Also found visual signs of somebody replacing bushing previously." So even THEY saw the HORRIBLE JOB Sparks had done less than 2 years ago! The work at Sparks progressively got sloppy. Mechanics NEVER stay. There was ALWAYS something "NEW" to address when all I needed was an oil change. I truly thought they could be trusted. I typically don't leave reviews, especially not negative ones. I prefer to give praise. Sadly, there are no positive things to say and I HOPE consumers, ESPECIALLY WOMEN, can find more reputable options.
