The decor is humble, clean but really tiny with limited seating of 4 tables, but the wait wasn’t too bad, about 20 mins for 2. The staff was cool but served everything super quickly. We ordered their Pineapple Express, Gai Cuan which is summer rolls and Pho Bo Em with extra Short Rub (+$8) from their limited menu. The drink and food were amazingly delicious especially the smoothies, which was refreshing with strong pineapple flavor. The broth of pho was also really tasty and it was braised with great ingredients. There is another location of Em in Dumbo, but the food they serve & the price are different and we prefer this one much better even though it’s a bit far for us.
