味道是可以的汤饮了后还不口渴~我选了二细有点粗， 不建议选这种太粗了，小 入到去惊人的发现店家不开空调，吃到成头太汗😂😂😅😅

The cucumber hadn’t been blanched before being marinated in chili oil, so it basically tasted like raw cucumber dipped in chili oil with peanuts — the flavors didn’t blend at all, and it wasn’t good. I ordered the “mild spicy” Lanzhou beef noodles. Before the chili oil melted into the broth, I took a sip of the clear soup — it had a strong beefy odor, which means the beef wasn’t properly treated to remove the smell before making the broth. The noodles themselves were okay — freshly hand-pulled — but as you can see from the photo, they were uneven in thickness, and because they weren’t properly cut, the doneness varied along the same strand. After the chili oil mixed in, the broth’s odor was less noticeable, but I suspect the oil used for the chili sauce was overheated, so it only had spiciness without any aroma. This was my first time lining up to eat noodles in Canada, and honestly, it wasn’t worth it. 我很喜欢吃兰州拉面，所以听说唐人街这家拉面很有名就来尝尝。店很小很小，座位不多，所以外面总排队。大多数的位置是对着墙的，让人对着墙吃很不舒服。店里服务不好，和快餐店一样。我们点了毛细面，不好吃，口感太一般了，像挂面一样。牛肉汤有些咸，回家喝了很多水。面有大中小三个size 我们不知道多大碗，结果点了“中”size的 ，超级大碗，如果是女生建议点小碗，不浪费。总之，不是很惊艳到的体验，倒是能吃得饱饱哒。

有些阿姨的态度不是很好，味道也比较一般，有的东西上桌都有点凉了…感觉不像现做的

周五中午时去吃的早茶，人没坐满，不用排队。传统的小推车模式，老派的越式酒家。经典品种都有。尝试了虾饺，豆苗虾饺，凤爪，腐竹鸡肉卷，牛肉肠粉，芥兰。推荐虾饺，豆苗虾饺，凤爪。

所有的菜都非常难吃，牛肉裹了好多嫩肉粉只有甜味，姜葱龙虾非常干，清蒸鱼也很甜而且好多鱼鳞。白斩鸡是微波炉加热的……

点了四个菜，梅菜扣肉只有4片肉，感觉像是别人吃剩的，认真的吗？吃完两个人都拉肚子了，肚子疼了很久

挺好的，说到蒙特利尔的东北菜，香妈妈一定是最先想到的店之一，出品的稳定度算是天花板了。基本还原在东北的东北菜馆90%以上的味道了。熘肉段疙瘩汤吊锅鸡酱扒茄子都可以直接给到夯，肘子锅包肉酸菜系列算是蒙城顶级（肘子可以稍微再烂乎一点点，锅包肉糖有点多可以稍微多烹一点点醋精，酸菜可以稍微再多洗一轮降一点点酸度）。另一个小小小建议，比较下饭的菜（比如酸菜白肉）建议多用姜粉代替姜末，不然有点抢味而且影响口感。

The food was cold and the tofu roll we ordered (picture included) seemed to be reheated from yesterday's leftovers. The gai lan with garlic came with ridiculously thick stems and was also very oily. Then came the most shocking part — the bill. I went to the counter myself. He asked how I would pay; I said cash. He said paying cash means no tax, and told me the total was $65 (the food was $55 plus tip). I asked why the tip was $10, and he said if I paid tax it would be even higher — $63.5. I didn’t process it in the moment. Even worse, when I asked for a take-out box, they just handed it to me to pack my own food. I poured my own tea. I went to the counter to pay. I came to Montreal from Toronto and chose this restaurant because of its high Google rating. Big mistake. The food was awful. The braised noodles were served cold, the beef tasted like cardboard, and the 夫妻肺片 (spicy beef and tripe) was the saddest version I have ever seen. Everything was full of MSG and after eating I had such a bad stomach ache that I had to cancel my evening plans. The service was even worse. The server was extremely rude and condescending from the start. When I asked in Mandarin if there was a cash discount the server said in a warning tone, “Don’t say that in English. The discount is only for Chinese people.”
Yes, they actually have a 15% cash discount, but apparently it only applies to Chinese customers. That is not just unethical, it is discriminatory and dishonest. If a restaurant offers a discount, it should be transparent and available to everyone, not based on race or language. When we decided to pay in cash the bill still did not match the menu prices. The server said the discount was already applied and that the prices included the tip. Then they started guilt tripping us saying they rely on tips to survive. The cucumber was also not properly marinated which was definitely less appetizing than the sweet and sour eggplant that had a great flavour profile. On the other hand, I really enjoyed their French toast dessert with red bean paste and ice cream. The sweetness was just right and the different flavours complemented each other so well. The service here was friendly but since they were so busy, I feel like they were a bit slow most of the time. It took them quite a while before bringing us our water and our drinks as well. The restaurant was packed with customers which made the place so lively and enjoyable but our tables were so small that the waiter couldn’t put all the food we had ordered on the table. The food itself is priced a bit expensive. While the portions are decent, the side dishes are around 12$ a plate and the duck is 55$. Even though they are quite filling, I feel like some other restaurants do offer better tasting cucumber salads for half the price.
