As said in other reviews, even though I arrived late my food wasn't ready and I was ignored by staff for a good while. They then had to hunt around for my order. This had happened every time I visit, so perhaps moving the ticket machine to a place where staff don't have to go out of their way to look at it would help. Finally got my food, and mine had chicken and queso fresco buried in there. I asked for these items to be replaced as I'm vegan, for religious reasons. About a quarter of my order was inedible as a result, though I suspect I ingested some meat without knowing as my stomach was upset soon afterwards - not due to spoiled meat, but because I haven't eaten meat in 20+ years. As usual, there were more staff than customers in the store. If there was a supervisor on site, they were nowhere to be seen though my experience with them is that even when they're present they are woefully disengaged.
