When I tried to find a solution, including offering to buy my own fan or pay them to move to a cleaner space , they refused. They claimed that fans and air conditioning weren’t allowed on their premises due to “health and safety,” which was in fact an excuse to cut costs at the expense of basic comfort and hygiene. Joanna and Anna were dishonest and inconsistent in their communication. One denied being the manager, while the other confirmed she was, in order to avoid taking ownership of their lies to me. I also witnessed staff being shouted at by Anna, which echoed the negative reviews I had read before booking. I came prepared with cleaning supplies, fully aware this wasn’t a luxury stay, but the conditions were far worse than expected and no amount could change that.
