Our host who sat us gave us impeccable service but once we got seated at the bar, the service was quite average. My water glass was constantly empty and we had to get the attention of the servers more often than they automatically attended to us. The bar was quite cramped and in general the entire space feels really small, dark, cramped and divey. As for the food, we ordered the sardine chip, the dumpling, the porcini donuts, the uni tonnarelli pasta, and the chicken liver mousse. The sardine chip tasted exactly like how it sounds, a fried sardine on a chip.. very basic/nothing special. The dumplings were super disappointing, as a Chinese person I found these no better than any frozen dumpling I could get at 99 ranch except these were $$$ (not worth it). We worked specifically with Michael who immediately was able to replace and send new coffee mugs. He also tracked down very efficiently the shipping company’s error of our lost box of plates, and redelivered this one box 2 weeks later at a set day while I was in the process of moving! At the end of the day I now have super place settings that will brighten anyone’s day. I could not be happier and thank you to all at Heath Ceramics Company team for a great experience.

I still would not have mind doing business after being lied to and a debacle. I was sent a email saying I will be issued a refund, then I got a email saying my order had been cancelled. So you did receive my order and you took my money but yet you said something went wrong with my payment. I hate being lied to just like most people holding someone money for that long and not contacting them is just unprofessional. I had to contact them to even tell them i had not received the item yet. Just overall embarrassing, I deal with small clothing companies all the time first one that wasn't willing to work with a customer after they screwed up! horrible
