The kitchen is an absolute mess though. Both my kids ordered burgers and asked for bacon on them. The kitchen forgot the bacon not one burger but on both. However by the time we were seated and with all the noise from the band, I just wanted to eat and get out of dodge. The food was good and not great. The pizza was definitely better hot and was probably the best thing anyone ordered. While the waitress was great and tried to get our food to us as quickly as possible it would have been nice to have gotten an apology from Jack instead of "it's a crazy night!" several times. Most well run restaurants would also comp an entree or give some kind of discount in this situation to apologize as well and that really didn't happen either. Long story short, if you want to try out Jack's definitely get the pizza. Probably come on a weeknight when it's less busy and maybe bring walkie talkies so you can communicate with your tablemates over the music too. However, this was such an awful experience and my kids were so miserable enduring it that I felt compelled to warn other people who might not be as patient as I am.
