We happened to visit on a day with a special outdoor event, which was such a nice surprise and added to the experience. The exhibits are fascinating and full of history and artifacts. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have staff inside the museum to share information, context, and first-hand knowledge about the displays. At other similar museums we’ve visited, having that interaction has really enriched the visit. The African section was especially impressive as you can get pretty close to some large animals that we aren't used to seeing in Canada.
