匹兹堡的50最好中餐

从哪儿说起呢，我觉得真的不是店的问题，应该是厨师的问题。昨晚喝多了就想吃点汤，点了云吞面，平平无奇。点了腐竹，但可能因为隔夜了？有股奇怪的味道，像发酵又像洗衣粉之类的那种奇怪的味道，但是因为我太饿了，上来第一个也是它，我就吃光了。蟹黄小笼包，肉腥味很重🥺，原谅我觉得它不正宗，然后牛肉卷饼，这不是台湾风味吗？里面有大葱，生葱，如果是小葱花也行但居然是大葱片，一口给我呛坏了………最后那碗平平无奇的云吞汤竟然成了最好吃的。但生意真的很火爆，是我嘴太叼了，还是匹兹堡真的没什么好吃的……

从外地刚过来饿了随机选的一家面馆我跟我朋友进去用国语問话兩個人是否可以随便坐，不知道是不是歧视我们講國語還是什麼？接待我们的那位大妈服务员没有任何表情回应我而且还黑着脸…我们点了两份牛肉汤面咸的不能再咸，无论是价格还是服务没有一个好的，纯踩雷！👎

不错的面馆，馋面了可以去满足一下。

除了面条本身比较一般, 面汤 小笼 海蜇皮小菜都很不错

兴匆匆开车半小时，赶去吃这家评分很高的餐厅。小笼包还好。可点的牛肉面，几块硕大牛肉端上来还震撼的，一吃全是牛筋，完全咬不动， 面还是半生硬的，汤也很淡，吃到一半，腮帮子都难受，我告诉服务员这个情况，她似乎他们也没任何反应，反而匆匆忙忙递给我账单。。我赶着开会，懒得搭理他们，立马就走。这就是他们推荐的主打面条？难道是因疫情压缩成本了，我怀疑他们自己买的牛肉有问题，或是厨师没有把炖好的肉端上来，从来没吃过这么难吃的牛肉面。丢脸。。。

现在天天面馆的面太难吃了！除了咸没有任何味道！红烧牛肉和蹄筋除了咸和酱油以外没有任何味道！而且汤是酸的！面也不劲道！份量也减少很多！真不知道为什么！Terrible！不会再吃了！

很一般的餐厅，点了一个烤鱼，烤鱼是放了很长时间的，外皮都是硬的，菜花偏生，黄瓜感觉是放软了，洋葱有老皮。点了一个烤脑花，里面居然有一半是鸡蛋，hh挺无语的，单从两个菜口感评价

口水鸡.真难吃.自然羊肉都是面粉油炸两样菜都不太新鲜.差评

第一次感觉还可以，第二次感觉简直糟透了！点了三个菜一个面，那个炒青菜全是沙子立刻给退了！担担面除了齁咸没有任何味道，辣子鸡和蒜香排骨卖相很差，味道很一般，整个毁了我的食欲。这次要给他们打个极差评!！！

The flavors and tastes you will experience as well as the addional ingredients not found in the American style would be very difficult for someone who hasn't tried true Chinese style cooking. This was the menu I selected from and indeed it's very traditional indeed. The soup I had was spiced very nicely and was very heavy on oil which I like. As you can see in my photo the bowl is very large and it would be best shared instead of by a single individual but you will have a solid two meals if you order it for just yourself. The quality was excellent and the flavor was on point. Word of caution to those who go the traditional style and haven't before. The broth is spicy and the oil is heavy your body will experience cramping, flatulence and a runny stool if you body isn't used to it so start slow if it's your first time. Even for someone like me who has had many of this authentic food it still got to me a bit but for someone new prepare yourself for that to occur if you consume and entire meal. Overall this is a fantastic place and you will not be disappointed no matter if you go the American style Chinese or the traditional style.

The General Tao’s chicken was just okay. The portion was pretty great, and the price was pretty okay. The meat was a little chewy, which I wasn’t a fan of, and the chicken chunks were a bit too large. The sauce itself was fine but nothing special. It was overall okay. The dumplings were quite good. They char these very nicely when they are pan fried. I also really enjoy the sauce, which was flavorful and savory. They do use a dough for the wrapping, though. All in all, a decent spot for Chinese takeout. Lots of options to choose from. The dumplings are what I would get again if I visited.

Their food is always excellent & the restaurant is very cozy and quaint. Went with a large party and the service was pretty bad, as our server seemed very inexperienced in bringing just the basic waters and napkins to the table, but the food made up for it. I believe nearly everything we ordered (Fried Momo, Chicken Datsi, Lamb Thali) seemed to have had some curry in it and it was the best, most unique food I have had in a long time. Portions were small for the price but the food was excellent. I would recommend trying the chicken or beef in the Thali as the lamb was not as tender as beef usually is and the chicken was excellent in the Datsi so I imagine either would leave one with a slightly better experience than the lamb. Restaurant doesn’t have delivery except through outsourcing. So I gave it a shot, ordered online with Uber eats and it was quick and good service. The server didn’t refill our drinks at all such as our waters and my coke I had to chase him down for refills. Although it was a weekend night so i’m not too mad about it i’m sure he was busy with other tasks. Overall it was a nice dinner and will come back just may try some less spicy dishes.

This is breaded frozen chicken you get in the grocery store and sauce. Potstickers we’re all dough no meat in them and fried greasy, not steamed. This was not advertised as I do not eat fried potstickers. There was a funky smell as soon as I opened the general tso chicken like old veggies. No veggies or egg in the fried rice just grease and rice. This place is beyond gross. Food is not edible. This is the first time I tried this restaurant and it will be the last. There are better Chinese places out there. Waste of $30 and I would like a refund.

The food is subpar for a Chinese restaurant. The General Tso was not spicy and tasted like they added ketchup. Most entrees on the buffet were bland and lacked vegetables. There were two glaring issues from someone who eats Chinese at least once a week. The wonton soup and egg rolls were flavorless. Second, all the tables were disgustingly sticky. I overheard the waiter tell a husband and wife who came to eat, after they refused to sit at two dirty tables, the reason the tables are sticky is that they are 25 years old. Seriously!!! All that being said, the silverware and dishes were all clean. They had some amazing pot stickers, nice after eating ice cream selection, a large desert/fruit area, and my waiter was very nice. Haven't eaten here in over a year and I can tell you the place has gone downhill. Shame because it used to be good.
