Stopped in for lunch. There was a buffet available but we chose to order off the menu. My husband was so happy to see chicken livers, and that's what he ordered. It comes with 2 sides so he ordered fried green tomatoes and hand cut fries. The portions were very generous! I ordered fried chicken. A breast and a wing. And for my sides I got fried pickles and mac and cheese. Really tasty!! Our food was piping hot and came pretty quickly. Our server was friendly. The place was built in 1937 so it’s full of history , the food is just like home made ,very clean and didn’t take but just a few minutes to get our food. Pretty cheap and large portion .
