Initially, we went with them just for master bedroom interior and they delivered it really well. They certainly sensed the harmony between space and decor. Later, we went ahead with them for rest of our house (includes guest bedroom, living, dining and kitchen). What appealed to us was their previous project - Jalihal House. In our earlier interactions, what made us choose them over others was their idea on converting the existing structure on the property into a functional kitchen/ dining space. The thought behind this was - why break anything down. We should only focus on building new things and incorporate the existing in our design. This was one of our core principles while taking up the project as we wanted the landscape preserved and not hurt with this. Both Meghana and Pooja tried understanding our vision for our farmhouse and helped bring it to reality through multiple iterations. Before I begin , we really liked Elham's designs when she gave us the 3D. Purely on that front she has a really nice sense of aesthetic on the design front. This review is mainly due to 2 aspects. 1)Her absolutely amateur backend team of her supervisor , civil workers , ceiling person etc which caused us many losses -Bathroom, and living room ceiling has cracked already. We had to spend money to repair. -The flooring of the house is uneven. -Civil work is absolutely shambles with one bathroom wall being made conpletely crooked. 2)What was appalling was her complete disregard and abandoning the project midway even before the handover . She refused to acknowledge even when her team kept on making blunders. Towards the end she even stopped picking our calls when we told her to address the major issue of central ac leakage because of crack in ceiling within 6 months (during the course of work itself). PS : Her 6-7% amount due at handover is still pending because she chose to leave it midway. It was an absolute nightmare. Kindly think twice and dont get swayed by designs only. The structural strength of your home matters too
