Ordered and had the food in less than 5mins as they have it on the go. Lots on the menu, was served by the lovely Roisin who was so friendly and helpful. It was so good I came back the next day as she'd recommended the ham and champ but sadly missed out as didn't realise they close the kitchen just after 8. I gather the pub is the oldest in town, it's got bags of character and was the prettiest I visited in Belfast.

Great vegetarian options, I had one of the specials, the peanut butter and chickpea fritter with quinoa which was seriously one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten. Good quality ingredients, cooked well, Heinz beans which is a big plus, proper tea in a pot, at least 3 cups. We also tried the stack, which was a revelation, soda bread, topped with bacon, then potato cake, then sausages, a pancake, topped with 2 eggs - something I’ll be recreating at home. Staff were very friendly and polite, prices are very reasonable, well worth a visit.
