The guy (HARI) who served for my table was really awesome. He delivered food and juice very quickly considering my train timings. He is very pleasant, even having lot of work.

Visited this hotel near Guruvayoor and tried their Poori Masala, Vada, and tea. The food—Poori masala and vada—was just okay, nothing special. Unfortunately, the tea was really disappointing and didn’t taste good at all. The cleanliness of the place was decent, but nothing to write home about. One major issue was parking; it was difficult to find a spot because taxis were constantly parked right in front of the hotel, making it inconvenient for guests. Overall, would say it’s average—might work if you need a quick bite, but don’t expect anything great, especially with the tea and parking situation.

Indian Coffee House, Guruvayur — Deeply Disappointing Experience
I had a terrible dining experience at the Indian Coffee House in Guruvayur. The food was substandard — the sambar had no vegetables and looked like spiced water. Side dishes were served in tiny portions, barely a dot on the plate.
The service was equally unpleasant. When I politely asked for an extra plate, the waiter rudely questioned the reason. Extra servings were thrown onto the plates, showing no sense of courtesy. The staff’s uniforms looked dirty, and their behavior made the entire experience uncomfortable.
To make things worse, the wash area was unhygienic and unkempt. Overall, poor food quality, rude staff, and lack of cleanliness make this place one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Definitely not recommended.

We went to have a simple lunch here as Indian Coffee House generally is a popular eating point, we were served a bland, substandrd meal in the name of a South Indian meal. We traveled all the way from Mumbai .Once we had a seat at the restaurant, a banana leaf was put at our table without being asked what was needed. We (myslef along with my mom) assumed it was Sadya. The guy randomly started putting the condiments to which we asked if mangacurry(mango pickle) will be served or not and then, the staff behaved super rudely stating mango curry is only for sadya and you are being served MEALS. We never requested for MEALS in the first place and they assumed so.. This spoiled the whole experience of sadya(which was not served anyway) Food was not top notch as well.. Sambhar and pineapple pachadi was better compared to other dishes, parippu being a nightmare.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The staff completely ignored us. Despite calling them multiple times to place an order, they did not listen and instead served meals to customers who arrived after us. Finding the restaurant was a bit of a hassle for us, even with Google Maps as the hotel/restaurant is on a small one lane road.
We had a late lunch here, around 2:30pm. The Vegetarian Thali was almost over so there was a delay in getting our order of 3 thalis served. We also ordered the Vegetarian Noodles with Gobi Manchurian.

I visited in the evening for a tea break but I ended up buying a mint lime as there were not many snack options for tea or coffee. The grilled chicken salad and mint lime were good. I find the service could be a little better and also one big drawback I found was the juicer and coffee maker were quite near to the seating area. We have been to this restaurant last September too, probably it was recently started. They were pretty good back then. With the same hopes we went today and I mist say I am very much irritated. Starting with restrooms they have the same cabin for men and women restrooms which as you can imagine is pretty shocking. There were no meals or any rice items at all because it was post lunch hours, which is fine. We ordered porotta, beef chilly, paneer butter masala. The beef chilly was a Chinese gravy and it was not mentioned anywhere in menu card. On top the beef was undercooked. Posting pics here. When we mentioned about it to the waitress she took the curry and went to enquire and I thought may be they will not include them in the bill because we were forced to waste the curry as it was not quite edible. But nothing of that sort happened. Altogether pathetic customer service as well. I hope they look into such aspects in the future

Enough parking for 6-8 cars near the entrance and multiple two wheelers around the corner. We tried kalyana biryani along with thattukada style chicken fry.
