I've been coming to Martha's Vineyard for most of my life and somehow missed that this gem for TWELVE YEARS until they opened the 2nd location in Woods Hole last summer. I feel in love. Betsy's is a nice 50's style diner with scrumptious hardy portions of typical American style breakfast/lunch dishes. They even have some gluten-free options here, too, which is rare to see in diners. Our waitress was so nice and very attentive. And our meals were promptly made and brought to us.

We were told that they were short staffed,which we understood, but when your waitress starts taking orders from other guests that came in after us,there's an issue. After seating us she said that she'd be back for our drink order. She didn't. Kept walking by,took those other orders. Wow! Crabapple's is amazing! Cute place just outside of downtown Falmouth, but definitely worth a car ride! There is on-site parking. We got breakfast, two sunny side eggs, hash browns & rye toast and a lobstah benedict, which came with hash browns. The kitchen was so quick, our server had it to our table the same time we took the first sip of our coffee & tea! Even better, they were delicious! There was lots of lobster, 4 pieces of asparagus, and enough hollandaise sauce to soak into the toasted english muffin. I can honestly say it might have been the best eggs benedict I've ever had! Wish I remembered our servers name. She was very friendly, checked up on us just the right amount, and started our morning off right! If you're looking for a place to get a great breakfast, this is it!!

We had drinks and shared two appetizers. After, we each had something different for our main course. I had one of my favorites, the Ceasar Salad with salmon. We enjoyed our meal here. They were able to accommodate a large party of 20 people between two tables. For how large the space is and how many people in there it was not too loud. Flavors were yummy in the ravioli and salads. Pizza a little underwhelming. We did have a bit of an issue with a gluten-free pasta dish not being actually gluten-free (gluten in the sauce). It was a little bit strange that they would advertise the option of gluten-free pasta, but not actually make the dish gluten-free unless specifically asked. We absolutely loved Shipwrecked. We got a table right on the window side overlooking the ocean. Windows were open and the breeze was flowing. We couldn’t have asked for a better table. I recently used West Falmouth Market to cater my wedding and the food was so delicious! We had a small daytime wedding and decided to have only passed appetizers. Zach created a menu that was perfect and fit my budget! The crew that served my guests were super friendly and hard working. My only feedback was that one of the appetizers was listed as a beef slider but this ended up being a slice of beef on a cracker. It was delicious but definitely not what I had pictured a "slider" being. A cute spot tucked in right at the beginning (or end) of Main St. Came with a friend who is GF/Vegetarian. They said it was one of the best sandwiches they have had in long time.
Space is on the smaller side, but there's good seating and you have the commons right outside.

First, very cute place. Perfect place to pick up hostesses gifts and amazing desserts.
We actually stopped in for breakfast. The avocado toast is spectacular- such great flavors. The bagel breakfast sandwich was also very good… and yes you must get a cinnamon roll which was so moist and tasty… sweet enough but not overly sweet. Oh, the coffee is also very good.
This is mostly a take away place but they have little tables on the porch where you can seat down and eat but you do order inside.

I normally don’t write poor reviews but I had to write one for my experience with this bakery. I really hope they change the way they make their cakes because the cakes are beautiful. I ordered a cake that was absolutely gorgeous and looked so delicious. However the texture of this cake was absolutely terrible. You can tell that this cake had been frozen for some time and was thawed. The cake tasted like it was freezer burnt and the cake comes with this complex set of “instructions” on how to eat it which is to wait 1.5 hours to eat it and to not freeze it if you have left overs. To me, that is a dead giveaway that this cake was priorly frozen and they want to avoid the cake going bad if you refreeze and rethaw and eat again. The texture was so dry and the entire cake just crumbled apart and the cake was so stale. For the price, this was absolutely not worth it. a $10 cake from the grocery store would have tasted way better.

We had about 80 people at our wedding and so while that wasn't typically large enough to have a traditional cake tasting, Lisa still made it happen for us. She really went above and beyond to make our 'cake tasting' experience fun and special. The cake we decided on was beautiful and she so kindly added a third tier relatively last minute. We had a small wedding and wanted the cake and desserts to match and Lisa did a great job making that happen. We had an extremely tasty two tier carrot cake that was beautiful. I sent her a picture of a design, light blue marble with some gold speckled and she achieved this perfection. We had mini cupcakes and mini raspberry tarts for our dessert table, no leftovers were to be had at the end of the night! Highly recommend Lisa for your wedding cake/dessert needs.

We had an incredible experience working with Lisa of Delicious Desserts! From our first phone call I knew we had to work with her no matter how the cake tasted (turned out to be delicious!). She was so friendly and interested in our wedding planning. She was also very accommodating when at the last minute we were unable to attend our initial cake tasting appt. Her home kitchen is perfectly decorated and she spent time with us showing pictures of previous cakes she has made and gave great recommendations. When deciding on cake flavors and tiers, we loved Lisa’s idea of having each slice be both chocolate and yellow cake. The raspberry cream filling and buttercream frosting were so good and even one guest asked if Lisa made our cake because she recognized the taste of the raspberry cream. Lisa and our florist coordinated to add beautiful flowers for the finishing touch on the cake. On the day of our wedding, we got to see Lisa again while we were taking formal photos and she was sweet enough to show us a picture of our cake on her phone since we couldn’t yet go into the reception space. We are so happy Lisa made our wedding cake and would highly recommend her and her delicious desserts!

Everything about my stay was pleasurable. The lady who checked us in was great and gave us tons of tips, our room was perfect for us.
Bedroom had a Jacuzzi tub, make-up table and bathroom. There was a small kitchen stocked with essentials. A second bathroom and a pull out bed (not the most comfortable but not the worst)
Location was great because we were surrounded by water including, the ocean a pool and hot tub and town was only 5-10 mins away.

We stayed at InnSeason Resorts Surfside in March, during the off-season, and were pleasantly surprised by the value and quality of the experience. The price was very reasonable, especially considering how spacious and clean the rooms were. We loved the quiet atmosphere, the ease of parking, and the stunning views of the ocean right from the property.
The location was convenient for exploring the area, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They offered a variety of restaurant recommendations—we tried two of them and were impressed with both.

We absolutely love this place. Stayed there several times in the past. The location is literally across the street from the ocean! The service is 👍 great. Anything you need ,they help get it. I gave the room a 4 because the bed was very bumpy and the pullout couch bed was awful. I think there are newer parts of the resort that are better,because we never had that experience with the beds before. Just don't stay in the rooms numbered 410- 420 for that reason.
