ただでさえ微妙ななんちゃって和食の上値段も高く、店員の愛想も対応も極めて悪く不親切。サービス業の基本が全くできてない。それでもそこそこ人が入ってるのは、他に選択肢があまりないこの空港ならではか。フライト遅延のバウチャーもらったのでここに来たが、はっきり言ってやめたほうがよかった。調理してるのも店員のアジア人もみんななんちゃって日本人でかなりユルユルな仕事っぷり。知ってたらここしか店なくても入らないと思う。

Well I would have better rating if the lady could have out in my order in a timely manner after I explain led I don’t have much time before my flight and she said 10 minutes for udon noodles. So after ordering and patiently waiting for more than 10 minutes, she came to ask me what I ordered!😣 she didn’t even out in the order. This is around 8:30am during my transition between flight and very few people in the place. Terrible service! Needless to say I walked out without eating anything. 😟
