The burger was so tender and delicious, and cooked as I requested it. The wings weren’t as crispy as I like them but they were packed with flavor. The garage vibe is not for everyone but it reminds me of a similar restaurant that I have frequented and is no longer around in my neighborhood (Quaker Steak and Lube). The names of the burgers are intriguing and there is a vast selection. I am not a huge bacon fan but the bacon on the burger was seasoned well and crispy. Most of the burgers have bacon or jalapeños so I was selective on what I chose. The server was friendly and attentive to my needs. I would return to Sickie’s if I find that opportunity again.

I really wanted to try Tater Keg but it was out, and the staff strongly recommneded Cheese Curd with pb&j sauce so I went with it. The pb&j sauce was just about mixing penut butter and berry jam, which unexpectedly amazingly went very well with the cheese curd. I think the sauce’s savory flavor and fruity sweetness elevated the taste experience of the cheese curd so I enjoyed it very much for most of it. However, two issues there. #1 was that cheese curd got hardened over time and it became less appealing. #2 was that it really wans’t my thing as soons as the sauce ran out. Their signature IPA was very dissappointing as it really lacked flavor for what’s labeled as IPA. Boneless chicken was also dissappointing cause they were pretty rigid, not at all tender. Although my experience here was mixed bag, I was very glad for new experience I had and they still have so many interesting menus that I’d like to try. Wanna come again so 5 stars.

I try and eat somewhere new after VA appointments. The manager took me to a table, very nice and heart warming. The waitress Silvia, the best server I have had in a very, very long time. I ordered a jalapeno cheese burger with sweet potatoes fries and a starberry lemonade. She asked what I wanted on top of my sweet potatoes and listed all this stuff. Never have I said just surprise me (I didnt care because I like sweet potatoes) she put a Casian spice on it, it was sooooo good. She was busy but did not forget me. I said I heard someone order fried green beans is that right. She said yes, I said I'll take that to go and take it home to my mom. She asked about sauces. I sad anything but ranch. She gave me an avocado ranch dip and a sweet but spicy peach dip. I had to try it when I got home. Sooo good. Definitely going back here and try something else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! This is nothing against them, it’s just often we don’t order extras, and did it much in part for the review. The sandwiches were quite good. Something we would happily order again. We do not live near a franchise location, so it will be a tough call between trying new options, and getting “The Bobbie”, which is what we came for. Toppings time and time again would go bad. My point being waste was a big issue. Being prepared for a rush hour was also a miracle because again not everyone could pick up their own slack. I'm sure I'd still be there making records on my delivery performance, outpacing Allen himself if it wasn't for the legendary Allen. Abusing Pizza Hut systems for his own advantage by taking upwards of 4 deliveries at once. As time went on after being hired, I caught on and copied his behavior. If the legendary Allen can take four, so can I. Why should he be the only one who can make over $20 an hour and not have any repercussions. Because again, it was against the rules per Pizza Hut policy. At least that's what I was told but who knows if I was being told the truth at this point. Well little did I know this would hurt Allen's ego so much he would cause a scene multiple times at work which led to me getting let go. The reason? Creating a hostile work environment due to the fact I defended my actions of taking more then 2 deliveries at once. This place was nothing but a corner store and you're establishment is lucky you even got a year out of me. The amount of abuse and harassment alongside just pure pathetic behavior I saw out of this store. Should be ashamed of yourselves whoever owns this business. You hid in the shadows and sent the store manager once a month at most which didn't do nothing and you know it. It's on you that all this happened and making a living here was not fun. But just like the store manager would always come around and act like everything happy go lucky when right when he left, practically everyone including the in-house manager would trash talk him. I ordered my regular footlong meal, I got a notification stating that it would be ready soon. I headed to the store few minutes before i got there it was ready to be picked up. I would and will go back just for the sauces alone, but oh my they even sell them separately for take home! We both got 8" pepper garlic bread with Buffalo chicken. The bread was soft & had good flavor. I added pepper jack cheese & spicy ranch instead of regular ranch & all their peppers.
