The food was just divine! I had the Penne al Pomodoro and it was the best I'd ever tasted!! This pasta dish was made in a delicious tomarto sauce with garlic, white onion, red pepper and I could taste a hint of thime (I could be wrong). Anyway, this pasta was lovely!

Service was a bit slow to start off with, waited around 15 minutes before our drinks order was taken and then around a further 10 minutes to get the drinks. Staff were very apologetic for the delay though! Food arrived fairly quickly and was of a good standard, with plenty of variety of food. We were lucky enough to be given a gift voucher for Bella Calabria by one of our sons, for our 50th wedding anniversary. Booking a table over the phone was easy and surprisingly the restaurant was not that busy for a Saturday night. Our waiter was attentive and informative and looked after us very well. What a lovely place! I took the family out for dinner (7 of us) and we had a great time. Comfortable atmosphere, great food, fantastic service. The wait staff were charming and friendly. They were a bit forgetful (had to order a few things twice), but we didn't mind. It was actually a bit comical. And I couldn't understand the Italian guys too well, but they were absolutely lovely, and it just added to the charm of the place. The calamari had good flavour, but it was a bit tough (this is often the case in restaurants). Other than that, everything was delicious! We visited this Prezzo for a social lunch.
The food was very tasty, we mostly had pizzas which were a good flavour and well cooked, I also had an affogatto (ice cream which you pour a hot espresso onto) which was the first time I'd had one, and enjoyed it.
The service was a bit slow and the staff seemed to have blinkers on, often not seeing us trying to attract their attention and it was fortunate we weren't in a hurry.
Also I am hard of hearing and asked for the speaker playing music to be turned down so I could better hear the conversation, which they didn't seem to do, or check in with us about.

We had a lovely dining experience at Prezzo. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit, and our waitress in particular was fantastic — really helpful and cheerful.
We sat in a booth, and while the seating was comfortable, the floor and chairs could have done with a bit more cleaning. I normally think that Zizzis’ is a great place but today was absolutely horrendous. I was seated at my booking time at 18;30 and the waiter came to see us for the first time after 35 minutes. It was just under an hour before our drinks arrived. It took more than 50 minutes for our starter to arrive. The only thing from saving this as a 1 star was the food which was great! The problem however is this should be an evening out to enjoy and relax, this was anything but. What I appreciate about Zizzi is the consistency—they’ve really got that dialled in. This was our second visit to the Portsmouth branch, and it’s quickly become our favourite stop before catching the ferry.
Staff are excellent. With a young child, we need somewhere unfussy, where the team is friendly and really understands families. Crayons and colouring paper appear straight away, and kids’ snacks arrive impressively quickly—perfect for keeping little ones happy. All served with a smile.
The food is always up to the standard you’d expect from Zizzi. The picante pizza never disappoints and always hits the spot. My wife took a chance on the mushroom pasta and ended up raving about it.

Eating in you'll be greeted by a very stylish eatery with good period features. Although small, it doesn't feel too crowded when full, you can still have some privacy when conversing.

So happy to see that the new Florios d’Italia location holds the same brilliant quality of authentic Italian food and friendly, family orientated atmosphere as the old location. It has always been top of my list for recommendations to family and friends or anyone new to the area and with the new addition of focaccia sandwiches and toasties, as well as coffees from their new coffee machine, there’s more for everyone at all times of the day. The staff have always been so lovely and welcoming, and despite the big move, they were more than happy to answer any questions regarding the new menu and deli products, as well as any other queries my company or myself had. We love Bar Aroma; just knowing we’ll be there lifts our spirits, whether it’s for our morning coffee or a breakfast of excellent proportions and flavour. Everything is delicious with an Italian flair: the coffee, the quality of the desserts, the seasoning of the food, and you can even find Italian products if that’s your thing.

Suggest you book if you don't want to be disappointed. Lovely staff the atmosphere feels like.your in Italy. Chatting and eating in a nice environment. The coffee tastes good before you take a sip as the smell is delicious. My homemade soup was full of flavour. The pizza was too much for lunch.

Came for early supper before comedy night. Sharing platters were only food on tonight but they were simply delicious lovely balanced selection of meats, cheeses and bread. Drinks had by all were well made a good selection of cocktails. Service was slow though unfortunately. Toilets lovely and clean. Honestly, this is my favourite pizzeria in Portsmouth – and I’ve tried a lot!
What sets this place apart is the consistency – every time, the pizza is just as good as the last. I had the vegetarian pizza with caramelised onions and spinach, and it was absolutely delicious. My wife tried one of the traditional Brazilian dishes from their new menu, and it was outstanding. The meat was so tender and flavourful – it truly tasted like something made by your grandma.
