I have visited this food truck at many local events. Their chicken is sustainably farmed, all-natural, and free-range. All of the ingredients they use are from local, organic farmers. All of their chicken is bone-in dark meat. Each bite is moist and flavorful. My favorites are the Green Coconut Curry which is a 1/2 lb. of fried chicken with green curry over purple coconut sticky rice, greens & house-made Asian Trio pickles. The Telekinetic Chicken has a seasonal fusion BBQ sauce on the fried chicken along with the sticky rice and pickles. Both are flavor popping perfection. The sides are also created fresh and are delicious. Silo also makes a mac & cheese that is to die for. They make their own bechamel sauce as well as use NY extra sharp cheddar cheese. They have many variations of their Mac and cheese to try. The owners are amazing, always interacting with their customers, and showing them how much they enjoy what they do. This in turns makes their food more beautiful and delicious. I highly recommend checking them out.
