There was live music when we went which was pretty good! Service was good, we had a party of 8. The cocktails were made very well. The complaint is the food. Some dishes were extremely salty and some unseasoned. Food can be seasoned well without as much salt. So my family and I were waiting at the front door. At this point I felt completely defeated and now stressed on how he is going to treat me when he gets there to open the doors. He opened the door and was definitely unhappy and said I should have been there at said time and I once again felt the need to defend myself saying I misunderstood and if had known I would have sent someone here to meet you and not inconvenienced anyone. Also when we put in orders for the food, we paid for each plate and when paying for that we were informed we’d be able to take any extras home. There were a lot of guest who couldn’t make it and when we asked about it he stated we misunderstood as he cannot give the food out due to health standard. As stated in his last email, him and his staff had eaten all the leftover food. We were confused as it was food we paid for by us. $56 per plate. Naturally we questioned the legality of eating the food we paid for. The staff seamlessly managed every aspect, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees. It was evident that Sharon Oliver and her team are dedicated to providing exceptional event services. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I have always been greeted with warmth and professionalism by the owner Sharon and her friendly staff. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist have always made me feel valued. The level of customer service provided is truly outstanding. The ambiance of Club CEO Studio is simply delightful. The attention to detail in the decor, lighting, and overall layout created a welcoming and comfortable environment. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure a visually appealing and aesthetically pleasing space. Furthermore, the services and amenities offered exceeded my expectations. Whether it was needing equipment, props/decor, well-maintained bathroom facilities, everything was top-notch. The attention given to even the smallest details was commendable.
