Once the door opened we got right in, but the place was already almost full. They really knew what they're doing because everything went smoothly. This little place is a perfect spot for all occasions. This is an upper class casual place that will hit your pocket book but is well worth the price. My gf and I started off with soup. She had the loaded potato soup and I went with the lobster bisque. Both were excellent. For dinner we both went with steak. I had the wagyu strip and she had the filet. Both steaks were cooked to perfection and were delicious. We ended up saving room for dessert and both of those were a delightful finish to our meals. Our server was very polite, attentive and knowledgeable. The restaurant itself is laid out neatly with different rooms allowing for similar but different experiences. I do not drink but they have a nice bar area with plenty of options. I definitely look forward to going back to this establishment at some point. If you're in the East Aurora area it's definitely somewhere you should try for a spectacular dinner. This place is a 5 out of 5 stars.

The table service may be just how they do it, one person sat us, another took our drink order, another our food order, and then a food runner brought it all out. I was asked if I wanted the small or large I ordered the large. HUGE! but believe me nothing went to waste. Chips and salsa were served with drinks. I will also mention that I found my margaritas the last few times to be on the plainer side. The decor was on point. The first thing I tried was some chips with salsa. When I tell you the salsa was delish it was indeed! I love the little kick of spice and flavor. I watched the lady in the blue shirt get pissed yelling she needed a whole new bills box (looked like the bottom fell out) then got pissed and started ripping up the bad box and threw the pieces on the floor. After that she told people in the drive thru there would be a wait because they were short staffed. The whole time no consideration for us in the lobby. The tall young gentleman was trying his best but he was dealing with her melt down(and yes she was starting to have a melt down- she was looking flustered by her actions and body language) I have been a manager at a fast food restaurant and that is not acceptable behavior in front of customers. If she is like this all the time I see why she could be short handed. I wouldn't want to work with or for someone who can not keep their cool. And yes being a manager in fast food means you have to be willing to go with the flow and expect the unexpected. Oh and they cleared the screen for the lobby orders and printed out the receipts so their in lobby waiting times were not reading long wait times. Not the first time I have seen them do that at this location. If you can check the cameras and you will see.
