There were so many unsupervised children that it actually created safety risks, and I had to keep my own kids out of certain areas because of the chaos. At one point they had to shut down the diving board and redirect lifeguards to the main pool just to keep things safe. The sauna is probably one of the coldest in the city and there is a hot tub that is out of service. I'd say 40% of the time and it's pretty gross. I've been going there for 3 years and I have seen a decline. There is also an issue with people using their cell phones in the change room in the shower area. Pretty much wherever they want and there is a lack of enforcement. I've seen lifeguards walk through the bathroom and pass a person on their cell phone and say nothing. The staff however are friendly approachable and capable. There is a lack of communication. However, most of the time the schedule online is wrong and if you ask a staff member they don't know what's going on from 1 hour to the next. This has been an ongoing issue. Like I said, the only reason I gave this four stars instead of two is because of the great staff and classes

Three months had passed, since Jody had cancelled, and emailed me yesterday to see if I wanted to see her still. THREE MONTHS LATER. So I emailed her stating we weren't a good fit. Today she had emailed me a response. She was closing the file. And that I can get a referral back when I needed to. So no new therapist, even though I needed one to see. For someone with a mental illness that has an incredibly high statisitic of not making it to 30. Shame on you for disallowing me to get a therapist that works for me, and my needs.

However, our enjoyment is being impacted by the twerpy lifeguard staff frequently enforcing arbitrary "rules" (which aren't posted on their large and obvious rule boards).
