The chicken was not that fatty and fried great, my bone to pick is I’ve always hated the skewers themselves as you’ll only get about three good dips in the sauce before you are ripping the meat off the stick. Also I’ve always hated the dressing they put in the salad, this is a personal gripe as the sauce is sweet, creamy, and tangy and in my opinion could be left off the plate entirely. I like the edamame as a buffer when I’m eating so much carbs and again the orange slice and kale garnish could be left off the plate as well if they are sent back regularly untouched. Potstickers: A small throw in here they are the most mild or mid potstickers you’ll get. Not the best but good to eat and not really something you’ll crave after eating either. The sauce they produce is ok but it tastes way to strong of Wasabi in a way and is not pleasant or complementing to the flavors of the potsticker. All you can eat sushi: Def recommend coming here for the sushi, usually fresh and well made and of course will vary on the chef making it. I am a simple eater, tend to find something i like on a menu and stick to it. For asian cuisines i am a fried rice person, but will branch out on occasion. Not being a fan of edamame i have to assume they were good as both the missus and my son devoured them speaking nothing but praise. The pot stickers were flavorful and packed with filling, fried to a nice crisp served with a sauce i could not identify, and did not use as they needed no sauce. The dish I selected was called Rim Fried Rice, a combo fried rice including shrimp, chicken, beef and pork. The rice was cooked well, the veggies crisp, and the shrimp cook perfectly, but the flavors seemed to just be a melody of one flavor, it all tasted the same. Texturally i got the shrimp and the tender meat, but flavor wise it felt bland. My son elected for the broccoli beef; hes the smart one. I've eaten my fair share of broccoli beef in my day, and i avoid it usually because of the texture of the broccoli itself. However this broccoli was crisp, and yet cooked and hot. I loved the snap it made biting into it, which contrasted the tenderness of the beef which virtually melted in your mouth. The sauce had just a hair of backside heat (as a coward to spicy food, i loved it) which made the whole thing come together amazingly. My only wish was more of that amazing sauce, i would buy that stuff by the bottle. Our server Kristina (name dropping because she deserves the recognition) was outstanding. Casino restaurants are busy, and some patrons can be... demanding. She was on point, I watched her weave between her tables ensuring drinks were filled and needs were met. When our food arrived she was attentative to anything more we needed before starting, then gave us a decent amount of time to begin enjoying our food without interuption before checking on us. We placed another order and a large table was seated next to us. That table received their appetizers and around 10 rolls before our two additional ones came. We paid and left without our additional rolls because we were fed up after waiting for more than a half hour with nobody bringing food or checking on us. Super bummed we paid $80 for two all you can eats and got 3 rolls and waited 2 hours. If it was possible to not give a star I wouldn't. After hearing good things about this place Im also upset that its hands down the worst sushi I have ever had. My rolls were just tobiko and crab.. no flavor or excitement. Never going back! Left at 605 and our two additional rolls never came.
