We managed to snag a seat on a busy night. However it seemed to be understaffed; even with staff rushing around service was slow (especially considering drinks) and when food finally came out we had to wait further for cutlery. I was sadly disappointed in my food - the matcha latte was sickly sweet and tasted like a chai. The "Japanese pancakes" were burnt on the base but way undercooked on the inside. As a result instead of being fluffy they were stodgy and try as might I could not finish even one of them. Can't recommend these items and hope Twisted works on improving them.
