down and once they open they will call your name out. My only complaint on the food was with the first course, which was a soft boiled egg with caviar and wasabi. At the end it just became too eggy, I wish there was more depth of flavor. I got the wine pairing, which I would not recommend for others to get. The wine was fine, and I assume being on Oahu it's not as easy to get the quality wine I am used to in places like California. Would recommend getting that one if you like a herby drink! Everything we had was delicious. Shared the special ulu aloo dish which was their take on a samosa with breadfruit spiced with Indian spices and topped with crispy okra and tangy condiment. We shared the chicken sandwich which my wife loved because of how crispy and flavorful it was. I got the koji brined chicken which was probably one of the best chicken dishes I’ve had. These were the most overwhelming pancakes I'd ever eaten. We initially ordered them because it sounded fun and exciting. We were not prepared by any means for this.
