The moment we entered into the Residency we are surrounded by their housekeeping guys to keep our luggage in our room. They made mess and wasted our time in settling in our room for 2 hrs. During checkin itself their people used to torture for TIPS. NO WORDS TO UTTER ABOUT THE MANAGER AND SUPERVISION. VERY RUDE, IMPOLITE. They damm care about anything apart from money. Rooms are very shabby, cigar cigarette smells, dirty beds, uncleaned toilets etc etc Very unsafe place to stay as a family
