I've never heard of a michelin star restaurant not offering sommelier service. There was no tending of the table. I mainly refilled the water and wine. I also ended up clearing the crumbs. To end the evening they gave my wife a dessert with Cinnamon. She could feel it immediately and she did have a reaction. I ended up needing to give her a shot of antihistamine to help her. After this happened the staff stopped caring about service. They didn't clear table and when we got up to go to restroom, they did not fold our napkins.
