Our experience was not great. Service was the best thing we had, the food was not good and the starting bread they give you was the best thing we ate. Here is the break down. When we first walked in the place smelt bad. It was a musty smell but the booths looked old so it could have been from that but over all not pleasant. We started off with a couple of sprites and the sprite tasted terrible so I ended up switching to water. The complementary bread was good and they serve with marinara sauce which was tasty and a garlic herb butter which was good as well. Both of our appetizers were tomato cream soup and this where things started to go south. Even though the soup was hot the taste was ok. It just didn’t taste that good and we both did not finish the soup. Now onto our main dishes. My fiancé got fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and I got Cannelloni which was stuffed with a few different cheeses and surrounded by fettuccine sauce. The fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp to me tasted like it was straight from a microwave dinner. Sauce was a little watery and barely had flavor. We do not know if the shrimp was supposed to be cooked or not but if it was it had a fishy taste to it as if it was undercooked. Now the Cannelloni was terrible. The fettuccine sauce that the dish was swimming in was not flavorful and the ricotta cheese inside tasted old/not fresh. It seemed like this was frozen and then reheated and it was watery and a little sour. I did not touch it after 2 bites. Maybe our experience tonight was different or something was going on but it really was a big disappointment. From our experience I suggest not going here or maybe try something else like a pizza.

Now service - HORRIBLE. Worst I’ve had in a while. We had a party of 9 and had a reservation. Only downside was we had to wait a little long for our check. We decided to get the Garlic Knots to start off with and then my wife got a margarita pizza and I got the Tre Carne pizza. The pizzas are thin pizzas which is a plus. Here is the breakdown for the food. The Garlic knots were ok. They didn’t have enough salt but the garlic flavor was spot on. The bread itself was soft and fluffy. It came with marinara sauce to dip it in and the flavoring was ok. The Margarita pizza was pretty good. The flavoring was pretty good and the end crust was crunchy. There was little flop at the end of the slice and my wife wishes there was more basil. The Tre Carne pizza was pretty good as well. The sausage was flavored well and everything pared together nicely. The end crust was crunchy but every slice flopped at the end of the slice. Looking at the bottom of the pizza, it was fairly pale. So it could have been in the oven longer. Overall, our experience here was good and I would recommend coming here. One last down side was that there were only 8 pizza choices I believe, may have been 6. So we do wish there were more choices considering it’s called Graffito Pizza.

We were disappointed in the pizza. The chicken looked great . There were 2 pieces for us to share. The smaller section was mine and it did fall off the bone. Unfortunately, it was so salty I couldn't eat it. The piece my partner had didn't seem as salty, it still wasn't edible. Im not sure if someone dumped extra salt or the chef made it salty or if this is the dishes flavor profile. For the price I felt really cheated and I left the restaurant a little hungry. In today’s world of garbage food, trying to navigate a decent meal is nearly impossible. This unassuming little pizza joint in the middle of a shopping center in South Georgia blew us away. The first time we dined in the food was good. Second time was so so. But every time we order To Go food, it’s lackluster at best. Tonight was a new one, we ordered through Uber Eats. Ordered a 16” Diavolo pizza. But Uber Eats delivered a 12”, which obviously has nothing to do with Uber Eats - that is the restaurant making the wrong size pizza on purpose (because they get paid either way). The order specifies the size when they receive the order at the restaurant. While most folks do take out, they did upgrade the booths and now there are three four person booths inside. During colder months, the booths do get a bit cold from the constant door openings. So for our Large Regular Priced Supreme Pizza we chose free Cheese Breadsticks which came with a side of Marinara and Galic Butter Spread. I have never been to one like this before. You enter one way and they open a tab for you. You go through the food court and order what you want. And when you exit, that’s when you pay your tab. The food was decent but I left questioning if everything was prepackaged from the chicken to the veggies. The draft beer is way too expensive. $9 for a draft beer is absurd!!! Nowhere in the US should two beer and nachos cost 40 bucks!!!!!!!! Even worse than all this is the placement of the TVs. Doesn't matter where you sit all of the TVs are somehow behind you. Not quite sure how you can lay out a sports bar that doesn't have anything more than 1 of the 20+ TVs visible. They are either tucked in an odd corner or blocked entirely by a huge over the bar wood monstrosity. My recommendation for Rachel's is to keep driving unless you live within walking distance. It has potential but falls short in every area.

After we took the time to cook them which took about 15 we sat down and began beating them the pepperoni pizza reminded me of Richmond Hill high School cafeteria Pizza. The supreme Pizza had way too many mushrooms and way too many black while slacking on all the other meats and veggies. The cheese was the best thing on the pizza. If the pepperoni pizza doesn't taste like cafeteria high School Pizza to you please reply. Otherwise again the staff are super nice and very informative.
