The property is beautiful and is in a great location easy to walk to. The service was five star, they were attentive and answered all our questions. Maggie was our server and she was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and ensured our dog had a water bowl. We were also taken care of by one of the managers (Mr. Weyman (I hope I’m spelling that right). He was a very kind gentleman full of that southern hospitality and made sure we were good throughout our whole meal. He even brought out a candle stick for our desserts because we were celebrating my birthday. The food was absolutely incredible. We enjoyed the fried green tomatoes, salmon & pork tenderloin dishes. We finished it off with the praline basket and pecan pie. Overall this was one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. Every single staff member was kind, generous, and full of southern hospitality. We cannot recommend this place enough.

I love that their hours are from 8:00AM - 9:30PM/10:00PM. A lot of comparable places opened at 9 or 10. I'm an early riser so I was looking for breakfast places around the historic district that were within walking distance of where I was staying. This fit the bill. I walked right in at 8:10 and there was no wait. I had a coffee and the Crabcake Benedict and they were phenomenal! This is right on the river and looks to be a great spot to watch container ships come in. You can check the Georgia Port Authority and find the schedule of when bigger ships are coming in if you do want to enjoy a meal while watching. I did have to go down a steep flight of stairs to get to this place so be advised if you do choose here. I also don't believe there's easy street parking - as I said I walked here and it was only a few minutes from my hotel. However, I wouldn't let that deter you. Great place and I will definitely go again!

The staff was def very friendly so no issues there but it is a bit wild they ask for a tip thrn tell you where you can go to get your own water cup and utensils. Now to be fair, the one person who got a waffle instead of full breakfast loved it. I tried it too and it was a great waffle. So id say stick with the pasties and house made items if you do decide to go.

We got the classic, the lone star , & (2) bottle waters (boiled water advisory) and our total was $39. They only have two ways you can order a burger as stated on the menu, “pink” or “burnt”. Okay when taking our order the server asked if we were okay with pink center . Yes, no one wants a dry burger … however, I don’t think it’s okay for burgers to be served almost mid rare . We asked for our check and just decided to leave after not being satisfied but the server insisted we get new burgers to our liking. We thought this was so nice as she didn’t want us to leave dissapointed when we were just going to pay and go but at $40 we opted to get them re made for to -go . The burgers were just as raw as before , the 1/3 lb burger is thick so it is unappetizing and questionable on safety temp . Even the texture is more like raw than juicy burger. Seems like they do use high quality ingredients which is a plus but overall just felt like a waste of money and ingredients considering the Togo was the same. I’m very surprised that this is rated so highly for burgers & fries bc that was unfortunately not our experience nor is this the best burger/fry I ever had.

Bell service was exceptional. Attention to details are not kept up. Bathroom needs updating, dirty and moldy grout. Stained bath tub, couple of moths flying around. Bath towels were really really worn and old. Food and drinks at the restaurant Moss+Oak were overpriced for the quality, The cook threw some linguine in a bowl added a boat load of teriyaki sauce and some dry grilled chicken on top and called it stirred fried noodles😂. Same dry chicken they had on my, what was supposed to be arugula winter salad. They used spring mix instead 😂😂. We picked at the horrible food without complaint because we were enjoying the view of the river, the great atmosphere and good company. We went to Savannah for a good and we did. I decided on the Hyatt and it was a great choice. It is an older hotel but the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the river, the lobby is very nice and clean. From the valet to our server for breakfast everyone was great and friendly. A special shout out to Alethia the bar tender. Her constant smiling face, positive attitude and great service was the best. She has worked at the Hyatt for 19 years and still loves what she does and it shows. Every employee we dealt with offered fabulous service and was very kind. Valet is expensive but all the hotels valet are the same price. Only negative was a small charge at checkout for something we did not purchase. I did call and it was taken care of.
