I was a bit shocked and explained I was able to the last time I was here and there had been no issue with that. She said “we don’t do swaps anymore but I can ask the chef if you want?” You could tell that she didn’t want to but I said “that would be great thanks”. Then she came back and said “no we can’t do that but you can order halloumi as a side if you want”. I said I’d have another wee think about it. It really threw me off because I wasn’t being unreasonable - they had no problem with it before and I’ve gone to other places and they had no problem either.
