First, the intake process was very easy and quick; we were able to review menus and have all our questions answered before booking. Tyler from the catering department was incredibly kind and patient with us as we adjusted our headcount even days leading up to the wedding. Tyler handled the process of ordering our rentals (they partner with a warehouse) and he coordinated getting us extra supplies we needed from the restaurant like glassware and an outdoor heater (which was above and beyond). The restaurant also did a fantastic job at our final tasting; multiple staff who knew they'd be at our wedding introduced themselves to us and brought us plenty of food to sample (we basically got to try everything). As for the food, our guests were blown away at the rehearsal dinner with the filet mignon, which was cooked beyond perfectly (they didn't even ask us how we wanted it done, but got it perfect). I may have had some of the best tomato soup in my life as the starter - everyone loved it. For our reception the next day we had a BBQ spread with ribs, chicken, mac and cheese, dirty rice, and bread/salads. They also easily provided the vegetarians with plant-based meals that they loved. We had so many people tell us that this was the best wedding food they've had all year - even the vendors raved about it! The servers were all fantastic, they gave me (the bride) extra attention and I felt well taken care of. I couldn't recommend this place (or Tyler) enough and am so grateful to have had them be part of our wedding day.

There is so much GOOD to say about this place and especially about the event coordinator here (at least make sure you read the part about her!!). . I promise you this long review is going to be worth reading. So just for starters, this venue is GORGEOUS and has multiple options for where you can have you ceremony/reception/cocktail hour, all amazing. Amazing places for pictures. And the bridal and grooms suites are smack dab in the center of all these locations so moving about the day from place to place goes so smoothly. They also have amazing food and drink options and pricing is absolutely reasonable for everything you get and just the venue scenery in general. But the biggest and most valuable part of this venue is absolutely the event coordiantor, Saray McCombs. I cannot say enough about her and I can promise you, it was her who made the most important day of my life absolutely perfect. No stress. No worrying. I actually got to enjoy my big day, because of her. So when we first toured this place there was a different event coordinator who had been there for years and years so my husband and I felt very comfortable and confident. After several months of no replies to emails, we finally found out (4 months before our wedding) this woman had quit and there was someone new. We were devastated. And unfortunately at that time, we let Saray know that and that we were worried because she was brand new to this venue at the time. Not only did she validate my feelings but she immediately started to build a rapport with me by expressing understanding and then talking with me to figure out how to best make me comfortable and make my big day perfect. She literally made me feel completely confident in her within our first conversation because it was so clear how passionate and dedicated she was to the job. Her communication the 4 months leading up to the wedding was phenomenal.. she did not skip a beat. She is very easy to talk to, she listens to what you want and she takes notes on every conversation. She's detailed and organized. And best of all, she executes. Not only did she deliver exactly what we had pictured in our heads but she made it even better!!! She took our dream and made it an even better reality. She worked so well with all of our other vendors too that I literally felt 0 stress the day of the wedding (which I've heard a lot of brides experience a lot of stress..) but not me. She handled everything. The rest of her staff was amazing and they all knew exactly what to do and where to be when they needed to be there. If I could do this all over again, I'd pick her to be my event coordinator time and time again and stroneleigh as my venue. You will not regret getting married in this breath takingly beautiful place and you definitely will not regret allowing Saray McCombs to be in charge of your big day, couldn't be in better hands.

Overall A+ and we had an incredible day. We cannot recommend this venue and staff enough and was a great value wedding! Venue: The venue is rustic with a beautiful courtyard area especially for the Spring/Summer time when we got married. The stone wall enclosed area made you feel secluded and we really liked the feel and texture the stone walls brought. The altar was raised above the general seating area where the wedding guests sat, making for better view points for the guests. The flowers and foliage made for such a picturesque setting and an incredible outdoor wedding. We also had the reception/dinner in the courtyard area and the food was absolutely incredible! There was a great menu to choose from when selecting the options for the wedding, and everything was so delicious; the chicken marsala was our favorite. Chef Matt and his team had so many great options. We had so many guests compliment how great the food was! The courtyard area also made for a great outdoor dance area, as the dance floor was outside and was lit with string lights, which made for a great setup for the dancing and even cornhole and fire pits. Every guest had something to do – whether it was dancing on the dance floor, playing cornhole, roasting marshmallows over the fire pit, or hanging by the bar. The night went too fast, and everything was incredible and so smooth. We were also able to take other wedding photos throughout the property and made for some incredible wedding photos. There are plenty of scenic spots around the venue that made for some memorable photos! The Staff: The staff were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and were a huge help on our wedding day. Stephanie worked incredibly hard to make our big day a huge success – from helping us plan and making great recommendations and ideas for logistics, help with identifying the value items to help us save money, venue setup and decorations, to even running a grilled cheese bar towards the end of the night! These grilled cheeses were a HUGE HIT that sent a lot of guests home extremely happy! All of the other Stoneleigh staff were incredible to work with (Michelle, KK, Brayden, Emily, Logan, Matt, Lila , and Alexandra to name a few ) – genuinely caring and friendly people that were there to help with whatever you needed on your wedding day. First off the Tigges family is so warm and amazing. The weddings that they host are like no other. Laura was a phenomenal and organized event planner. She handled our last minute requests with ease. The ceremony was stunning, better than our pinterest board. Sophia did amazing job with our flowers! Our DJ, Mr. Jon Tigges himself, was amazing and kept the party alive all night. Sophie the baby sitter kept the kids entertained and safe in the play room. The food, prepared by head chef Anna Tigges and the Zion Springs staff was sooooooooo good! We were able to select appetizers and entrees that spoke to our crowd, and even a few custom food requests from our personal journey. Nate and the bar team kept the drinks flowing for all of our guests. The decor was just gorgeous. Our table settings was so pretty. The venue itself is just plain perfect. Plenty of space to connect and have fun. Zion Springs arranged all of the major services using their well tested process and our phenomenal Event Coordinator Laura made everything so easy for us. We booked Zion Springs in July 2022. It was the first (and only) venue we toured, and we knew right away it was the one. With the talented hands of the designer and floral expert Sofia and the rest of the studio team, plus some of our own decor pieces, they brought our weird, romantic, spooky dream to life in a way that felt so personal and so “us.” Every single member of the Zion Springs team played a part in making our day what it was—from the studio to the bar staff to the decor and planning teams. The food, the florals, the photos and videos, the music… every detail was thoughtful, high-quality, and full of heart. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome — especially after being greeted by the sweetest Weimaraner puppy. Even though it was a busy day, the staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We opted for the white wine tasting flight and also tried a glass of the peach sangria. The oaked Chardonnay was a standout — smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The sangria was cold, refreshing, and just what we needed on a summer day. We went one evening and had their wine flights and then a glass after of ones we liked. Their wines are extremely delicious (coming from a guy who is not a wine person) and the hosts are very informative and passionate and will dive into the details of their wines, their tasting notes, history and such. We spent a great evening here. We also had the cracker and cheese basket which they they have on the menu but they do encourage bringing your own snacks/food too. You can also get a close look at their vineyards but please don't touch the fruit! Definitely worth a visit.
