Its not a destress spa but overall experience is so stressful here because of main desk reception staff specially sheetal . please dont buy membership here since if you buy they will make sure that you get suffered by not giving refund and by going according to their schedule. i have taken membership here almost a year ago but what i have noticed- 1. once membership taken they forget what they have promised while giving that membership. they dont give any written document or mail. 2. oils used by them are not always what you have asked, they are not very transparent about it. 3. they give appointment near your scheduled appointment once you take membership and so therapist are always under stress to finish fast fast. 4. though you pay for complete one hour ,they always do it for 50 mins and no question should be asked from your side otherwise main desk people will stand around you and argue with you. 5.they don't give confirmation about your booked appointments all the time , and sometimes they confirm wrong timings too. which makes customer suffer and make situation stressful. 6. if by chance you get late by 5 to 10 minutes then they cut down your therapy from one hour to half an hour without thinking about adjustments you have made to go there though therapist has appointment after half an hour later once she completes your session. 7. sometime they overlap your appointment and so your therapy time get reduced because of their miscommunication and they even promise you to compensate that but when you demand for it they fight. in each and every situation we get suffered and they enjoy the show by sipping tea at main desk . sometime we being customer have to wait for main desk Sheetal's hair wash to get over so that she can talk to us. i think the spa is owned by her and every one including therapist and hairdresser even maids complain about her which is so unprofessional. they simply don't understand that any person who goes to spa for relaxation and not all these drama, for you its a work and stress but we came here not to work or argue or fight but just to relax. very very disappointed with this unprofessional experience . I wont recommend this to anyone. just go through all their negative reviews 80% are related to main desk people but i think owner cant take action about it or she doesn't know. so be aware because to get therapy you have to first pass through these main desk people and there are 100 percent chance first you will be filled with stress and then sent to your room. its all useless.

I requested both over the phone for both to be female massage therapists as well as a focus on only neck and shoulders for my partner and a focus on my left foot for myself. I’m not sure how it got mis communicated other than the front desk associate having little to no understanding but genuinely it was too expensive for the customer service and overall treatment. My partner had a kidney transplant and that’s why she requested no back but they still touched her back. She also had a male which wasn’t requested. I had a total of 45 seconds with BOTH feet. This is unacceptable as not only did I request it on the phone but I also got into a rather “emotional” conversation as the guy directly said to me over me already paying for services that weren’t requested. They always ask to you to pay first “because you’re one of the last appointments” but it doesn’t matter the time. Anything after 5 PM is apparently the last appointments. They ask you to pay first because it’s awful treatment and you would definitely refuse to pay! Do not recommend- Thy Spa down the street is 100000 better and only $5-10 more per service. Dont be like me and try to save money on crappy services.
