The walls are paper thin so I got woken up to people at reception 22:30, 2:45 and then another family at 6:30. Don't come here if you want a good sleep, the loudest hotel I've ever stayed at. The outdoor area is nice with a garden with seating and a clean pool area. We also had a nice lunch at their restaurant, albeit lacking atmosphere and them not having some meals available.

Tired and in need of some serious maintenance. In our first room the shower and hot water not working so changed rooms. There the bedside lamps and AC not working, bathroom not clean, again no eye for detail. The shower was though good. Riom size very good and comfortable. The staff were unfriendly and disinterested. The food was good. The setting of the hotel is lovely with its beautiful, peaceful garden and good size swimming pool. It is a walking distance to the town. All these are genuine issues which as a tourist I cannot ignore, but they addressed every complain and apologized for the inconveniences. The service of the staff was great and they did every bit to solve our issues. As for the food, the quality was good but the buffet breakfast had very limited options. I'd advise to increase the options in the buffet table. After all, not everyone is a fan of South Indian food 😅 Overall, when considering professionalism in services, a few things should definitely have been better, but the behaviour of the management, the prompt service of the staff and the attitude of the people were positive and appreciable. So we were told to either pay them 3x the price that we had the reservation for or we would not get the room. While we were there, there were two other parties who had the exact same problem. We had a very lengthy discussion with them (lasting over 3 hours, what a waste of a holiday) in which they showed their true, unkind colours. "It is my time to make business", was the excuse of the manager why she would put multiple travellers with valid reservations essentially on the streets. Being one day before the festival, all of the accommodation was of course booked out or heavily overpriced. I cannot understand how anybody could be so greedy, they knew exactly what a big pain it would be to find something new but all they could see was money! I cannot recommend anybody to support this business!

The room was clean. Hot water limited (10 min shower okay) but hot. Super nice stuff. The owner Suri is the the most chill Indian person I know. Calm and peaceful. All questions and support for us was resolved quickly. Roof top is a great place with a great view to Pushkar mountains and temples. Order food easy and fast. Ranjid, the helper also very nice. Our favorite dish to order was aloo Parantha with mint chutney and chai. This guest house is ecommend for a chill experience in Pushkar.
