A Perfect Start to Our Marriage Unforgettable Experience at Spicers Vineyard Estate
After leaving the Kingsley in Newcastle, where we had our wedding reception the night before, we headed to Spicers Vineyard Estate for our second night as a married couple. From the moment we arrived, we were incredibly impressed by the level of service, comfort, and attention to detail.
We were warmly greeted at reception, and the staff immediately assisted with our bags insisting we didn’t lift a finger. When we arrived at our suite, we were welcomed by a cozy open fire and a complimentary bottle of champagne waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Not only that, but the team also arranged a light snack so we could relax by the fire before heading to our dinner reservation. At dinner, the staff once again made us feel special by congratulating us on our marriage and offering complimentary drinks as we browsed the beautifully curated menu.
Every detail of our stay was exceptional from the luxurious Leif Buddha Wood hand soap to the heated floors, towel racks, and the indulgent double spa bath. It’s clear that a great deal of care has gone into creating a space that is both luxurious and welcoming.
We want to sincerely thank the management and staff for making us feel so cared for during such a meaningful time. We’ll absolutely be back for future special occasions and will be recommending Spicers Vineyard Estate to all our friends and family.
I would highly recommend future brides and grooms to consider Spices Vineyard State as a venue for their wedding reception. It’s an exceptional location that offers a beautiful and memorable setting for such a special occasion.

Wow, what a fantastic experience at Spicers Vineyards Estates! I came here with my partner to celebrate his birthday and the incredible team at Spicers did whatever they could to make our experience special. We had a beautiful stay at this beautiful resort, it accomidated 8 of us plus guest. We loved the big pool wich is what needed in the lovely hot weather and very spacious rooms. Really lovely accommodation. The restaurant was in “soft opening“ mode but the moment it opens fully open can’t come quick enough. The sharing concept dishes were another level in terms of flavour and presentation. All the staff at spicers were so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful.

I came here to have spa appointment for my birthday to get relaxed and start the day with a good mood. My husband and daughter came with me to drop me off. We are staying at Spicers guesthouse their sister property. We came an hour before to explore the property and wanted to have a glass of wine. Not only they were not welcoming, but Lucy at the reception was not only not polite but made us feel very uncomfortable and said that we cannot be at the property with the daughter because they have some “very important guests” and since we are not the guests of the hotel and here for the spa we can not stay in the living room to wait.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and my room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.
The amenities were top-notch — the gym was well-equipped, the pool was clean and relaxing, and the breakfast had a great variety of fresh options.

I attended a wedding on Saturday which I was in the bridal party. I have to say that Paris was sensational. She looked after us boys so well and nothing was an issue.
Cassandra was absolutely amazing. Us boys couldn’t pin our flowers on our vest. She took her time to help in every way possible. She was running around helping everyone.
Jorja made our night during the reception and pre drinks the night before. Very polite and attentive young lady. She made sure that we were all having a great experience.

Rooms are spacious and well appointed with a comfy bed and quality bedding. We had a room with a balcony and a lovely view over the area.
We were part of a conference in the hotel and the staff were outstanding - Cass, Dominic, Gemma and Melanie were all attentive, well prepared for our stay, proactive and easy to deal with. The conference room (Valley View room) was perfect for our group and had it's own outdoor area and views to enjoy.
Meals were delicious and the 'farm to plate' ethos appreciated. My only suggestion would be to dial down the quantities as the portions were very generous. The included activities of the wine tasting and bonfire were a thoughtful touch.
The heated pool and gym were popular and there are lots of good walks around the area.

We were only here for one night but everything about the hotel was perfect. The spa room was clean, comfortable, and as well as the bedroom there was a lounge area and bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. It was an okay stay — nice enough — but when you remember the price (over $500 a night), it’s hard not to feel a bit underwhelmed. For that kind of money, I’d expect a few more touches and a bit more polish.
The good bits:
We were really happy to see EV charging available on-site, and even better — it was free! It’s a slow charger, so if there had been more than two EVs there it might’ve been a bit painful, but it was still a pleasant surprise and took away the stress of finding one nearby. It was covered in cobwebs though so maybe they don't get many people with EV's?
Check-in was easy, and the staff were lovely once we got settled. The restaurant food was good for lunch and the team there were great.
Dinner in the restaurant was good — tasty food and friendly service. The set menu was $90 for two courses, but we were able to just order mains for $45 each, which was appreciated - but you have to ask.
The not-so-great bits:
You’re on your own with luggage — no one helps with bags, and it’s not the easiest walk from the carpark (especially with a few sets of small stairs thrown in, maybe not super accessible, i did not see any ramps ? ). For a “luxury” stay, that was disappointing. Reception was empty when we arrived, and while staff walked past and smiled, no one stopped to help. Maybe just bad timing, but still not ideal.
The room was fine — clean and comfortable — but missing those little extras you’d expect at this price point (no cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap, etc.), and the shower gel was empty. Small things, but they do matter when you’re paying top dollar.
The pool area looks great online but needs more love in real life. It could do with regular cleaning and upkeep through the day — there were cobwebs on chairs, dirty surfaces, and no towels available. After asking towels we waited 45 minutes and ended up grabbing a couple from a housekeeping trolley ourselves.
Outdoor seating areas in general could use a good clean; some chairs had rust, bird droppings, and just felt neglected. The rose garden was beautiful though — lights and all — but the fountain wasn’t working, which also added to the neglected feel.
Overall:
It was a pleasant stay, but the value just isn’t there for the price. If rates were lower, I’d probably stay again because the location is good, staff are friendly and the setting is lovely. But for $500+ a night, there’s a lot that could be improved. It is a big property which possibly explains why some areas require more attention.
Australian hotels really need to lift their game when it comes to service and amenities — overseas (like Bali or Thailand), you just get so much more for your money. We should be doing better if we want people to choose to holiday at home.

The staff were the best part of the stay, the young lady who checked us in was so lovely, friendly and helpful and the young man who was also on the front desk and the waitress were lovely as well. The pool was nice and the food was perfectly fine when we had dinner at the lounge bar (the restaurant is not open mid week which was dissapointing). The tennis court has seen better days. The room was a let down - there were crumbs on the floor so it was not vacuumed properly, the cups and saucers for coffee were a mismash of assorted types sizes and there were no toiletries you normally get at an IHG hotel - no toothbrush kit or shaving kit, but you can get them at reception which is odd. The decor is very 1990's too, but still nice enough. All in all it was an ok stay.

My wife and I had a lovely 3 night stay at voco Kirkton Park recently. The hotel is in a beautiful setting, perfectly located to enjoy everything the Hunter Valley has to offer.
Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean on our arrival. The amenities in the room were good.
The public areas in the hotel were all spacious and comfortable.
We had breakfast each morning and we ate in the lounge bar on two of our nights. The food was delicious and the service was first class.
A highlight of our stay was the staff. They were all very attentive and so helpful.
We would highly recommend the voco Kirkton Park.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa for a recent conference. The layout was great, with ensuite bathrooms for each room. A nice resort. Maybe a bit dated but still a good value for the Hunter Valley. All this was unfortunately overshadowed by lackluster cleaning and slow response to maintenance issues. During my 11 month stay this was a repeated issue. I avoided the clubhouse at all costs as myself and others were treated harshly by reception by multiple staff. A few were lovely but mostly were rude or unwelcoming. I rarely felt like a guest while living here and felt more like a burden. I hope the guests who spend good money to spend their holidays here are treated more fairly.

This place facades as a 4-4.5 star resort, when in actuality would be pushing to be 3. Booked a "villa" which was a glorified cabin located down a big flight of stairs then up another, featuring a tiny living space, a number of missing features, shotty painting and decor, and an overall bad vibe.
The sticking point here though, is that we booked for 2 adults and a <1 year old child, yet there were 5 or 6 blatant hazards that made it a borderline unsafe environment for said child. While we'd initially decided to see out our 2 night booking and spend as minimal time as possible at accom, it was the sounds heard from neighbours (use your imagination) through our paper-thin walls that were the straw that broke the camel's back. First thing in the morning we called a resort down the road first thing who have done well by us in the past, and they were able to give us a room for immediate occupancy at a discounted rate. We packed up and left immediately after.
Adding to this, Customer service here is next to non-existent, as we enquired 3 times in the week leading up about early check-in, which we would've happily paid for, yet were still made to wait at reception the better part of a hour (with a sleepy 11-month old) before receiving any kind of update. We also passed on both via booking note and email that this was a wedding anniversary trip, yet we didn't receive as little as a "Happy Anniversary", a card in our room or literally anything...
Currently awaiting a response from our team regarding compensation, though based on experience our hopes aren't high. Glad to have booked via Lux Escapes, so we at least have a middle-man here.
For those looking for HV accommodation, keep looking. Rydges, Chateau Elan, and plenty more quality locations that are more than worth the extra $$, especially if you have young kids.

I would like to raise a concern regarding a disappointing experience I had at your bistro.
There was a clear miscommunication when ordering food over the phone. Important questions were not asked during the call, such as whether I was staying in the hotel or a private villa, or for my mobile number. After being told our food would be ready in 25 minutes, we came down to collect it only to be informed that the bistro does not take phone orders. As a result, we had to place our order again and wait another 25 minutes for our food.
When I raised this issue with Justin, who I understand is the restaurant manager, his attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. While I fully understood his explanation of the hotel policy, I provided constructive feedback suggesting that staff should ask certain clarifying questions during phone orders to prevent this type of confusion. Justin acknowledged that this issue happens frequently, yet instead of taking the feedback on board, he became defensive, repeatedly told me not to tell him how to do his job, and abruptly ended the conversation with “have a good night.”
This interaction was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in hospitality — especially from someone in a managerial role. His behaviour only worsened after learning that I was staying in a private villa, which left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a guest.
After discussing the incident with my partner, we were both shocked at how poorly the situation was handled — particularly given that we both come from hospitality backgrounds. It was clear to us that Justin does not appear to enjoy his job or take pride in representing the Oaks brand. His lack of care and professionalism reflects poorly on the hotel and undermines the standards expected in a guest-focused environment.
We visit the Hunter region regularly and usually stay at Rydges Hotel (formerly known as the Crowne Plaza), but this time we thought we’d try somewhere different. Unfortunately, we’ve now realised that was a big mistake.
To top it off, our meal (see attached picture) cost $92 — and for that price, not only was the service poor, but the servings were disappointingly small. Safe to say, we’ll no longer be spending our money at the bar or restaurant for the remainder of this stay, and we won’t be returning in the future.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve staff communication, portion value, and customer service training — particularly for those in leadership positions.

Lovely space and place! We stayed in The Residence for 3 nights for a family reunion. There were all the amenities we needed, plenty of communal space for all 10 of us to get together, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I took a quick dip in the pool on the first day; it isn't heated, and is salt water. The grounds were beautiful, too. It is well located and a 5-10 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to visit.

We discovered Hermitage Lodge by chance while searching for a birthday getaway online back in January 2024 and from the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away by the exceptional service, stunning rooms, and welcoming atmosphere. It didn’t take us long to decide that this was exactly where we wanted to stay for our wedding weekend in March 2025, and we are so glad we did.
From the lead-up to the wedding through to the weekend itself, the team at Hermitage, in particular Grace, Joel and Nicole, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. ‘The Residence’ accommodation was absolutely ideal for the bride and bridesmaids the night before the wedding – spacious, bright, and beautifully styled. It created such a relaxed and joyful space to get ready in, and the photos we took there are some of our favourites from the day.
Our guests were also incredibly well looked after, with great rates and the same warm, attentive service we experienced. So many of them commented on how beautiful the hotel was and what a great experience they had staying there.
Our own room for the night of the wedding was just as lovely, and we felt truly cared for throughout the entire weekend. Hermitage Lodge made such a special time in our lives even more memorable, and we honestly won’t stay anywhere else when we visit the Hunter Valley again. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!!

The vineyards are dotted around and the cellar doors close at 17h, so you want accommodation where you can eat if no one wants to drive…

We had a problem with blocked down pipe overnight that caused banging noise against wall where head of bed was, as it started to rain. We had no sleep all night and our weekend was a write off. I raised it with reception in the morning and got ‘what do you want me to do about it’, but no interest was otherwise taken. I insisted reception come to room to hear noise - they did come and confirmed the noise. The blockage cleared later in the morning and it was me who climbed onto a chair and removed all the leaves and other material - the heavy rain flushed the rest through eventually.
The reception said they would contact owners - since then we have made multiple attempts to contact them and they do not return calls over 3 days. I would not write this review but I am upset the owners will not respond and future guests should be aware of this attitude. A problem can develop, I understand that and we are reasonable people, but we feel guests should avoid booking this accommodation. This venue does not value their guests or their experience.

We spent the weekend at Hermitage. Just WOW. Absolutely beautiful. We booked the large house, the fit out was spot on and felt extremely homely as well as fancy. The rooms were huge and felt very lux. Huge big back yard with entertaining area with a huge pool.
We walked around the vineyard at sunset and were blown away.
We dined at the restaurant on site, Pescara on one of the nights. We’re blown away with all meals.
Right in the centre of Pokolbin with wineries just minutes away.
Close enough to duck for a morning coffee and check out the smelly cheese shop.

This was a great stay! We booked the Bimbadgen Suite with the whirlpool on the balcony and were not disappointed. What an amazing location to sit in a bath, watch the vines and kangaroos, listen to a quite special bird concert and sip sparkling wine… really happy we went!
Sure the rooms are slightly dated, but are huge (and I mean huge). The price one pays is definitely appropriate. Would always go again!

We stayed here to celebrate my husband's birthday and didn't leave disappointed. I love and chose the Convent for its history and boutique feel. Absolutely stunning, filled with French opulence. We had dinner at Circa 1876 which is also stunning, the food is amazing. Very flavoursome and just a short stroll back to the Convent.

The perfect hotel for a secluded vacation or special occasion. I booked a room for my partner and I here for our anniversary, and it was almost a storybook experience. We stayed in Room 16, up in the top left of the building with access to two big shared balconies where we met lovely guests also making use of the complimentary wine to enjoy the sunset. The rooms are spacious and the bed was so comfortable I accidentally napped before dinner! Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Highly, highly recommend.

Yes, it’s nice. Yes, it’s historic. First impressions are lovely. The room we were given though, was not lovely. While it is clean, it really needs to be brought into the 21st century. The shower needs a grappling hook to get into, there is nowhere to hang a towel, and nowhere to charge a phone due to a lack of power points. The lack of attention to detail adds up to being annoyed at the price we paid. That being said, it really is a lovely historic place. If modern expectations are not a big deal, then this is the place for you. However if you would like usual contemporary conveniences like power points, then you’ll be disappointed. Like I was.

I want to thank the staff at The Convent for firstly, accommodating us and our 3 greyhounds and secondly, for ensuring all of us were looked after. The staff even cooked breakfast for our babies - scrambled eggs and bacon, I don't think the doggos wanted to leave! They also gave us some delicious treats for the hounds. We enjoyed our stay and we are very grateful to the staff for taking good care of us. It was also our 12 year old greyhound's birthday and this made it extra special.

"Special" High Tea for a friend's birthday.
Very disappointing! Place and room were lovely, but only one other table present.
The bread on the sandwiches was not fresh and no leg ham or salmon on any sandwich. Nothing hot or warm. It is winter!
The scones, jam and cream were delicious but we had to ask for more jam and cream. The cakes were abundant, but not all were fresh, did have not have a home made or special quality and some were very different to the menu description. Very disappointing!
The tea was lovely, but we had to ask for more hot water and milk.
Overall we were very disappointed when we were celebrating very special occasion ... NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!

We absolutely loved our entire experience of staying at The Convent for the first time. We usually stay at The Vintage, but have been wanting to try The Convent because we love the restaurant right by it, Circa 1876. As we stayed a Sunday night, the restaurant wasn't open but we found another brilliant restaurant on the same road, which we loved. Anyhow, we wanted to leave a review because the staff member, Sam, who was on during our arrival and most of our stay was truly wonderful. Courteous, couldn't be friendlier and more professional, and his generosity and desire to make our stay as easeful and enjoyable as possible was second to none. Sam put us in room 14, which was a premier suite, even though we had booked a superior room. We loved the extra sitting space off the bedroom, and it worked perfectly for a work call, whilst my partner lazed on the king sized bed. We cannot speak highly enough of Sam, and we really enjoyed checking out yhe history room, which includes the story of the Convent. The Convent is 'old money' vibes and really worth booking yourself a Premier suite, truly. Thank you Sam. We will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I booked a mid-week 2 night getaway in winter with Chateau Elan and it was such a lovely stay!! We booked a one bedroom villa and we absolutely loved how homely, spacious and cozy it felt! When we walked in, the gas fireplace was already on, and it was such a nice touch on the windy & cold winter’s day we had. We also played 9 holes of golf at The Vintage before we checked in, which was a lot of fun! The area we stayed in was quiet and discreet, the bed was comfortable & the facilities seemed fairly modern too. We loved that you could see kangaroos jumping on the course from our balcony window! We only ever had 1 issue, and the issue was with connecting to the streamcast on the TV which we couldn’t get to work. But not a big deal to us! We were too busy enjoying all the restaurants and wineries Hunter Valley had to offer anyway 🍷 We would love to stay here again one day in the future!

The property is in a beautiful location, and the common areas are well maintained. The staff are excellent—always friendly and willing to help, even late at night.
The golfing experience was outstanding, with the pro shop team being both lovely and extremely helpful.
That said, the rooms no longer reflect a 5-star standard. Since my last stay in January 2022, the quality has noticeably declined. The carpet is worn, the mattress feels near the end of its lifespan, the bathroom sink is cracked, and the shower fixtures are in very poor condition. Even basic oral care amenities were missing.
This resort is in need of a proper renovation, and I truly hope to see it return to its former glory.

I wouldn’t call this 5 star. This is a 4 star hotel. The location is central to the hunter valley. However all the inclusions, extra fittings, glamour and style you’d get at a 5 star isn’t what you’ll find here. The rooms are perfectly fine and clean. But if you want luxury - maybe somewhere else is better suited.
Things that could be better - there is no power points anywhere near the beds, only behind the TV to charge phone or use laptops. The shower ammenities are simple. The streamcast / chrome cast is buggy and drops out.
There is free wifi and parking.

My partner and I had booked the Luxury Spa Suite for a short getaway, weeks in advance after doing our research and were really looking forward to our stay here. My partner drove 3 hours to get here so it was quite a long trip for us already so we were both tired and just eager to get to our room to put our stuff down and rest.
Unfortunately, the check-in process was more frustrating than welcoming, especially for a 5-star establishment. While my partner went to find parking, I went to reception to check us in. The staff member directed me on a path outside the building, which, in a large resort like this, quickly got us lost. I was holding luggage while trying to find the spa suites and eventually gave up and went back inside to ask for directions again. I asked the same staff member at the reception desk, and he then said our room was actually inside the building, one level above, and to just take the lift... But he pointed to the wrong side of the hallway—where there were only rooms and no lift in sight. At this point, my partner and I are feeling very lost and exhausted, we did not anticipate it to take us this long to find our rooms and settle in. We were tired, carrying our bags, and felt pretty silly having to ask for directions a third time. The staff member was at his desk and not with other guests, so it was disappointing that he did not simply walk us the short distance to the lift after noticing how lost we were. It would have taken him a minute and would have made a world of difference to us.
Following our stay, my partner wrote to management to raise this issue. Their response was to offer a complimentary cheese board as compensation. Our purpose, however, was not to receive a gift but to highlight a service failure. More concerning was the lack of a genuine apology. Instead, the management's correspondence defensively suggested we were "abusing their staff" when all we did was raise up this issue. This is profoundly unprofessional and is not a standard befitting a five-star establishment. A proper protocol would involve acknowledging the guest's experience, investigating internally, and providing a sincere response. To deflect blame and mischaracterise constructive feedback as abuse demonstrates a concerning priority to save face rather than to uphold service standards and address internal shortcomings.
Furthermore, in a shocking departure from professional standards, the management questioned our integrity by implying we were not truthful about our stay and asked why we did not simply find other accommodations if we were unhappy. This line of inquiry is not only rude and confrontational but entirely disregards the practical and financial realities of a guest. The suggestion is impractical, as finding and financing new last-minute accommodations, without a refund for the remainder of our stay, was not a viable option. The fact that a management team would even pose such a question to a guest who has raised a legitimate complaint is deeply unprofessional.
To be accused of seeking 'online attention' for using a review site such as Google reviews ... for customer feedback... is a profound misunderstanding of its purpose. The goal was accountability, not applause—a distinction their management seems to have missed entirely. We hope this feedback helps improve the process for future guests.

We recently stayed at Spicers Guest House while attending a close friend’s mid-week wedding—and what a beautiful experience it was.
We stayed two nights in an extremely comfortable room with a lovely outlook, making it the perfect base for a special occasion.
Breakfast was included, and we both went with the eggs Benedict on both mornings. I can honestly say it was the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had—everything was cooked to perfection, and the house-made hollandaise sauce was next level. I’d come back just for the breakfast next time I’m in the area.
On one of the nights, we enjoyed a few drinks at the bar before heading out. There’s a beautiful fireplace inside and a fire pit outside, which really adds to the relaxed, welcoming vibe. And of course, as expected, they offer a great selection of wines.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return on future visits to the Hunter

We absolutely LOVE Spicers Guesthouse! My husband and I have stayed here more than six times, and it has become our go to spot for every anniversary. Each visit feels just as special as the first. We’ve stayed in the Hunter Suite and in the suite right next to the pool and both were perfect in their own ways. The rooms are cozy, beautifully maintained and always make us feel at home. The fireplace is such a treat in the winter months, while the pool and jacuzzi area are pure bliss year round.

I had high expectations on our return to this 5-star luxury hotel, drawn by its amazing location, luxurious rooms, and beautiful common areas. The initial welcome from reception was warm and positive, setting a promising tone. However, my experience was disappointing overall.
The Eremo set menu and wine pairing at the restaurant did not meet expectations, and the service was lacking feeling more like an inconvenience than a guest. At both breakfast and dinner, I felt forgotten and neglected, which was surprising for a hotel of this caliber. I arrived after hours and was wandering around the reception area, unsure how to access my accommodation. As some staff were leaving at the end of their shift, one of them noticed me, pulled over, and greeted me warmly. He kindly took out his laptop, checked the guest list, and provided me with the details I needed to check in.
Shortly after, I realized I had actually received a text message with the after-hours check-in instructions—but I hadn’t seen it in time. Terrible hotel, with no housekeeping or reception on-site after hours. Note after hours is 4pm weekdays and all of weekend. For anything after hours you get diverted to an offshore call centre which can't do anything obviously because they are not on-site. They tell you they will call you back after they here back from the hotel but we never recieved a call. Dirty curtains, cracks in walls, shower grout dirty, stained carpets, stains on our 4 pillows which despite requesting for them to be changed... they only changed two. Worse accomodation I've ever stayed at. Stay clear!. Also note they only do house keeping if you stay 3 days or more, with a hidden disclaimer on booking.com and no notification of this at checkin or in their room except for a notice saying "they are a eco friendly accomodation" which is unclear. I would not recommend this hotel. We arrived at 11.30am on a Saturday to attend a music event nearby. There was absolutely NO SIGNAGE for the hotel - absolutely ridiculous!! The rooms were not made up yet they were closing their office at 12pm so if we had arrived then we couldn’t have got our key. As it was Reception disappeared after 11.30am - other guests were wandering around asking where the staff were. Breakfast was just adequate - no skim milk available (no apologies for that), Water container was empty and not fills even after a guest pointed it out. Staff not very friendly - just looked like they wanted to get out of there. The coat was absolutely exhorbitant - $624 for one night!!! Really taking advantage of need for accommodation to attend local music event. Don’t go there!!!

We recently dined at the restaurant while staying at the Tuscany Estate and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing.
To begin with, our breakfast order was incorrect — we had requested the beans be removed from three of the meals and left on one, but this wasn’t followed. When the meals arrived, they didn’t match what we had ordered, the food went uneaten. When we raised the issue with the lady serving us, she said that “the sides change everyday and they are not the same yesterday today or tomorrow, but i didn’t tell you”.
As well as the quality of the dish served, it was burnt, questionable and specifically the bacon was severely undercooked. And how am I supposed to try to eat this? With no cutlery on the table as well.
Shortly after, we went to the reception to bring up this issue, the lady whom was serving us asked us to pay at the restaurant which we did, kindly reception understood our concern and was going to not let us pay due to the situation however we still did pay.
Later, we received our complementary charcuterie board expecting a variety that included cheese, but instead received only three types of meat, none of which were appealing or appetising.
Given these issues, we were left quite dissatisfied with our visit and, regrettably, do not plan to return.

I really have mixed feelings about this place, and I am extremely disappointed that it didn't met the expectations that it advertises. The rooms are comfortable, and clean. We were dying for a coffee when we arrived ,but like most places the amount of milk available on allowed for one of us to have a cup. I would never recommend this place. We had a group of 35 people, 95% of whom were elderly and a good number using walkers. We came to have dinner before continuing on to the Hunter Valley Christmas Lights Spectacular. From the time we arrived, it was a wrecking ball. We were seated (yes, we did book ahead) at a long table, not really easily accessible for our group. Very hard to get everyone seated as there was very little moving room between the tables, especially for people with walkers. Not to mention the stairs they had to go down to get to tables (not ideal for people with walkers. We had made a mention we had people with mobility issues and who used walkers in our booking. This was evidently ignored. We had large windows that were open to the cold air directly behind our table and asked several times for the plastic wind protection to be lowered and the waiter/manager was very rude and abrupt, just telling us he would do it. The last time he was asked, he practically yelled at us about speaking to the manager. We finally got them lowered be he was just so rude. It was an extremely busy night so we expected a crowd but this was extreme. The lines to order were soooo long. Even to get a drink. I had to wait about 25 minutes just to order that. Finally, only 80% of our group got their meal. As I mentioned, we were on a time frame to get to the light show. It took an extremely long time for our meals to be delivered and after 1 hour of waiting, about 12 of us still hadn’t received our food. We had to ask for a refund and go without our dinner. The staff just were so overwhelmed and it was way understaffed. I saw meals waiting at the kitchen to be delivered for a long time. They would have been getting cold, even with the heat overtop. I will say, the people in my group, who got their meals did enjoyed them but the overall experience was ruined by the things that went wrong. Unfortunately, I was one of the people who didn’t get their meal. I wouldn’t come back here if you paid me. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. If I could give no stars, I would. 👎👎👎😡😤

Our table seating was rearranged to another table to accommodate 9 of us more comfortably.

Visited midweek as a large group. We had booked our group so they knew we were coming and for midweek, the place was very very busy. We arrived for our booking at 6:30, and ordered promptly (at the bar, mind you. They have QR codes but only to view menu, which is a waste of time) because the line for both the bar and for food was out the door. They had one staff member to take food orders and two on the bar. With over 100 people seated outside and probably similar amounts inside, that many staff on is kind of ridiculous. It’s not the staff’s fault but it’s not like they didn’t know we were coming.
We were seated on the beautiful patio section but as the sun set, it got colder. We asked and asked for the heaters to be turned on but every staff member said they’d get back to us, while our party is just freezing with no protection from the wind.
Our food arrived at 8:30, two hours after we arrived and probably closer to when we expected to leave, honestly.
The food was very average and I’m certainly not in a hurry to return.

Absolutely no faults for this place. My partner & I came for a two night getaway and had a wonderful experience.
We did the indulgence package, which was all inclusive and stayed in a spa suite.
Nothing was a problem for the staff, they constantly went above and beyond for us, even to the point where one of them came and picked us up from a tasting because it was raining so hard.
My biggest thanks goes out to Georgia & Amanda. They have been nothing but the best to deal with and made the stay extra special. Service like theirs is what will bring us back next time.
The food at the restaurant is outstanding, and also cannot be faulted.

We had a wonderful stay at The Tower lodge during May'25. The "stay 3 pay 2" mid-week package was fantastic and excellent value. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner each day. My mum and I recently enjoyed a wonderfully peaceful short holiday the Lane Retreat. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the calm and serene atmosphere of the place.
Our lake view room was absolutely immaculate and truly offered the best view imaginable – it was a joy to wake up to each morning. Anniversary during the week stay! The Lane Retreat with majestic vineyard, pond and mountain views, which is only around 12 months old was modern & outstanding in every way. As a couple celebrating our anniversary our Large Studio Accommodation was exceptional, spotlessly clean, had stylish linen and a comfortable King Size bed. Also, having a bathroom with double vanity sinks, plus double rain showers was a couple plus factor.
The guest service Lane Retreat Staff in every single department were amazing! So professional and cohesive as a team should be. I’ll start with Claire, Mel, Donna and Debra, there are too many names to mention. We love that you were able to go to their two Sister properties Bimbadgen Winery for a tasting experience with Jase, this has a Wood Fire Pizzeria, we did a takeaway Pork Belly Pizza, yum. Also, we did a wine tasting at Alter Wines @ Emma’s Cottage with Matt. Both men at each winery venue were passionate about you enjoying your wine tasting experience.
Added Bonus was a Complimentary Shuttle Bus transfers to each of these two sister wineries/venues and back home to our accommodation, how grand is that!

I enjoyed playing this challenging resort style golf course.
The fairways were in excellent condition, as were the greens and bunkers. The greens rolled true and were reasonably quick. A number of fairways were tree lined, which could catch out any errant tee shots. Some of the par 3 hole required an accurate tee shot to avoid water hazards &/or bunkers.
The practice facilities were excellent and consisted of a grassed driving range, putting green and chipping green.
The pro shop staff were very professional and friendly, and the shop carried an extensive range of golfing equipment accessories and apparel.
I'm looking forward to playing this golf course again in the future.

I visited The Vintage last week with a large group of golfers, Sally in the proshop looked after us so well. She went above an beyond to help get us on course smoothly and without fuss. The course was a little wet due to all the rain we've had recently, Sally told us exactly what to expect and the best way to play certain holes that had been rain affected. Thanks Sally.
The course itself is incredible! Very challenging, but if you take a few moments during your round to appreciate the layout, location and surrounds, you'll simply be amazed.
The clubhouse is great for a few beers/wines and food as well.

Here for my friend’s wedding, blessed with such beautiful weather (not hot yet not too cold). The winter season is coming so the winery was dry but still the place still looks beautiful 🩷 the staff here are nice and friendly, although I didn’t see many of them during my visit. The rooms are a bit outdated, but as long as it’s clean and warm that’s alright with me. Breakfast tastes good and came with a lovely view as well. Loved our stay. Kids can bike ride (we brought bikes) and explore, play tennis, while adults chill outdoors, or by the fire and cook up on the bbqs. We had the only wheelchair friendly room, BUT, it was one of the furthest from the car park!
This made it difficult to use a wheel chair after dark alone a poorly lit path to and from the car park.(worse in the wet) The driveway was also difficult to find after dark from the road.
I would however consider staying again if I were in the area.

The big disappointment was that the BBQ outside our cabin 215 had no gas to operate the BBQ. We couldn’t connect the spare gas tank as the connection hadn’t been changed in a long time. We then went to the area at the pool that had another BBQ. The area had no overhead light, the exterior of the BBQ was filthy & as the inside & BBQ didn’t actually work.
As last resort we took our good back to the cabin, however, the stovetop didn’t work.
We were upset as not being able to have evening dinner.

Mercure Hunter Valley was the ideal spot for our short wine country escape, a perfect location with top wineries within an easy drive and the stunning Hunter Valley Gardens an easy ten minutes walk away. This is a lovely hotel located in Pokolbin, in the heart of the Hunter Valley. It has a wonderful view over the water . The rooms are very spread out and depending on your room number, it can be a bit of a stroll to the reception and restaurant. It’s a short walk from the shops and restaurants but also has a bar and restaurant (Elements) of its own. The wineries are just a short drive away also. We had the buffet breakfast and this offered a great range of choices. A wonderful way to start your day. My bathroom had a separate shower and bath. I really appreciated that I did have to step over a high bath to have a shower. My room was spacious and offered a wonderful little private courtyard. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating to our group. We were a large group of 35 people and took up quite a few rooms. Our group also included people with mobility issues and who used walkers. The rooms were very accessible. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting the Hunter Valley. We recently had a two night stay in a first floor room overlooking the garden and pool. The room was a good size and very clean. We had a king size bed which was very comfortable. Where to begin? This place was atrocious! We had a terrible stay there. We stayed 9/7/25 for a night and our overall experience was horrible. Upon check in, the receptionist was unwelcoming. She looked like she hated her job. They also didn't provide any free drinking water bottles, no slippers too which should be basic in all accommodations nowadays. Pool was also filthy! Our toddler was excited to play in the pool but we were all disappointed. Their pool looked like it wasn't cleaned for a year! See photos below. It had bird shit and duck poop floating and on the bottom pool floor too. The duplex/villa also had thin walls, we can hear the conversation of the guests next to our villa. No privacy at all! Wifi also was not working the whole time! We paid extra for breakfast only to find out the extra pay doesn't even include coffee! Seriously??? $20-30 extra each person that only included stale bread/pastries, cereals, milk, and juice! We would've been better having breakfast in Mcdonalds! Lastly, check out time was 10am. Housekeeping arrived and we asked for just an extra 5 minutes so our toddler could use the toilet before leaving. Instead the housekeeping insisted on staying in our villa and made her way to the bedroom to fix the bed while we were still inside. So rude! The staff didn't care about privacy. Please train your staff about etiquette! We stayed in a $250+ish villa (Unit91) with a queen bed. I hope the owner/management sees this review. Considering the price we had to pay, we expected we'd enjoy our stay but we didn't. I am never recommending this place to anyone! Good luck to all those who already booked the place! I hope you don't experience what we experienced during our stay. I'm giving this place zero stars if only I could.

I didn't stay there but just wanted to share an experience that speaks to their customer service ethos. We were in a shuttle bus on our way to a wedding, we arrived to pick up a couple and they weren't there, as we waited for 10 minutes in the car park, the receptionist came out and free of charge gave each person on the bus a bottle of water. Wow! After being warned by a friend that the place is run down and the photos don't match the actual place I was pleasantly surprised. Maybe we got lucky and there are different apartments but our place is beautiful, spacious,has a fully stocked kitchen ( there was an ice bucket, glasses, pots and oaks, plates everything you'd need, dishwasher, microwave, tea, instant coffee full size fridge to name just a few, gas fireplace, 2 outdoor spaces on either end of the apartment. Each room has its own bathroom in the 2 bedroom apartment. We are loving it! Highly recommend. We paid a bit extra but being a family it was well worth it. Will definitely come back and stay here. Being a Gold All Accor member i rang reception to ask how I redeem the 2 free drinks and they offered me a bottle of wine from the mini bar which was so convenient. Walked across the road where they honour the 50% accor food discount. Service great the Nineteen restaurant as well, i was expecting terrible non- existsant service from previous reviews but quite the opposite , everyone helpful!!

We stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom home that was really lovely and very very clean but it’s very basic.. the beds were comfortable and it had great air conditioning.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment (house) as a family of 5 adults for 2 nights in Aug 2024. Check in and check out was smooth and easy.
The apartment was equipped with towels, tissue and most items you can find in a hotel except bedroom slippers (which are needed if you plan to remove your shoes lol).
We love the place as it is spacious, equipped with basic cooking appliances (a bbq/grill in the porch) and overlooks the golf course.
We loved the electric fireplace as the house gets a little cold at night. We also enjoyed our meals in the porch area.
The Vintage is a nice and safe area. However, it is a little far from the supermarket (you gotta drive there for 15 min) and I would suggest going there after a grocery run to get all you need for your meals etc. there is a restaurant / bistro within walking distance but it would be the only place you can “walk” to for food. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom, ground floor garden view apartment. Pretty nice considering how 'compact' the apartment was.
Large dining area, spacious bedroom with comfy bed. Bathroom wall is glass so you can see right in. There is a blind you can release for privacy.
In the lounge area there is a large sliding glass door which opens up into a sun dappled patio with outdoor table and chairs set. Its a nice space to enjoy the morning or afternoon sun.
Kitchen is fully equipped complete with dishwasher, stove top and microwave and a dining suite to have a lovely meal.
In the lounge area there is a fan forced 'open-fire' which looks realistic but sadly doesnt offer much heat so we used the a/c instead.
The grounds are lovely and close by bars, golf course and wineries. It is a lovely part of the world.
A small gripe.
Check-in is in a shared office with a real estate. That in itself was different but whatever. The issue my partner and I had was with reception. The woman who checked us came off as cold and standoffish. Not warm nor inviting in the slightest. My partner thought she asked him for a debit card to which he provided only to be told quite rudely that a credit card is required! She gave rapid fire directions to where our apartment was located and we were dismissed. It was an awkward and uncomfortable interaction which is very different from when we have stayed at other 4 and 5 star accommodation in the past.
Maybe it was an off day I don't know, but as a representative of the accommodation I feel like the bare minimum she could have provided was to put on her customer service face and be welcoming and helpful.
It wasn't the most pleasant start to our anniversary weekend.

The spa was truly the heart of our experience, and I cannot praise the team enough for the way they looked after both my mum and me.
First, a huge thank you to Chanay, the Retreat Coordinator, who was an absolute dream to deal with. From the moment I reached out to arrange my mum’s facial and massage, she was warm, compassionate, and incredibly understanding. I mentioned the hellish few years we’ve been through, and she listened with genuine empathy, making sure my mum got exactly what she needed.
There was only availability for me to have a facial, but when we arrived, a mystery opening suddenly appeared for a massage too—and I have a strong suspicion Chanay had a hand in making that happen. If she did, I can’t thank her enough.
At the spa reception, Linda was another standout. She was so sweet and attentive, even going the extra mile to call our room after my mum’s treatment so I could walk over and bring her back—a small but incredibly thoughtful touch that meant a lot.
Treatments That Were Nothing Short of Transformational
My facial was with Josie, and I cannot express how perfectly suited she is to her role. From the very first moment, her warmth, kindness, and gentle nature were undeniable. She doesn’t just give facials—she creates an experience of total relaxation, making you feel refreshed, nurtured, and genuinely cared for. You can tell that she was made for this work, and I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and absolutely glowing.
And then, the moment that truly sealed the experience—when I went back to my room to wait for my massage, I was overjoyed to see that Josie was also the one looking after my mum. Any anxiety or worry I had about my mum being in safe hands completely melted away.
Mum hasn’t stopped raving about Josie since—not just about the facial and massage itself, but about the gentleness, care, and sincerity she brought to it. She somehow worked magic, because for the first time in a long time, my mum felt so good that she (very carefully) walked without her stick for a short while. Even the next day, she was glowing—inside and out.
As for my massage, I had Kayla, and she was an absolute legend. As a full-time carer, this was the first time in 18 months that I had done anything for myself, and she worked through my knots and tension like an absolute pro. Not only was she skilled and attentive, but she was a joy to talk to, making the experience just as uplifting as it was physically relieving.
Every single staff member we encountered was warm, kind, and incredibly thoughtful—from the ones who complimented my hair and took time to chat, to those whose small gestures made a huge impact. The entire experience was deeply healing, both physically and emotionally.
I don’t know when we’ll be back, but we absolutely will be. If anyone is looking for a place to reset, unwind, and truly feel cared for, I’ll be excitedly telling them to go to Elysia Wellness Retreat.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Elysia Wellness Retreat. Rooms were 10/10. It was easy to navigate the retreat and all of the facilities within, which we enjoyed. Big tennis court, huge heated indoor pool, table tennis in the Gym - all of which were very quiet each time we visited. They have a shop at reception with decently priced bath bombs which was convenient. I had my first facial with Hayley, she was great and it was very relaxing. All staff are helpful and friendly.
The only thing we would have preferred is for there to be food/drink at the retreat itself rather than heading down to Cyprus Resort for each meal and drink. However, the courtesy bus was quick and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Just spent two wonderful nights with my family at the Carriages Boutique Hotel in Hunter Valley. The owners are exceptionally hospitable people full of good recommendations for exploring the wonderful surroundings around the cottage. This was our fifth time staying here as we always love it, and unfortunately this will be our last. I organised a cheese box and wine for my partners birthday which was great, the breakfast was lovely as always, the service from the owners is great. Good facilities such as a pool and tennis court. The let down was the cleanliness of the rooms, my partner is very OCD and when we came into the rooms, there was dead cockroaches on the floor, someone else’s hair strands and dirt on our pillows, and dead wasps on the ground in which he stood on and caused quite a strain on the trip. We even considered booking another hotel during our stay to get somewhere clean. The pillows seem old and very used they are either rock hard or very flat like there is nothing there. The air conditioning is great, and location is great being a short drive to cafes and restaurants. Wish we had more better things to say about this trip but unfortunately this will be the last time we return here.

My partner and I stayed at the beautiful Carriages Boutique hotel & Vineyards a couple of weeks ago. The bedrooms and vineyard was exactly - if not better - than expected, and we especially enjoyed the morning breakfast. We were lucky enough to be able to play tennis (all equipment is provided) on one of our evenings between wine tastings (they offer this at the vineyard if you ask them directly) and were particularly charmed by the many kangaroos hopping about. Rydges Hunter Valley is beautifully located, with various villa-style houses set right in the middle of a golf course. The resort offers several pools, attractive bars, activities and generally a very pleasant atmosphere.
On the downside, the shower was disappointing. The shower head couldn’t be adjusted properly, and for a hotel in this price range I would have expected a large, modern rain shower. I’m also personally not a fan of carpeted floors, though that’s more a matter of taste. However, the wardrobe had a strong, unpleasant smell of old carpet/closed cupboard, which was hard to ignore.
The resort hosts a lot of weddings and events, with parties often lasting until around 11 pm. For business travelers, it would be helpful if quieter rooms were allocated.
Breakfast was excellent — really delicious, especially the fresh juice combinations!
Overall, a great place with a few areas that could be improved.

Good food (fantastic buffet breakfast!). Friendly staff. Good for young kids - splash park, small arcade, pool, little activities for little kids. Nice pool facilities. You could reserve pickleball court and equipment which was heaps if fun. Lots of people/busy but staff catered to that number of people. If you don't care much about the rooms, don't read on. The place is kinda good enough. For like friends groups, and people who don't care about cleanliness and a room vibe.
There were like 10 mozzies in our bedroom (we hadn't opened any outdoor doors once). So we were attacked during the night each night. The couches are incredibly uncomfortable. They stunk too, not heaps obviously but i was laying down trying to watch tv and couldnt lay on it anymore. Bathrooms were fine but no soap near the sink. Everything is so dated so doesn't really give a nice vibe, feels like your first apartment, bit drab. Cob webs, insects on the ceiling corners and unvaccummed corners of the room. They give you a doona with no doona cover, just a sheet. But not even a sheet between you and the doona, the sheet is on top of it. Feels gross.
I didn't rate the spa treatment either. Too expensive and not a lot of gain or anything that made it special. Staff were nice there but my person just spoke the whole time and im too awkward/polite to say I'd rather not talk. Kinda my fault but they work in an industry, they should take this into consideration.
Overall wouldn't come back but if youre not too fussy or you're a group of guys then this is your place and you're probably not reading reviews anyway.

Well what can I say about this place.
Underwhelming, old need of reservations. For the cost of this hotel there are much better options around.
Our room was “fine” a two bed villa that faced the duck pond but for $800 a night it should have been a lot nicer.
I knew I was in for a rough time when we came in at 5pm and we were not able to find a carpark anywhere near our room. I had to empty out my car onto the lawn and go fine a park a fair walk away. Extremely disappointing.
Once in the room the 90s called and wanted their decor back.
Rooms have signed everywhere that tells you that it will cost $35.00 to clean the room each time. But towels are free to change you just have to notify house keeping.
For $800 a night, house keeping should be changing the towels without being asked. Hot tip, if you ask for towels makes sure your in the room to get the correct number other the cleaner might only change one towel and leave the rest in a wet mess on the floor.
So, safe to say I won’t be going back to this hotel.

The staff, particularly Meg, are phenomenal and the venue and accommodation are absolutely gorgeous.
We chose this venue over all the other amazing places in the region firstly because of the staff, but also because of the incredible value they provide for functions.

We had a fantastic weekend at Nu Leaf Retreat last July to celebrate a few birthdays. From the start, Barbara was an exceptional host. She was helpful and very accommodating to our needs.
The retreat itself is set in a beautiful location with peaceful surroundings, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The most fantastic place to stay in the hunter valley.
We booked in for a trip from Saturday - Monday with our dog and were informed that there would be a family event on the Saturday and that there venue may be busy.
Barbara upgraded our room for us for free. on arrival, and the event was done by 8pm. As a result, we had the entire venue to ourselves for the remainder of the stay. We had full access to the industrial kitchen, fireplace and common areas of the retreat and loved every second. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the location was beautiful and very closely located to the best wineries in the area. Plus it’s dog friendly and our little dog enjoyed the stay just as much as we did.
Couldn’t recommend this place any higher.

I attended the spa approximately 2 weeks ago and it was very underwhelming.
Definitely not worth the price tag.
The chateau elan is much nicer, the service is outstanding and the treatments are lovely. I expected since nu leaf is a lot more expensive it would be better however I was wrong.
The staff were friendly enough however not once were we offered any water or herbal tea. The music that was playing during the treatment was depressing and far from relaxing, the rooms were pretty average and the windows were open to let all the light in and the general atmosphere was very outdated and clinical there was absolutely nothing tranquil about it.
Will not be back or recommending anyone to go.
The accomodation looks like glorified motel also.
Nu leaf falsely advertises this place as luxurious however it couldn’t be further from the truth.

Our stay at Leogate Villas was undeniably a 5 star experience. The estate itself is located quite centrally in the Hunter region, but the ambience and lack of road noise etc is completely relaxed. For some experiences there are no words! The Leogate Villas are beyond superb. The staff are amazing, welcoming and obliging, nothing is too much trouble. The villas themselves are perfect in every way - they are situated overlooking the vineyards, lakes and general surrounds; each villa is a stand alone bungalow where you cannot hear your neighbours and you have complete privacy; the finishes in the villas are top shelf AND there is attention to detail on every level: from the fluffy velvet bathrobes, amazingly comfortable pillows and mattress, generously stocked minibar to the absolute pristine cleanliness...every detail has been considered to make your stay as memorable as possible. We had such amazing holidays and enjoyed every single aspect. The place is gorgeous, the room was clean and tidy with a complimentary bottle of red wine.
We booked this accommodation via booking where it was listed as breakfast included, although instead of breakfast we were given with a bunch of snacks, which I personally, do not accept as a breakfast. When we booked out, a receptionist told us that we could have had a complimentary wine tasting, but no one told us about it when we arrived.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa La Vina villas. We booked the spa villa, and it was very spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the outdoor spa a great deal and it was lovely during the evening when the temperature dropped. The outdoor fireplace was very romantic, and the setting was so quiet. We noticed plenty of kangaroos about. The property has a strong 'Santa Fe' vibe, and the room itself is quaint, and rustic. The bathroom facilities are excellent and luxurious, with robes supplied. Whilst it was on the expensive side I have no hesitation recommending this villa if you're after an indulgent adult escape, and there are plenty of wineries and restaurants in close vicinity.

What a great find in the Hunter Valley. A perfect place to spend a special occasion. They say it's the little things that count, they thought of everything. From the fresh flowers, the nice hand written welcome note, the clean environment, and the serene outlook from all the windows. They even left a bottle of wine as a birthday gift, the icing on the cake!! Very quiet location and away from the main road, no noise at all. Only a short drive to everywhere, very convenient. Breakfast and coffee were made available, the spa was the perfect temperature and was very relaxing after a long day out in the Hunter. Can thoroughly recommend and we will definitely be back. Beautiful villas in a great location, close to anything in Hunter Valley. Grand Spa Villa has a private jacuzzi and an amazing bathroom so we were very happy, the gas fireplace is amazing, heats up the room in no time.
Be aware though that there’s no housekeeping and it’s more self-service, but if you want to have a romantic getaway with your spouse, it’s great.
The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the internet as it’s listed as high-speed wifi but the wifi just doesn’t work, which can pose issues especially for foreigners as we used up all our daily allowance the first day. Apart from this, everything was great and Sonia is a good host. Highly recommended.

A very pleasurable and relaxing and unwinding experience.
The change rooms are very big and full of facilities and very clean and lots of cleansing products like shampoo and body lotion to use. Spa and steam room and showers and an outdoor area all within change rooms.
