Cozy place to eat with affordable price. The steak is tasty and tender, not hard to chew on. There are restroom here and the parking space quite spacious. The staffs are nice. A pleasant experience having a dinner here and will definitely come back.

A decent mid-range steak restaurant in Surabaya. You can get beef steaks from 70k+, making it relatively inexpensive. Even their high end selection, the wagyu steak, tops off at 150k. You get what you pay for - the steaks are pretty thin, but if you ask for medium doneness, they can still cook it to tender perfection. The fries/mash and veggies are pretty basic, but nothing to complain about. Most of the steaks give the choice of original or spicy sauce. I tried the original, and quite liked it. It's kind of like a gravy with a light black pepper touch. Their service is just great. You get some complimentary corn and bread before your meal is served. They have many discounts (which can get quite confusing), but you can easily get 25% across your bill. Recommended for a good dinner with the family.

The place is huge, neat, and the service was excellent from the start till the end of our dinner. love the indian foods the most and the roast beef was amazingly tender👌 what could be improved I think was the ice cream roll flavor because it was just mediocre. Been here 2 times during Ramadan. The price below 300k with a lot of food and variants. The chef and staff are super friendly, especially mba natasya and chef in japanesse stand 🫶🏼 Definitely be back again for next year!

Such a good local all you can eat restaurant, considered one of the best in town for me. The taste, value, and selections are all great, the service was also pretty good, also the waitstaffs were friendly and worked efficiently. This restaurant is located in the 2nd floor of the hotel, not too big for a 5 stars hotel regardless, nontheless it can be reached by escalator or elevator which makes it easier for stroller or wheelchair to come by. Just suitable for family or friends with big groups. I had dinner here at the break-fasting event, there were arabian food which I super liked, and the dessert selections also superb. Besides, I still got a 50% discount for that night. Not the best quality for the ingredients but tasted not bad at all.

Came here for the dinner buffet and they have a big choices of food from all around the world. They have sushi and sashimi, pasta corner (cook to order), kebab section, salad from indonesian salad, thailand salad, and regular salad, dimsum, western food, indonesian food, chinese food, satay, and all the dessert. Taste quite good and I really love the pasta carbonara. The staff are very friendly and well trained. Really good ambience with a warm lighting and cozy seating area.

This place is one of the best all-you-can-eat buffets in surabaya! Located inside the Vasa Hotel on the 2nd floor, this buffet has food from so many different cuisines, including Japanese, Indonesian, Chinese, Korean, and so much more! The selection of unlimited sushi is also incredible, though small in size. They also have a lot, and I mean a lot of dessert options, ranging from rolled ice cream to traditional snacks! I highly recommend going here for a party, meeting, and other special occasions as the price you pay doesn't come with a time limit, which is just bizarre!

I recently visited a highly recommended restaurant in Surabaya and decided to drop in without a reservation on a Sunday. As soon as I arrived, I was impressed by the grand exterior and vibrant atmosphere. The interior continued that luxurious vibe, making it feel quite upscale, which was evident as the place was nearly full. After being seated, we noticed that the staff quickly recognized we were newcomers. They kindly allowed us to explore the menu without rushing us. The menu offered a wide selection, but I must admit, the prices were on the higher side for Surabaya. We finally made our choices, ordering a prawn dish, squid, vegetables, and fried rice. I wondered if this would be too much for just two of us, but the captain reassured us that it would be fine. When the food arrived, I ranked the dishes as follows: Fried Rice, Prawn, Vegi, and lastly, the Squid. The salted egg squid, unfortunately, fell flat and was quite plain for my taste. We didn’t finish it and ended up packing it to take back to our hotel, but ultimately, we wasted it the next day. Overall, I found the restaurant to be a great spot for dinner, with a lovely ambiance, but I believe the food could use some improvements. Unless it’s a special occasion, I might explore other dining options in the area next time.

Layar Restaurant is relatively new, as it was inaugurated in 2021. The place now feels more luxurious with its elegant design. However, the food prices are still too expensive compared to similar restaurants.

Maybe its just me who rarely eating in a fancy restaurant, the ambience there was so cold. The staff's hospitality need to improve. You can give a smile to your customer no matter who they are. The place was really nice, clean and comfy. The food is delicious, but its just not my style. The spices is just to bold for me.

Upon arrival, I was a bit confused because there was no hostess at the front door, so I had to ask the receptionist where to sit. However, once I was seated, the staff was very polite and friendly, even though they seemed quite busy. The waitstaff appeared to be occupied, but they handled everything efficiently. The food was served quickly, and I was impressed by the variety and quality of the dishes. I ordered the grilled gourami with Jimbaran sauce, fried calamari, stir-fried po-cay, and green clams with Padang sauce. Everything tasted amazing, and the seafood was incredibly fresh—especially with the restaurant's own aquariums showcasing the live seafood. The grilled gourami with Jimbaran sauce was my favorite; it brought back memories of seafood feasts in Bali. For drinks, I had the lemongrass hot tea, which was both traditional and soothing, while my husband ordered the iced markisa, which was also delicious. The restaurant itself is spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating options. The indoor area is equipped with AC and air purifiers, making it very comfortable. There's also a second floor that’s reserved for VIP guests or special events, which is a nice touch for those looking for a more private setting. In addition, the restaurant features a sambal station where you can help yourself to a variety of sambals. There’s a great selection to choose from, including sambal kecombrang, sambal matah, sambal mangga, sambal bawang, and sambal dabu-dabu. I personally loved the sambal dabu-dabu, especially when paired with a squeeze of lime squash—it added the perfect burst of freshness and heat to my meal. This extra touch really elevated the overall dining experience! Overall, the dining experience was fantastic. The combination of fresh seafood, fast service, and a cozy atmosphere made it a memorable evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves seafood!

Service is top notch! In the restaurant, the staff again are super detailed and remembers what are your preferences, etc. Big shoutout to Mas Musa, Emir, Rudi, Elbryan for taking care of my stay here and being super attentive to my requests at the daily buffet breakfast, loved the daily “Healthy Juice” and Kopi Tubruk!

Service: it’s the top services from the staff, they’re humble and keeping smile while helping us. At first time she’s directed us to our reserved chair, prepared our place mat, poured a water. But when i wanted to take an ice cream the bowl and spoon was out of stock. Food: all the food is really tasty and i love them, i reserved for Ramadhan iftar 2024 and the menu is towards the middle east culinary. There is also takjil for appetizers like gorengan, bubur madura, lekker, rangin, and bread. Their main course is Noodles section, soto daging, bebek peking, lalapan, and biryani rice, but the mayo for biryani rice too sour. And last for the dessert they serve ice cream with toppings. For the drink they need some variation like juice, coffee or something. They only serve tea, black coffee and traditional drink. Ambience: they put the stuff positions in a perfect place, good light ambient, beautiful set up, and also beautiful view at noon to look out.

We had breakfast here as part of our hotel stay at Four Points. There is a good variety of food and the menu is changed daily. We received exceptionally friendly and warm service and really enjoyed our meals here. On the weekend, there is also live music which was relaxing. A wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended.

The restaurant located at Four Points Hotel @Pakuwon Mall (M3 Floor). Good Food Good Ambiance Good Location Good & Friendly Service. Extraordinary. The restaurant can receive guests at 12 noon so if we arrive before that time, guests are asked to wait outside first. The recommendation came for lunch on Sunday with the current theme of dim sum, Halal and non Halal food available. Baby chairs are available. Food theme may change depending on the Hotel. Note: free parking is only for guests staying at the hotel, restaurant guests still have to pay a parking fee.

The warm and welcoming ambiance created a comfortable dining experience, with a setup designed to encourage easy conversation. Service was exceptional—warm, friendly, and highly efficient. However, parking on a Sunday at noon was a significant challenge.

Roasted chicken and fried gurami have good taste. They cook local chicken which has a specific texture for their roasted chicken. While bandeng pepes has a great taste. However cah kangkung tauco has a strange taste since its tauco taste too strong. Their nasi goreng is ordinary.
