I order the Bun Bo Hue, broach was spicy with a fishy kinda of base flavor. It said it had well done brisk and it was a little too well done for my taste. The noddle was a spaghetti which was different but not bad. There regular Pho has a better taste to me. The wife had her standard mixed vermicelli bowl. It didn’t come with the normal fish sauce so we asked and they brought some out and apologized, no problem. She ate the meats and left most the noodles, so I’d say it was ok. The place is ok.

They kindly stayed open a little late so I could pick it up. The soup was "life-bringing," made me feel almost completely healed 30 minutes later, and was exactly what I needed. I needed a pho dish. I’ve been working hard and my body was yelling back. I called them up and ordered a P1 to go 20 min before closing. They kept their doors open 10 min extra so I could pick it up. It was overall terrible. The ramen was the worst I've had EVER, I wish that was an exaggeration but it's not, I'd rather have maruchan cup noodles. The pork in the bowl was good and the seasoned eggs were good but besides that it was terrible. My sister had the Kung pao stir fry had 2 bites and left it alone because it was so bad. We ordered the egg rolls between 4 people we ate half of one. Now to the good parts of our meal. The ribs were delicious very flavorful and tender. The bao buns (duck and pork) weren't anything to write home about but not bad. To top it off the service was extremely slow. I don't blame the waitresses because there were only 2 working but they were doing the job of multiple people and seemed like they were doing the best they could with what they had to manage. Both were bartending, waiting tables, and bussing tables. We were stuck in the restaurant for over 2 hours mostly because of how long we had to wait for everything. They have hibachi, alcoholic beverages, and all you can eat options. It's just a really well-rounded menu. The staff is always pleasant and attentive, and they have plenty of seating. Both times I went, I didn't have to wait to be seated. The only thing I could possibly say negative about this place is its location and parking are awkward. I attended a private lionfish dinner and Chef Adi prepared me lionfish sushi with the lionfish fried separate from other shellfish & it was amazing! I've been back several times & Chef Adi prepares it for me each time now. I greatly appreciate the extra steps he takes to prepare me a dish I love that is safe. He takes great pride in his work, the food is amazing & best of all I can enjoy sushi without taking a benadryl or worse. Thank you Chef Adi! I have never had anything from this place that I did not like. Their sushi tastes awesome and is nice and fresh. I think my favorite thing here is the General Chicken. They give enough for 2 people to share, rice, 2 spring rolls, and broccoli. A very clear Junmai was presented as something which should have been more opaque. In the middle, soup and salad were middling. Soup was not hot enough to have been safely held. Pad Thai was flavorful with a nice balance of sweet and savory, and the chicken satay was grilled just right.
