You will have to choose only those limited options if you are hungry. 70%-80% items from food menu are actually not available. Conclusion - As I mentioned earlier they are lying on various booking sites about their facilities. Only positive thing is that if you need peace and natural views you can choose this hotel but still don’t spend more than Rs 1500/- a day. It is more than enough. When we initially went into the room, there were ants in the corners. I understand that the room was given to us in a haste but I believe this should have been maintained beforehand. They did clean up the entire room after that. Similarly there were issues with the AC and TV as well, which got sorted later, but again you expect these services to be top notch in a professional place. The thing that must be appreciated is the management taking accountability. All these are genuine issues which as a tourist I cannot ignore, but they addressed every complain and apologized for the inconveniences. The service of the staff was great and they did every bit to solve our issues. As for the food, the quality was good but the buffet breakfast had very limited options. I'd advise to increase the options in the buffet table. After all, not everyone is a fan of South Indian food 😅 Overall, when considering professionalism in services, a few things should definitely have been better, but the behaviour of the management, the prompt service of the staff and the attitude of the people were positive and appreciable. Overall a 3/5 experience 😊
