過去に観光で立ち寄ったとき、その建物、デザインなどのハードが過去ないくらい素晴らしく、ロケーションは壮観で圧巻で、一度は泊まってみたい！と思い再訪しました。 が、客室の多さからなのかサービスはホテルもレストランも全く行き届いていません。 部屋も綺麗ですが価格とは見合あうと感じず、大方、高級ホテルといえない観光地によくある大型ホテルのクオリティでコストパフォーマンスはかなり悪く感じました。 観光で訪れるので十分に思います。

人生で一度は泊まってみたいと思っていたのでこの度泊まれて感激でした。 素晴らしい建物で以前写真などでみた通りまさにお城ですね。 ホテル内は広すぎて迷路みたいになっており慣れるまで迷います。 施設内には7箇所もレストランがあり、ゴルフやサイクリングなどもできるようになってました。 サイクリングの自転車レンタル（有料）をする為そこの塔に行くと番犬の可愛いゴールデンがお迎えしてくれました。 こちらの塔ではワンコも一緒に泊まれるみたいです。自転車は電動自転車で教えていただいた地図見ながらサイクリングしました。本当に素晴らしい景色が見れて感動しました。 バンフに行った時は是非また泊まりたいです

41年前の冬、新婚旅行で宿泊しました。何か宮殿の一室の様な部屋に泊まり、食事も美味しくサービスも良かった印象です。

バンフで最高の場所、最高のホテルに間違いないですね。ロケーションが本当に最高!小さい街ながら何処を歩いてもロッキー山脈観光への入口、拠点でもあるので超オススメですね。街の中心部からは少し離れていますが、歩いていけますしね。一度は行ってみてほしい場所のひとつです。バンクーバーから国内線に乗りカルガリーからバスで約2時間でバンフに着きます。

本館はお城のようで気品と風格があります。設備はちょっと古くバスがない部屋もありますが調度品は厳選されているようでとても素敵です。あまり広くて迷子になりそう！その他の宿泊棟のお部屋はバス付きでやはり備え付けの家具も素敵で広く良かったです。

バンフのレストランと買い物に便利なロケーションにあります。ホテルは、木を全面に出したロッジ風の造りでシンプルですがとても清潔感があり、部屋の広さも十分でした。地下の広大な駐車場は無料で利用できます。また、夜はタイミング次第で待つ必要がありますが、ランドリーと乾燥機が2台づつ設置され、各々2ドルで利用できます。（2022年7月）

ダウンタウンからも近く、部屋もきれいだだたし、スタッフ方の対応も丁寧でまた泊まりたいホテルです。 4Fのホットタブからの景色も最高でした。

We Rented the premier 2 bedroom condo! The views were incredible and the hot tub and hot pool were spacious with incredible views as well! It was about a 5-6 minute drive to downtown, or they had free shuttle services from the resort, included with our stay! Hot tub was closed totally so we didn’t use any of those facilities during our stay. Also the swimming pool is in reception building , pretty awkward location and very dated. They gave us bus passes that we didn’t use as only one bus#2 comes there with limited route and have you have to wait outside in the cold, we had rental car so we decided to drive everywhere. You can borrow bear spray and umbrella from front desk that was a nice thing. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room one day at all and didn’t even change towels etc. even after we told them before leaving. Manager never spoke directly to us, only via other staff, despite requesting their presence on several occasions. Eventually we were offered the standard enticement of complimentary breakfasts, appearing to be the usual sweep under the carpet tactic. Fourth issue - went multiple days of asking for bottled water for the pipe issue, only to be told it had been fixed a couple of days prior, yet we were never informed despite us asking multiple staff daily if it had been fixed as yet - all of them saying no. Communication from staff is absolutely appalling, and there is complete lack of care when it comes to the exorbitant money customers are paying for extremely lacklustre accommodation. Soundproofing between rooms is non-existent - every bit of running water, footstep, cough, fart, conversation, rolling luggage presents in stereo mode, and if you’re lucky enough to receive a room at the front road you’ll receive a bonus shot of insomnia with traffic, drunk partygoers, and tooting trains right through the night - all for the glorious price of a 4 star retreat! The room was big and the patio had a great view of the mountain. Hot tub was super hot and relaxing after all the walking and hiking. About a mile from the shops and dining. They give you free bus passes to get to and from but we opted to walk because those get really over crowded. The reception check in was so nice. They offered us fresh ground coffee, cream and sugar for our room. Plus, suggested things to do besides what we had planned. Loved our stay here.

We stayed for 4 nights with our friends and we couldn't fault anything. The check in process was very smooth and the staff were extremely helpful. It's in a great location, walking distance to restaurants. The room was very nice. It dad have an obstructed view but overall it was a nice room. The bed was very comfortable. We were incredibly impressed with the 5 star feel of this very affordable hotel. We enjoy a little walk so we picked a hotel outside of the direct downtown area (but it’s only about 10-15 minute walk to the dead center of town) and we have enjoyed walking in and out of town each day.
