Hall is a small to medium size with lots of tables and chairs to use, I had about 30+ people that fit very comfortably. There is a kitchen, toilets and parking available. Plenty of light and handy having the kitchen, which was clean and all labelled. Due to a previous review, I checked the premises to make sure of any damages already there, just in case. I have to point out the loos, they NEED attention. Really scruffy and a let down compared to the clean room and tidy kitchen. One of the seats was actually broken so unable to use it. Over all, the price to hire was great for the space, time and location compared to other venues. Customer service, true to previous reviews sadly. It's not great, felt like I was a nuisance asking basic questions and the receiving attitude was 'moody and blunt' on more than one occasion for no reason. I asked to walk the hall before leaving to know if she was happy about the condition we left it in, she was strongly not interested and said it's fine you can leave, in that case I expected a full deposit return, which I did get a few days later. I would consider using the hall again and recommend it to others, but not before the toilets are fixed to a better standard.
